Standard Chinese & Thai dishes are available for delivery or to take out from this no-frills shop.
I see a lot of people commenting about questionable customer service and how the delivery man demands a tip, and not enough people commenting on the food itself and the price. First and foremost, for anyone who's lived in NYC for any reasonable length of time and is old enough to understand how the world works, tips are an unspoken rule. Sure, you don't legally have to give a tip, but tips are expected, and people's wages are based on that expectation. Unless the delivery guy messes up your order, is extremely late without apologizing for it, or is rude and nasty for no apparent reason, you have to tip. And if you don't tip, I totally get why he'd cuss you out in his own language. While you're working in an air conditioned room behind your computer, he's busting his butt in a hot kitchen and riding around doing deliveries all day, dealing with all kinds of people, and probably making minimum wage as his base pay. Tips are his livelihood and you ought to get off your high horse and just tip the man, unless there is truly a legitimate reason not to. From my experience, I've never had issues with this place as far as customer service or as far as deliveries. More importantly, I think the food is good and the quantity of food you get is for a very fair price. You get a bigger meal for cheaper than many other places around here, and it tastes good. Have they ever been nasty to any customers? Perhaps. Customers can be a headache to deal with sometime and workers who serve them are people who, 95% of the time put up with all kinds of BS, but 5% of the time need to let some steam out. I've never personally had a bad experience with them as of yet. I think it's a good place and I recommend it. And if you order delivery, don't be a snob. Tip the guy at least 10-15%! They're not making millions there. Your small tip goes a long way for them. Be considerate of others.
Customer service is HORRIBLE. The lady doesn’t speak nicely with customers at all. It’s almost as she’s in a fight with someone. I have ordered 3x hoping my experience would be better but it just got worse. Delivery guy demands tip, which I don’t understand bc he was rude over the phone when he called to say he was outside and went to a whole different apartment to deliver the food. Thier customer service is a whole turnoff.
Tried this spot the other day and it was better than I expected. I've been there twice now but have only tried the chicken and broccoli. That made it pretty good both times. The portions on my second try felt a bit less though. Otherwise this spot has been good
Terrible customer service! They need to change their workers asap! Woman who answers the phone is extremely rude and delivery guy takes money from my hand even when I didn’t count them and always says that I should tip him more.
Over priced for the amount of food you get, not worth it look elsewhere, normally a Chinese restaurant pint and quart containers for small and large orders but this place uses lunch special trays for their “large” orders so i paid $14 for a lunch special sized tray of chicken and broccoli which was mostly broccoli, disapointed as i now have to go back out and BUY MORE FOOD because it is not enough chicken to feed more than 1 person smh never again container is only 1 inch tall smh
Best Chinese food I’ve ever had. Love them!
Disappointing Meal Experience
I ordered sesame chicken and chicken soup, but unfortunately, both were quite disappointing.
• Chicken Soup: Completely bland and tasteless.
• Sesame Chicken: The chicken seemed spoiled, with an unpleasant taste that made it inedible.
• Portion Ratio: The dish was 80% rice, 5% broccoli, and only 15% chicken—which is far from balanced.
• Sauce: Undercooked and lacking proper flavor.
Overall, the meal was poorly prepared, and I do not recommend ordering from this place.

Disgusting food, made my stomach sick
I wish i could give it 0! HORRIBLE customer service! I’m new in the neighborhood just freshly moved & needed something quick & cheap for a meal since i was broke & didn’t do food shopping yet, so i ordered from them, tell me how the delivery guy demanded a tip?! So i nicely explained to him that i was new here and didn’t have anymore cash but next time i would tip. So he basically cussed me out in his language and stormed off. Next time comes along and i placed an order but this time i asked my husband to open the door due to my horrible experience with the delivery guy, so my husband goes and before he can even look at the receipt, the delivery guy is pointing at the tip section & DEMANDING a tip, not asking but demanding. So my husband ignored him purposely due to his disrespect, signed it and closed the door. Someone that demands does not deserve a tip. Now 3rd times a charm, i was going to place an order and the lady that answered rudely told me that i needed to tip the guy. I simply told her no i do not have to, it’s not the law nor the requirement nor an obligation especially with his type of attitude and she kept forcing that yes i HAD to tip that delivery was free but i NEED to tip, so i said NO & hung up. Don’t bother here if your doing delivery that man is disgusting and demands & is F**king rude! Never again!!!
food is good. customer service is horrible. i ordered and the lady tried to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. adding to that when the delivery guy came, my order was $15 and he had to audacity to ask for more tip when he only walked 3 blocks from the restaurant. if you order, you're begging for a rude experience.
They Ok I had better
Great food fast sevice
Decent price, quick, and taste what you want out of a Chinese takeout.
Ordered general tso’s chicken, came with very little amount of food (less than 1/2 of container). Fried rice was just oil on rice, no veggies, pork or whatsoever; also forgot eggroll/soda/soup that ‘combination’ includes. Disgusted and didn’t even try the food, just threw it out. 12/12/19 6pm.
Very nice lady behind the counter the food is good
Nooo!!
They DON'T speak English and your orders will be always wrong
Very loud and if you're vegan don't bother
Good food
Dec 23 Went in to get a Spare Rib Combo with pork fried &, egg roll an extra egg roll and soup. The child taking my order had her face so stuck in her mobile phone when preparing the order she was only making 1 egg roll I had to remind her I ordered two. When I got the food home the rice was nicely burned ... The food here used to be good until the social medic kids took over and started messing things up
Never order from them unless you go in person. Not only are their delivery guy EXTREMELY Rude but they ALWAYS get your order wrong and very cheap with the amount of food you get. Every time I ordered from them over the phone they ALWAYS get it wrong. Go in person, then they HAVE to get it right since you're in front of them. CHECK YOUR FOOD REGARDLESS!
My go to order place good food fast delivery!
Food don’t taste good.
Found this place a year ago. Friendly people, excellent food.
The delivery guy fight with me for tip. I told him i already gave it by credit card but he didn't understand english and keep saying that 2 dollar tip 2 dollar tip. Food is tasty but they need to improve their customer service.
It just so good
Customer service isn't the best but the food is great. Their dumplings are amazing, the steamed chicken ones melt in your mouth. I always order from them and will continue to do so.
Friendly Employees, Good Customer Service
Wouldn't mind this place if they didn't constantly mix up your order.
Employees are very rude especially when you order or call in for delivery, need people with more work experience like me haha
Absolutely awful customer service. Will definitely not buy from them again. I have been a customer for a very long time and today they screwed up part of my order. I called them and instead of simply apologizing and sending a replacement (which by the way only cost $5), they made it sound like they were doing me a huge favor and it was me who changed the order and not them who screwed it up. To add to the insult, they demanded that I return $5 plate they delivered originally lol. I didn't really need the original order but no respected business would ever behave in such a manner. STAY AWAY.
Haven't tried there food
