Came in on a Sunday afternoon and only one other table is being used so I got to sit where I wanted. The waitress came over right away and I told her I was waiting for one more person so she brought over some water and said she'd come back when they got there. As soon as my guest came she came over she let us know she'd give us a few more minutes. She gave me some recommendations and I think the noodle dish I had was called Pad See Ew. Very good flavor and I loved the fat flat noodles. Good portion of big shrimp. I also had a Thai tea and that was very good. It came in a huge cup. Definitely worth the money.

Diner Review №2

I had a wonderful experience here; the food was delicious and the servers truly went above and beyond. Would definitely return if visiting Omaha again.

Diner Review №3

Our small lunch party had the Pad See Eww, Pad Thai, and the Chicken Mango and a couple of sides, all of which were fresh and flavorful. Great service!

I tried Sea Thai for the first time and would go back again if I was in the mood for Thai and near midtown. I got Pad Thai with shrimp (big portion!) and a mango Boba tea. The restaurant itself was pretty small, which is nice because it was lowkey and not super loud (easy to carry on a conversation), but it also meant the table choices were limited and it can fill up very quickly. I sat at a table right by the kitchen/take out pick-up spot, so there was more bustle and people standing & lined up alongside the table waiting for their pick up orders.

Diner Review №6

Great tomorrow yum and mango crab rangoons

Diner Review №7

The food is incredible man. Usually the Thai I've had is a lot more limited in flavor, but this blasts me and there's SO MUCH THEY PUT IN IT! very filling. Highly recommend especially when trying to eat healthier!

Diner Review №8

5/24 Pad see ew was low on flavor and the noodles a little dry. Was impressed by their boat noodles, which I haven’t seen many places in the US. Overall a decent place for convenience

Diner Review №9

The food is amazing and the service is fast with pleasant servers. I will be back!

Diner Review №10

Food was incredible. Service was friendly and pretty quick. We tried out noodles, fried rice, and bubble teas. Enjoy all of it!

My son took me to this Thai restaurant on Father’s Day 2024. The red curry chicken, very flavorful. The restaurant was very clean. The best part was the service. Ney, she was sooooo great, very informative, very knowledgeable on the Thai dishes that they serve. She was outstanding, thank you, I will return with more guest for your establishment. Word of mouth.
See you soon again.

Diner Review №14

VERY GOOD food. Awesome service and small but nice restaurant. I had the drunken noodles spice level 5.

Diner Review №15

We ordered a Massaman Curry and Pad Thai Chicken dish. Great seasoning!

Diner Review №16

They had the most flavorful fried rice I've ever had. Kept the spice to a minimum but (2/5) but still had plenty of flavor in every bite. The Drunken Mama was also really solid. The Ice teas were good but not the best I have ever had. Overall, the food was fast and great. I am very satisfied and would definitely make this a regular spot if I was a local.

Diner Review №17

I can't believe I waited so long to try Sea Thai in Blackstone. Perfection with every bite and super fast friendly service with a fun interior vibe. Thai pork larb is so hard to find, and done right. Think PF Changes lettuce wrap filling, but so much better. A minced pork with thai seasonings, cilantro, green onions, crispy toasted rice, etc. It's a huge portion and served on a thin bed of lime, vinegar lettuce slaw and red onion. Get it with a side of rice and put their special soy sauce on it. Don't miss the mango crab rangoon served hot and fresh and lots of filling. The homemade chicken potstickers and egg rolls with their own special sauces were great too. Please show support and give these guys some love!

Burnt Fried Rice.

Diner Review №23

They put phlegm in my tai tea. I only found out after I didn’t finish my drink and emptied the last of it in the sink. What came out was a nasty green phlegm that stuck to the bottom after it didn’t dissolve into the drink.

Ordered through DoorDash and food arrived piping hot and oh so tasty! 🤤 We had pad Thai and egg rolls and they were perfect! The spice level was on the low side, so mild fans like me should love it but you might be a little disappointed if you want a lot of spice.

decided to try sea Thai. we were pleasantly surprised. great food and our waitress was wonderful. will most definitely be back

Diner Review №31

My wife and I were in town for a music festival and decided to grab some Thai. This place was the bomb. The food was great, Phad Thai was so flavorful reminded me of home, San Antonio. Go gets some food!

Diner Review №32

Very good service and food. I have tried several items from their menu and all have been decent so far. My recommendations would be the pad thai or fried rice. Spicy level 2 adds just the right amount of spice to the dish. If you like spicy things then I would recommend to go with a higher spice level. If you are sensitive to spicy things then go lower. The price for their dishes is a little high but I can make 2 meals out of it. If you go during weekday lunch hours, I believe some of the food is a little lower in cost.

Spicy muscles and chicken in the mud is phenomenal! I’m absolutely blown away every time I eat here. Me being Thai as well I know this food is amazing. I ate my food before I could get a picture of the art Preeda the cook/owner whipped up in the kitchen! Superb

Diner Review №37

My wife and I found this establishment by accident. But it was a very pleasant accident. The experience transcended us to a whole new culture and cuisine of amazing dishes, food, atmosphere and the people. We went outside our comfort level and had an exquisite dinner amongst some if omaha finest Thai chefs. When you eat his food you can surely taste the love he has for his craft. He spent the night talking about his love for cooking and food and as a chef myself it brought pure joy to my heart. His food speaks for itself. Come out and try some of omaha's best Thai restaurants and you won't regret it.
Also would love to give a big shout out to Nay our server and the sister of the owner ting and her beautiful daughter Shelby. They were very nice and made our night. We won't forget this place and will make it our usual date spot. Thanks!

Absolutely love this place...I can not say enough good things about their Basil Fried Rice! It is incredible with tons of ingredients and flavor. It is the best Fried Rice that I have ever had. I added chicken and shrimp and the shrimp were large juicy fresh shrimp and the chicken also very good. The spice (level 4) was PERFECT!.

The restaurant is always very neat and clean and the staff is always very friendly, understanding and offers suggestions.

Diner Review №42

The service was fast and polite. The waitress did ask at the appropriate timing for everything. She was not pushy and was very kind. The food was delicious. The fried tofu is incredible! The price was a little steep and I understand for their location rent must not be cheap. Overall, we would eat there again.

Diner Review №44

Great food and service alot of options

Diner Review №45

Some of the best Thai food I have found in the states and they also do an ample and delicious Cajun crab boil. Every dish is bursting with flavor. "Chicken in the Mud" is a must try item for newcomers, but all your favorites are here too and they are incredible as well. Service is informed, kind, and attentive. We tried them once and have been back 5 times in a month to try as many things as possible. Everything is amazing. Each time we went we found a new favorite item. I can highly recommend this place. They do take-out through door dash I believe, so would be a flavorful addition to your office lunch routine. Only reason I gave atmosphere a ding is that commercials play during the music, which always interrupts the vibe. They also take reservations, so take advantage of that.

Diner Review №46

Very good!

Diner Review №47

It was very good good
tasty!!

Diner Review №48

The fried rice is the best I’ve ever had in any of Asian restaurants in United States. Seriously, I would say most of Thai restaurants in United States make the flavor either too sour or too sweet, like it meets stereotypes of “Thai food.”
But nah, most have gone too far.

Trust a review from an Asian. The chef must be something else. 100% recommend👍

Diner Review №49

Unbelievably good! Haven't had something that wasn't delicious yet!

Diner Review №50

Food was fantastic!

Diner Review №51

Amazing seafood! Amazing Fried Rice. Great service!

Diner Review №52

Diner Review №53

Lunch was quick service. Very tasty Bangkok noodles with shrimp. Shrimp was plump and not over cooked. Nice little place. Definitely a must eat.

Diner Review №54

The food was so good! Better than other Asia food I’ve tried in the area and plus you don’t get tired of eating it and good amount of food for what you get!!

Diner Review №55

Consistently great Thai food with very generous portions. I have to recommend the Pad Woon Sen with Shrimp. Also a huge highlight is the extremely kind and attentive staff. On a very rainy day with a slight walk back to work and no umbrella, my waitress heard an offhand comment about the rain and ended up bringing out a poncho that she had made in the back!! I highly recommend giving this place a visit

Diner Review №56

By far the best Thai food of every eaten! The Pad Thai was 5 out of 5 with #4 heat.

Diner Review №57

We ordered Chicken Gyoza, Drunken Noodles with Shrimp, Cashew Pineapple Chicken, and Lad Na with Chicken. The Lad Na is amazing and I cannot wait to go back and order it again. The chicken gyoza were great. The only possible complaint was the spice level, if you want it to be actually spicy you'll probably have to ask for extra or be very specific that you want your food to hurt you. I'm a wimp so my food was perfect.

Diner Review №58

Best prices on seafood boil. Drunken noodles was delicious too. Small space parking sucks.
Went back for Pad Woon Sen and Pad See Eww both good similar to drunken. Not a fan of the dumplings

Diner Review №64

Diner Review №65

We ate there last night because our regular pho spot was closed. It was eh not “it”
The broth tasted sweet, which was unusual. I had to interrupt the server so she can bring a straws for our glasses. I had to go find Sriracha and hoisin sauce on my own because it was not provided to me at the table with my meal. And overall what kind of place serves pho, but does not serve spring rolls? oh and the bowl was $15 when every other place in town is $10-$12 for bigger bowls. I give this place a 2 out 5 stars.
Need more attentive servers.
Oh and lemon for our pho instead of lime!??? No way.
Also, don’t let the photos for you above because that is not the same place. I’m not sure if the menu is the same or not but the place shows photos of a building that is not the same place.

Diner Review №66

Food was amazing and nice ambiance! I had the yellow curry and my husband had Jeanne Chicken Mango. Sher was our server and was super sweet!

Diner Review №67

Diner Review №68

Diner Review №69

Not only was my seafood cold but it was very bland , no seasoning at all and when I asked for a side of sauce they told me it was a upcharge. I wouldn’t recommend for seafood

Diner Review №70

Recently tried this place because it was new and close. Probably the best Thai place in town.

Diner Review №71

Diner Review №72

Who knew that such great Thai food could be found in middle America?! Well, having come from MD, visiting for work, my aunt and I were super happy to find this gem. Pan, Our server, was beyond awesome and the meal was so good, we had to have it twice. Totally worth a visit. The Taro Boba is divine and the egg rolls were the best my aunt’s ever had. Wonderful spot!

Diner Review №73

Bought the crab tray- It’s delicious every time. Was buying it from them when they were out west also. Have had many of their plates but love their crab tray. Ask for The crab tray!

Diner Review №74

When you spend 17 on pad Thai take out, you are like uh ok better be amazing. Then you pick it up and it's got weight. Digging in was the best. I am not a fan of watery pad thai this was perfect. Will be back new. New go to in midtown! Oh snap almost forgot about the perfectly crunchy egg rolls. And I tried things at or above their hot level(7). Will increase heat for sure was not enough.

Diner Review №75

The panang curry is so yummy

Diner Review №76

Diner Review №91

Pretty good with good sized portions. The red curry was a little heavy on makrut for me and the drunken noodles needed a bit more fish sauce but otherwise tasty

Diner Review №92

They are currently closed for remodeling. Whenever they do reopen be sure to order the seafood platter (it's not on the menu).

Diner Review №93

Nope... still not answering their phone. Called 9/1, 9/2, & today (9/3/21) --- no answer -- memory is full.

They finally updated their sign.... Now opening back up tomorrow 9/1/21

Amazing FOOD! However... the current knock is ... Are they going to reopen. Sign says they would be back open 8/2/21, but that did not occur and we've been checking several times per week since then.
The least they could do is post some type of update, but something on their voicemail.... A N Y T H I N G ! ! !

Diner Review №102

Very good food nice atmosphere. I had enough food to fill me up but I wasn't miserable when I left.

Diner Review №103

Great Thai food. Good portions. Seems authentic.

Diner Review №104

Don't bother calling ahead because they won't answer. Tried to call ahead to place an order three times. No one answered. So I made the 20-minute drive across town. Just to get there and have them walking out the front door. And telling me that they close at 2:00 p.m. When it clearly says right on the front door they close down at 2:30 and open back up at 4:30. As well as on Google. I will say it's worth the 20-minute drive across town because they have the best basil chicken. But I don't know if I'll ever come back after that.

Diner Review №105

Sea Thai never disappoints. Each time we order take out, we try something new. Their food is always hot and delicious. 10/10 would highly recommend!!

Diner Review №106

Food was pretty good, but the service was...odd. We'll try it again post Covid.

Diner Review №107

Vegetable Spring Rolls, Chicken in the Mud, Basil Chicken and Penang Curry are our go tos. Tastes just like we had on our trip to Thailand

Diner Review №108

Diner Review №109

Great pricing for the crab legs platter. The small one is 55.00 and contained shrimp, crawfish, crab legs 4-6 clusters? It was hard to tell. It was so massive though that the thought of their large at 120 boggles my mind. The small can easily feed 2 if not 3.

We also tried the pho, the chicken skewers and the pad see ew.

This location is far from me, so I would probably not drive out all the time to it, but it has decent food. If I was in the area and wanted this kind of food, I would come back.

I'm not a pho expert and it's been awhile since I had it, but I did note that the pho broth was flavorful.

The pad see ew noodles were on the chewy side for me, but the flavor was good.

I enjoyed the sauce that came with the chicken, but did find the chicken a touch dry.

Service was very polite if not absent at times.

Diner Review №114

Read a lot of reviews of this place with poor service which is unfortunate. Luckily for me when I went it was not very busy and food came out promptly. Drunken noodles are always a go to when trying a new Thai spot and Sea Thai did not dissapoint. Wings and egg rolls were quite tasty but next time I would try something else. One of the better thai places in omaha which has quite a variety to pick from

Diner Review №115

Diner Review №116

I ordered the mango fried rice and the mango crab rangoon. The mango in the fried rice is not fresh at all. And the crab rangoon does not have mango in it at all!

Diner Review №117

ordered Pad Thai and Crab & Shrimp fried rice. Both were just so-so. Much better Thai food elsewhere.

Diner Review №118

Diner Review №126

Diner Review №127

Had lunch on Saturday, good service, good food. Egg Rolls and Pad Thai and Drunken noodles all good. Clean restrooms

Diner Review №128

Came in at 6:10pm, 2 person. Ordered chicken and shrimp fried rice, chicken eggplant. 6:45pm, we asked how much longer for the food? Waiter checked, came out to the register, ignored us, and we just left. For god sake, if you told us how much longer, we wouldnt be so upset and left. Secondly, what kind of fried rice takes 35-40min to make?

Diner Review №129

I recently discovered my love for Green Curry(2outof5spicyscale). The staff is attentive and polite, both owners helping in the kitchen and on the floor is awesome, and the food came out fast. Very nice people. Pricing is comparable. I will be back many times.

Diner Review №130

Slow service, ok food

Diner Review №131

Great pineapple chicken curry!

Diner Review №132

Best Thai food! Love the crab ragoons and Tom yum soup with shrimp. Generous portions and excellent flavor. Friendly staff! Travelled to Omaha on business and will miss this place when I leave.

Diner Review №133

I don’t know where to start with this place. First, the bathroom smell awful with no toilet paper. There wasn’t any tissue to wipe my hands with. Then we had this old man who was taking our order. His breath smell so bad with cigarette. The other servers was sweet and nice which I wish we could have them take our order instead of the old man. After ordering, the appetizer took at least 30 min. The meal itself took almost 2 hour!!! The food was okay but service is really slow. I wouldn’t recommend going there again since there’s better Thai food and nicer Thai restaurant nearby.

Diner Review №134

Nice ambience and friendly staff. The food came quick and was delicious. Like the drunken noodles here.

Diner Review №135

Staff was very nice, service (for carryout) was excellent. I asked for a dish that they couldn't deliver on, and they substituted my order at no charge. The food was very mediocre though... great experience, but likely won't go back, as there is better Thai nearby.

Diner Review №136

Diner Review №137

Really good authentic Thai and very pleasant staff!

Diner Review №138

Took forever to get waited on. Slow service and food came out a dish at a time over the course of 15 minutes. Food tasted old..no other way to describe it. Extremely disappointed.

The level 5 had no spice. The level 2 was extremely spicy. The place is a disorganized mess. Avoid.

Diner Review №139

wonderful thai food! some of the best in this town.

Diner Review №140

Awesome

Diner Review №141

Awesome food! The wait for lunch was reasonable on a week day with our party of 6. Mai Tai is our favorite Tai place and just found out this is the same owner. Delish! Will be back frequently!

Diner Review №142

Great food! I saw there was a Thai place going in by our house but wasn’t open yet. I sent a message to the owners via the Facebook page and they promptly sent me a menu and the date they were opening. We ordered take out on opening night, pad Thai with chicken, pork gyoza, garlic wings, and pad see eew combination. Everything was correct on our order and the flavors were great! Large portions with good noodle to meat ratios. The spice level was accurate, pad see eew was a level 1 out of 10 which was pretty much no heat. I will try a level 2 or 3 next time. The pad see eew was level 8 and had pretty good heat. We will be returning and recommending to friends and family. UPDATE: we have tried to order carry out several times and been told it would be over an hour wait. We asked how long it would be if we dined in and were told the same. We have not returned because of this, hopefully they can look into solving the issue.

Diner Review №143

Diner Review №144

We waited over an hour and still did not have our appetizer or soup, there were still 4 tables ahead of us that needed to get their food before us. We walked out paying for our over priced bottled beer. All the tables were full and yet no one was eating when we walked in. That should have been a sign....never going back. Would have given a zero star if I could.

Diner Review №145

Waited over 1 hour and still no food. We left and so did the couple at the table next to us. We should have known when we walked in and no one had food!! Something was totally messed up with wait staff and kitchen.

Diner Review №146

Slow and inconsistent. It took nearly two hours to get served after we placed our order. I think most people got served between an hour and hour and a half. They had no problem serving orders to go food with a constant flow. Had two glasses of the same wine and were charged $8 for one and $12 for the other. We will not be going back.
