Thai Cuisine, located at 4000 Barbara Loop Southeast in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, offers an enticing culinary journey through the vibrant and aromatic flavors of Thailand. This beloved Thai restaurant tantalizes taste buds with an array of authentic dishes, capturing the essence of Thai cuisine's distinctive blend of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy.
Hands down delicious ans worth every penny. We gor ours to go aa our little guy wont eat Thai so we ordered elsewhere
for him. My oldest kiddo loves the pot stickers and theirs are perfectly crispy. My husband ordered the Thai hot seafood pad Thai and I ordered the pineapple fried rice with chicken hot. Could not be more satisfied!! Delicious Thai flavor. Oh and can't forget the Thai tea!
I’ve had Thai all over NM and CO and this place is special. If you’ve never had Thai food, they have very palette friendly drunken noodles (a classic Thai street dish) and pineapple friend rice (a Thai twist on your classic favorite).
For my more experienced friends, make sure to order a Green Thai Tea. It is fresh and not from a matcha base and was excellent.
We have been to this restaurant 3x, the first 2 times in one week, and they do not disappoint! The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere very comfortable. The lunch specials are definitely worth the money, you get soup and spring rolls, your entree and a dessert. We ordered the ginger tea which is warm and comforting. We will continue going back to try different dishes for lunch and dinner. I highly recommend!
We stopped in for a lunch special at the recommendation of friends. The initial impression is a remodeled building with a pleasant, clean feeling. It is spacious with fast food type booth seating or padded chairs with narrow tables.
We opted for 2 lunch specials. The tofu green curry, and shrimp Pad Thai. The lunch special includes a soup and egg rolls the soup was a tasteless lemon grass and the egg rolls seemed stale. The main courses arrived, both were sweet. I didn't notice any of the heat that's usually associated with Thai food. The shrimp on the pad Thai was fishy tasting (old?) and I left it for the generous heap of noodles and sparce vegetables. The curry was dominated by the taste of coconut with very little curry spicyness. The included dessert was a too full bowl of pearl tapioca with corn and maybe some milk?
With our drinks ( Thai tea) our bill was $40.
We won't be returning, nor recommending it.
Great food and reasonable prices! We had the shrimp spring rolls with pad se ew and tom kha gai. It was all amazing. They were short-staffed, so service was a little slow, but they were super friendly and offered up recommendations for good dishes on request. This is our new favorite spot!
The food is absolutely phenomenal! The restaurant is clean with a great atmosphere. The staff are friendly and attentive. Prices are very reasonable. The exterior is deceiving and doesn’t look half as good as the interior. I highly recommend giving them a try and you won’t be disappointed. The food is delicious and fresh!
Good food, fair price, helpful staff

Great local place to support. Super friendly team, fantastic food.
The food is so delicious, but when I tried to place a to go order their phone number was disconnected and I couldn't use my gift card on the online portal.
It was fantastic the food was heavenly!!!
First time I've ever had bamboo shoots and it was awesome.
Good food, amazing service, but the environment was ugly yellow and the heater could not cope with the cold snap.
It's a simple place inside, and I've always been there for take out.
We have been to this restaurant 3x, the first 2 times in one week, and they do not disappoint! The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere very comfortable. Authentic Thai food. Always enjoy having lunch here. I like to get the lunch special. It comes with soup, egg rolls, and a dessert for a great price. Amazing green curry and red curry!! Their drunken noodles are also divine! There’s many rice options and all of them are great, but the sticky rice is a taste of my childhood. The warm, moldable rice reminds me of spending afternoons at my Laotian grandma’s house for lunch. I’d recommend getting mild for the spice level. Mild is hot! Medium is super spicy. (Mild is pretty spicy so if you’re not big on spice I’d ask for no spice with a side of pepper) they don’t play with their seasoning. The flavors are out of this world!! If you haven’t come here, you have to try it out.
Food is delicious and fast
Completely ignored today, ended up walking out after waiting 15 minutes with nobody approaching the table.
Walked in before many tables who got served before me. Extremely disappointed, however, if you were going to hire very young staff, you need to train them on how to properly serve customers.
Great little place that has very prompt service. Thai Tea is THE BOMB, especially with Coconut Milk instead of Cows Milk. Spring Rolls were Delicious!!!
I am a multiple repeat customer. I especially enjoy introducing friends and family to the amazing lunch special which includes soup, egg rolls, a main course and a delightful coconut milk tapioca dessert! Only available weekdays 11am - 3pm I wish it was available on weekends also. I think THEIR spring rolls are my favorite. I always get an order of half shrimp/tofu to go! I love the shrimp Pad Thai but caution that you may want the ability to control the level of heat yourself! They are happy to provide a caddy on your table so you may do so!
Been here a few times today I took my son to try it don't mind paying $4 extra for my sticky rice passing extra for fried rice but I saved more than half my food to go as I put it in the tray I found a hair I brought it to the attention of server he left came back picked up my ticket charged me the whole $52 I still tipped and all but all I got was sorry about the hair no one came to say hey our bad discount that or any thing so no left overs for me today.
Had dinner with the family tonight and what a great experience. The servers were friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was not only delicious and cooked to perfection, but plated beautifully! The tea and sauces were grand and the pricing is affordable and worth every penny. The restaurant was clean and pleasant and our food came out quickly. I have zero complaints. They even had a fish tank in the front with cute fishies. This place is a hidden gem. I highly recommend and can’t wait to return.
It was closed on thanksgiving yet it says open here. Pls keep up the updates on Google map so ppl won’t waste time coming here for nothing.
Hands down delicious ans worth every penny. We gor ours to go aa our little guy wont eat Thai so we ordered elsewhere

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while & I'm so glad I did! Food is presented nicely, it is fresh & delicious. I ordered a lunch special and received a generous amount. Staff is very kind and welcoming. I will return to dine in next time.
Everything was delicious (Pad Thai, Tofu curries, etc). Big portions . Waitress was great!
Really really good food!!!!!!! Two kids serving and cash out etc we're really moving their butt and friendly !!!!!!!
This was the first and last time we will go to Thai Cuisine. Opening my food, they forgot to add any spice to the dish, so the chicken looked simply boiled and the noodles were translucent white with zero flavor/heat. I double checked that I did order medium, but that was not on their receipt stapled to the bag. I should've listened to other bad reviews, as those are honest. Go 5 minutes down the road to Thai Kitchen or some other place and get MUCH better food (and actually for less money).
Such great Thai food.
My favorite is the peanut curry noodles. I literally crave it.
My son loves the pineapple fried rice and my youngest son loves the sweet and sour chicken.
They have many options.
Plenty of seating and parking. Family friendly. Great prices.
Food tasted really good 👍
Food is the bomb.com.
Stopped in for a small bite. Had the shrimp springs rolls. Peanut sauce plus the sweet/sour dip very good too. Ample serving at only $7. Young fellow serving was great. Very attentive and prompt. Will try the pumpkin curry next time.
Absolutely delicious, the tapioca was way better than expected. Highly recommended for fantastic food!!
The pumpkin curry is my favorite!! For anyone questioning its taste, it's not like pumpkin spice. The pumpkin is a squash flavor, but yes it is still pumpkin. Now, I need everyone to order it and love it so that it stays on the menu forever. Some places only have it seasonally :( but also this place has one of the better ones.
Lunch was terrific and a great price for soup, spring rolls and large entree plus desert included! All for one price and plenty to take home. I highly recommend. Servise couldnt have been better! You wont be disappointed.
The lunch special is the way to go!! Everything was so tasty and the drunken noodles tasted like summer. I think they also have the best miso soup I’ve had
Great food and portions
Have to try the Mango sticky rice .
The food was fine. An apt description would be “aggressively mediocre”. There are many better Thai spots one can patronize. I wouldn’t go back.
i got the medium spice pad thai and it was so good! definitely going to come back
This place is a hidden gem. Outside it is quite deceiving, we almost did not go in. But once in the restaurant was extremely clean. Employees were friendly and attentive. We arrived for a late lunch so the restaurant was not crowded at all. Our food was delicious. It was fresh, hot and excellent tasting! Don’t pass this place up!
Came in for dinner. Only had about 3 tables at first. Service was really slow for having only a few tables. Also seemed like the young workers had a friend there hanging out so that delayed them to serve us even more. They were out of satay… ok… bummer. Food came out, had to wait for forks and spoons. Once we got that we never saw anyone again. They did start to get busier but we had to get up to get to go boxes and then stand awkwardly in the waiting area for our ticket. We wanted dessert (mentioned this to waitress when we were ordering entrees) but we never had someone check in or return. When asked if we could get dessert to go the girl said it would take too long and they are concerned with getting other people entrees out first. Wait… what!?! Food was okay and service was seriously lacking. There are other thai places with good food and much better service. We’ll stick to those.
Fried rice wasn't fried. It is squishy white rice with canned Pineapple. No
egg, carrots or other veggies. Pad thai was noodles with broth and spice. Very disappointing.
I ordered food for delivery. I ordered Chicken Satay and Panang Curry with beef. The Chicken Satay was still completely raw inside. That first bite, before I spit it out for not being cooked, tasted pretty good. I wish I could have eaten it. It was also $10 for 3 pieces of chicken, so I am not sure I will even try ordering it again. When I called and talked to them about it, they said there was no manager to give me a refund and I have to call back later to try to get a refund. It was pretty frustrating. However, the curry was delicious. I'm glad I got beef after seeing the raw chicken though. I have no idea how the atmosphere is; I've never been in the store.
I hit this restaurant up because several of my family members had told me that they had great selection and very nice staff, but I was very much so not excited when I came in; within the first ten seconds of me entering the restaurant I saw a small pack of roaches climbing through a crevice within the wall, I figured maybe they had just crawled in and decided to still order, when I talked with the employee responsible for orders they came off as very rude and impatient; now this could’ve been a one off thing, service jobs can be stressful, but they were really very aggressive, they even looked me up and down in a threatening manner (which I chose to ignore) when my order arrived the plates (this is to say the general dish they were served in) were astoundingly small and the silverware was soaking wet; my appetizers were decent, as most appetizers are, but the main order was quite frankly (and I say this with passion) disgusting, it had no resemblance of Thai food whatsoever, it much more looked as if a robot had attempted to construct what it THOUGHT Thai food should be, I was so angry that I didn’t even talk to the workers, I just left right then and there, very very awful choice, hit up surrounding restaurants instead
It was so bad I couldn’t finish my meal…… pulled multiple hairs out my food 🤢🤢 and they gave me a undersized portion. Won’t be eating at this place anymore. Plus they didn’t have any pride flags up or LGBTQ discounts 😡😡😡 how dare they during pride month
When I received my check, the price for my dish was $2 more than listed on the menu. The server/manager more or less said "too bad" and refused to charge me the listed price.
Servers were awkward and unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend. Definitely check out Fan tang it’s great all around.

Love this place, the food is always wonderful and fresh. I try to order something new each time and I am never disappointed.
Best Thai food in Rio Rancho
Food was fantastic and service was great. I recommend the sweet and spicy siracha wings for an appetizer.
I first encountered this lovely family and their yummy food when I worked for the Eldorado HOA outside of Santa Fe.
I want to reiterate - yummy food.
Living in Rio Rancho, it was difficult to keep the Santa Fe location open. They had a great location nearby, and then Covid and inflation came into play.
The food is super flavorful.
In my opinion, this is the best Thai cuisine I’ve had IN MY WHOLE LIFE! The lemongrass soup with coconut milk is my #1 favorite, and the pineapple curry and pad Thai are equally fantastic.
Tonight, I accidentally orderer the lemongrass soup without the coconut milk. It’s a more savory, veggie ridden, hardy version. Yummmm!
This place serves up really poor quality food at high prices .The portions are really small and very sweet. I ordered Chicken Tom Yum which is a hot and sour soup. It was so sugary sweet that 4 slices of lime could not save it.The broth was not clear but murky and syrupy. The chicken was rubbery and tough. I also orded Chicken Larb which is a chicken salad. It should have had a sour lime flavor but it ended up having way too much palm sugar in it. I love to cook, Asian food as it is a specialty of mine. I did not want to cook and decided to give a local business a try. I told the server how disappointed I was. There was no manager to talk to as well. Instead of making it right or remaking my food, I had to pay for it. I was given 10% off for food that was BAD that stayed there.Needless to say, I will not be back here. I was more dissapointed in the fact that this local business did not try to make it right and that they lacked the integrity to do right by the customer. The server did his best but, when you spend a lot of money for little bad portions, I would think the customer should be given a fair handshake.
Ordered teriyaki chicken to go. It was really tender chicken. Generous portion and overall was pretty darn good. A smidge more teriyaki sauce would have been perfection. Restaurant was very clean.
Food taste is amazing. I’m disappointed with the lack of protein lately. Almost $20 for an entree, paid extra $2 for shrimp and there was literally 1 shrimp in the entire meal. I would not go back unless it’s to eat vegetarian.
Honestly out of all the Thai Restaurants that I’ve been to in Albuquerque and the surrounding area, this is the best one. They have great lunch specials. The flavor and use of spices are great. I’ve been to some spots where the Pad Thai is just soaked in watery sauce and the noodles fall apart, not this place. The green curry is a favorite, along with pad Thai and Pad Sew Ewe.
This little place had great thai food and ambiance will come back soon.
Great friendly attentive service. Fresh amazing food, sooo tasty 😋
First in at Rio Rancho location. We will be back.
My daughter ordered dinner for me from her home in New Zealand and it arrived at my door in Corrales 30 minutes later! Miraculous and So delicious! Will be eating there often. Thank you!
Great food and reasonable prices! We had the shrimp spring rolls with pad se ew and tom kha gai. It was all amazing. They were short-staffed, so service was a little slow, but they were super friendly and offered up recommendations for good dishes on request. This is our new favorite spot!
I adore their lunches!! The portions are great, the 4 course meal deal is a steal!! I love the tapioca dessert!
I ordered the pad Thai and it’s my favorite in Rio Rancho! Hands down! This food Smacks!
I love how fast they get you in and out as well as their customer service, very attentive!
Oh and bonus their Thai tea is HUGE and so yummy!
Food was delicious, served hot. Dipping sauces were very good too. Portions were generous. Restaurant and RR clean. I will go back.
Great Thai food at a good price. They have great lunch specials that include egg rolls, dessert, soup, and a main dish for only $13! Totally worth it.
I've tried all of the Thai places on the northwest side and this one is BY FAR the best to date! Very reasonable prices, huge portions, and you get soup, egg rolls AND dessert included in your very affordable meal. Their curries and phad thai are their best dishes in my opinion, which is good because those are the Thai dishes everyone craves! My wife loves their pineapple fried rice as well. Whether you dine-in or take out the lunch combo is an amazing deal and I strongly recommend this spot for great traditional Thai food! Staff is friendly and fast and I've had good conversation with them.
Great Thai Food! 👍 Highly recommend
Ate here for the first time for lunch and it was so good. Let me tell you the lunch specials are a great deal with appetizers, entree and dessert included. Some of the best Thai food I’ve had in the ABQ area. Nice to have this so close! Will be coming back.
My husband and I shared the Drunken noodles (beef) and the Chicken Sa Tay. He got a Thai tea. All of it was delicious. The staff were really quick and courteous. We definitely will be going back. The curry’s sound amazing.
Amazing drunken noodles and pineapple curry. So good! Egg rolls were a hit too!!
The food is amazing. Some of the best Thai I have ever had. This fact is blemished by the painfully slow service and lack of accountability when mistakea are made. Waited for over an hour for our lunch on a Thursday at 1pm. Not only did they not bother checking on us the entire time we were there, but after the third time of my getting up to check on the status of our meal and inquiring if we could at least get our soup or egg rolls, (which never came) they finally realized they never put our ticket in. We were there so long our pot of tea was cold. No discount given for their lack of service or mistake, no refills on drinks. Do yourself a favor and do carry out only.
Great eatery! The veggies are cooked to perfection - enough al dente to be crisp. Mushrooms had wonderful flavor. The pork was thin, flavorful and easy to chew. The spice (medium) had some heat but I could still taste the veggies and pork. Very well prepared dinner.
The atmosphere is more like a diner than a Thai restaurant, but don't let that you deter you. The food and the service were great.
Recommended.
Great food I got the stir-fry beef/Thai hot. Really friendly great atmosphere will be back again to try more of the menu
I called my order in. Fast , on time. First time there was excited to have my favorite dish of Pad kee mao (Drunken chicken).
Friendly service. Dish unfortunetly was dry, chicken was not tender, I didnt finish my dish. Other people seem to enjoy , so well wishes to ya!
Good Thai food, pass see ew is my go to. But overall good food
3rd visit and never disappoints, probably the best Thai around.
Great food! Great service! Entertaining wait staff. Very good. 🌱👌
Great food! Great people!
Stopped by this place on my business trip for first time. Welcoming atmosphere. You can seat anywhere you want. Overall very good food even thought they didn’t have beans for my original ordered plate, I still enjoyed a different placer that I chose. Will definitely consider to come back and order my original plate.
They have one of the best and convenient ways to pay. At the bottom of receipt you can scan QR code with your phone and it directly takes you to payment. Conveniently paid with ApplePay.
My sister and I had planned on going to another restaurant but they had closed early and we're both glad that they did, otherwise we would not have discovered this gem. The presentation was Beautiful and the flavor was fresh and flavorful, large portions also. Very nice peaceful music. Lovely staff. Definitely, we will be visiting more often
The food tasted great and the medium level of spicy was perfect! Friendly staff and a clean restaurant!
Food was delicious when delivered by doordash.
Excellent service and phenomenal food!
Delicious Thai food and the staff are exceptionally friendly! A plus is they have mango sticky rice! Yum!
Food is fantastic, great service highly recommended.
Such a wonderful new restaurant in Rio Rancho. Food is Amazing, service is amazing, atmosphere is amazing! They are going to need a bigger parking lot...I will be back week after week.
What a treat! The owner and his family were outstanding and we felt at home. We had the pot stickers for an appetizer, yum! The portions are large, but we couldn’t stop eating! I had the yellow curry with shrimp, hot, I ended up putting Thai hot to spice it up a little more and WOW was it delicious!. Kids has sweet and sour chicken and shrimp, both were equally tasty. My husband had the Pad T and it was full of flavor. He ordered it Thai hot and it brought the heat for sure, we were not disappointed!! Everything was delicious and we cannot wait to go back!!!
The pad thai was like a dessert, too sweet to swallow 😡
Green curry is okay not much flavor thai hot is not even hot Saracha wings were dry needed more sauce and flavor pinapple fried rice was good tho
Delicious, spicy red curry. Excellent service. Welcome to the neighborhood!
The yellow curry is so tasty!!!
They had really delicious food! The service was outstanding! They had a crew of young teens who were upbeat, attentive, self starters and super friendly. It was a breath of fresh air. Place was spotless as they were on the move.
I think this place is much better than Thai Kitchen, which I find to be generic and overpriced Thai food. The pumpkin curry is about 10 times better and I have tried pumpkin curry in numerous states and different locations. Be warned though, their medium isn't generic either :) it's hot.
Another great meal at Thai Cuisine. They never disappoint, and always serve delicious food! Service is always top notch. Today we were served by Joseph, who was very polite, professional and helpful. We will be back, many times !!
Delicious Thai food. Very clean dining area with plenty of room. Pad Woon Sen was amazing, I didn't finish it. It was kinda at the border of being incredibly hot (spicy) for me. I ordered Medium spicy so I think the next time I will order Mild. Thai Cuisine always kills it. Recommended.
The food was good but not exemplary. I do not like the fast food model where pay up at the counter and tip right away even before you get seated. The other nearby Thai place practices this model as well already.
Great friendly service, great food and a cute dinning area
Have a great selection of Thai food and me and my family have always enjoyed this restaurant
It's very obvious that whomever is cooking has never had good Thai food. Very whitewashed version. I would not recommend the red curry or the pad thai.
It was really great. We enjoyed our food very much. It was delicious. My 1st time eating Thai. Loved it. Will return.
Awesome food and service. Best thai food I've eaten in New Mexico.
Visited shortly after this place opened. Walk up oredering, large selection of Thai. Get a number , a table, wait. Quick order, good food, good value. Will try other dishes when in the area again.
Wife asked for mild. Got medium. I asked for medium. Got hot. Food just ok. Svc ok. $50 and you order at the counter? It's a new age, I guess.
Food was spot on. The spice level was perfect (medium) on the drunken noodles. Vegetables were fresh and plentiful.
Portion was impressive, enough for dinner that night. My friend had the teriyaki chicken with white rice. They generously honored her request for extra teriyaki sauce. The service was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable with the ingredients and selections. The atmosphere was welcoming and inviting. I highly recommend and will return for another try. So glad there is finally a quality restaurant in Rio Rancho. ........Came back for the fourth time and just as good as before. Great food, huge lunch portions, great service. I will return again and again. My new favorite Thai restaurant. I highly recommend!
Best Thai food in town had to travel into Albuquerque to the original. I'm glad they put a restaurant in Rio
Food was awful. Nothing Thai about this place beyond the shape of the noodles.
Well, we waited for a half hour before my sister asked if we were getting our food. The server apologized and asked if we had received our egg rolls and soup yet. We said no, and she brought them right away. The egg rolls were good but the soup was ice cold. We didn’t bother asking for hot soup.
Our food came about 20 minutes later. Very slow service, but the place was packed, so I’m thinking come at an off time so you don’t have to wait as long. The food was good, though. They will ask you when you order if you want mild, medium and hot spice. Their medium can be pretty spicy so beware if you’re sensitive. My sister ordered Thai tea which she said was excellent. It comes in a huge glass, so you can share lol.
The servers were clearly overwhelmed so we tried to be patient with them. There were only two initially and one was also manning the register. Another server arrived later and then service did even out. They need to keep plenty of staff for the busy hour or people will walk out. We could see the frustration, but I’m hoping it gets worked out.
Very very very delicious mmmmmm!!!

Great portions and delicious food, the lunch combo is 🤌🏽
Terrible experience. Their food and service were good when they were selling food out of their food truck. It is worse now that their restaurant is open. Last night, we ordered online like we always did. We ordered 1 appetizer & 2 entrées. They forgot to put the order of appetizer of the pot stickers in our to-go bag. We didn't realize it until we got home. They also did not make our food correctly per our request. Food tasted like awful. I threw my food in the garbage. So I called them, the woman answered the phone said they would refund the money for the pot stickers order, never said a word to apologize for messing up our order. They still have not refunded the money. I will have to wait for them to open today to call to ask for my money back Again. This is just BS.
We ordered takeout and I MUST SAY my dish, no.64 with chicken (hot) was DELISH!!!!!!!!!! Upon opening the container I could smell the delicious food from my second home in Thailand 🇹🇭 BRAVO 👏🏾
LOOKING FORWARD to dining in REAL SOON!!!!!!!!!
I had the massaging curry lunch special. It tasted soooo yummy! Lunch comes with small cup of soup, 2 small egg rolls and a good size serving of entree and rice. All followed up with a tapioca desert. Everything tasted really good.
You order at the counter and your meal is served at your table.
Everyone was really nice and service was fantastic!
I’ve been going here for food for 7 years. Recently, the food has changed. I usually LOVE their food. I usually get the #88, medium, and ever since they started making the food in their new location, the broth in the new food isn’t as flavorful and it lacks the red color it used to. I’m still supporting the place in hopes they go back to their old recipes.
Thai Cuisine has amazing food!!! Freshly made, delicious options that are healthy and the prices are very reasonable for the portions they serve. I love their sweet black rice dessert I had for the very first time today and it was one the best desserts I've ever had!! Very nice atmosphere too. Thank you for your amazing & delicious food!!! I will definitely be back.
Was excited to try this place again after their renovation. The food was so disappointing. My wife’s pumpkin curry didn’t taste fresh at all and had a slightly sour taste. My red curry was lackluster and the fried rice I paid extra for wasn’t good either. The veggie egg rolls were soggy and bland, we threw them out after trying them. They increased their prices and the quality went way downhill. Look elsewhere for good Thai
My family and I love the food here! Fresh and well-presented. We are going back again as soon as we can. We had the pad Thai, beef salad, pineapple fried rice, teriyaki chicken, and they are generous portions. The cold spring rolls are wonderful, and an order has two, cut in half for four pieces on the plate with sauce. Love it!!
Worst Thai in the entire ABQ area. Red in the all white chicken satay only means you're gonna get sick. The worst curry I've had in ABQ and the owner came and asked what we thought and then dismissed my concerns. I've lived in Bangkok and know good from bad. Don't bother trying out their new inside dining. Waste of our time and money.
Loved the Pad Thai and the Pad Mee! And the Thai Pink Milk is do die for!!
First visit and we loved the food!
First time eating Thai food. Ordered the Pad broccoli stir fry with chicken. Was really good. Ordered it mild. Had no spice at all. Will probably order it a little spicier next time. (Just wasn't sure.) Fast friendly service. Will definitely be back.
If you're addicted to Thai Kitchen and need a backup, since they are closed on Saturday, there's an alternative in Rio Rancho, in the old Smokehouse BBQ building, next to Dutch Bros.
I tried their Massaman curry, always a great measure of Thai food. The coconut milk was sweet & ordering hot spice was just right to trigger an endorphin rush, making my nose run, but manageable. Order at the counter and your food is brought to your table. Beverqges are refilled by restaurant staff. Beautiful epoxy concrete floor and simple Thai decor in the walls.
Yellow curry is only on order online, I ordered it today and added carrots. So good! Pad Thai is also so good!!!
so good !! also screw you kat crying about cilantro !! not liking cilantro is a skill issue
anyways the friend tofu and spring rolls are great :3
1st visit. Food was tasty! Staff were very attentive and friendly.
I hand eaten at most Thai food places in town and I have to say this is the absolute worst. Pad Thai was completely inedible, and I will never ever be back. Save your money and taste buds never eat here.
Food was fresh and delicious! Friendly and quick service. Best Thai food we've had since moving here in December.
Love this place! Wish the city would move on their permit so we can dine-in.
I absolutely LOVE this place. I can not wait till its a sit down restaurant BC im taking all the family. Thank you too all the review below BC the Lunch Special is on point. I get the 🍍 fried rice with chicken AMAZING. The special came with soup. Egg rolls. Spring rolls. Entrée and dessert. LOVE LOVE LOVE 10 STAR REVIEW.
While waiting for the new location to open, we decided to try the food truck. Called in the order, picked up on time...the order was perfect and the food was delicious. Please don't hesitate to try this great place. Thank you Thai Cuisine.
Ate here for the first time and ordered an appetizer and three dishes and got it delivered. Everything was phenomenal, one dish was quite spicy but was still amazing. Will definitely eat here again! Absolutely amazing Pad Thai 🍜
Online says they're open but after calling and showing up at the truck, not open. At least take the initiative to update your hours. Makes me wonder how many corners you cut with your food if you can't do the simplest thing as be open when you say you are
Had the pad thai lunch special and the pineapple curry with shrimp.. Everything was really good.. will be my go to now..
Update.. Flippin amazing..
This place is closed for renovations but it doesn't say that on their website.
This is a delicious place to eat Thai. I have recommended this place to Everyone Family, co workers, and even strangers. This is the second time I have eaten here and I am so sad that I have had a hair in my food both times. It's definitely not my hair. So disappointed.
Delicious food served by a friendly and skilled family.
It's so fast!
Best Asian food I've had since coming to New Mexico
Didn't know they were remodeling the building and using a food truck. However, we got Chicken Pad Thai (hot), and it was fantastic!
Quickly made delicious food. Had the Pad Thai, Potstickers, and Sweet and Sour Chicken. All was tasty, filling, and good portions!
I went to their building and there was a sign that said something about renovation so then I looked a little further down the parking lot and found the Food truck/trailer.
The woman who took my order was very nice. I ordered the lunch special with green curry and noodles, spring rolls, and black rice pudding, and a Thai iced coffee.
I saw there was cilantro listed in the spring rolls so I told her "no cilantro" and she repeated it. When I got home to chow down, my spring rolls were LOADED with cilantro 😢. The included picture was just the cilantro from ONE spring roll. I had to completely take it apart to try to pick it all out and still missed some. So I guess "no" means "extra."
There was also two little egg rolls and some kind of broth. The broth was also loaded with cilantro. I was VERY thankful that my green curry had no cilantro in it and it was very good though very spicy. I asked for medium and I eat Thai medium all the time and this was on the hotter side 🌶️.
The Thai iced coffee was WAY too sweet which unfortunately is typical so I ended up pouring some brewed coffee into it so I could drink it. I haven't tried the rice pudding yet but have good hopes.
If you LOVE cilantro.... this is the place for you!
Always polite. Shows up consistently.
The pad thai tofu, egg rolls and pot stickers are extremely good.
We Ordered from here for the first time this evening. It was absolutely delicious. It was great portions, excellent flavors and we will definitely be going back.
I was so so excited to see a Thai restaurant close to me in Rio Rancho. My wife got the yellow curry and I got the sweet and sour chicken . Curry was fantastic and spicy . My poor little sweet and sour chicken was so so over cooked it was like cheap fibrous jerky. The outside was black and you could barely bite through it.. Disappointing first experience .
Great food and friendly staff! Lunch specials are totally worth it during the week, and they make it easy to grab food on the go. Looking forward to their building remodel, but they're rocking it in the food trailer!
I never write reviews so this means something…. Best papaya salad I’ve ever had.
The food is delicious and service is fast and friendly! The lunch specials are a steal and truly enough for 2 people. It comes with an soup, two small egg rolls, entree and dessert. My favorites are the pad thai with chicken and the pineapple fried rice. They also have an indoor space to dine in, if you would like. Try it- you won't regret it! I'm headed there now!
Very good Thai food!!!! Huge portions! Friendly services. Genuine Thai taste. Happy I found this gem ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
Their green curry is sooo good! I got the medium and it was HOT but good! Definitely will be having this again. It's also enough for two meals.
We had the pineapple curry and pad gaprow nuea to go and so happy we tried this new place! They’re currently serving out of the orange trailer near their building 👌
Had pad thai shrimp/beef..Very tasty..Excellant.We will return..
Great Thai! We got the beef Pad Thai and Drunken Noodles plus an order of spring rolls. Good sized portions and great, developed flavors.
We really enjoyed it and hope to see their restaurant open soon! Rio Rancho is definitely ready for this and they're in a great location.
Hey Thai Cuisine team, thank you so much for responding! I'm looking forward to your restaurant opening!
Finally a Thai restaurant nearby! I had the pineapple fried rice, green curry, and egg roll. The green curry had a great flavor.
The pineapple fried rice was perfect.
They'll definitely be getting my frequent business.
So excited for this restaurant to open!! Finally Thai close to home! 😍
