Familiar Thai dishes plus wine & beer are served at this no-frills Williamsburg eatery.
Both my friend and I had a wonderful early dinner experience here, I feel super cozy after eating. The red curry was perfectly spiced—not too hot or too mild, and the chicken was super soft and tender and blended well with the rest of the smooth broth and hearty vegetables. The chicken satay is to die for, it was perfectly spiced and pairs beautifully with the cucumber and peanut sauces. Our waiter was extremely nice and patient with us and provided us with a delightful experience. I would go here again!
Very tasty and delicious Thai food. Great portions for the price. The lunch specials seem even better. Can’t wait to go back. The right amount of spice is used for the plates. On a scale of 0 to 10, the heat level is t about 5. Only thing I wish we would have done is order another side of white rice for $1.50 to along with the entree. The Thai Iced Tea was very tasty as well.
If all the other Thai restaurants are closed or too busy then this should be your last resort. The calamari is a bit rubbery and the seasoning on it was not the best . The grilled shrimp is good it has this smokey charness about it. I wanted the red curry spicy and boy it was spicy. But honestly it was not one of the best Thai restaurants I have been too I tried it but I don't think I would be back.
They must not change their oil often. I ordered beef and it tasted like fish. Also the rice had a weird tortilla taste to it.
I came during lunch and it was empty but the server wasn’t very friendly.
Love this place first time ordering red curry chicken ,definitely hit the spot ,, the only thing is they need to pack there food a little better it always comes with all the sauce on the rice and in the bag so it gets messing taking it out , but overall amazing spot , I own a barbershop very close to them so they got them selfs a regular , thanks again !
Food: Tasty soup, Pad Woon Sen, Pad Kratiem.
Service: Not the friendliest, but got the job done.
Value: Very good value for lunch specials and 15% off with Grand Street BID card. Serving sizes were decent for lunch.
Ambiance: Nicely decorated, but nothing special.
Would come back.
I have tried multiple Thai places in the Williamsburg’s area and they were all Blah. Until I tried this place. This is by far the best one in the area. The yellow curry is the perfect spice level and creaminess. While the pad Thai was also delicious. Definitely recommend!!!!
Food's great. Original Thai flavor

Cheap lunch special but noticeably worse quality than other options in the area.
It's a really peaceful place. Even the playlist is really chill. I liked the food, the price and the portions.
Most bland Thai food I have had in NYC
Very delicious :)
Best take out Thai food. Always ready in just a few minutes!
Lili Thai, is a great staple in the neighborhood. Pad ke mau (spelling?) Is great. And all the other food is really good. Price is nice too. Definitely a win is u need Thai food in 5he neighborhood. I forget the name, but the desert, maybe it's called curry dumplings? You will figure it out... soooo good too
I am pretty certain this is the worst “thai” food I’ve ever eaten. Jalapeños in kee mao?
As person who loves Thai cuisine, this was very disappointing.
I ordered the drunken noodles with beef. The flavor was okay but the ingredients was pretty crazy. Never In my life would I think to put jalapeños and tomatoes in that dish. Please don’t do that. Thai chilies/ basil, bell pepper, onion, garlic, mushroom.
If you’re going for an American Thai, then just say that in the description.
Spring rolls were pretty good, and don’t fry the dumplings I’m sure they would be better steamed.
Food came out fast so that was nice.
I’ll try it again, and will change my answer if needed.
Never delivered food (DoorDash)
Good food, average price. Only one server was working at the time we were dining in so it was hard to get her attention. WE had the Tom Yum soup was pretty good. Crab fried rice was also well made. Would return again.
Everything I tried was soooo good and really great service I will definitely come back to try more things and they have a bar!!! Perfect date night place
Best Thai food spot I been to in a while. Will definitely return and the service is 10/10 highly recommend to anyone in the area looking for some good Thai food. Everything we had was so tasty and delicious
Service, food and prices are so great at Lily Thai. Friendly staff, quality food. They’ve been around since I moved here long ago. Get take out and eat it at Blinky’s! What a great block.
Food portion was too small
This is my go to Thai restaurant not only for its great affordable pricing as so many restaurants in Williamsburg are now so pricey. This restaurant keeps the bar high with good quality for a decent price. I likethat they reached out to me by phone to confirm my off-menu item. You guys should definitely add the pineapple fried rice back please.
Favorite dishes beef pineapple fried rice, their Chicken Pad See Ew is my absolute fav and their chicken pad Thai is amazing. You will not go wrong with orders from Lily Thai.
Thank you for always providing us with a great meal
Tonight, I ordered through GrubHub and never got my food. The driver left it somewhere and wouldn’t tell the driver where. When I called and tried to make a direct order, they put me on hold infinitely. Very disappointing experience and won’t be ordering from here again.
Super Yummy super fast delivery My go to thai place! My favorite here is their green curry!
Unreliable, they cancel orders after 90min wait without notice or reason. Food is mediocre
First time getting take out, so I asked the staff to be honest between the pad thai and the duck curry. He said duck. There were only measly pieces of refried (likely frozen) duck skin, barely any meat. The portions were so small, I could’ve made some rice at home and sprinkled some jerky on it.
I was extremely disappointed to spend $20+ on take out. Should’ve gone to Blink Thai
I'm so picky with my Tahi food, but I had the pad Thai here and I loved it. I literally ordered it twice. I would recommend this to anyone, top 3 Thai places I have ever have and I am visiting from Irvine a very Asian community.
I'm addicted to their Tom Yum Soup. I usually eat 2 or 3 of them in one sitting.
This is my go-to for delivery/take-out. They have their own delivery drivers, always polite, timely, and friendly. The price is reasonable and the food is top quality every time. I order the pad kee mao or pad see ew. Fresh vegetables cooked just right, not too salty, and just enough spice.
Food over an hour late.
The best in town. Red curry to die for. #1 spring rolls I've ever had. I never leave reviews but they deserve it
consistently good and reasonable prices

I love Lily Thai! Top 3 best delivery spots in Williamsburg. Fast service, delicious food. I usually order the steamed Thai dumplings and vegetarian duck Phad See Ew. Always delicious and the delivery team from the restaurant are so nice.
Tried ordering through their website, account creation wont work or keep me logged in. No worries, I'll just check out as guest. Checkout button doesn't work.
Maybe some time in the future then I guess :/
The best Thai food I've ever had. Affordable, quick and friendly service, and I've never had a bad meal from them.
im not crazy about thai but it was really good
I love the quick service and great food great THAI place to buy in Williamsburg NYC
The Food was not Good & the Fried Calamari is Trash dont recomend on my First time trying the food
First time comment online, but this has been my fav restaurant in my neighborhood, my fav one is Gai Yang Specialty! Highly recommend!

Asome.food. really enjoyed

Ordered on Uber eats, took over an hour and a half to deliver when it said 30 minutes. Called the restaurant asking for updates and they were extremely rude said that its not her problem and hung up the phone. The food eventually came, cold. Overall not a pleasant experience.
I would say definitely great fast service and big portions and good price!
Aromatic and spicy
My go to spot for pad thai in Williamsburg. Always have great service here. Pretty decent lunch specials too.
I liked the customer service. The food was prepared fast and efficiently. The price is good for the amazing quality of the food. Me and my other half had no complaints with anything. And the delivery guy was a powerful coming back and forth. I know he made a lot in tips
Best Thai food in the area and well priced
Buon cibo servizio poco cortese

A Great place for Thai food, very fast and courteous Service.
Really great Thai food. I usually get the green curry and it's not super colorful but it's sweet and does the trick.
Best Thai food in Williamsburg. Super fast. Accommodating + efficient staff.
Seamless and menu have misleading information on their curries. They say that they have Coconut milk based curries, but they're actually half and half based. I called the restaurant to let them know this was a problem, and a concern for those with allergies or dietary preferences, they don't seem to be worried about it. Not cool -_-
Great curry duck with a hint of coconut. Food portion just right so you do not feel overstuffed.
Delicious Thai food and great service. Great quality and perfect portion size and th restaurant is clean with a lovely ambience. See you again soon!
Best Thai food in Brooklyn. Been eating here for many years. It’s a hidden gem! Very flavorful, big portions, great prices, friendly. Try the tom kha soup, pad Thai, all of the curries, and the dish with ground chicken and chopped up shrimp - sooo amazing!
Papaya salad is perfect. Pad See Woo delicious and so was the green curry. Chicken wings are fire! We got two appetizers, 2 drinks, and 2 lunch specials for under 40 bucks. Sweet and helpful staff. Family friendly.
Yummy food, great portions.
I gave this dump one star because it was the only choice I had in order to write my review. Well, let’s start with all the hood rats that found this dump to be superb. Obviously, these people that wrote great reviews for this dump have never had the privilege of having authentic thai food made by thai chefs here in NY Or Thailand. So, I might understand the ignorance. Next, there was not one thai person in this dump. I started my meal with tom yum soup that 3 Mexicans in the kitchen warmed up and 2 Spanish ladies in the dining area one of which served this poor excuse of a soup and the other who charged me for the worse meal in my life I never ate.
Good was very good, and the prices were much lower than what I was anticipating. Probably the best summer rolls I've had from any Thai restaurant. Service was quick and friendly.
Quiet nice and good price food and drinks
I almost always get take out, anything beef and spicy. Good. I can't speak on anything else.
Enjoyable food, yet “just another” thai place.
Food was ok but not outstanding maybe it was just my palette but Ive had Thai before and the experience wasn't the same... will give it another shot!!!
Ordered from seamless. com at 7:45pm, said my food was supossed to arrive at 8:10pm and it never arrived.Tried calling several times and either the phone line was busy ior it just kept ringing. HORRIBLE place of bussiness!
a Thai restaurant. food was actually good but the waitress had horrible attitude.
A solid Thai restaurant in a no-frills setting.
Great food. Ate at this place when it first opened and it's still great.
Good food 😋😋great taste
Not much of a sit-down place, but great for take-out. The food is great, I order here quite frequently and have yet to be let down with high expectations.
Lily Thai is a quiet simple restaurant. Simplicity is the feel of the atmosphere. The Thai Iced tea is aggressively sweet it needs to be toned down. Chicken Pad Kratiem was delicious and needs less salt. The vegetable mushroom soup was great. It's packed with lots of flavor.
I didn't like thai food until I went to this place.
I've been here twice. The first time was about a year ago. My experience was great. Wonderful food, good service, great price. This time was awful. Price wasn't so bad: $60 incl. tip for 3 people (I normally give 20% tip, however, I only gave 10% tip this time for bad service).
1. Soup was bad:
Tom Kha soup had no lime-salt interplay. It was bland, sweet(?) and uninspired. I had one very lonely shrimp with an entire bowl of soup to itself. They should've made sure he at least had a playmate. I'm sorry, but to qualify as "shrimp tom kha, you really need to have more than one shrimp. I've had better tom kha from a can.
2. Appetizers were actually pretty good:
Spare ribs were amazing. If I ever come back , it would be just for them.
Fried calamari was surprisingly good. Who ever heard of fried calamari at a Thai place? But then again, it's not hard to make food taste good by frying. Fried poop would probably not be half bad.
3. Entrees were uninspired and bland.
The curry was ... feh. Again, totally uninspired. Bland. The beef's texture and flavor was that of boiled beef - a bit rubbery and tasteless.
Steamed fish (striped bass) was ok. I've had much better. They could've done interesting things with it. As it was, all I can say is ... "meh!"
4. Service was abysmal.
Inattentive, but when they were attentive, they "hovered". I hate hovering waiters. They should simply walk past tables and glance in the patron's direction to try to make eye contact. If no eye contact is established, leave the customer alone. We will definitely try to initiate eye contact when we want something. What's so hard about this?
We felt like they were rushing us out towards the end of the meal.
One of the best Thai restaurants in or near Williamsburg
Great foos and great atmosphere. The presentation ckmpletes the delight of the food.
I walk by this place all the time and just recently started going. Excellent menu. The atmosphere is basic but the food is worth your time. A lot of duck options, which I love.
Must order: Vegetarian Duck Saute (there are three saute options, I usually go with the garlic one). The vegetarian duck is soy-based, I think. So good!
Another must order, in my opinion, is the Duck Spring Rolls. Nomz!
I order from this place at least once a week, sometimes twice a week (sadly) as I work long hours and don't have time to cook. Delivery is always reasonable to fast and food is always hot and yummy. I usually get the shrimp or chicken pad thai and Tom yum soup or the clear chicken soup with spinach. For some reason, they make the best pad thai around. And they always come up the stairs to my apartment instead of making me put on clothes to come downstairs. Win. Trying the spicy noodle soup tonight--we'll see!
Consistently good food, friendly service and decent price. Been getting food from Lilly Thai for years!
