3 Sons is so delicious!! This is my second time here and it is just as good as I remember it 😋 I got the (Pad) See Ew and it is sooo flavorful. The rice noodles are perfectly chewy and it's not too bland or overly salty. The spring rolls are also super crispy and delicious.

This is some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried many different restaurants. The ambience is beautiful, inside and out! I love to support family businesses. If I could give zero stars I would. Owner was extremely rude and totally unprofessional. Could have been a great experience but the service ruined it and we will not be giving our business to them in the future.

This is the best Basil Kee moa I've ever had !! They use wild ginger from Thailand and takes great care of their kitchen and staff and customers. Every experience is greeted with a warm and loving service. 5 stars earned!!!

Dumplings tasted just reheated and not tasty.

Very good food, I got the pad-see-ew and they gave an ample amount of chicken with the noodles. The mango boba had subtle popping pearls and a sweet, tangy flavor.

This place is a hard no for me. Pad Thai with chicken be easy/ chicken smelled funny and was not good at all- I eat Thai pretty often. Whatever the spring rolls are fried in is also not good - all you taste is the grease.. Cute place, friendly people but food tonight is in the trash.

The food is amazing especially the crispy chicken dumplings. You have to try it. In addition to their delicious food, they have great beverages such as their boba tea. I recommend the brown sugar milk tea because you can’t go wrong with it. The actual tapioca in the drink is so much better than any other place!

I just walked into this place for lunch 12:15pm. I sat in the most uncomfortable tall, black, metal chairs i have ever experienced at a restaurant. And I sat there for 15 mins and no one came to greet me or to show me a menu. There were two people behind the kitchen and I know they saw me because I walked past them to use the bathroom during my visit. While i was in their restaurant I googled another thai restaurant in Verona, walked out and I am headed there for lunch. Maybe the food is good at this place; i would not know because the service is so horrible I had to walk out….1:06 im at the Thai Elephant in Veroa…they have comfortable seating. I was acknowledged as soon as i walked in. Even though they have QR code with menu, host/waitress offered me a paper menu because she saw i was using my phone. Of course she didnt know i was writing this review. I ordered red curry. Delicious.. go to Thai Elephant in Verona— 9 mins away

i drove an hour and went here for the first time this past week and i can tell you it was worth it. customer service is very good they’re all welcoming and i felt comfortable and felt like i was at home. its a small restaurant, but the decorations and vibe to it is something i couldn’t miss out on. i didn’t even get to the food, the food was crazy. i don’t even like sausage but i had sausage in my food platter and it was so good. ima be coming back for sure, and i highly recommend 3 sons!

Great hospitality

Food is OK, not bad, nothing spectacular. However, I rated it below average because the quantity on the noodles was really low for paying close to 16 bucks a dish. I can’t imagine vegetarian order of noodles being that expensive so it would be nice if the container looked full.

We came here because the online reviews were quite good and we were in the area. We gave it a fair chance but it disappointed. The crab fried rice had barely any crab in it. The soup lacked flavor and the red curry tasted like it came from a can. The staff was friendly but the food will not bring us back.

We called in for pickup. They have gluten free options available. Their right down the road. As soon as I hung up the phone. I got in the car and when I got there our food was ready. It’s our first time there. The food is good. The place is clean. Give this place a shot!

Great Thai restaurant that just became our go to spot in the area! As vegetarians and Thai food lovers we've had a tougher time finding a place to fit our needs and flavor profile but this place ticks all the boxes! You can ask if the items have fish sauce in them (which several do) to ensure you're getting what works best for you, and the fact that they have mock duck made my day! Definitely try their drinks, the Thai iced tea and lychee iced tea are delicious. The owner is great, very friendly and open to questions you may have. Plenty of seating when we went but smaller indoor seating area in a very clean and calming atmosphere as they cater more to take out eaters. Overall loved the food and this restaurant as a whole and can't wait to come back!

The best Thai place around. We love their crab fried rice and 3 sons fried kitchen. The portions are HUGE, have generous amounts of meat and veggies and taste delicious. If you like spicy, this place will knock your socks off! I generally get medium spicy added to my fried rice and it's perfect. They are super quick and only take about 20 minutes. We drive past plenty of other places to come here.

Went here for dinner after seeing such rave reviews. After looking at the menu with decision paralysis as everything looked so good, I was greeted by a woman asking if I needed help. I asked her a few questions about the menu and settled on the 3 Son Volcano Chicken dish. It was really good, described as like general tsos. It was made with a house made sauce, very sweet if that is your thing (its mine!). My friend got a regular chicken Pad Thai, it was good but very on par with what I am use to - this place has so many options, I want to try so many more.

Two thai teas is what had me raving about this place. The woman came over to check on our order and we found out she is the owner. She explained her process and what makes her tea different and it was so good, if nothing else go here for Thai Tea!

The owner is a single mother with three sons - hense the name. She is so passionate and it shows in the flavorful food. If you want to support a true small business with a passionate employee, look no further! Easy 5 stars!

First time here and I ordered 2x lunch specials Thai fried rice with tofu (good) Drunken noodles with tofu (BAD) I asked for spice number 4 and was given HELL HOT instead plus it had a weird smell so it was a complete waste! The specials came with spring rolls which were not made in house from the taste of it and I ordered the chive dumplings which were good and the sauce for it was delicious. What really turned me off was the two young men behind the counter using profanity (in English) which I’ve never encountered in all my yrs of eating at Thai restaurants. Anywho, glad I tried but will not be returning.

Spicy steamy soup - exactly what I needed on a cold rainy day. Ate in at one of two small tables - more of a takeout place which I guess why my soup was served in a plastic bowl with plastic utensils. That was a bit disappointing.

I've had a few dishes here before and they're fantastic. This time around the massaman curry was super flavorful, Thai spicy was spot on and not overpowering, potatoes and carrots were nice and soft, tofu was crispy, and the rice cooked perfectly. Inside it's nicely remodeled, relaxing with the waterfall and music. A really great rainy day to sit by the window and take a pause from the world for a moment.

En route to Pennsylvania, we decided to find a Thai restaurant to eat. I did not have much expectation of this place, but when we arrived, Ms. Prap welcomed us with great pleasure. Her attentions were unbelievable and the food delightful. We ordered appetizers crispy chicken dumplings, from Main Course Duck tamarind, pineapple fried rice and the 3 sons fried rice and appetizer coconut rice with mango. Everything was delicious, an amazing meal that we will no doubt return one day. Don't forget the delicious bubble teas

Ordered from here for the 1st time through Uber Eats. I got the shrimp pad Thai, lemongrass wings, coconut sticky rice & Tom yum soup. I absolutely LOVED the pad thai. A lot of places I’ve gotten it from never has the full package (taste, freshness & portion size), but this was absolutely delightful. Flavors were on point and noodles actually cooked perfectly. I went to Thailand about 4 years ago and these noodles were authentically nostalgic. My only gripe with my order was that the shrimp was over cooked and the wings didn’t taste like lemongrass at all which was so disappointing because it’s such a unique idea as opposed to the typical chili wings Thai places have. 😭 I demolished my soup and rice so quick I didn’t get a chance to snap a photo but I’ll def be back.

My husband and I stopped here for lunch because we were craving Thai and it had good reviews on google. OH. MY. DEAR.... it was SOOO DELICIOUS. I live very close to this restaurant. Since it opened half a year ago, I have ordered more than 20 times from there (all to-go orders as we didn't want to dine in during the pandemic). I am surprised this place is not getting an overall 4.5+ stars, as it is definitely the best Asia restaurant in Roseland. I am not Thai so I cannot tell how authentic the food is by Thai standard, but as an Asian I can say for sure this is very tasty and authentic Asian food.

I have tried many Thai restaurants in NJ and NYC and many of them are not run by Thais, but this one is. The menu contains many items that are not seen in those so-so "Thai" restaurant (e.g. Pad-Thai that you can see every where). I would recommend try a couple of items that you don't usually see at other "Thai" places, and you might be amazed. Their price is also pretty fair, compared to other "Thai" restaurants in near by towns. And I would mention I have been to a Thai restaurant in East Hanover that has a 4.5 star overall review, but this one is by far better than the one in East Hanover.

Roseland doesn't have much good Asian food, and I was very excited to see this restaurant open up in Roseland. As a local, I will continue support them for their great food.

One of the best Thai food I ever had!! I am glad we decided to give it a try driving from Livingston. Entire family loved the food!

We had Steamed chicken dumplings and spring roll for appetizer. Fried rice with pineapple for main. The food was excellent and the person that took our order was very helpful. We did not get it “to go” so I can not speak for that. But everything was full of flavor and done just right

Very bad food. Tried chicken soupy noodles. It was really bad. Most importantly Overly priced.

We order take out from this restaurant almost every week to 2 weeks. The owner is kind and cares about her business and quality of food. The food is amazing and is always made fresh. My family loves the appetizers and the fried ice cream dessert. I enjoy all their vegetable dishes and soup. One of the best in the area.

My fiancé and I was really looking forward to ordering from this place based on the reviews. Now I believe that a majority had to be fake. We ordered the red curry, Pad Thai and the dumplings. All were so flavorless and the pad Thai tasted off as if it was expired. The red curry was the best of what we ordered and it was still lacking flavor.

I gave it two stars because the only plus I felt I could give it was that the portions to price seemed pretty good. Unfortunately we won’t be eating any of the pad Thai we ordered and very little of the rest. It was a shame to waste $45.

Best taste compare to 20 other places I been to. Excellent Thai food and service! Definitely coming back again!

Poor service. Shrimp are way too small. Chicken is like rubber. Very disappointed.

Ordered takeaway from them for the first time. The 3 Sons Fried Rice and the Gra Prao Moo Sab were EXCELLENT. The chicken wings, pad Thai and red curry were ok and the spice level at mild was not too bad for us. We also took Thai Iced Tea which was decent but keep in mind that it’s really sweet. The service was prompt and food was ready on time.

We tried this new Thai place dinner takeout and I must say we were not disappointed. The food was fresh and full of flavor and character. The meat was tender and tasteful. It is about time these neighborhoods had a good Thai restaurant and the fact that it’s next to an equally good sushi place - “Kazai Sushi” simply makes it a pure delight. Keep up the good work and I hope we see the same quality of cooking each day. Try it and you will not be disappointed

Pretty good Thai spot with modern interior. It is not an expensive restaurant, just had a lunch there today. Ordered online and order was literally ready in 10 minutes, which I appreciate.
Couple downsides is that I’ve ordered a pork but they put chicken in my fried rice- no big deal. Plus they asking how spicy would you like your food - I’ve ordered mild but the food was super spicy . Other then that- cozy Thai place

I live directly across the street from this place and can walk there in just a couple minutes.
I'm really rooting for them, but my first order was not too good.
My pad thai was good. Chicken was fresh. I was happy.
My wife's See Ew was horrible. The noodles were brutally overcooked. Not just "a little too much for my preference." We're talking a big pile of inedible mush. Can't see how any decent chef would let this level of quality control get by them. We actually threw most of it in the garbage.

I want to go there do to the location. So I'll probably go back soon and give them another chance. It could have been just an off day. However, you don't want to have an off day when making a first impression on a customer.
