When I was a kid, this place used to be a poultry shop and smell, I hated walking down this block and would avoid it when I could. I searched Thai food to eat with my cousin and found out this place is now a restaurant. I was so amazed! The server was delightful, food was amazing and teas were refreshing! I got strawberry green tea and my cousin got Lemon green tea. We got Shrimp summer rolls , pineapple fried rice with beef and Thai fried rice with shrimp. (Forgot to take a pic of that) this was a great experience even though the food took a little long to come, I was very happy. Portion size was nice and food was affordable for a night out. Casual digs right in my home neighborhood. Safe to say I won’t be avoiding this block anymore!
As a Thai American, I can vouch that this place is authentic!! I usually shy away from Thai restaurants in the U.S. because they are usually too sweet and only have standard menu items that are more well known to Western tastes. However, this place is the real deal and reminds me of meals I’ve had growing up in Thailand. I highly recommend coming here!!
I only came in for a Thai Iced Tea and was so happy with my experience. The staff were very kind and thoughtful, offering me fresh cold water while I waited. They even encouraged me to sit down at a table and take my time to enjoy my Iced tea 💗 they were both very sweet and the music was so relaxing. The Thai Iced tea was literally perfect amount of sweetness and I added jellies so there was a little sour to it. Very satisfied! This is a place I will be coming back to try the food!
HUNGRY HUNGRY BOWL 😋
Munch munch munch. That’s all I did at this place. Got the Pad see yu! Delicious stuff. Truly incredible.
I would love to bring my family here one day once I find a woman I love and have a beautiful baby girl and an alright son. I don’t know when that will happen. I’ll I can do is picture that perfect family. Posing at a table at the hungry bowl thai. Smiling. Most of us. Baby Elise is crying. She’s being racist and not enjoying her food. She’ll get over it tho and we’ll laugh about it when we’re going through the photo albums.
Thanks! 💂
Incredible foods, and vibe. The Chef nong is super wonderful, help me recommend foods. Highly recommend
Best Thai food in the area.
I always order from here to-go and it never disappoints! Everything is delicious and reasonably priced. Highly recommend

Tranquil little restaurant, so nice to have a hot meal on a very cold day. Service was excellent.
Went on New Years and had a delicious meal. The Panang curry was so good.
Nice place, great service, decent prices.
The food is amazing, the service was great. Highly recommend!
I order vegetarian dishes from here somewhat regularly. One time I picked up and it was a nice experience as well. This is great food! Recommend eggplant basil, Thai salad, red cury, spring rolls, basil fried rice, Thai basil and ginger stir fry. All with tofu in my case. Enjoy!
We came in on a cold Sunday night. We were seated immediately and the waitstaff gave us warm water and let us sit by the heater.
The food was so good, my friends and I got the coconut shrimp, fried calamari, the very spicy dish, crispy pork belly, sesame cauliflower, and pad kee mao. Everything was very delicious and they gave generous portions.
If you can eat spicy, I highly recommend the very spicy dish with minced chicken. Everything was great though and the staff was so kind. Will come back when I’m in the area 🥰
Great food, great service and generous portions! Quickly becoming a go to in the neighborhood for me.
I’ve ordered from here a few times and the food is always 10/10. probably my favorite thai place in the city! it’s super underrated
Both the food and attention to customers is outstanding, I have gone at times where they are closing and they still have done whatever possible to make sure I was fed. VERY VERY nice people, and the food is SUPERB
Homey little place with big authentic taste of thai!
The food is very good. The Thai iced tea is the best in here.
Really good food; awesome lunch special!
Excellent dining experience. Everyone was so friendly, the food was fantastic and the prices were very reasonable. Highest recommendation!

Always fresh and fast, super friendly staff!
This was the BEST Thai food I've had in an extremely long time. I had the rice bowl with crispy pork belly and sautéed Chinese broccoli. My girlfriend had the tom yum fried rice with shrimp. Several notes; the crispy pork belly was cooked to perfection-- just the right amount of fat, extremely crispy skin, and a savory/umami flavor that was addictive. The tom yum fried rice was actually not on the menu but the staff and chef are so incredibly amazing and accommodating so they managed to make it happen-- all I'll say is that I'll be begging them to make it a permanent menu option. If you've ever had tom yum soup... you know that flavor is to die for. FYI the portions are HUGE so whatever you pay is worth it (we both took the rest home and had the remainder for dinner/lunch). The waitress was the kindest ever and went out of her way to ensure that we didn't have any allergies or strong dislikes before serving us. The ambience was incredible, well ventilated with such pretty decorations. All I can say is 10/10 and will be coming back countless times.
Family style Thai food.
Great value!!!
Great place! I feel like i'm in Korea !
Fresh vegetables. Exquisite taste. Atmosphere relaxing . Service - exceptional !
I got the Red Curry it was delicious and the service was great
Fresh and delectable!!! Everything was great!
Great food. Friendly staff. Huge portions for a great price. Red curry and khao soi are great.
As a Thai person, THIS IS THE SPOT. Best Thai food I've had in Brooklyn and up there for all of NYC. And so affordable and with such friendly service. If you're in the area and are craving Thai food, you'd be wrong not to come here.
The beef boat bowl noodle soup is inspired. A few minutes after I started eating, my companion asked me how my food was. I looked up. I had forgotten he was there. I'm going to have to have a word with all my foodie friends who didn't drag me here years ago but lucky for you, I'm here to tell you that this place is so good that it's worthy of inter-borough travel.
Very friendly staff and atmosphere

friendly, fast service, great food
My first time coming here, the atmosphere is lovely, and J was so kind and attentive. Loved the tofu Rama with crunchy peanuts!
Been here before and was just okay. Today came with a friend to get boba tea and were told we couldn’t sit down if we didn’t order food. We decided to order an app so we could sit and enjoy our drinks even though we thought that was a bit strange. Please note it was almost empty during this time. The woman working was extremely rude and told us we wouldn’t be able to go to any restaurant and order drinks without food and she did not want to serve us if it wasn’t okay. Although frustrated, we were happy to order an app and boba teas so we could sit down for a few minutes. After pushback and continued harassment from the employee, we decided to leave on principle. Not willing to give a place like this business. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Had a nice time for lunch. Atmosphere is calm and friendly. It feels like a family neighborhood restaurant. Our server Jay was welcoming and attentive. I live in the neighborhood and will return to eat in or order takeout.
Lowkey fire + huge portion sizes for price + nice lady working there
Best Thai food ever , food is delicious and the service is amazing.
Best Thai food place in the area . Service is always good, food is always delicious. Highly recommend
Food is delicious 🤗 the place is clean but minimalist and the waitress was fun and funny. 🤗👏
This place is the best Thai food in Brooklyn! Everything I’ve had is delicious and they have some unique options I haven’t seen at other Thai restaurants. There are also super nice and friendly.
I had the beef bowl noodles and it was pretty good 😋 I also think that the service here was excellent as the waiter was really attentive and the atmosphere and decor was very nice as well. Would recommend a visit.
11/10. The food is always incredible (go to order is the pad see ew with either chicken or shrimp, the ginger stir fry with chicken, and tai iced tea, though the curry’s are good too). Everyone that works there is incredibly kind, and the restaurant has such a good vibe. Can’t recommend enough.
Love this spot, been wanting to check it out for a while. Our waitress, Jay, was so lovely and so funny. The food was really delicious. Definitely will be my go to Thai spot moving forward. This is a great no-frills, delicious neighborhood spot.
One of the best Thai restaurants in the neighborhood!
I love this spot. I always get amazing recommendations and everyone is so nice and welcoming!
Probably the most authentic Thai food in the local neighborhood.
Most places will have a signature dish, where the other stuff are just okay. We’ve tried almost all of the noodles and fried rices and they have never done us wrong.
Great services and delightful food. Will definitely come again
Food was excellent and service was fantastic.
The Tom Yum Noodle (spicy and sour soup)is recommended! It’s delicious, soothing and satisfying; especially on mild summer afternoon. Try it with that a Thai iced tea. That’ll hit the spot.
This is my favorite Thai restaurant in New York. I love the beef boat noodle.
A terrific local Thai restaurant with great service and tasty food. What’s not to love?
I love this place! The food, the friendly services and staff are all amazing. I've brought people to this place and they loved it.
Great meal!
Always delicious, one of my fave neighborhood spots!
i love it here my fave take out spot
Great food, good service!
I love this place, the food so good. They made real spicy. I will be back for sure
Good food, great service but a little hot
The food is good taste
My favorite Thai food in NYC! Everyone who works there is amazing. The owners are wonderful kind people. I go there every day and now I call all the wonderful ladies who work there “Auntie”. The food is very high quality and delicious. If I could give it 10 stars I would!
Delicious and affordable Thai meal! Great and friendly staff. Lunch special comes with entree and an appetizer. I got the Thai salad and Chicken See Ew. Recommend if you're in the area for a quick, delicious meal!
Delicious food. Friendly staff/service. Cannot ask for anything better!
The food is very delicious . Good service staff
It’s always the most unsuspecting places with Thai food! I am literally obsessed with this place after having the duck soup. This place is legit authentic food like I remember and miss from Chang Mai ! I’ll be here a million times and can’t wait to try everything. Don’t miss this cozy gem!
Underrated low-key Thai spot. Our new go-to for a quick bite or delivery!
Really good food!!! Lovely service ❤️ need to visit again!!!!
Decent food and fair prices, but far from the best Thai I've ever had, and the ambiance is pretty bare bones. I don't understand why the ratings are so over the top, and the table across from me (who also came from Google Maps) couldn't either.
Generous portions of pad thai. Strongest flavor was the smoke from the wok. Thai iced tea was way too sweet. I couldn't finish either.
Acceptable neighborhood spot, but don't come out of your way for this.
Take a chance and you won’t be sorry. Try the summer rolls!
Some of the best food I've ever had. Tried the See Ew noodles and spring rolls for dinner last Friday. Loved it so much I came back for lunch the next day and I have plans to get it for dinner again tonight lol. You can tell everything is so fresh and the head chef (wish I caught her name) was so sweet and looked out for me and my peanut allergy. Highly highly highly recommend!!
Delightful restaurant. I came here on a whim while searching for a place to grab a quick bite at. It ended up being my favorite spot for sesame chicken in the city. Certainly an unexpected turn of events.
Unfortunately I haven't been able to return here in a few weeks due to the distance, but definitely going to visit again. The staff is very friendly and I feel the wait time is reasonable. Hope to try more items on the menu next time!
Maybe the best Thai I've had
Wow. This restaurant is GOLD. Such fresh flavorful food. Tastes like home cooking. Service is wonderful and everyone here is very kind. We had the Tom Kha soup and it was bursting with flavor. So soothing and comforting. Papaya salad had just the perfect bit of a kick to it. Pork belly with Chinese broccoli OMGGGGG. That was our favorite. Chicken Kra pow we asked for mild and they did it perfectly. Also the RICE here is stellar. I’ve grown up eating rice in many different countries and their simple jasmine rice is absolutely on point. They deliver too. This place is a gem. Also love the plants and murals inside and outside. My favorite Thai food in nyc. Manhattan and BK combined!
This place is legitimately good!
Tom Kha Gai soup was elite. Best Tom Kha I’ve had around NYC, and that’s really saying something. You know the broth is the most important part and omg it’s next level. I love my Thai food but this place really set the bar high as far as taste and quality go. Clean inside, kind and attentive service. Definitely coming back to try more!
Great place. Food was really amazing. Beef bowl was the best and the server excellent
casual vibe, with much more than casual flavor. the taste of the wok's fire truly comes through. good doses of fish sauce in the noodles. Thai food has become as ubiquitous as Chinese, and you get used to generic and uninspired restaurants. but this is in the top 1% of Thai places in the area. very impressed. service was also very friendly
Ordered to go a few times, never ate in.
Great fresh food and pleasant staff. Recommended!
Some of the best Thai in NYC. Classics made by grandma, can’t go wrong here.
Exceptional thai food. One of the best pad kee mao (drunken noodles) I’ve had in bk
Quality thai staples
kate is so nice, always give me free hot sauce, peanut chili so good, egg is fried to perfection, sauce are spiced to excellence, every bite is a flavor explosion. i’ve tried all their items, 30+ times, each one better than the next. 🤩
IF U SPEND 20 DOLLARS, YOU SAVE 5 ON UBER EATS‼️
It’s close to my school. i like that part. 👍
decorations are extremely pleasant to the eye, very cute, very modern. 😊
amazing.
Great neighborhood spot. Really quick for takeout
Cibo veramente buono ed abbondante ❤️ locale pulito e carino .
Absolutely delicious food,, awesome service,
Aui is awesome, a true gem
Hands down the best crispy pork belly I’ve had outside of Thailand. Will be back to try out the rest of the menu for sure!
คะน้าหมูกรอบอร่อยมากคับบ เดี๋ยวกลับมากินอีกรอบบ
I got the lunch special and was surprised to find chicken instead of shrimp in the tom yum soup. This sure isn't the Thai street food style but smth made up to save on $
Unfortunately the place is opened and after running around for parking, I go in to be told they closed to come back in one hour.
The perfect spot for Thai comfort food - delicious dishes and big portions. The service was excellent, as the staff were kind and accommodating which was especially notable since I went with a group of 8.
Hands down the best Thai food I’ve had in NYC. Super friendly and amazing staff and sweet neighborhood vibes. Every new dish I try always one ups the previous one. Definitely check it out if you’re in Williamsburg! Or make the trip!!
Amazing Thai place, great food portion at an amazing price, authentic taste and great service. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating option as well. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a great place to eat near the area.
Stopped for weekday lunch with my family and WOW! Fabulous food (we especially loved the appetizers!), great service, super clean and welcoming atmosphere. We will absolutely go back next time we’re in Brooklyn!
Delicious food and amazing Thai iced tea!
El mejor restaurante de BROOKLYN QUE HE VISITADO SUPER LIMPIO Y MODERNO LO RECOMIENDO 👍
Great Thai food - authentic, tasty and affordable hole-in-the-wall place with friendly staff. We ordered the khao kha moo and kra pow moo krob khai dao. Both were amazing and we’ll be coming back to try their other specials.
This is definitely the best casual Thai food in North Brooklyn. Everything I order from here is full of flavor and the proteins always taste great.
Loved every bite. We ordered 3 dishes for take out: curry puff, sesame cauliflower and the duck entree. Ready in a timely manner and super hot & fresh. The hostess recommended a few dishes and I’m so glad she did. Might be our new go to Thai spot! Welcome to the neighborhood :)
So yummy so delicious and servers are so nice we love it here
Very excited this has opened near my house. Food was so delicious and service was really good too. Make sure you can handle Thai spicy
Excellent 👍🏼
Great food, generous portion sizes for their main dishes.
The pad see ew I had today was delicious!
Friendly staff, always a good vibe.
너무 맛있음!!!!!
Amazing food with great bang for your buck—plus, the staff is so kind! It's my go-to.
Super tasty, lots of vegan and vegetarian options!
This unassuming spot has some of the best Thai in all of north Brooklyn. Classic soups like Tom Kha Gai and Tom Yum Koong are flavorful and have generous portions of meat. And the Pad See Ew, and Pad Thai are top notch. The Pad See Ew in particular has great char and wok flavor. Right now, this is my go to Thai takeout spot.
Decided to go here on a whim! The food we ordered was delicious! Literally ate it up! We ordered the "Crispy Chicken Rama" and "Tofu Rama Peanut Sauce" (both of these dishes came with rice on the side). Pretty big portions and super filling for the price! Plus, the ambiance was nice: simple and homey. Also learned this place is family-owned as well! Definitely will be one of my new few go-tos when I'm in the area! I'll be more adventurous and try different dishes next time! :)
Incredible portions and SUCH great service!! It’s my new go-to Thai delivery/takeout spot.
This place is absolutely excellent. It has a relatively unassuming exterior, but make no mistake — this place is a hidden gem with some of the best Thai flavors in Brooklyn. Tofu panang curry will never disappoint — it is apparently a family recipe and it shows. Staff are incredibly friendly. Don’t miss Hungry Bowl!
Service was really good and food was great! Highly recommend!
Amazing neighborhood Thai food.
Pad Thai, chicken skewers, massamun curry. All absolutely amazing, great portions as well. Best Thai food take out in the area by a mile
Real thai food, everything that ive had has been great so far and i’ve had most of the menu. Thank you for opening up so close to me
Thai Street food gem in Williamsburg! I finally found the place to eat real taste Thai food in my neighborhood. They have launch special, but we went for dinner menu.
- Khao Ka Nah Moo Krob is perfect: spicy crispy pork belly sauteed with Chinese broccoli top with fried egg. They make it Thai spicy so you should let them know if you want less spicy.
- Duck Noodle Soup is wonderfully taste normally when I eat noodle, I always add more condiment to the soup, but I don't need to add anything to this noodle.
I enjoy the food so much and service is very nice and friendly. The place just opened for months so I believe as much as people know how delicious the food at this restaurant, they will be more popular and busier. I definitely, going back to try more food. RECOMMENDED!
Ive gone here several times now and it’s always consistently delicious, fast, and satisfying. The portions are big and come with plenty of protein. If you dine in, the staff are very friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend the kee mao and the Thai milk tea.
Eat at this place 3x a week. awesome staff, amazing food, super quick. this place is the real deal. Everytime i come back i try something new and have yet to be disappointed. Red Curry so good, pad kee mao unreal, thai basil stir fry delicious.
Lovely little neighbourhood Thai place with delicious dishes and warm, friendly service. I had the Thai salad and red curry (forgot to photograph the curry as I got straight into eating it!) and both were delicious! Generous serving sizes and value for money too! I’ll definitely come back!
Good simple and inexpensive Thai food
Best Thai food, their dumplings and their Pad Thai are delicious. S
This restaurant is a great addition to the neighborhood. We sat in and the service was super attentive. The food was some of the best thai cuisine we’ve had in the city. Looking forward to going back and trying more dishes and getting take-out. Lots of meat, veggie and vegan options too! Try it!
Great neighborhood Thai spot! We've gone here twice now (takeout and dine in). The mural outside originally brought us in and we've enjoyed the food and interacting with the staff as well. We usually get the lunch special and we've enjoyed the pad see ew, crispy pork, green curry, and panang curry. All of it has tasted authentic and been a good deal!
Incredible Thai food! The service was quick, the staff are so kind, and all of the dishes are delicious. 100% will order again.
This restaurant is amazing!! The food is perfection and is very authentic Thai food. The staff are incredibly sweet as well.
Tasty food and so many options to choose from! Staff is very nice and restaurant is new and clean.
Best restaurant in all of New York. A spiritual experience for the mouth
Much higher quality Thai than your typical takeout joint
Sooooo good & lunch special is great! Staff are sooo nice.
great food, lovely service!
Ordered pickup, got great service. Food is delicious, highly recommend Thai iced tea! Going for sit down dinner next time
Fantastic! Easily the best Thai food in the area. We ordered for pickup and the food was fresh, hot, carefully packaged and freaking delightful. Highly recommend them!
