The meat is PERFECT, the eggs are PERFECT, the sauce is PERFECT!! I haven't tried the Chinese food yet but the thai noodles are delicious. 💗

I went there once and thought it was delicious. Since the first time, I have been here many times. I forget to leave a review every time, but today I finally figured out how to write a review. I am Japanese, and in my mind the Chinese food was very spicy, but the food in this restaurant is not only delicious, but also very the amount of food is so generous that I have to take it away every time. And the service is really great. I like the lady at the front desk very much. She has a great smile! I will for sure come back!! It’s so delicious! Small little place. Food was great! Very friendly. When we went the soda machine didn't work... so they only had canned water, bottled water and tap water. My boss and I come here for lunch all the time, the food is always super good and fresh. The daily lunch is my go to, you cant beat the price for how good quality the food is.

The dining experience was satisfactory, and the food was enjoyable. However, I would prefer that cabbage not be used in the preparation of egg foo young, as it alters the texture and flavor of the dish. I believe that egg foo young should be made traditionally with eggs and vegetables, without the addition of cabbage. Other dishes on the menu may be suitable for different tastes. The ambiance of the restaurant was pleasant, and the customer service was commendable. The parking situation at the establishment is also convenient and well-organized.

We had the worst Kung po beef (greesy), just no flavor noodles 🍜 low main . Oh man trouble. I will not spend a dollar on anything there again. Jackie where are you. There not representing you and your extraordinary life and name. Panda express is better for everyone who actually likes Asian Cuisine. Jynn Ramen is better and that's what we will recommend for any of are friends. FYI Do Better.

Food Poisoning

4 years ago when I first found this place the food was so delicious. For about 1 year now the food has been tasteless!! What happened to this place and the flavors and quality of their food ??

I normally don’t leave reviews unless they’re negative but this place deserves a 5 star. The orange chicken is the best I’ve ever had.

The food was so delicious especially the honey walnut shrimp was my favorite. Really authentic Chinese food and great prices and huge portions. The main lady helping which was the owner and manager was super nice and friendly. I want to try other entrees next time. It’s a great place to eat at for authentic Chinese food.

This was my first time dining at Jackie Chan and Vivian took the time to walk me through the menu and my options. She was very patient with me in deciding what I wanted to eat, and did it all with a smile! The food is amazing and the atmosphere is peaceful and quiet. Highly recommend stopping here for some quality food with staff that cares.

Just being honest here, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the food was not as good, the orange chicken had a ton of garlic in it and didnt taste like orange at all. the noodles and fried rice that we got were also pretty bland. Maybe it was just for my order but I wasnt too happy with it.

I have been going here and they absolutely have great food. Today, I picked up 2 party trays (Chicken with black bean sauce and Combination Chow Mein) to bring to work for a potluck. I have been to a lot of Chinese restaurants and this is the best! I always get the shrimp with vegetables in the white sauce and a honeydew Mellon boba and it’s amazing! By far the best I have ever had! If you haven’t had it you definitely need to try it. Trust you won’t be disappointed!!! They are my go to, I almost wanna eat it everyday!

I rank this place 4.5 out 5. I ordered sweet and spicy shrimp with noodles. My boyfriend ordered orange chicken and fried rice. We ordered to go and I really liked my meal but I would of liked more shrimp and online ordering doesn't give you that option to order extra protein. The orange chicken was very flavorful and tender. Fried rice was not good very bland. I would recommend this restaurant. I'll just call in my order

This place is a solid 5/5 for food. Very good portions. My only complaint is recently they went from the most delicious wonton soup to a gross yellow fatty soup. Bring back the good soup!

They changed the to go boxes, which are smaller. According to the cashier it's because people complained about them leaking. It's the same price for half the food.

My husband and I decided to stop in on a whim Friday afternoon and we were pleasantly surprised. He ordered the garlic chicken lunch special with lo mein and I ordered the kung pao chicken with white rice lunch special. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed what we ordered but the lo mein was our favorite. The food was fresh and tasty, prices were reasonable, restaurant clean, and the service was good. We will definitely be regulars going forward.

Their food was good. They care a lot about the people they serve. One of our party was not happy with her food. They were very interested in knowing why and immediately offered her something else at her choosing. I am from out of state and was impressed at how much they value their customers.

Horrible food and People

We have been going here for years. They're customer service is exceptional, they always make our order to our liking, and remember it. They work year-round always with a smile. Pricing is cheaper than most, food is freshly made, and all around great. We usually order shrimp/pork fried rice with extras, and chicken wings extra crispy. We also order the curry rice noodles with shrimp, pork, and beef and veggies. Always so good.

You really should try Jacky Chan Chinese! I must order from here 2/3× a week (More often, schedule permitting). :)
Great tasting food with a generous serving size. One order is like 1.5/2 servings, so there's even more to eat later or share.
Not a fancy environment, but the restrooms and dining area are always very clean.
Their cooking skills, with gas jet flame heated giant Woks, makes for quick, tasty, fresh to order dishes!
You can request spicy levels too. They have a very special chili oil that can be added. I like spicy, so I like their Spicy Garlic Sauce Chicken, also Curry Chicken and Chow Fun Beef, both requested as spicy (+). Also, instead of white rice, you can upgrade to Fried Rice w/ Chicken or Pork, even noodles for additional $ more. (And their side of Fried Rice or Noodles, isn't premade/leftover stuff, it's entrée tasty. )
Very worth it here...generous servings and savory high-quality. All much appreciated, prepared with their great Kitchen Kung Fu skills! ;))

The people are very nice and the restaurant appears clean but the food is terrible. I ordered fried shrimp and 2 orange chicken dishes. It was so bad tasting that nobody here is willing to eat it. Just wasted $35 for dinner that is now in the garbage.

We just moved to this side of town after being in an area that had no good Chinese food. We've ordered from here twice now and are so thankful that we've finally found our new solid Chinese food spot. Everything always comes out so good!

Loved their combination lo-mein (used to be JackyChan combination Chowmein),and the honey walnut shrimp. For roughly $85 i got 2 orders of Honey Walnut Shrimp, 1 order of Orange Chicken (unfortunately this tastes more of a sweet chilli chicken with lemon cuts) and a party tray of Jacky Chan combination chowmein.

Always good, good service. Staff is courteous.

Had chow fun, fried rice, pad thai, and sweet sour pork. Chow fun was one of the best I've had. I'm used to chinese food from San Gabriel area in socal and it tastes just as good as it did there. Pad thai and fried rice were excellent too. Dont let sweet sour pork sit for too long as they can get soggy. But overall Highly recommended!

Fast service. However, I had nausea and vomiting about an hour after I ate here. I ordered lunch special Gen Tso's chicken with fried rice, Pad Thai, Crab Rangoon. Just glad it was only me who got sick and not my wife and kids.

Decided to try this Chinese restaurant for some take out food. Parking lot wasn't too crowded in the later evening time.
Interior was very clean and organized, menu was easily accessible on the wall, table in front of cashier and a take out menu too.

Ordered the daily combinations, orange chicken and lemon chicken. Came with corn wonton soup, cream cheese rangoon, spring roll, steam or fried rice and entree.

All items cooked to order and well seasoned/flavorful. Will definitely visit again to try other entree selections.

I ordered my food an hour in advance for me to pick up. When I got there they told me that they tried calling me back with a question and it wasn’t ready. They lied and must have put the order in right then because it took another 40 mins to get my food. I also had no missed calls.
They were also completely out of duck, which was what I really wanted.

We get the beef lo mein here a lot. The lady who takes and expedites the orders is very nice. Price is reasonable and lots of leftovers. I also like to get the hot and sour soup when I have a cold. Yum!
