Small, bare-bones restaurant delivering hefty portions of traditional Thai comfort eats.
I was just in with my parents. I had Pad See Eaw, which I found to be absolutely delicious. My mom had Gung Pla Murk Pat. She said the calamari was a bit tough, but she still really liked the dish. My dad had Green Curry with beef and said it was one of the best things he had ever eaten. We also had the samosas as an appetizer, which were really good as well. Service was extremely fast and great. We will be back!
Had dinner here with my son last night. The food was incredible. We had the Chicken satay , veg dumplings, pad Thai noodles and a curry dish. The portions were plentiful. The food was absolutely delicious And the waitress was wonderful. Can't wait to go back.
Located right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Dix Hills and the adjoining areas of Suffolk county. Small parking lot in front. Nice staff. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Moderately clean facilities. Public Restrooms. Good for dining in and taking out. This is the only Thai restaurant in the area that I know of. We will definitely be going back.
Hey guys I went to this restaurant yesterday so I ordered some food and drink a beer that was good you know. The service was on the phone it's a very quiet place and it's a close to the menwood easy to access with parking the food quality is good it's not a fancy place but we're going to enable restaurant that you can come and enjoy your food spend quite a time with your family please capacity is not big I believe in between 25 to 30 people maximum. Anthem of culinary skills the food is authentic 100% Thai taste presentation is good too I highly recommend this place
Okay, so the food is not so bad. I love Thai food and have eaten it from various locations. For some reason, items I order all the time are not as spicy(hot) as other places i go too. Well you may say that would be okay, all you have to do is tell them to make it spicier. Unfortunately, you do that they will give you food that will 🔥 your lips off. I could not even touch a meal because of it. Look at all the chili they put in it. I wonder if they get offended if you say to make it spicy.
My advise is if your looking for spicy thai food go somewhere else. Either it is not enough heat or you will burn your mouth and lips because its too much.
Takeout. Fair pricing. Got the garlic chicken with brown rice, and was good flavor, just the mushrooms had a strange texture. Chicken satay a little dry, wish there was more sauce. Pad thai with chicken good flavor, a little heat, again wish there was more sauce. Green onion pieces cut way too big in the garlic chicken and pad thai. Spring rolls tasty!
Great food. Enjoyed the family atmosphere
Tasty, good portions for the price.

great service great food my go to thai place
I don’t understand all the 5-star reviews… this isn’t Thai food AT ALL. It’s American-style Chinese food with Thai names; I suspect it is run by Chinese owners that know nothing about Thai food, and just decided to cook whatever they felt like for us silly Americans who wouldn’t know any better lol. My Spicy Basil Duck didn’t have a lick of basil in it, it was peppers and onions and generic thick brown sauce, tasted nothing like the actual Thai basil dish… the other dishes were too sweet, and to top it off, my brown rice was spoiled. It was a terrible experience. If you want actual Thai food, look elsewhere.
favorite food ❤️❤️❤️❤️!!!
good food.good place
This place has really gone downhill.
The food is always delicious
My first time ordering from them, tasted and nice persons
Service was fast and food was fresh. I will definitely be returning in the future
Delicious food and very reasonable prices
Dinner for 6 was $114 including tax 2 appetizers and 6 mains. We loved it all. We have been coming here for years. The kids and grandchildren loved celebrating birthdays here. We would bring in party items and a cake. You can byob as well! Now we come with our friends and neighbors too.
Try Green Leaf!
We order from Thai Green Leaf so regularly that I added them as a contact in my phone 😂 They do NOT skimp on portions, and the food is always delicious, HOT, and ready in 10-15 minutes! We’ve been customers for at least 5 years now. Our favorite meals in this house are the tofu Pad See Ew, Pineapple Shrimp Fried Rice, Tofu Panang Curry, and my new addiction: Mango Sticky Rice🧡 I don’t know the family who owns the restaurant personally, but I can just tell they are good people. Good energy👌🏽
Best rice shrimp Chinese style, Panan and pad Thai simply love these dishes. My go to place when I don't want to cook. Thank you for your patience and politeness!
Very good Pad Thai
A really good place for authentic Thai food. Service is always exceptional and prices are very reasonable.
Loved all the dishes we tried the other night and can't wait to try some more. Everything had such a nice flavor and there was plenty to go around. Can't wait to actually eat at the restaurant but you can't beat their take out. Discovering Thai Green Leaf has been a great way to start 2024!
Absolutely delicious food! Can't wait to go back again.
not too biger but special
My takeout order had bad burnt curry. It tasted horrible.
Always a good experience..
Good
The food was delicious.
Must have changed owners since we went years ago. This was NOT Thai food at all. Very bland fast food Chinese taste. Very disappointing. We wanted to have Thai food.
Got my soup with shrimp. Delicious
This is not Thai food. I'm from Thailand. I believe they are run by Chinese people, which is fine. If you want Chinese food with Thai dishes names, that's fine. You should know what you're getting into. Don't come here expecting authentic Thai food though.

Excellent food and good prices and service. Good for a quick meal.
We love the food here. Great service!
We usually order for for pickup. Although they usually have enough room for dining in when I come to pickup the food. Food always taste fresh. Lots of good choices to choose from. We have specific favorites from the spring rolls, chicken satay, pad see ew, shrimp coconut fried rice, etc. Great choice for Thai Food!
Love their food 🥘 best thai food !
Been coming here for years food consistently good. Staff friendly and helpful. Willing to customize your dish. Would definitely recommend. Tom Gat soup especially is excellent! Great for when you have a cold!
I went there with my daughter tonight. There was a female cashier and server. I'm upset because of the cashier. She is terrible. When I called a staff for a coke, she did glare me. I didn't understand. Here is not kind and polite. I'll not visit here. never! never!!
some of the best thai in the area - been going here for over a decade... Very consistent and high quality food ... BIG, generous portions
Good food
Worst thai food I have ever eaten. Everything we ordered was very sweet. My masaman curry with chicken was disgusting with raw peanut powder sprinkled on top with really really sweet (borderline dessert) sauce and overcooked chicken. Food is overpriced for the quality and ambience. I will never go back.
Definitely delicious
Love this place. Cozy. Consistently good food.
BUT they've dropped Thai Iced Coffee from the menu! Thai Iced Tea is an acceptable alternative, barely.
Really good Thai take out. Doesn't disappoint at all.
FANTASTIC!!!
Great food and even better fellowship!!
Everything dish we ordered was delicious. Pineapple fried rice with shrimp and pad see eiw were amazing! Best Thai food i’ve had in a long time. Can’t wait to order again!!!!
Excellent Thai Food!!!!
We just ordered from here for the first time (6/27/2022).
Got the Thai Iced Tea, Pineapple Shrimp Fried Rice, Mango Chicken, Beef Pad See Eiw, and Mango Sticky Rice dessert. We devoured everything (sorry, no pictures); it was all so delicious.
We have been very disappointed with the Thai options in the neighborhood, but Thai Green Leaf was everything we wanted!!! We are so thrilled we tried it tonight.
5 stars all around!!!
We will definitely be back again and again!!!

Very good
Do not order from this place ..I order fried snapper on Tues n Thurs and the fish was not cooked..I called last night and a few mins ago..and the receptionist asked me to bring the the food back...are you serious? You got it wrong 2 times... the meal is 34.00 after tip 40.00 and they got it wrong both times ...DO NOT GO THERE...
Service is not good. Food is ok. Not worth going back.
The worst thai food ever. Everything tasted so bland, even the Thai icetea was so bland.. I would never go back this place..
Really good food in our neighborhood. Quick date night spot for my husband and I.
Authentic Thai food, really delicious.
So, glad you can now eat in.
Green Leaf is the place.
Fast. Clean. Consistent. Great food always.
I cannot understand who wrote this place is the best thai food ever. they cook the way that they like to cook like chinese oily fried rice style in thai fried rice.I do not like it. one of the worst restaurant for me personally. I mean if you like chinese style of fried rice then its good place to go but not thai styles. I do not like oily and melting fried rice. I like THAI STYLE FRIED RICE.
Food is not real Thai food, but waitress was nice.
This is My go-to Thai place in the area. They are also one of the only ones in the area that has peanut sauce for my pad thai.
This place has great thai. Very happy that they now offer dine in option.
Great food, great atmosphere! Good prices for big portions. Very clean bathrooms is a plus.
Our go to Thai restaurant, the best Green Curry and Pad Thai around!
I've been coming here for a number of years now, but I was working from home during COVID, so today was my first time back. Unfortunately, my previously 5 star review is being updated to 3 stars.
First, the good:
- They've renovated a bit with wall tiles. It looks nicer, more modern now.
- The food is still good
- The service is still polite and quick
The not so good:
- Prices have gone up. This is to be expected, with COVID and inflation eating into profits, but it is what it is.
- For lunch, they had a small selection of very good soups that came free with the meal. No more. I asked our server about it, and she said that lunch only comes with water or soda. The website also mentions an option of a spring roll. Though, the server wouldn't have mentioned anything if I didn't ask.
- Service is polite, but they don't ask you if you need anything or check on you.
The bad:
- My wife and I love Thai iced tea and used to get it here all the time. We got it today too but it was horrible. It was watered down and really tasted more like slightly sweet water than anything else. Worst Thai iced tea we've ever had.
In summary, you can come here for the good food. You'll pay about average prices. And don't, under any circumstance, get the Thai iced tea.
My favorite Thai place! They make the most delicious soups and curries! The calamari is phenomenal! Perfect place to order from for family gatherings!
I recently went to this place hoping to find good traditional thai food. Unfortunately they fail to deliver. Their spicy drunken noodle was very sweet and had a generic flavor to it, their pineapple coconut rice was very buttery and lacking flavour, just disappointed. I don't recommend this place.
Excellent soup!
Ordered two dishes: one veggie, one beef. Both were super sweet, way too much sugar for our taste. Service is prompt and polite.
The curry here is so good!! Especially the pineapple shrimp curry!
This is not real thai food. I'm tired of chinese restaurants posing as thai, vietnamese or japanese food.
Good👍
Good quality food at very reasonable prices. I got the curry beef and it was delicious. I wish they'd open the dining room. It's still only take out as of 5/16/21.
The food is amazing here!! 🤩 🤩 my favorite order is the pineapple rice and the spicy curry chicken. ( I don’t know if that’s the actual name of it ). Overall I love this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone who like Thai food.
I love this place. Very delicious Thai food that is always cooked to perfection!
I really recommend this place to all my friends and family because it's so good.
My favorite dish is the Panang Curry. If you haven't gotten it before, give it a try. It's a little hot if you're sensitive to spicy, but it's worth every bit.
The coconut chicken soup is so good and$10 for the large. Clean and fast. They only do take out now.
Amazing food
I love eating here. It is my go-to Thai place. The food is always delicious, the service is always great. Calamari is to die for. I've been coming here for years.
Best Pad Thai on long island, an absolute must if you like Thai food
Food is sub par. Rubbery chicken anscthe vegetables taste strange. Quality of food deteriorated over the years to the point where I couldn't eat it any more and just stopped.
2021 update - I ordered Tua Yau string beans stir fried with dried tofu and soybean. $12. There's no dried tofu or soybeans. Just string beans. What a ripoff!
Great discovery. I have been buying dinner here for the past two years, once a month.
Love this place! I've been coming for years and I always order takeout from here when I get the chance. Large portions, good prices and tasty food. Support small businesses especially during the pandemic!
Not Thai food, bland gross horrible. Big mistake. Thai Hot Chicken Basil was mushy spongy bland no spice. Bad Chinese food. Uncooked dumplings over cooked satay. I want my money back.
Pad thai only sweet no flavor.
very good food and good service
Chicken Satay all Day. The Best
The Thai ice tea has hair inside. So yuck!
Good local place
Been going there for many years. Never had a bad meal.
Fantastic Thai food as always and an incredible effort during the current crisis.
Ordered pad thai, fried rice and druken noodles yesterday. The dunken noodles and pad thai were totally bland. No spice or flavor to the dishes. So disappointing.
Terrible food
Favorite Thai place in Huntington.
Love this place. Food is always fantastic and service is speedy.
Great food and great prices
Really good place with great food and the portions are really big, they dont have a variety of drinks😞but their iced tea is delicious😄(turns your teeth orange)
Nice place to go. Food very reasonable and good. Service is fast. Not fancy. Good for a quick bite. A neighborhood place in a small strip shopping center.
Lunch is my usual meal I get here - it is tasty and value is good.
Food is very good...very informal restaurant but worth it for the food...i always stop in when im in area since i moved about 45min awat and can't find good thai food anywhere else
Roach on our pineapple fried rice. They asked if I wanted another order instead of apologizing and offering a full refund.
Great food great service
Greenleaf is good in a pinch, but the service is terrible, there's no AC, and the good is okay. I used to think the good there was way better, but in the last few years it's gotten worse
Great food for vegetarians, meat eaters, gluten free eaters and a great weekend restaurant so you and your guests can hear each other without having to yell over the sounds of loud tables. Anyone with any diet can find something to eat here. They obviously have some very spicy dishes for those like me who absolutely need spicy food! Plentiful portions and never ending rice. Brown and white rice, whole wheat as well.
Fare prices, good food.
Small but excellent food. Definitely a place to visit.
Just average.
I had the pad Thai made with note tofu and not spicy.
Hands down this was the very best Thai food I've ever had anywhere in any state that I've ever eaten Thai food.
I can't wait to go back tomorrow and get it again!
Fantastic food, very clean
Best Thai food place !! The employees are very friendly , and it is a cozy and clean place . I recommended their pineapple crispy chicken 😋 This is now one of my favorite places to eat ❤️
Great restaurant tasty food
I get the Drunken Noodles everytime!!!
Hot & Spicy!!!
Salads are awesome, and they're thai sticks are really good.
Nice little Thai restaurant on Huntington Long Island!
My go to place when very hungry , I never experience a wait, BTW the food and service are good
PLEASE READ - FAKE NOODLES! This place has decent food, however, I ordered the clear noodles with shrimp and the noodles smelled like burnt plastic. Upon taking another bite, the smell just grew stronger that I just couldn't take another bite. The shrimps and vegetables cooked with the noodles were also contaminated with the smell. The noodles broke off in small chunks and did not behave like clear noodles would. I've had many kinds of clears noodles and it just did not taste right let alone the strong plastic smell. I called the restaurant and asked if they have tasted their own dish and they said no which is bizarre to me. Then they gave me the name of the wholesaler where they purchased the noodles and did not even seemed surprised! They didn't even ask me questions or defend themselves. How is this possible that u don't smell the noodles when u were cooking it? And I've heard stories of these fake noodles and I'm so shocked that it actually happened in Long Island. I told them to stop serving the noodles and they didn't agree. They didn't even offer a credit until I asked! Be very, very careful when you're eating here. Not that the taste is not good but they're not diligent or so they acted like they were not aware of the quality of products that they are serving. This is dangerous and they should be reporting this.
I've had several decent meals here. I really enjoy their curries, especially Masman and their Green Curry. Their Pad Thai is good. Their Garlic Chicken is nice. The Ginger Chicken was good. The Pineapple Crispy Chicken is nice, but maybe a tad too sweet. I'm not a fan of their Tom Kha Gai soup. Something is just off about it, and I can't place what it is, for me. I guess I'd been spoiled when I lived next to a Thai family and their restaurant years ago, so that's my benchmark for many Thai dishes.
What a great Thai restaurant. My family and I recently moved to the area and found this cute little place. Food is very tasty. Definitely will be back!!!
Awesome food! We love the pineapple coconut rice, the mango chicken and especially the #2 ( tom kah Kai) soup! Delicious and flavorful. The soup is based with coconut milk and spices and has mushrooms peppers and chicken inside its so so good. If you have a runny nose or a cold that soup will wake your sinuses and knock it out of you.
Superb and fairly priced!!
Absolutely love the vegetarian curries in particular! Serivce is so-so. Good value for the price.
Very good
Best Thai around, dine in or take out. Pineapple fried rice with chicken for breakfast lunch and dinner.
Enjoyable Thai food.
The food is good - been there so I often to know it's usually very good - fresh and reasonably priced. They will accommodate you with how spicy you want your food. It would get more stars, except for service. Mostly they are prompt and accommodating but you have one wait staff (she's there a long time and seem most fluent in English) who is abrupt, brusque and no non sense who can be rude and dismissive.
The place is nice, but I didn't like the food
We go here almost every Friday night and our waitress knows us so well she brings us our thai iced tea without even asking and even knows the order we take home for our son who doesnt join us!!! This place has great food, big portions and wonderful service.
Good amount of menu items, the curry dishes we had we're tasty
Great little spot for some quick Thai.
Love this place. Great food very tasty.
good food
Delicious Thai take out. Best in the area by far. Good service when eating in but take out is definitely their specialty. Very conscious of special requests due to allergies.
The peanut and chicken sauce appetizer is delicious. I got it and wasn't even able to eat my meal because it was so much food. That's fine though because what I did get had kind of rubbery pieces of chicken. Anyway the place is not busy at all, it's next to a pool table store. The staff was attentive so that was great. Boyfriend loved the Thai ice tea and even though that's not really my thing I liked it too.
Good food. Reasonably priced. I'll definitely be baxk
5 stars for the great tasting food and warm service. The place is small and feels a bit cramped. But it can accommodate up to 50 diners, believe it or not. Their Thai iced tea is a bit bland. Not as sweet as I prefer. Food portions are generous, and did I mention very tasty? I'd definitely go back just for the food and cozy atmosphere.
A quaint unfussy Asian restaurant. I was happy that the prices of most meals were priced well, roughly $10-13 for an entree or $8 for lunch.
Maybe I ordered the wrong thing because I got something that was like Chinese food instead of Thai. Just some shrimp, chicken, and vegetables in generic brown "asian" sauce over dry crunchy noodles.
I would like to come back and try something else.
One of my favorite restaurants. The food is always great, the service is unbelievably fast. The staff is attentive and pleasant. Super reasonable pricing. If you like thai, you'll love this place.
Excellent food nice prices
Located right off of Jericho Turnpike servicing Dix Hills and the adjoining areas of Suffolk county. Small parking lot in front. Nice staff. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Moderately clean facilities. Public Restrooms. Good for dining in and taking out. This is the only Thai restaurant in the area that I know of. We will definitely be going back.
great food and great prices
Great food, fast and friendly service
Authentic Thai food, affordable and great service every time.
Very tasty Thai. Their food is quite flavourful and they do not skimp on the portions which is very nice! Their lunch specials are always the ticket when I'm in the mood for Thai. The food is also reasonably priced which I definitely appreciate, and the orange slice at the end of the meal is a nice palette clearer.
Great food, fast service, However The restaurant could really be updated. carpets are old and dirty. Food remnants on the floor always.
