Warm, wood-adorned Thai restaurant serving specialties such as steamed sea bass & volcano chicken.
Went here on a weekday during dinner time.
Beautiful establishment. There was a birthday going on when we arrived, so it was a little loud. But service speed and food made up for it!
We ordered Chicken Kra Pow and Chicken Pad Thai. I've eaten at many Thai restaurants in town and this is the best Pad Thai I've ever had! Also Kra Pow was exactly what I expected and more. It was fragrant, filling, aromatic, and flavorful.
Worth multiple visits and worth trying what's on the menu. Yes, we finished everything on our plates because it was so good!
It's been a long time since I last visited this restaurant and just like before, it did not disappoint. Forget the location, but as you step inside, you are in a different world. Warmly greeted upon entering and seated quickly. Service was good from start to finish and the restaurant was clean and comfortable. Had green papaya salad, chicken pad thai and pork green curry. Requested level 6 spice and I would say the papaya salad was at that level...the other two dishes were very mild. Flavors were distinct and separate. Servings were adequate and served at the proper temperatures. I look forward to the next time!!
The 2 star rating is heavily based on their prices to food portion ratio. My boyfriend spent $85 for three orders of pad Thai, one order of pot stickers and one order of crab ragoons. If the pad Thai portions are meant to be shared, you will be sharing them with yourself because the portion is incredibly small. It’s more of a lunch portion for one person versus a dinner serving to share. The flavor was good, ordered a spice level 7 but it was not spicy enough for my liking. Paying nearly $20 for a single portion of pad Thai that small is crazy. The last time we ordered, the servings came in a large to go container which is not the case any more, their new portions are 1/4 of what we used to get for the same price, yikes.
My new favorite restaurant! I've never been huge into Thai food, but this place has changed my mind. We went to check it out after doing some shopping nearby, and I'm so glad we did. The food was so delicious and the service was great. Nice atmosphere, too. The soft shell crab salad was like nothing we've ever had before, and I recommend it . We had ordered enough for leftovers, and our server, Pla, packed it up nicely for us. We will for sure be back !
Love it! Great attentive service, authentic Thai food. We went with friends and had curry, catfish, pad Thai, and a couple desserts. Everything was fresh, spicy ( I ordered my dish an 8 which wasn't spicy enough I should have ordered a 15. LOL). Absolutely try the sticky rice with mango dessert, and the Thai tea creme brulee!
You know that old adage, "Never judge a book by its cover"...I can honestly say that applies to this restaurant. I've passed this restaurant so many times in the past and never thought I'd eat here because I can't say I'm a fan of how the building looks on the outside (seems that the restaurant would be small and grungy). Well, I was 100% wrong with my assumption.
My wife and I decided to eat here tonight (11 Aug 2023) because (1) I was in the mood for some Thai food since I haven't had it in a while; and (2) we've tried this same restaurant out in Henderson several years ago and we really enjoyed it. We ended up ordering The Wonton Soup Hot Pot and Chicken Lettuce Wrap to start out the evening. Both were so amazing and presented exquisitely at our table. The flavor on the lettuce wrap was extremely palatable making us wanting more, but we knew that we still had our main entrees to eat. For our main course, we ended up getting the Combination Pad Thai and Pumpkin Curry. What's always funny about Pad Thai is that when I look at the plate full of noodles, it always seems as though it won't be enough, but as you start eating the dish, you quickly start getting full. Both entrees were so outstanding! I always judge a Thai restaurant by its curry and Pad Thai because if they can't get those dishes right, then something is seriously wrong since those are their famous and common dishes.
Overall, the food quality and price to quantity ratio were exceptional; the service was hands-down phenomenal as well (very friendly, fast, attentive, and professional). We definitely will be back in the future to try several other items on the menu, to include the Tom Yum. We were just too full to try everything that we wanted. Highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
On our visit to Nevada, friends brought us here. I had their special won ton soup, and we also had fried crispy soft shell crab, pad Thai. Everything was excellent. Highly recommend 👌
Had Stirfried Kana with Crispy pork and Kao Soi Kai. The Kana tastes good but the Kao Soi Kai's crispy noodles wasn't crispy.
Very bad service from the servers
My girlfriend and I had Tom Kah gai and potstickers.. food is always excellent in the service cannot be beat... The restaurant is clean and cozy with a beautiful atmosphere... We've been here so many times I can't count and I'm never disappointed..
On our visit to Nevada, friends brought us here. I had their special won ton soup, and we also had fried crispy soft shell crab, pad Thai. Everything was excellent. Highly recommend 👌
The food was tasty, but the portions were just enough for my husband and I.
Normally when we go to other Thai places we always have leftovers to take home.
Our waiter was a bit rude but to be honest that just might be their culture.
I was being watched the entire time. Then I received 2 checks. Second one rudely given to Me. I don’t trust them
GREAT THAI FOOD
Serving size was not as much as expected. It was yummy though. They don’t have Dr Pepper.😞
The green curry is the best Thai green curry I’ve ever had!
Best Thai food in town
Nice place and clean.
The food was excellent.

Best Thai food in Vegas. I always order unsweetened iced tea with either the red curry lunch special, a green tofu curry or the massaman tofu curry. I can handle #10 heat but I usually find that I like a #7 spicy. In the old days when I could make it for the lunch special I would get the red tofu curry.
I’ve had exceptionally delicious meals here, & mediocre ones too. My last meal here was forgettable and mediocre fast, and the portions were skimpy. When you’re paying $20+ for a bowl of chicken curry, there should be a fair amount of chicken, as well as plenty of vegetables and sauce.
Just saying. And if it’s going to be a mega portion, it better be outstanding in taste and quality.
I haven’t been there in a while when I went about 3 weeks ago; maybe it was just an off night.
But honestly, I have yet to find my Thai food home in this town and I’ve been here since 1997. The King and I at the Lakes at Sahara was all-around the best, but they’re long-since closed.
Consistency is an important factor on evaluating a restaurant, but I’ve had a lot more above-average meals at Pin Kaow, over the years, than below-average ones.
Very good Thai food, one of my favorites ever. Waiters have always been very nice and the place feels very clean and very homey. Perfect friday night out
best thai ever, all of their dishes are amazing. the serves are sweet and patient and the ambiance of the restaurant is beautiful. my favorite thai place :))!!!
Best Thai food in town! Great choices with vegetarian options.
Always delicious and great service. A glass of wine, the chicken satay and pot stickers, followed with lemon chicken and rice. One of our very favorite restaurants.
Always consistently good.
It's the only Thai restaurant that we order from. Amazing food, flavors, and service.
Great food.
Everything is ok until they come to ask us 5 times that we need to go boxes. Everything is ok? When we still enjoy our meal and happy talking. They want us to leave when restaurants are still slow and still have a lot of empty tables. Not respectful. But still 15%tips
Great place to eat good prices, good service an great food . An if you like curry I'd say you must try their avocado curry it's amazing only place I know that makes it worth a try
Love this place! Food is always great. The service is always amazing also. Staff is so friendly and patient with kids. 10/10

Worth multiple visits and worth trying what's on the menu. Yes, we finished everything on our plates because it was so good!
The larb was probably the most boring I've had from any Thai place and charging $15 for it is outrageous. Not even slightly authentic.
Hope the other dishes are better. Seems like they cater to a more western palate unfortunately.
Food was great, atmosphere was nice and somewhat authentic, service was poor, not friendly at all.
Wonderful people great service excellent food! Came in late fed us still!
Great food and food service! We come here each time we visit family in Vegas. Delicious food and nice staff.
$14.95 for chicken curry. Looks like I got $7.50 worth. And green beans are never cooked...are raw in the curry.
Pineapple fried rice is the best
I've been here twice. I have to say the ambiance is amazing. Great place for a date. It's very dark and earthy inside. The food, however, leaves something to be desired. The sauces are homemade, but the food prep is lacking. I got potstickers and coconut shrimp another time. Both are fried and somehow came put mushy. The red curry with chicken was really good. Service by the wait staff was great. However, the manager kept harassing me using tactics to get to leave. I asked the server and the manager personally not approach my table bc the manager was bothering me. She ignored this and was still pushy. I was still ordering drinks and the place was not packed. There was no reason for this. Then when my server shift ended (I wasn't told this), the new server started bugging me and when I asked her to ask the manager to leave me alone she said some smart aleck comments and was condescending, treating me like I was a Karen. All I wanted to do was digest my food and enjoy my wine. Needless to say, I'll never be back. I think it's so rude when restaurant workers interrupt your peace and try to hurry you out. I had literally JUST finished eating, and I had ordered enough food and drinks for 2 people cause I'm a piggy sometimes.
I forgot to take pictures sorry! I live in a place that has no Thai food restaurants (thus I travel to Thailand every year or so for foods). I go to Vegas a few times a year, so I stop here each and every time on the drive out to load up on take out. The panang is sooooo so good! As is the fried rice :)
It's been a long time since I last visited this restaurant and just like before, it did not disappoint. Forget the location, but as you step inside, you are in a different world. The best in the city!!
Love their chili mint basil spicy #7 is awesome.
My favorite Thai food in the city! I had the Tom Kha & it was delicious! My friend has Pad Thai & loved it! The staff were impeccable, the atmosphere cozy & inviting. I always recommend Pin Kaow! ❤️🔥
The wife and I had a great meal here and discovered a new favorite, the Avocado Green Curry! I also had the Phad Thai which was also very good although a bit light on the protein portion of the meal. Service was great and the ambience is very nice.
Still a good place for authentic flavor. But the portions have become smaller and more expensive because of shrinkflation.
Fired catfish with curry.
The food was very good. I love spicy and ordered a 5. Not very spicy. Order up. 😁
Great food and service 👌
What a great Thai restaurant! Delicious food. Warm service from this family owned business. Everything you would hope for a great meal out.
Everything in the menu was good
great experience, excellent service, will definately return, food was exquisite, still awesome
Rate atmosphere really good food
Place to return for more
Curry was amazing, the servers were extremely nice and attentive. Would highly recommend
Nothing is special with the food, definitely tasted better Thai in LV, good ambiance, poor customer service. The waitress was super rude for no reason, will never be back.
First time here for lunch, but we will be returning!
I have been coming here for years and always have great service and food!
Lunch specials have returned
Good value . Good food
I love this place! Have been coming here since I was 9 and since day one it has yet to disappoint. I live out of state now but when I visit it’s a must!!
Beef taste like chewing rubber
Let me start by saying the food is fabulous. The staff are welcoming and friendly.
We did have an issue where the curries came to the table 10 minutes before the pad thai and the crab fried rice. By the time everything was on the table the curries were cold. We had to ask for them to be reheated. Also the plates are stone cold. Putting curry on a cold plate means you end up with luke warm curry!
If they heated the plates, and had large bowls for the curry and rice this place would be absolutely perfect.
It won't stop us eating there, because the food is so good!
Wow! 😋This place is a hidden gem. It's perfect for a date night or to have a nice meal with family. The servers are very attentive and it's not too pricey especially for the amount of food you get.
Every dish & appetizer we tried was amazing!
We had 3 appetizers. I reccomend them all. The beef jerky, the pot stickers and the crispy taro. They all came with different delicious dipping sauces that paired well with each appetizer.
For our main dishes we got the salmon pad Thai, chicken fried rice, and BBQ chicken. All of our main dishes came in huge portions. You definitely get enough bang for your buck. 😉
Oh and for dessert we got the coconut toasted pineapple ice cream and it was delish! 🍨😋
We will definitely be back here again! 😁
Went for takeout after seeing good reviews. Ordered shrimp yellow curry but got chicken. Food was ok. Typical Thai curry but lacked the kick. The hell curry is watery and underwhelming. Can probably find better Thai food somewhere else.
Great dining experience. I will add photos as is my signature move but wanted to pay tribute to Pin Kaow now as I seriously was so hungry and started eating and was finished before I said whoops !!! And did not think you would want to see my clean plate !!
Their curry sauce is my #1 favorite thing to eat on this earth.
Literally our favorite...the pinapple fried rice is AMAZING!!
Great food and service
The food is not good and it's over 20 just for a small plate the owner is rude and over charged you don't go
DO NOT ORDER TAKE OUT. This place is a rip off for take out orders. One small cup of soup for 10$, a small container of pad thai for 16$? Are you kidding. This is horrible
Food was good and service was great. Would recommend
Really appreciate the ambiance. Cozy and welcoming. Food is fresh and delicious. Try the Thai beef salad.
Went in originally to get a take out order, but decided to get a table and a drink while my order got ready. And everything from the service to the atmosphere and music made it a great experience. Then the food came, and I got shrimp rolls, calamari and combo fried rice and everything was delicious 😀 just right i will definitely be going here again.
First time having thai food and I was bit skeptical going in but let me tell it was the best food I've tasted! Order the pot stickers and calamari for your appetizers they cracked the code for calamari by tossing them in sweet and sour sauce 🤯. Yellow chicken curry is the next best thing so is the chicken and asparagus and the Chinese broccoli and crispy pork belly this is a flavor extravaganza
I ordered spicy, it was not. Food was bland and expensive.
Great service and food!!
Great experience over all. Delish Thai tea, lettuce wraps and yellow curry! We had another dish but Idr what it was called. The waitress recommended it. Super friendly staff, yet not intrusive and clean, warm authentic environment.
One of my favorite places to dine in!
A LAS VEGAS GEM!!!
Food was okay. Chicken Satay was a weird color and texture. Egg rolls were fine. Lettuce wraps were weird. I had this place a long time ago, and it was better way back then. Not my favorite.
Came for a work event. Everything was spectacular! Ended up buying more of the soup to go because I knew I wouldn't be eating here again for too long and needed more of the soup for later. Are it several days later and was so so glad I made the purchase. The waiter we had was particularly impressive. I got so nervous that he wasn't quitting anything down because we were a large group but when he said everything back all at once before leaving like he was reaching out off a sheet I was shocked and impressed! Basically a magic trick.
The restaurant is beautiful inside, love the decor. Food was Delicious, Service was excellent.
This is a family favorite. Do yourself a favor and try the pumpkin curry - it is fantastic. The service is fast and friendly for both takeout and on location dining.
No reason to go any place else. Best Thai food in Vegas. Always friendly.
Ordered combination Pad Thai and crab rangoon to go. The sauce was really good, plenty of peanuts on the pad Thai and good amount of filling in the rangoons. Will be back to order again this week!
THIS pin kaow is the best thai restaurant in vegas. hands down. i've been going here for over 10 years and have never had anything disappointing.
Probably our favorite Thai restaurant in town.
This place was amazing, waitress did not get her name, but she was sooo sweet. Super awesome and food was amazing. Clean location, and baby friendly they graciously accommodated my 1 yr old with 2 different high chairs so we can choose where to sit him. And very timely
I have dined here often. I have never been disappointed.
Food was better than most thai places I've visited. Only downfall was server forgot the soup for our lunch special. It's part of the meal!!We had to ask for them, Funny thing was all the other tables around us that ordered the lunch special got theirs before we got ours.
Title: Exceptional Thai Cuisine Experience at Pin Kaow Thai Restaurant!
Rating: 🐼🐼🐼🐼🐼
Review:
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pin Kaow Thai Restaurant, and I was blown away by the exceptional flavors and quality of their dishes. Having tried the yellow curry, Tom Ka Kai, and the wonton soup, I must say that my favorite dish was the Tom Ka Kai - an absolute delight!
From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The ambiance was cozy yet vibrant, creating a perfect setting for a memorable dining experience. The staff went above and beyond in ensuring my comfort and satisfaction throughout my visit.
Now let me tell you about the star of the show - the Tom Ka Kai. This traditional Thai soup had the perfect combination of flavors. The coconut milk provided a creamy and rich base, while the lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, and galangal added a refreshing and aromatic touch. The tender chicken, mushrooms, and other fresh ingredients were perfectly cooked, creating a harmonious blend of textures. Each spoonful offered a burst of flavors that transported me to the streets of Thailand.
The yellow curry was equally delightful. The fragrant curry paste was expertly balanced, allowing the flavors of turmeric, coriander, and other spices to shine through. The generous portion of tender chicken and the assortment of colorful vegetables made for a visually appealing and delicious dish.
Lastly, the wonton soup impressed me with its delicate and flavorful broth. The homemade dumplings were filled with a savory mix of ground meat and herbs, giving them an authentic taste. The broth itself was light and comforting, providing a wonderful contrast to the bold flavors of the other dishes.
Overall, my experience at Pin Kaow Thai Restaurant was exceptional. The flavors, presentation, and service exceeded my expectations. Whether you're a Thai cuisine enthusiast or new to this culinary adventure, Pin Kaow Thai Restaurant is a must-visit. I highly recommend indulging in their Tom Ka Kai soup, as it is truly a standout dish that will leave you craving for more. I'm already planning my next visit to explore their extensive menu further!
If you like spicy, go for the 10! The vegetarian options have wonderful flavor and we really enjoyed the spicy eggplant and Hell Curry. Amazing people and comfortable vibe inside.
This place is amazing!
One of the best Thai restaurants in Vegas.
Great food, great atmosphere, prices are a bit high but that's just the new norm I guess.
I ordered a green papaya salad amazing and chicken pad thai spicy 🌶️ with peanuts , tamarind 🤤 amazing
I went here in person for the first visit. Very good food, staff is perfection. For the portions and presentation it's fair price. There is an order and pick up option, which I will utilize in the future.
Highly recommended!
I’ve been coming here since 2002, always had fantastic service and fantastic food. Their lunch specials are really great. The owners are such nice people. I highly recommend Pin Kaow!
Super bomb!
I have been to Pin Kaow before but our lettuce wrap & seafood order this time lacked flavor.
ถ้าท่านอยากรับประทานอาหารไทยขอแนะนำ ร้านอาหารที่มีอาหารไทยแท้ค่ะ
We took a party of 4 to Pin Kaow at 6:30 on a Saturday night. It was busy, but there wasn't a wait and we were seated immediately.
After a round of Thai teas were passed out, we ended up trying the Crab Rangoon, Calamari, and pot sticker appetizers. All delicious and the calamari came with the tentacle pieces so it was great. All were fried to perfection and not overdone.
Between the 4 of us we tried the curry, pad Thai, pad woon sen, and pad krapow. Excellent reviews from the pad Thai, pad woon sen, and curry, and our only complaint was from someone who recently visited Thailand who said the pad krapow could've used a bit of fish oil to give it a flavor more like what he tasted in Thailand.
Overall, the service was excellent, the food was top tier, and moreover the prices didn't break the bank. Excellent and will be back!
The sweet and sour beef and shrimp 🍤 was greaaaaaat. Service was average. We will return.

Great food..
Excellent food--highly recommend the beef jerky starter. Had a delicious spicy green curry, whole menu looked great. Will definitely come back.
The food is good but the crab rancoon is hands down the best in Las Vegas.
I had pad sie ew and my friend had curry. We enjoyed our meals. Calamari served on cabbage was beautifully presented. Food arrived promptly and servers were helpful and generous. It was my first time there and I look forward to going again.
Best in vegas! Great service and fresh food.
Not as good as their other locations
I absolutely adore this place. The food is delish & they serve large portions at a reasonable price. The service is always great, very attentive staff. If it were close to my home, I'd probably eat here a few times a month.
We celebrated our friend/family's birthday here for lunch. Everything that we ordered was excellent plus we ordered more dishes to take home. The place is very clean, a relaxed atmosphere and very busy. Our server was very impressive as he remembered everything we ordered and we were treated in the best possible way. The sticky rice with fresh mango was the best way to end our meal. One of us had the tasty double chocolate mint ice cream. This is by far our favorite Thai place to eat.
It was good but not so awesome to make me return. My dish wasn't very hot but it was good. We had a good meal. Nothing remarkable.
The food, cleanliness , service and vibes were just awesome. The pad Thai is delicious
Tastes authentic. Not too sweet. Fresh. Great service. My favorite thai spot in town!
Delicious Thai food! Everything tasted very fresh. Lots of crisp tender vegetables. Excellent service. Reasonable prices for the times.
