Hands down the best sushi I have ever eaten. The rolls were HUGE and beautiful. They gave ample ginger and wasabi and the fish was fresh and delicious. I was very impressed. Not to mention best price ever for sushi.

I've experienced worse service with people twice his age; he really knows how to be a phenomenal server! First, I'd like to address some more than likely false comments. I've seen a few reviews with some absurd remarks about food quality, food poisoning, etc... and all I can say is, take those reviews with a grain of salt. There is a reason this place is open almost daily and was fairly busy our last two visits - and it's NOT because they serve bad food (they don't). Keep that in mind.

That said, the food here is consistently fresh, made well, and delicious. We wouldn't be repeat customers if it wasn't! See the photos from our most recent visit; for appetizers, we ordered the chicken dumplings (third time in a row) and the vegetable tempura (first time) - both are so good! For our main dishes, I chose the cashew stir fry with chicken, which came with a side of sticky rice, and he ordered the spider roll (no before photo, sorry). This was the first time I'd ordered something different from my usual main dish, which is the teriyaki chicken bowl (extra chicken, extra teriyaki sauce), and now I have a new favorite, as the cashew dish was phenomenal!

Our booth seats lacked sufficient cushioning, so it was a fairly uncomfortable visit... but the service, as always, was fantastic, and they kept the restaurant clean - also as always!

We WILL be back, obviously.

My family had a great lunch today.
We ordered quite a bit, and finished everything 😅.
It was pretty quiet, not a very busy place, but the quality of the food and the service was perfect.
Joseph, our waiter, was very helpful and welcoming.
I particularly enjoyed finding a couple of Hogwarts houses in the menu.

Great Thai flavor! You can select how spicy you want your meal. I ordered the Green Curry with shrimp, medium spice. Loved it, but a bit too spicy for me. My wife had the Mango Chicken, medium spice. Much milder than my curry. I think that the sweet mango tempered the heat. Didn't have any Sushi, but saw it being brought out for other customers. Looks delicious. I'd come back again when traveling through Bernalillo New Mexico!

My veggies tempura was tasteless and mushy inside, my Pad Thai was not very good either. The sushi is never bad. I have always had great sushi. Although I will never order of the main menu again!!

Quick, decent food with fast service.

Quick service by a very friendly youngish boy. Then a post vid rudish tox vibe girl, which i can identify a mile away, gave me the bill and pretended to be nice.
I think the family who runs it is prob authentic and nice, but the whitey girl not. I choose thai sometimes because i like the authentic energy of it. But not when they hire staff that is not. Keep it in the family!!!

Great food but sometimes service can be a little slow

I love the monkey balls, the teriyaki is awesome, the menu has a great selection...the pho..mmmmm good stuff.

I so wanted to like this place. We went twice. They were not busy. An old.man,.owner like, sitting g near the counter. Employees sitting at the counter. Young slender man as waiter. Very non communicative, both times had FILTHY NAILS.

I have lived on Maui, and my husband and f daughter and SIL are historically Oahu based. My daughter is in fine dining, and has worked in many Asian restaurants.

Cleanliness is not historically a priority. And this place was by far the most worrisome place I have been to outside of some sidestreet place in Honolulu or Kahului.

If the most public facing employee in the restaurant who brings your food has filthy hands, what are they doing in the back????

We went twice. My husband didn't want to give them a second chance, but I did. Exact same situation, mumbleboy who just points with his filthy hands. STILL FILTHY.

The food was fabulous! I'm from Hawaii and this was on par with the best Thai I had there. Service and atmosphere nice too!

Worst Thai restaurant I’ve had, bland flavors, seafood soup $18 with only has one shrimp, really? Save your money and go somewhere else.

My wife and I love coming here, we're always greeted as soon as we walk in and it's never too busy. The food is always great as well!

Food was great! they did forget we were there. I went into the bathrooms that is where it got to me. there was mold all over the floor and bottom of toilet!

We love this restaurant. It is our "go to" for Asian/Thai food. The ingredients are always fresh, the sauces aren't heavy, and the spice can be customized to your taste. Seems to be family run, which I admire. The wait staff is always friendly, and we always look forward to our next visit there.

Not great

Have always overlooked when in area. Not anymore! I even went back the next day. And...the next week! I had spicy fried rice, no jalapeños. It was fabulous. I wish I had taken a picture of my food, but it would not do it justice.

The roll was delicious and the sauce great!
The Thai tea I felt was too sweet but also too much ice.
The pad Thai was not that great, it tasted too fishy and didn’t have any spice at all.
I was really hoping for this place to be delicious but there’s other places that I’ve enjoyed better.
The booth I sat at was dirty and had stains all over the upholstery.

Such a weird place I came in - I felt lost, norm when I enter Thai places I feel at home. My Nephews girlfriend she is Thai but here i didnt feel so welcome food wasnt so fried. Chicken tasted of fish? Why! I ate meal norm Thai food 10/10 but here simple 5 I need mouth to water and feel alive. Maybe next time it wont be so dark. I love chicken but it wasnt like meat maybe next time i will be in love.

I love this place! It’s conveniently close to my neighborhood and service is always fast and great. I love the size of the fresh spring rolls which taste great. The red curry is definitely a favorite of mine. I am also a huge fan of Pho, but compared to authentic Vietnamese restaurants, I can tell they make it differently, and for that I prefer other places for my Pho craving. But nonetheless food and service is great!

Visiting town, this place seemed like a good place to try. Absolutely delicious, came in two days in a row for lunch while I'm here in town! The food is great, fast, and the waitress was nice and attentive. Definitely recommend and I'll come back!

Ok, this is a very first for us!! Food was good and service was ok, but our issues were refills on tea. They limited me to 2 refills on my ice tea that I paid 2.95 for. I have never had this happen to me before. I literally thought she was joking. We definitely won't be returning to this place. My criticism is not on the Food, it was good. But come on, it's ice tea!!!!!!

Our first visit will not be our last! We had chicken satay, shrimp spring rolls, Rio Rancho roll, Thai spice fried rice and green tea. Everything was delicious 😋

The salmon mania roll was incredible and the chicken dumplings were cooked perfectly.

Used to be one of my favorite places until I was over charged today. Called back to ask details and the lady explained our drinks were $5+ when on the menu the drinks we got were only $2.95. (Sprite x2, green tea x2) and although I left without a receipt they don’t even show you your bill before hand. I understand the 10% from not paying cash but even with the tax. She also mentioned the sushi was $21 a roll when they should have been 10.50 and 7.50. But oh well, definitely never going back. Only 2 out of 4 of us actually got meals.

Had excellent, tasty, fresh sushi. The kids loved their yakisoba noodles. The masuman curry was perfect. Service was very good.

I have been looking for good fried rice and this one is so good. The server who took our order was polite and explained the difference between all the Fried Rice options. Definitely found my new favorite place.

This is our go-to spot for pad thai! I can't speak for the rest of the menu but the tofu a d chicken pad thai is always delicious and consistent!

Not too crowded on a weekend & the menu is EXTENSIVE in your favorite sushi & sashimi cravings. Servers are kind & personable, the atmosphere is inviting & colorful. My daughter ordered a rainbow roll and the fish was gray and hard. It smelled disgusting! I told her not to eat it. I tried a bite of the seafood salad in the teriyaki chicken bento box and almost threw up because it tasted rotten. The chicken was tasteless and gross. We told the waitress we'd pay for our sodas and coconut shrimp appetizer. Paid and left. Will never return.

Today was my first time eating at Thai Taste and Sushi. I ordered the spider roll thinking it would be served just like any ordinary spider roll. But the chef put a lot of extra care into this meal, both in terms of taste and presentation; it looked like an Eastern dragon coiling about a sacred orb of ginger and wasabi! He had little carrot horns, tobiko roe scales, and even a small cut of octopus tentacle that formed his surprisingly expressive eyes. The decorative measures were so delicate and aesthetically pleasing that the last thing I wanted to do was take apart this work of art for the comparably selfish act of personal consumption. I saved the head for last and I swear I almost cried when I unwittingly snapped one of his majestic whiskers off. Thank you for the food, it was excellent and definitely worth the money.

Have been there to eat and done take out many times. Love this restaurant. Everything is yummy and always very fresh. The environment is cozy clean and feels upscale at the same time. Does look like the prices have gone up recently but so has everything. Inflation is rough. Still I highly recommend it if you have a craving for sushi or noodles.

Chicken egg rolls came out well done and pretty much burnt. Ordered the Massaman curry with chicken and it was absolutely horrible tasting. It was super bland and incredibly fishy. Would have ordered the sushi if it wasn’t $12 for a basic roll. Glad I didn’t though if it tastes anything like the curry.

There isn't a ton of options on the north end of Rio rancho but we are so thankful for this restaurant! Their green curry is so good and I love that I can let them know what heat level I want! We haven't had a bad dish from here and enjoy many items on their menu ❤️ another favorite is the salmon skin hand roll! Crispy slices of salmon skin rolled up in a awesome sized hand roll with fresh ingredients is a treat everytime we order it! Ordering is a breeze and their customer service matches 👏🏼 highly recommend this restaurant for your sushi and Thai cuisine

The service was quick and there was no problem. I ordered the beef pho and a California roll. The pho was delicious! However, I wish the bean sprouts that were on the side were fresh and washed. The beans sprouts looked dry and old. The California roll would fall apart. I prefer to have my sushi roll chilled and the one I got here was room temperature. Overall the service and food was not that bad.

Ordered a couple different rolls and asked that cucumber not be used. Got cucumber in them anyway. Tried to get the set ers attention to take them back and have them remade and had to get up and walk over to her because she wasn't paying any attention to the dinning room.

I wonder if the owner knows that you don't take pick up orders 2 hours before you close? This location just lets the phone ring and ring and ring. Doesn't even bother to pick up.
I know other people were calling as well, because the line was busy.

Drove by, there were more then enough employees standing around not even pretending to be busy.
They close early all the time. Multiple times you will see people walk up to the door because they are suppose to be open.
I have very little sympathy for businesses that don't take the time to check what their employees are doing. You pay them until 9pm to take customers, not sit in the dark playing with their phones. All you have to do is show up sometimes so they know that they can't get away with the "We didn't have a single customer that last hour." BECAUSE. YEAH RIGHT.

This is out favorite sushi place. We only go to other sushi places on Monday, when they are closed. Servers are very friendly and all the rolls I have tried are excellent. I also like their fried rice and their miso is to die for!

Top quality food

We ordered drunken noodles and masaman curry to go. The staff were friendly and the food was fantastic. We will do our best to remember this restaurant anytime we are in the area!

We have eaten there several times since they opened. Today, we ordered through Uber Eats. Over the next hour our delivery time was changed three times. Finally, my wife called the restaurant. The restaurant claims they never got the order. We go down and show that the order is "In Progress" on the app. The young man at the register just looks at us with a blank face and no excuse whatsoever. We will never eat there again!

Overall, Thai Taste is pretty good. Since we live in the area, we do frequent it for sushi, fried rice, and thai food. My toddler daughter loves their fried rice. I'm not sure if they are consistent with their cook, but quality does seem to suffer every now and then.

The workers were very rude and unprofessional when I complained about their raising their prices three of them ganged together and yelled at me.......I still ordered because I was dying for sushi but I'm pretty sure I will never go back again

Awful warm raw fish in the sushi. Didn't even eat it wish I could have gotten a refund. Service was rude as well.

Waitress has no interest in being helpful. No utensils other than chopsticks were offered after asking for a fork. Pineapple fried rice had 4 chunks of canned pineapple, garlic stir fry had no garlic, and food just had no flavor or flare. This place does not serve unsweetened ice tea either. The tempura was raw. So if you have allergies, be careful. A wasted trip for me.

This place seems to be closed more often than it is open. When it's open the service is rude. I love the food when open but it's few and far between. I can't imagine they're trying very hard to retain good business.

REALLY good curries, especially Red and Massaman. Pineapple fried rice is great. When they say "hot" or "Thai hot", trust them. The regular hot was hot enough for me and I like spicy food.

My 1st time being able to 'dine-in' here, due to dining-IN limitations caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Previous visits were for carryout orders.

First-things-first. Our Greeter/Hostess/Manager/Server, "Hannah" was ABSOLUTELY STELLAR! She wore every single one of those 'hats' during our visit, and did it with unbelievable patience and professionalism.

NO WAY would I choose to be waiter/waitress for four or five tables of diners at one time, 'greet & seat' arriving customers, answer telephones, handle cash register duties AND SMILE WHILE DOING IT?!😯😖 Heyy.."Talk to the HAND"!✋

My Pad Thai Chicken was just as I'd read in other Customer Reviews. Awesome tasting AND delicious looking! Egg Rolls were small, but they packed big flavor! We had to ask for napkins when our meal was brought out, but with all those responsibilities heaped on one lone-server, I was almost willing to just use my shirt sleeve so that "Hannah" wouldn't have THAT one-more-thing to do.😇

Very enjoyable visit. No fancy bells & whistles, here. Humble and sincere customer service, done right! Thanks to the chef(s) for our deliciously prepared meals, too!

Five Star Visit! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was running around in traffic after work trying to get my fingerprints done in ABQ. One place in town was closed so I rushed over to Rio Rancho to another place that told me they don't do it anymore. Sitting in my car frustrated AF, I noticed this Thai Taste Sushi place and thought I'd get some dinner. Wow! Amazing! I got the New Mexico roll which was a fried green chili (of course) with avocado, veggies and sriracha sauce. Highly recommended!!! Then I got a veggie version of Tom Kai soup.....amazing! Everything was so good that I ordered a red curry with tofu to go for lunch the next day. I have been in vegan heaven for the past two days!! The food and service were fantastic! There were lots of orders being picked up to go and I can see why. I order "hot" which was not as spicy as I expected and will order "Thai hot" next time for sure....and the WILL be a next time despite the fact that I live 30 miles away.

Good food full of flavor. It's just too Expensive for the small portions you get. You have to spend $30+ for a satisfying experience

Worst thai food I ever had. I love Thài food and am always looking for new eats. This one was a train wreck. The spring rolls were flavorless outside being bitter. It was lettuce and bean sprouts that's it. The pad thai had the flavor of plain boiled noodles. It was so bad my wife just threw it away. My tom kah was ok. It was the only half decent thing we ordered.

Love this place! Best Pad Thai and Tom Yum soup! They have really good sushi as well. We order from doordash and they always package everything perfectly and it tastes just as good as in person dining. They always accommodate "special instructions" which is awesome!

We are in town for the week and ordered takeout with some friends. We all agreed this was some of the best Thai food we have had. Two of us had the yellow curry with potato and carrot and the other two had Pad Thai. We loved that we could request the level of spiciness. Two of us ordered mild and the other two ordered medium. The dishes were perfect and very flavorful. We would highly recommend this restaurant and we hope to make it back again before we leave..

Consistently fresh seafood.

The food here is lacking freshness. My Philadelphia roll had a intense smell. My smoked salmon instead of being pink resembled a dark grey color. I did not eat the roll. The California roll was a California roll. I will never order here again.

Very well organized for COVID traffic, no dine-in at this time.

My stir fry was more like a oily soup (see photo) and they forgot my spicy seasoning. It did have decent portion and the person taking my order was super helpful & answered my questions. I just wish i woulda got what i thought i was getting and with my seasonings.

We walked in and placed an order, prepaid, and were told to come back in 30mins. Upon returning approx. 30 mins later, we were told it wasn’t ready and to continue waiting in the seating area. After waiting about another 30 mins, we requested a refund as a full hour had passed since we placed our order. They refused multiple times and JUST BEGAN making our order. We continued to ask for a refund to which they denied. Once we stated we were calling the police for theft since we had received no goods/services, they without hesitation returned our money.

The food is good, however, there was one wait staff person there tonight who is short with her responses and seems to be in a hurry to stand around. I have had an encounter with her before tonight and the last time I chalked it up to ok everyone is entitled to a bad day. This appears just to be her personality, 😳. If you don't like your job find another one, we pay good money to eat at this establishment to get that kind of service. I still left a tip even though I am not required to. Please train this person I understand that things are hard now but we are also dealing with that as well.

I love Thai food especially the fried rice and red curry. Pad Thai is my second option. Thai Sushi is the only Thai option at Enchanted hills area. Good food and quantity.

Huge selection of all the best foods. There is a young lady that works there named Naly or Nely which I'm probably spelling wrong and she is above and beyond! In addition to fresh, great food she provides excellent customer service. Strongly recommend this place. They also deliver thru doordash.

Keep your firstborn locked up tight, because I would sell them to Lucifer in exchange for a Tempura roll.
