Literally found this place randomly last Sunday and came back on Friday in the same week so I could try another dish. So far I have had the Green Curry with Chicken and the Red Curry Cripsy Duck which oh my goodness was amazing! The duck was so crispy and flavorful, not dry or too fatty. We started with the veggie egg rolls which I didn't feel much flavor there and the Roti with peanut sauce. I like Roti in Malaysian restaurant but this is my first time having it in Thai restaurant. It was tasty if not a bit oily but I'm used to having it with curry dipping sauce instead of peanut. Mains I got Tofu Panang Curry which had a nice flavor, I finished all of mine . My Dad got Pad Thai with beef which he liked and my Mom got Honey Duck which I think she had before and they both enjoy this restaurant. I think the curry was a bit mild but in this area probably most people want it like that. Very chill spot .

Food was not even hot it was warm. It did not taste like Thai it tasted Chinese. The picture on the menu of the fish I ordered was a whole fish but I got fillets. The rice didn't even taste like Jasmine rice but like regular rice, this was also cold. Wasted my 65 dollars. I'll never go there again

Very strange feeling: almost tasteless food (e.g., Tom Yum soup tasted almost the same as it was from a can), inattentive service, and dirty tables & floors.

I am a Chaba newby. I ordered drunken noodles and vegetable fried rice. The flavor was good.

I don’t know that we will be back despite the delicious food because the place is FILTHY- don’t use the bathroom if you don’t have to- everything was worn and dirty everywhere! And of course, what does the kitchen look like?!?!?!

Pretty flavorless Pad Thai, disappointing based on other reviews. Noodles barely had any sauce, chicken tasted boiled. No lime or green onion, looked like a bowl of light beige mush.

We’ve eaten here multiple times and it’s one of our favorites. Soups are magical, so good. The Tiger Tears Salad is delicious and very unique. I’m not a big duck person but got Thai Crispy Duck on a recommendation and it did not disappoint. Going to have to try the other 2 styles. Could be satisfied just ordering apps, they are all so good. First time I ate here I got the Drunken Noodles. It’s a good starter dish if you’re not familiar with Thai Food. If you like spicy hot food be careful. Thai food is no joke. I started ordering my dishes medium which took some time getting used to. I now order them hot which can elevate your consciousness. If you order “Thai Hot” you may see God.

I think because the kitchen was closing, the food wasn't as great as normal... Truthfully, the paad Thai was chard ( burnt) tasting , the chicken in the Tom kha tasted bland, and even my Thai tea tasted a little weird. This never happened before, but at the same time, I never came this time of night. It's still a great place, and the ambiance and servers are amazing. Great location as well!

Our favorite Thai Restaurant! Must try their Tom Yum Soup! Their dishes are so flavorful. They have a variety of spice levels (from no spice at all to Thai Hot). We love that you can customize your spice level. If you like spicy food, this is the place to go! They also have excellent service. Makes for a great date night.

This place was awesome! We got the duck and drunken noodles and it was fantastic! On a Friday night when nobody near the beach is taking carry out orders this is the place to go. The staff was super friendly, plenty of parking, incredible food, just an all-around win. This is a must try! I would never go to the shore without stopping here at least once again

My favorite Thai restaurant in the south jersey area (Mays Landing, Egg Harbor, Galloway, AC, etc). They offer authentic flavors for a somewhat good price. None of their items are watered down like some of the other Thai foods in the area. The people who work there are fantastic. I would suggest the drunken noodles and any of the curries.

I recently went to Chaba based on a recommendation and it was very very good. The duck was beautifully tender and full of flavour. The noodle dish was also very good but the potstickers were a little bland. The sauce was lovely though. I massively over ordered but was well worth it. In the words or big Arni!! ‘Il be back’

Food was excellent

I gave it 1 star because the soup was OK, and the service was good. Let's start with the 4 appetizers we ordered. Fried calamari, coconut shrimp, and chicken wings were all burnt and dried out. Either they forgot about them in the fryer, or the oil was very old. It was like chewing hard candy. Then are last appetizer was a chicken satay. I'm use to getting grilled moist meat on a stick with a flavorful peanut sauce, but this wasn't the case. I got a dry cold flavorless pile of cut up chicken breast on a plate with an even more flavorless peanut sauce. Now for the dinners, both mine and my daughters were watery. I'm guessing they didn't drain the pasta well before tossing it in the sauces. Needless to say the sauce didn't cling to the pasta and it took away from the flavor that it should have had. And lastly there was hair in my son's dinner. That's the picture I submitted. If it was on top, then it could have came from anywhere including my son. But it was mixed under the food when my son first started eating it. So I suspect that it was from whoever was preparing it. If it was 1 or 2 mistakes then i could deal with it, but with this many, I have to write this to warn other Thai food lovers. Needless to say, we won't be back. First impressions!

This is my first time having Thai food at a restaurant that specializes in Thai food. We did takeout. My Son-in-law (SIL) and my daughter have been ordering food from this restaurant for awhile. My daughter ordered the Shrimp Pad See-ew which she thoroughly enjoyed. My SIL ordered the Yellow Curry with beef. He liked the yellow curry but said the beef was dry. I ordered the Honey Duck which was a delicious crispy duck drumstick and thigh with a honey glaze, sitting over a bed of different veggies. We also ordered chicken fried rice which was one of the best fried rice dishes I have ever had. I will definitely be back to try some other entrees.

Minus point: They possess following vegetables in their menu Green beans, Cucumber, Bell pepper, Carrot, Broccoli, Baby corn, Mushroom, Potato. Tomato. Hopefully they have been treating the diners with available western vegetables.

The vegetables in this image are easily available all over the USA. Rather than cheating the diners with the easily available ingredients, use the right vegetables and enhance the respect of the true essence of Thai food culture

Suggestion: if they can include authentic Thai vegetables such as Brinjal, Okra, Long bean, Bitter gourd, Cabbage, Phak bung- water spinach Phak kat hongte-Bok Choy, Phak kat khao, Phak kwangtung, Thua phu (refer the attached images) it would be great authentic Thai feast in Atlantic City

I never cared for Thai food but this place is officially my all time favorite restaurant. Food is amazing. I've had a few different dinners and each one was as delicious as the last. It gets pretty busy but the staff is still so friendly. The servers are great!

Absolutely fabulous food. I don't know what else to say other than 5 stars isn't enough. I highly recommend it. We are new to the area and have been looking for good places to eat. This one is tops by far.

Everything about this restaurant was great. There restaurant was fully reserved when we arrived so they set up another table on the patio for us. The food was great! We come here often for good Thai food near Ocean City, NJ. Though everything on their menu is authentic and good, their Crispy Duck is one of the best I've had at any Thai place.

The sauce is tangy but not overpowering and the duck is perfectly cooked (this is hard, many places overcook duck) with tender meat and crispy skin. They cut and de-bone it as well so you don't need to waste time on doing that yourself.

Lastly, the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I've eaten in many a Thai restaurant especially those in Manhattan and Chaba is definitely among the very best. In addition to deliciously NOT overly spiced food made with excellent and fresh ingredients, the owner/chef (a lovely Thai WOMAN) could not have been more welcoming. The chef's younger sister serves the food and was also sweet and very accomodating. If you love Thai food and are in Southern New Jersey, this superior restaurant should be on your bucket list. I'm sure that I will return many times.

Friendliest Thai Place. Paul as well as the entire staff are very warm and friendly. I've been to over 10 different Thai Restaurants in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York and this place has the best Pad See Ew. My girlfriend never had Thai before so I started her out with Pad See Ew and slowly she became a huge fan of Thai food, just like me. She loves Chaba Thai's Penang Perfect, it's her current favorite. You'll enjoy the food but love the warm feeling you get when you're there. Highly recommended.

Best Thai food in the area. The young lady who serves us is always very informative and descriptive whenever we have questions about the food on the menu. If you go, try the Khao Soi, Tom Yum soup, the papaya salad, and the mango sticky rice. Delicious!

Went there for a chill dinner with my husband and have to say, the food was spectacular, touched all the right buds. Portions were a decent size the staff was great, very friendly and very happy! Ambiance was just what we wanted, cozy and quiet, we even had a separate seating, like very very cozy! Loved it!
