I ordered General Tso and didn’t realize it had peanut in it. I was swapping the food with my wife. The waiter saw this and asked if he could bring a nut-free version of it. He did it and that too for free, even after I insisted I wanted to pay! The food was delicious and I would love to dine at this place again if I happen to be around.

Stopped in for the first time and had sushi and my husband had a bento box. It was all very good. The sushi is really fresh! Loved the ambience. The beaded curtain and window dressings were so pretty!

Recently had the Orange Chicken lunch special and really enjoyed it. Tender chicken with light breading and a sweet and tangy glaze. My favorite roll is the American Dream Roll. The Snow Mountain Roll is great, too. Try it!

Of all the places to eat Asian food in Billings, this is the one I love the most. I’ve eaten here many times, and every time I leave happy.

Their food is delicious! If you get anything off their “Taste of Southeast Asia” or “Rolls”, you’re in for a fabulous meal. Their Orange Chicken, General Tso Chicken, and Mongolian Beef is to die for! As for their rolls, they are best known for their Spicy Girl Roll. I personally love their simpler Spider Roll or New York Roll. In fact some of their fancier special rolls are literal works of art! Lots of their appetizers are delicious, and I personally love both their miso and egg drop soup.

Fancy Sushi is not as pricey as other sit down Asian restaurants on average but also the portion sides are ample. They have a good lunch special if you can catch them during lunch.

I have yet to try their Korean BBQ - so can’t speak on that experience.

The ambience is relaxing. It’s not dirty and the bathrooms are always stocked and clean. The waiter that frequently is working there is lovely host. I’ve NEVER had bad customer experience from here.

This was our first experience with sushi in Billings and it was delicious! Everything was so fresh and flavorful. We can recommend the mango Hawaii roll, the rainbow roll, and the dynamite roll. The service was top notch. The menu is huge and we look forward to going back to try more!

Every yr in the last 6 yrs, we go to sushi for my husband birthday dinner! This yr we celebrate it in Billings! We have had sushi once since we been here, it was good. But... This place was on another level. It was absolutely incredible, magical, perfect, it was like eating sushi for the first time!! I wanted to cry because I was sooo full and wanted to eat more lol. Hands down the bestest SUSHI I have EVER had!! Being foodies, this place 100% is my absolute new favorite SUSHI place ever!!!! We usually do sushi at least twice a yr, because my husband don't mess around when it come to sushi! We ordered 16 rolls this time 8 flavors they were magical even the ones we normally order. I dont know how or why but they were somehow way better than the many other places we have tried! The customer service was fantastic!! ! No judgment or rude comments. No rushing or pushing us out. Everyone we came in contact with were friendly, happy, sweet, and attentive!! Thank you ALL that contributed to this phenomenal experience!! I love sushi, typically go every 6 months, and when we go we don't skimp. Typical choose 8 rolls and get 2 of each. We like whatever is left as a midnight snack.

I ordered the grand roll. Was it not only the biggest roll I have ever had but the king crab was fresh and very tasty, and the mango on top set it off. I also ordered the crab angels. Homemade and delicious, although no green onion and the crab was barely there. Even though the angels could have used a bit more ingredients the taste of homemade beets everything. I will definitely be dining in next time. I hope their service matches the food. YUMMY!!!

We ate here a few days ago and it was wonderful! My daughter and I have celiacs and the waiter was knowledgeable about the menu and what we could and could not have. The service was top notch, the food was quick and super delicious. There really isn't any room for improvement. It was a great experience.

Love this place. The rolls are huge and delicious, and there's tons of options. They can modify rolls to make them gluten-free and have Tamari available. They were also able to modify a few things to accommodate a shellfish allergy. The owner is often there and is just the nicest. We try to make it in every time we're in town.

We ordered 2 rolls, and the one with salmon on top (I believe Phoenix) was slimy and looked nasty. I ate 1 piece and stopped. My daughter ate it but didn't feel good later. Needless to say, I will not be frequenting this place. Fancy Feast would have probably been better.

This place is a hidden gem! I don’t know that I’ll ever be able to enjoy Asian foods anywhere else! The food was absolutely incredible. And the service was amazing too! Our server was very charismatic and funny and had no issue helping us figure out what to eat. We also forgot to ask for no wasabi on the sushi. He had no issue taking it back and bringing us a new platter. Very impressed to say the least.

Really impressed by the value of the dinner boxes! I was working late nearby and had an orange chicken & shumai craving...the dinner box ($23) came with a huge portion of chicken, white rice, soup, salad w ginger-sesame dressing, 2 shumai rolls, 2 crab puffs, and 6 pieces of spicy tuna roll (Cali roll also avail). I actually only expected 2 pieces of sushi, and 1 of each appetizer. For the price, this is a nice big platter of food & it is served in a sort of giant bento box, so everything has its own spot, and there's plenty of ginger and wasabi. This is easily 2 meals for me. Perfect for when you want Asian-American comfort food - it may not be ultra modern or specific to one type of Asian cuisine, but it hits the spot when you want to stuff your face with new American classics like spicy tuna roll, orange chicken and appetizer dumplings. I also appreciate how long they waited on returning to dine-in. I like a restaurant that protects its employees.

The place wasn't very busy when we visited so we got the full attention of the waiter. We were all very pleased to see that they had a very affordable lunch menu. There were twelve of us and with entrées and dessert the bill was 200.00. The food was yummy. The wait was very short, and we were very pleased with how fast the service was. The waiter paid attention and got everything right. I will glassy visit this place, the next time I am in Billings

Tried the Korean Barbeque. Waiter was friendly but didn't seem to know the food. That was not gochujang. Very thin and didn't taste good. The food was actually cooked pretty good. Not perfect but good. The shrimp was really good. The beef Korean Barbeque was good. A little overcooked but not bad. The pork was really good. My sister in law who is Korean made me eat an eel. That was weird but I don't know eel. I would eat again. But get some real gochujang.

This place is amazing, I took my whole family just to try it and the food is delicious, very tasty. Their tofu teriyaki is so flavorful. My girls loved it and they are very picky eaters. The owner there is super nice and already knows what we usually orders and also recommends. Wonderful place and experience.

This was our first time eating here and we were so impressed with the sushi. Very fresh tasting and delicious. The cooked rolls are excellent and well priced. Their higher end rolls we tried were delicious. We will be adding this to one of our favorite go to spots for sushi.

Had sushi. Rice did not taste like sushi rice but like plain white rice. Also they mopped the floor while we were there; the bleach smell is very unpleasant while eating.

Became our go to DC dinner place in Billings during two different stays here. She's from Cincinatti, I'm from DC. Dinner boxes are a good deal for $20. Sushi not cheap but quality great. Yesterday I went to restaurant and discovered they were take out only. They are the only Japanese restaurant with hibachi I know of doing strictly take out. Well, the order was a complete disaster. The hibachi steak and shrimp was placed in a small takeout bowl mainly containing broccoli. The meat looked like processed meat and each piece was perfectly cut no higher then 0.5 cm x 1 inches wide by 1-2 inches long. There was roughly 8-10 pieces of this thinly cut steak. There were 6 shrimp, but again 2/3 of the bowl was filled with broccoli. The vegetables tempura was soggy and the chicken was not great. Keep in mind these were suppose to be meals not appetizer which is what I felt we ordered. I have eaten in the restaurant several times over 3-4 years and have been impressed with the quality and amount of food prior to this event. Jimmy said he would comp the next meal but had no interest in taking my name so I have no clue if he will honor it. Honestly I am hesitant about going back. If I do and remember I will take pictures. There is no reason to lower standards because of the pandemic. Most people aren’t going to take their food back.

Some sushi was just ok, had to take back 3 rolls of puréed 2 salmon & 1 tuna very dry! Rice was undercooked and crunchy, rolls fell apart. They did after arguing replace them with different rolls. Overall disappointed. Won’t go back.

My family gives each other gift cards for Fancy Sushi because it is always fresh/good/affordable Asian food. We don't waste money on stocking stuffers, give us yummy food! Our favorites are: Sesame Shrimp, Udon soups, tempura. Sushi is best in Billings, my favorite is anything with eel! We miss eating in the restaurant as it is beautifully decorated.

I look forward to going to Fancy Sushi every time I’m back in Billings! I’ve lived on the east coast now for over 6 years and still am rarely as impressed or full as I am with Fancy!

This place is hands down the best place to get sushi!! Not only is the food amazing, but the people that run the place and work here are the best!! They gave my baby nephew complimentary animal crackers and his entree before my sister and I. They gave us a free little dessert and a keychain for him to play with. Fancy Sushi is the best restaurant in Billings hands down. Thank you for being so accommodating and wonderful!!

This place is always top notch with quality of food and service. I really appreciate that they are diligent in making sure my food is gluten free. One of my favorite places to eat!

I had high hopes for this place visiting the area. Rolls were small, sloppy, weird meat mixtures, to much sauce, nothing good to say. I ordered fried rice that was mediocre at best. For the amount they charge you could do better and make it worth it one would thiink. Never again

Waited 30 minutes to pickup a DoorDash while I watched multiple people pick their orders up.
