Greeted warmly upon entrance. Waitress did not speak English well and did not place the food with consideration to ease of access.
We ordered a pu pu platter (not worth money charged) and 2 entrees, and everything was served at the same time. The chicken and Thai rolls were very good. The other 2 items on the pu pu platter were mediocre; tough and overcooked.
The two entrees were warm but not hot. I had the Happy Family. It contained 1 shrimp and 1 scallop, 2 mussels (in the shell), and beef and chicken (both were
tough).
Pineapple chicken was good but needed more pineapple.
Will try again after trying the other 2 Thai restaurants in Roswell.
An unassuming place. Nice servers, very clean place even if it is a bit dark. Had a good variety of food. Got the padtai and the orange chicken. The chicken was nothing special but I personally was not a fan of the pad tai.
Food is ok, just too salty for me. I ordered Sweet Basil with beef and shrimp. Service is lower than average. I was the only one there but no one was in the front. Had to walk to the counter and ring the bell for the check.
The place is dark, not at all inviting, I ordered for takeout pay $25 for Thai ice tea, mixed vegetables and rice, barely any rice not enough for a child, and the mixed vegetables is three pieces of broccoli, little ones, some mushrooms, onions, and some little pieces of cabbage plus bumble shoots a few leaves of basil Not worth the drive not worth my time or my money, it’s a shame that this is called a restaurant, like they don’t want you to take any food, just enough for a taste. I paid for extra tofu five dollars, I got less tofu, about six pieces in total not even enough for the original plate. Let alone I had to pay extra which I did not get any more tofu.
The best food in Roswell. The nicest family hostess and chef. Shares his recipes!
In town for work from Las Cruces/El Paso & all I have to say is this place is in my top 3 favorite Thai restaurants ever! I have a best friend from Thailand & this was very close to his families home cooked meals. There was only a few other people inside so service was timely & polite. The food came out quickly as well. I had the drunken noodles for my main entree, I did get Thai rolls & mango sticky rice too. Must try!
What a surprise! Such tasty Thai food. We stopped there on our way to Carlsbad caverns np and it was the best Thai food I've had in a very long time. The waitress doesn't speak very good english, so special requests can be a problem. I recommend this place if you love this food.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
We walked in and had to wait 20 min to be seated, while it wasn’t even busy. As I write this, we have already been waiting over an hour to get our food, still has not been brought out. One of our drinks were filled, the other left empty and waiting to see someone to ask for a refill. Had to argue about something on the menu, that was plain to see was completely different from what I was being told was the same as what I was trying to order. I’m going to give them a few more minutes, and if our food is not brought out, we might as well just get up and leave. As you can see it is EMPTY inside with dirty dishes from who knows when.
Update: when we received our food, an hour and 22 min after ordering, it wasn’t even what we ordered and still no refill on drinks. Horrible horrible service. Next time I’ll take the time to make this myself instead of thinking it’s convenient to go out for it. We were supposed to be somewhere at 5, before they closed, so that was a waste of a 3 hour damn drive.

Food was great fried bananas were epic
No lie... I'd walk here for this sticky rice!
Only one person working and don’t understand English well ! She’s unprofessional and no courtesy!

Panang curry was great, but portion sizes are so small. Vegetable tolls had no flavor and almost no veggies. They make you pay for water, which kinda sucks. Server disappears for long periods of time. Not sure I’ll come back.
Probably the worst Thai food I have ever tried. If you know what real Thai food is like, avoid this place.
Says open. Not open. 🤷♂️
Bad food! I have been to many Thai places this restaurant had the least flavors! Their spice levels is crazy! We took a level 2 and the food was killing hot. The Tom yum soup had only chillie paste and drunken noodles had only red chillies in it. Go with level 0 if you want to try.
Good food. Rude server. Treated my wife badly. You have to go ask for everything.. If you want anything extra the server gets mad.. Green Curry delicious.
Food was excellent! Service was a little slow, but atmosphere made waiting a few more minutes worth it. Food was hot and flavored perfectly.
A great experience and one that I would happily repeat.
In town visiting family and visited Taste of Thai this place was terrible. The lady had the worst service she was very rude we had to wait for 30 minutes to get our refills and then they added auto gratuity and never specified that they do that. We asked for a side of fried rice and she wanted to charge us 10.49 for a SIDE IT we all asked for medium and they gave us hot noodles I will never go back to here nor will I ever spend 146 dollars on their business again
The best Thai food I have had. All dishes have a unique and authentic flavor. Truly amazing!
Excellent quality of Thai food. Totally over our expectation!
Worst customer service ever experienced. Very rude sever, we have 8 month old kid and asked little bit warm water to feed his food but they were hell bent on not even giving that. Had to order hot water and wait for it to come with food then pay for it separately. Never seen such kind of cruelness, where you can’t help to feed an infant by bringing water on time.
Serving size is extremely small, you will need to order two meals to get full for an adult. They literally gave us two spoon of rice. We were there for an hour and non of other guest arrived which explained us what grave mistake we made
Love this place! Every time I visit Roswell we eat here. The inside is usually quiet, I think it’s run by just a couple of family members who own it. They are always working hard! We usually take our food to go. The pad Thai and Tom Kha soup are amongst our favorites. We always ask for our food to be gluten free due to an allergy but I think most of their food is naturally gluten free.
Delicious food, authentic taste, attentive staff. 10/10! Will definitely eat here again.

Superbly prepared food. We Very much enjoyed our Thai curries. Very nice to have brown rice as an option. Wonderful experience.
I would drive 500 miles for their pad Thai and mango sticky rice
This place was not so clean and kept like a refrigerator. The pad thai was really good but took about half an hour to be served (there were two other tables seated when we arrived)
Likely won't revisit here.
Please smell terrible if the people there were nice and the food was really good.
Honestly very delicious tai food, passing through Roswell and stopped here. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for tai food.
I don't normally write reviews, but we had such a bad experience there. We went there with the whole family while we traveled to Roswell. The place looks like it's out of business, no cars in the parking lot on Sunday noon time. We are not sure if it's open till we open the door. Wait for a while for someone to finally show up(looks like the owner). After ordering, we were told they do not serve water and we can only purchase bottled water from them, it's like $2.5 per bottle. We asked if we could at least bring the kid's water to the store, and the lady said it's a hard no, not even the water for kids. We end up leaving without eating because of the bad attitude. Isn't refusing to serve water illegal?? I strongly suggest everyone to stay away from this place.
Small mom-and-pop style restaurant. The woman that took my order was very efficient and down to business. The curry was very good. Very casual and informal environment. Looking forward to my next visit.
We have always had really good food here! It is never really busy, which makes the service on point.
Me and my family were on a road trip and decided to eat here, online it said it closed at 8:30 and we arrived around 7:50. A lady saw us and proceeded to run outside and lock the doors before we got to them. Instead of explaining anything they locked the door in our face. I recommend going elsewhere to eat. Somewhere they respect you.
I sincerely regret to have to leave my first negative review ever of any restaurant.. the ordering over the phone for pickup was not easy or friendly...The pickup was not easy.. they made me walk up to the take out window and wait there.. the payment was not easy either.. but worse still, the basil chicken fried rice I ordered was terrible.. either the rice or the chicken was a burnt... the dish had a strong burnt flavor..I could not eat more than 2 mouthfuls and when I saw almost no basil leaves I pulled them out, counted them and took a picture - there were 5 in the whole dish.. I called the restaurant, nicely explained to them and ask them if they'd like to make me something different.. they refused and said this was their standard way they made the dish and offered no substitute or compensation.. the deep fried spring rolls were edible.. I hate to have to say this, but don't go to or order from here - you will be disappointed
5 stars! I had been to this restaurant many years ago and saw some of the reviews that made me almost go somewhere else while back in town and IM SO GLAD I didn’t! This place is fabulous, service was quick and friendly, we were the first table for the lunch rush but our server took care of the whole room quickly and efficiently. Drinks in just a few minutes, appetizers in about 5 mins and entrees 10 after that. Got the larb (tangy and sweet), fresh rolls (would pass next time, no shrimp or chicken unless I missed it on the menu), and basil fried rice (to DIE FOR!!). Masaman curry was also good, Tom ka soup was good but could use a lime wedge. Thai tea and iced Thai coffee were great! Can’t wait to come back!
Excellent soup so so drunken noodles questio able squid
Love this place I come here every other weekend with my dad I recommend the sea food Tum yum!
Pretty good food
Foods good. Service is bad. Close taste is Lemon Grass at larger portions that's less expensive.
Rude lady on phone. I'd tell her what I wanted and she kept saying "no". Like okay go ahead and just shut down your business now because if you keep treating customers like that I promise you won't last.
Extremely rude. Here is what the typical call like
Customer:”I want to placce order togo”
This restaurant:”you look online the menu?”
Customer:”no, but I know what I want already.”
This restaurant:”u look online first ok” hangs up the phone.
I called back.
Customer: “ok give me chicken pad thai, you have good vegetarian soup you recommend?”
This restaurant: “ u look at the online menu then call back!” Hangs up the phone.
For god sake how are they doing business by constantly hanging up customers calls.
Worst Thai food ever, the Ton Yum soup is just water boiled seafood no Thai spice or ingredients ! My husband ordered curries and she asked for very hot, they just out a whole bunch of chili source to make it extra hot but no flavor at all; my son order spring rolls are not good either so I don’t really recommend anything there
UPDATE YOUR HOURS
I pass this restaurant all the time and never see many cars, so I cautiously tried it one night because I was craving green curry and my usual place was closed. I am so glad I did!! It was amazing!! Flavorful and spicy!! The beautiful lady who was working seemed to be doing everything, serving, cooking, and seating. The only thing that could have made it better would have been some music in the dining room because it was so quiet. If you are in the mood for Thai this is a great choice!
After we were seated, the waitress disappeared for 10 or 15 minutes without bringing anything out to the table, not even water. When we found the waitress hiding in the back she took our order and then we waited another 20 minutes for her to bring out food that was highly over salted. If we weren't starving with no other options late on a Monday night we would have left. Don't bother.
Great food and service ! Hight recommend the hot and sour soup and massaman curry.
Kids loved the chicken lo mein.
The food was not good. And the service was very bad
Very nice food.
We have been going here for 8+ years, and it’s impeccable every single time. We’ve grown to know and love this restaurant, it is dear to our hearts! EVERYTHING on the menu is great, and it’s run solely by a very great family. Please stop in, and then stop in again and try something else. you won’t regret it!
Love this spot! We stop often when driving through Roswell. Always a delicious meal. I get the Pork Larb and it never disappoints.
The food was decent and the prices were fair but it was all the little things that caused me to be less impressed. As soon as we entered the restaurant we noticed it was a little empty and it appeared only have one employee working.
The one lady working there was taking the orders running the cash register and possibly working the kitchen as well. It took a while for her to seat us and then return to our table to take our order. It was several minutes before she arrived with our drinks.
We ordered an appetizer and three entrees . All which took a while to come out even though there was only one other table with people.
We asked for some sweet chili sauce and were told they would be an extra charge for it. We were told there's no refills on drinks and there's a charge for water.
We joked at the table that Roswell so far out in the middle of nowhere that water and sweet chili sauce are rare commodities that can't just be a given away. Every time we asked about something their response was "there will be an extra charge is that okay?"
The food was good, was cooked fresh, and the prices weren't overly high, but we felt like we were being nickeled and dimed for every little thing.
Portion sizes on the plates we're decent but not large. I would probably return here if I was visiting Roswell and hungry for Thai food. It wasn't bad it was just all the little things that took away from the experience.
Food is always good just the wait for anything is extremely long
Called in a take out order. Only one car in the lot when I arrived at 6:00pm… not a good sign. The food order was correct as I ordered, but basically looked like a sloppy mess of old ingredients. The “fresh rolls” I ordered, had brown lettuce inside so I threw them out. My Happy Family meal had dried up meat, chicken, and so few veggies. The 3.00 dollar extra brown rice was okay. The 2 shriveled up shrimp went in the trash as did the 2 mussels that I would not trust to eat. And when I asked for a packet of sweet and sour sauce the woman said one dollar. Really?? I walked out.
I love their Thai food. Very tasty.
My second visit. This time I had Drunken Noodles with pork. It was delicious. I don't know how the wonderful woman who owns this place makes it all happen. She greets you, seats you, prepares everything for you all on her own. All while taking phone orders, orders from others who walk in for take out. She is amazing. I absolutely love her food.
Roswell is lucky to have this restaurant in town! Really good currie, noodles, etc. Must try place!
Surprisingly this was delicious and super yummy. I had the Chicken Pad Thai and Basil Fried Rice. It is more authentic and hard to find this style of cooking. YUM!
The service was very slow waited a half hour for drinks and then roaches started crawling out of the wall next to our table we got up and alerted staff and left
Surprisingly tasty Thai food!
We had the green curry and pad thai, and both were really good especially the curry!
Worst place in town ordered food an waited for an hour an half before we got it an it was cold. I do not suggest this place to eat at
Great food just make the out side of the restaurant better looking to get more ppl
Not the usual fresh Thai food.
Nice surprise in middle of the desert. Hot is HOT!
Serving size was super small for what I paid for it
The food was just spicy, no flavor or anything besides pure heat in even the meals ordered mild or no spice. The food itself was wrong and had meat that didn't taste quality. Ordering the food was disastrous and was way overpriced, will not be eating here again.
The green curry was actually amazing! Surprisingly one of the best green curries I've had in the US🤙
Takes about 20 minutes. Lobby closed. Will only take call in orders.
Can't get a hold off anyone to place an order after driving out of my way.
Place is no longer in business. Sad to know we drove all the way there to see it run down and not in business. 😔
Vegan options available and the food was delicious 😋
Tasty Thai food with lots of vegetarian options. Be careful when ordering spicy food - Thai Spicy is super hot! We ordered the Tom Yum Kha soup, a red curry and the spicy basil stir fry. Everything was tasty and spicy. Drive through pick up only during covid
Great food
Such great heartwarming take out food during this pandemic. Pad Thai flavors rocked as well as fabulous Massaman curry! Thank you for the delicious lunch as we drove thru Roswell.
Amazing food! 👌🏽
Best Drunken Noodle you'll ever have! Love Love Love this place!
Food tasted great, owners are friendly. We stopped by there when going to Ruidoso, will stop by again for sure.
The food is excellent. Very authentic
Very good food. I recommend the pad Thai
Food was amazing and the owners were wonderful.
Delicious!
Their red curry is delicious!!!
A bit pricey. One plate with rice, extra side of meat, and a drink was almost $20. Long-ish wait for to go. Pretty tasty though. No food poisoning. 😅 Meat was a little tough. Brown Rice definitely had a bit of funny taste and wish I hadn’t ordered it. Waste of money on that. (Didn’t eat it..) Flavor was good on meat and veggies.
The place definitely only had two people running it. One cooking and one doing entire front of house..... was there with an extremely exhausted/travel worn toddler who could have benefited from faster service. (Waited about an hour for food to go with only one table seated when I arrived. All with food..) Would recommend hiring a couple more people as others have suggested. Noticed lots of dishes on unoccupied tables that my kiddo kept trying to have a go at. 🤷🏼♀️ Lady at the front of house was polite enough but not very attentive or verbal about what is going on with the wait. 😢
On our way through from Texas to Ruidoso. We split the Thai Rolls and Drunken Noodles very good!! Enough to share between two people. Fast service and clean bathrooms. Highly recommended!!
Great food and service. Will definitely come back.
Terrible. Will not return
Excellent food. Prepared by the owner who is Thai and from Thailand. He and his wife run it with little or no help. So expect to wait a bit. It is well worth it. Best place to eat in Roswell. Never had a bad meal there. Don't order hot unless you are wanting very hot. I eat spicy foods but I stick with #2 hot. I have ordered hotter, good but be prepared to sweat.....
ok this is the second time I've been here-BE FOREWARN SERVICE IS SLOW-and I mean slow --one waitress and one cook. First time was ok for a 25 to 30 minute wait for fresh cook food. This time over an hour --UNACCEPTABLE felt ignored --what really ticked me off was no update on how much longer it would be for the food to arrive.
CAN NOT RECOMMEND--if you have lots of time on your hand give it a shot . But I will not be going back.
Flavour is OK given you haven't tried authentic Thai food. However, food quality is just around average, meat is tough to chew on. And the course is overpriced for the amount of food you get, at least by 30%. Will not go there again.
Ordered delivery through Door Dash. One menu description was incorrect causing me to receive an item I couldn't eat due to allergy. Then I started into my Tom Kha Gai soup and found a bug! I am so grossed out!
Egg rolls too greasy. Way too much food. Really too much of a price for a meal.
Very Good entrees, delicious food and great hospitality. Consider the time you have available to dine in. Time and attention to detail is well invested on each serving. Enjoy!
I've been craving tom-yum and they did not disappoint on flavor. The price might've been a little more than I expected but I am ok with it because this is the closest Thai restaurant I absolutely love!!!
Remember all of my reviews take into consideration, location and price.
So first off, I must say I was surprised to find a Thai restaurant, yet alone one with so many positive reviews.
We came to Roswell on our trip to Albuquerque. We only stopped by for one night and needed dinner.
When we pulled up we were a bit scared, since it only had 1 car in the parking lot. We entered anyways because yelp wouldn't steer us wrong!
It seems like there is only one front of the house staff and only one back of the house staff. So expect a wait if there are a lot of people. Lucky for us we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time ordering.
We ordered the shrimp tom yum, the chicken pad thai, the beef salad, and mango sticky rice for dessert.
Everything came out as to be expected with the amount of employees, but it tasted great! Better than many places in Houston.
My favorite had to been the chicken pad thai, and it was a huge serving!
For only having 1 front of the house staff she worked hard! After we got our food the restaurant started to fill up, with multiple tables. I could see with that many people coming in at once they could not handle it and there was a wait for the other guests.
Overall, if you're in Roswell this is a hidden gem!
Really liked the food
Muy bueno se los recomiendo
Wonderful food and affordable
Good size portions Great taste
Best food ever the yellow curry was spectacular
Rico
Fresh, and hot food. Fast and friendly staff
Whole lot of waiting while their family or friends were served who came in after us! Food didn't even come out hot. Don't bother unless you want to post up a mail box to get mediocre food.
I ordered the broccoli beef and it was salty but my friend ordered the pad Thai and it was good. The service was very slow
The food is so delicious!! I go once a week and am always satisfied with my meal. The atmosphere is very nice and relaxing lots of a little bit of thai everywhere. The service could be better I think it's a couples business so their is only 2 employees so the food may take awhile to come out but it is scrumptious
Must try!
pad tai didn't have enough veggies, service was slow
Good food clean place
Best Thai food around! Go here every time I'm in town.
Food was below average. I ordered coconut soup and pad see ew with tofu. And side of rice. Food didnt look nor taste fresh at all. Rice was dry and yellow and smelled funny. Noodles were overcooked and tasted funny. It wasnt spicy at all even tho I asked for spicy. And coconut soup were just water down and bad. Staff were strange. Sorry to say we will not return!
The best authentic Thai food in New Mexico. I come so least once a week.
Come here as much as I can. Great place to eat. I like the spicy side of the food don't let the look of the place fool you. Sam and his wife are great people. If you order it extra spicy be prepared two pay for food anyway.
Food was very good and the service was good also.
Worst service.... ever......
The Pad Thai is sooo good at this restaurant. If you love spicy food like me order Pad Thai #2 spicy. My only complaint is when you go and eat inside the actual restaurant they do take awhile to serve you but the food is amazing.
Average American style Thai food. For the location being in new Mexico it was better than others near by. I personally don't care for carpet in restaurants there was some strange smells. Staff was quiet but polite. Would recommend if passing through.
Long waits
I REALLY wanted to like this place. I really did. The simple fact is that, as a small business owner, you can fall risk to the temptation to wanting to "do it all yourself" to save on costs. Unfortunately, that can often come at the cost of severely affecting the customer experience, which will DEFINITELY affect the bottom line. This place is the classic example of falling into this trap. I visited off-peak, and immediately noticed that the entire restaurant was attempting, poorly, to be run by two people, most likely the owners. Customer after customer came into the restaurant to be greeted by NO ONE, only to have to chase down the one woman working (overworking) to even get a menu. Unacceptable. It took nearly 50 minutes to get my simple order and there were only two other tables occupied when I was there.
While the place is clean, the food acceptable (though salty) and the server/owner friendly, it isn't enough to promote me to return unless they invest in improving the customer experience. In short, HIRE SOME MORE STAFF, READ THE REVIEWS YOUR CUSTOMERS WRITE AND LISTEN TO THEM!
I travel extensively for work, and eat in at least 250-300 restaurants a year, almost all of them being local businesses. Customers have a choice where they spend their money. I hope for the sake of their livelihood, the owners take measures to correct their ineffectual management of this restaurant. As they say, customer satisfaction is useless. Customer loyalty is priceless.
I went there on Valentine’s Day , very great service the wait was long but it was well worth it amazing food 😀
Delicious fresh food allow time to wait .
Went there today when it was supposed to be open.....it wasn't. No sign or anything explaining why it was closed
Great service. Almost everything on the menu is vegan or can be made vegan, which was great. Delicious food, perfect amount of spiciness for what we asked for in each entree. Reasonable prices for portion sizes. Recommend the pad see ewe, Thai iced tea, and mango sticky rice.
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!
We walked in and had to wait 20 min to be seated, while it wasn’t even busy. As I write this, we have already been waiting over an hour to get our food, still has not been brought out. So many items that were vegan friendly, my whole family enjoyed all the different dishes, everything made fresh by hand! Just know refills are not free.
Delicious food served hot and fresh. Service was great and attentive. I recommend highly.
Delicious food!! Huge portions!
Authentic Thai. Vegetarian friendly.
