Quaint option for curries, noodle dishes & other classic Thai offerings in a converted house.
This is a quaint café with an intimate setting in an historic building. The food was good, and is pretty much what I expected from a Thai restaurant. I did not try any tea, so I cannot vouch for it, but I’d definitely recommend the food. The dishes offered more meat than Thai places in bigger markets, it appears. The cashew-infused offering surprised me, but it is located in Springfield, so it’s par for the course.
Never would have known this charming place existed if I hadn’t seen someone mention it in a YouTube video. This family owned and operated establishment is in a quaint old historic home in a quiet neighborhood. My girlfriend and I started our lunch with crab Rangoons with a very tasty dipping sauce. She had the Sweet and Sour chicken which had vegetables and pineapple. She enjoyed it very much. I had the cashew beef with vegetables, pineapple and mushrooms. I also enjoyed my flavorful meal. The service was friendly and quick.
I have to say that this is one of the best Thai food And forest service goes. I haven’t had any issues with food, but I know that if I were too, they are quick to fix and is very accommodating. Their food is delicious and I can tell how much love and effort that goes into every single plate. If you want true authentic Thai food, please check this place out. My favorite is their Thai fried rice and mixed vegetables with beef.
Edit/add Can’t call in an order its mailbox is full. 😤
Cute place! The front door seemed locked with a sign but we got in from the side door. The fried tofu appetizer was great! The basil fried rice was great too. I think it could use some more basil leaves. The portion was boarderline smaller than I expected.
NO ONE can convince me there is a better restaurant in Springfield! First off they turned a home into a restaurant!!! How cool is that. It’s super cozy yet you have your own space. The staff was extremely kind especially our host Melin she’s the best! It’s a sin how good that food was! 🤤
This is our new date night spot! I recommend you try this spot if you like delicious food and great service.
This cafe is in an old house, interior is plainly decorated - I think they choose to focus more on their food than the environment. My elderly mother and I shared an order of Spring Rolls (3, cut in half), she ordered the Mixed vegetables with beef for her entree and I ordered Pad Thai with chicken and a spice level of 1, figuring I would play it safe if their "mild" was really medium. I can tolerate fairly spicy food, and level 1 made for a tasty and enjoyable experience. Service was very good and our server was professional and kind. The cost for our meal was $32.00, I felt this was a very good price for a meal that was both tasty and filling. In the end, Rama Thai Cafe has quality food and great service. I highly recommend them!
Pad Thai, Thai Fried Rice, Crab Rangoon

This review is purely our experience and could be just an off night for them. They had some staffing problems and were struggling seating and servicing. Although stuff were very friendly and did what they could I thought food was just ok and inside the restaurant was pretty messy. It’s like they’re remodeling at the same time
The food was excellent and was a great portion. The fact that it's a house turned restaurant was both fun and a little cramped. Will definitely be going
Rama thai is so good. I went 2 times and got sesame chicken and three taste chicken. The food was so good and the chicken was super flavorful and juicy. I also really like the old time house theme. Very cool.
Don't let the rough exterior fool you. Yes, the place has chipped paint and looks rough on the outside, but it's a great place to eat. The inside is charming. Wait staff is always great. Good food!
Wonderful service and great food
The restaurant is amazing!
The menu is very interesting.
The food was delicious and the service was great.
I went here for lunch and was so impressed! Service was friendly and quick. The food was amazing as well. I had the Sesame Chicken and my friend had the Curry Noodles. Both were fantastic. I was worried that the Sesame chicken would be sweet, but it was perfectly balanced with the spice (I ordered mine spicy).
This place came highly recommended and I absolutely agree. I ordered takeout and the staff I interacted with greeted me with great kindness and courtesy. The takeout box is nice and heavy duty. It seems small at first, but it is packed dense with food. Really great taste and quality. I will be back soon.
Amazing food. Fairly priced. Highly recommend!
im disappointed not sure if a new owner.. its not the same food as it was the last several years I've been ordering food here.. we used to come once a week now we never come due to items missing, they started to remove items in dishes they normally have. The portions got smaller and the prices increased by quite a bit lile many places but this made a negative difference here... Now you cannot even order online and pick up. not sure what the deal is but customers notice.. enough to stop going..
LOVE RAMA THAI! Every time we go the food is amazing and the people working there are super sweet and patient. Definitely one of the best places to find in Springfield :)
the food is always correct and consistently good!!
It was wonderful and had a wonderful evening.
Had a WONDERFUL lunch with my wife here. Great service!
Fried Calamari was the best I've had and the Drunken Noodles were amazing. Asked for 4 star heat and that is what I received.
Recommend any time!!!
Perfect. We had the Tom Yum chicken and shrimp, Pad Thai with chicken, Crab Rangoon and the Thai green tea. I highly any of those options! Service was great too :)
The food was really good and we really enjoyed the atmosphere.
Very good food!

Interesting vibe and atmosphere. Didn't order but picked up for delivery.
One of Springfield's BEST places to eat! It is casual and affordable, and the food is DELICIOUS. The portions are good, everything tastes super fresh, and the servers are kind. Try the Thai tea too if you haven't. It is out of this world and pairs perfectly with the food.
Rama thai cafe is some of the best Thai food I have ever eaten, and hands down the best atmosphere of any restaurant!
Love the food and the people. I should mention I normally get Thai Hot but burned my face off here. Literally I don’t have a face anymore. Use caution.
Waited 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me when I came in the restaurant. When I asked how long the wait was, I was asked how many in my party. Told the guy 2 people. He went and looked in the other room, and then came back and said he had a table but just needed to get a tablecloth. He grabbed a tablecloth. Then another customer came in the door and asked about his wait time. He was already on the list that the guy helping me hadn’t even looked at. When he finds out the other guy has 2 in his party. he has to backtrack and tell me that I actually have 3 people on the list in front of me and that it’s probably going to be quite a while before I can get a table. Terrible customer service. Turned and walked out the door. Will not be back to try again.
The food is absolutely amazing! Everything is very high quality and prepared well every time. I love that the building is an old house with very little modification done. Great atmosphere. Very friendly staff.
Best Thai food downtown. Amazing prices and verity of dishes. Most authentic I've had inside the US. Jungle curry hot as they make it is the way to go!
Love Rama Thai. It's my partner and I's favorite Thai place to eat! We love their spring rolls and their golden bags. I love their mango curry but lately I've been on a crab fried rice kick and y'all they put so much crab in this, it's so good!
I get mine with a side of plum sauce bc I feel it compliments the crab nicely.
My partner almost always gets the pad Thai and loves it so much. It's VERY much his comfort food item on the menu.
I honestly don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu.
This was my first visit, though my partner has been here several times before. We were seated almost immediately despite the restaurant being moderately busy. The dining area and table were clean, and the temperature was comfortable, though I was seated directly in front of an AC vent.
Once seated, it took about 10 minutes for our server to greet us, and another 20 minutes before our water was brought to the table. The fresh spring rolls arrived shortly after, within 2-5 minutes, followed by our pad thai in another 2 minutes. The spring rolls were solid, and the peanut sauce was tasty.
I ordered the chicken pad thai with a spice level of 2, and I thought they got the spiciness just right, though the chicken could have been more tender. My partner had the tofu pad thai with a spice level of 3. She felt the spice level was perfect, but noted that the dish was a bit more "soupy" than usual. Unfortunately, our crab rangoons never made it to the table.
The staff were friendly and apologetic. My partner assures me that the service is usually better.
I came here with a friend right before the dinner rush, we were seated immediately indoors as they have both indoor and outdoor seating (weather permitting with outdoor), it's a small but cozy and light space.
we got the spring rolls, crab rangoon, and Thai iced coffee and Thai iced tea. our separate meals were Garlic and Pepper chicken with rice noodles subbed for rice, and a very modified panag chicken curry. all of the food was delicious, filling, and seasoned beautifully. food and drink came out very quickly.
the staff here are very helpful, friendly, and chill. they are quick without rushing you, and do their best to help you, especially if you've never had Thai before.
the only downside is it is not wheelchair accessible, and the bathroom is a bit of a squeeze. the space is very clean, bright, and comfortable otherwise.
definitely come here if you're around, they're a local small business and very good at what they do :)

Cute place! The front door seemed locked with a sign but we got in from the side door. The fried tofu appetizer was great! The basil fried rice was great too. I think it could use some more basil leaves. The portion was boarderline smaller than I expected.
Got a take out order on a Friday night and it was ready pretty quickly. The drunken noodles were okay, I’ve definitely had better though. My husband liked his pad Thai. I would give this place another shot again because it was so quick and easy!
Good food, would definitely recommend it if you are into Thai cuisine.
I have come here for years and always love the good food, quick service, lovely atmosphere, and good prices. The curries are always great.
Today was the first time I had a dish I didn’t like (it was the Pho— don’t get it if you enjoy Vietnamese pho). They were kind enough to swap out my dish for something else!
In the meantime I had some bites of my mom’s pineapple fried rice and it was very delicious. Noticed that the chicken across all the dishes was a little dry, but the flavors in everything (besides the Pho) have always been amazing!
Their fresh spring rolls and peanut sauce are so good!
PS— did I mention the speed of the service? Very quick with the drinks and appetizers. It’s fantastic.
Delicious food, staff is very friendly and attentive, and your order comes out quickly!

Lovely patio seating and excellent service. The Thai iced tea is delicious and you can customize each dish to the level of spiciness of your choosing.
Good service and great food.
First time eating here and most definitely will not be my last! Everything was so delicious and our server was amazing and so helpful!
My to go entree was VERY small for what you pay for. Easily used to get twice as much pineapple chicken for dine in. Love their food but feel like I got majorly ripped off, will never give them my money again. Still quite hungry after finishing my food. Used to be my favorite spot in town.
I don't know about yall, but when I want the best cashew chicken buffet money can buy, for my family, Rama Thai left so much to be desired. You all just plain failed. I don't know who told you how to cook and decorate and serve, I suggest Hong Kong Inn. Springfield style My nukka
Used to be our absolute favorite Thai place anywhere..BUT..BIG CHANGE!! Lunch menu no longer has the soup, salad entree combo for a fantastic price. Now you get a $10.99 lunch size entree..so sad. They were known for their LUNCH SPECIAL!! It was FANTASTIC!! Sorry to see it's changed. Time to find another favorite.
The main dishes ordered were nothing special. The pho tastes like something you could get in an instant bowl with very low quality chicken on top. Almost no vegetables at all. Curry was just ok. The spring rolls were literally just slightly wilted cole slaw mix in a rice paper wrapper, despite the description listing other vegetables. By far the worst I've ever had. The restaurant itself was interesting; a cute house turned into a restaurant. However if you look at anything longer than a few seconds the walls, doors, everything was covered in a layer of grime. The AC either wasn't working or just wasn't on and it was sweltering inside. Sitting in one place I was sweating. Not to mention the doors were all open so there were a lot of bugs inside. Much of my meal was spent rooting for a beatle climbing the window next to me, or dodging one of the several mayflies that had come inside. Waitress was not very attentive. It took quite a long time for everything, including for her to come take our order. We did arrive when it was "busy," but there were no more than 10 tables both in and outside and they were not full. She said she would take care of our bill then spent 20+ minutes walking by us looking at our bill with the credit card sitting on top at the table without taking care of it which was odd. The chopsticks provided were the cheapest, poorest quality I've ever come across, and that's coming from someone who has eaten a LOT of takeout. They started fraying and almost disintegrating as soon as they touched the pho broth. We had to ask for silverware, ask for water, and didn't get spoons with our brothy meals. There was no salt, soy sauce, anything on the tables. I really hate to leave bad reviews on small businesses, but two stars I feel is generous. I'm entirely unsure how this place has such high reviews.
Food is usually amazing though they tend to overcook the chicken. Restaurant is falling apart and kind of a eye sore.
I’ve ordered from Rama Thai multiple times and it was always known for their good food, prices and atmosphere. While looking for something to order tonight I noticed that their website still remains the original pricing but other sites were not and seem unusually high. So I trusted that their website was correct. My order should have been around $26 dollars, and when I called to order a to-go, I assumed they had said something around that to confirm the price. I get there to pick up my order, two Tofu Pad Thai and one order of Crab Rangoon. They tell me my order price after I hand them my card, the price when I got there was $34.43. Completely different and much higher. I proceed to pay, because at that point they had already swiped it, I assume that the food is worth the inflation since the manager said everything has gone up $2 on the menu. I get my order home and find that the pad Thai is bland (there was no longer an option for spice on the website) and the Tofu was watery, and the crab Rangoon had barely any stuffing in them. Flavor was good though. Over all a disappointing experience. I hope with the increased price they also bring back the high quality of food in the future. Atmosphere is still welcoming and the best in town.
Pricing is inaccurate on website and incorrectly quoted over the phone. Inflating their prices and not being transparent til charged.
Honestly should be 6 stars. This place is amazing.
People were friendly. Something in the back of the restaurant had apparently died. Very bad odor. We have extensive experience with Thai cuisine all over the world. My yellow curry chicken had pieces so large that I could not eat them. Our meals simply lacked flavor.
Why anyone would eat anywhere else is beyond me. Huge fan of Thai food, eaten at dozens of Thai restaurants, NONE BETTER. And, the prices are inexpensive. Can't go wrong.
Ordered takeout from here. Fried rice was good bt less quantity and asked for 3/5 but got 1/5 spice level.
Food was scrumptious + the staff was so nice!!!
Excellent food! Especially for the price!! I loved everything I tried.
Super cute place!
We will be back for sure. Tried Thai tea for the first time and it was delicious. My husband had the crab fried rice and loved it. I wasn't feeling to good so just had the chicken and rice soup which was good just way too much garlic in my opinion. The grab ragoons only have cream cheese in them which is the way I like them and we had 2 orders cause they were so good!
Highly recommend
Checks all my boxes - charming, welcoming, great food, vegan options, pet friendly, outdoor space, great service, and well priced! Don't miss out on this gem.
In town for a few nights for work, found this gem of an old house converted to Thai restaurant. The whole experience is fantastic, I’m pescatarian and enjoyed a shrimp soup, and tofu main dish, chef special. Highly recommend stop here and enjoy yourself.
Food was good. Service was fair. Restaurant could be better maintained
The food is the best Thai in town. The service can be slow though if they're busy. Atmosphere is not ideal as they've turned an old house into a restaurant.
I recommend this place to anyone who likes Thai food or interested in trying Thai food.
Drunken noodles are my preferred dish here.
This place is one of my wife and I’s favorites. We try not to eat out too often but when we do this place is always towards the top of our list. The last time we were in they accidentally added spice to my wife’s order. I hate sending food back but she’s very sensitive to heat. They were quick to get her order fixed. They were very busy and short handed so I know it was a lot since they were already doing so much. If you haven’t been here before you’ve got to give it a try! My go to order is the three taste Chicken with a side of peanut sauce. 👌🏼
My first visit toma Thai was an adventure in itself. Housed in a charming converted two-story building, the restaurant offered a unique layout with dining areas both downstairs and up. Though initially concerned about securing a table, we were fortunate to snag a large one thanks to our early arrival (a tip for future diners!).
While the initial service was a tad slow – it seemed there were only two staff juggling orders and tables across multiple floors – their attentiveness and proactive approach ensured everyone was eventually well looked after.
The star of the show for me was the Tom Kha seafood soup. Opting for a "four" on the spice scale, I was pleasantly surprised by the complex flavors rather than overwhelming heat. However, a friend who bravely tried a spoonful found it quite fiery – a testament to Rama Thai's ability to cater to a range of spice preferences.
Despite the initial service hiccup, the delicious food and charming atmosphere made for a thoroughly enjoyable experience. I look forward to returning to explore more of their menu in the future.
This is a quaint and unique restaurant atmosphere offering authentic Thai at affordable prices.
Mediocre Thai food at best.
Arrived around 7:30pm on a Saturday night. No wait. Someone was at the register but didn’t greet us - so we stood there awkwardly for a couple minutes until someone greeted us and took us to a table. Service was fast. We ordered a few appetizers and everything was really good. My daughter ordered the garlic & pepper chicken and really liked it. My son got the broccoli beef and it didn’t have much flavor so a disappointment there. I ordered the Gapraw chicken and didn’t like it as much as at other restaurants where I’ve had it. The chicken was a little grisly. My husband ordered the Rama Thai chicken and was happy with his dish. We’ll try it again…and just choose other dishes. Love the homey feeling of the restaurant.
Cute place. Try the Prigking and Rama Thai.
We had a wonderful dinner with our dear friend. I forgot to get her dinner pic of curry dish she loved. My wifey had a delightful riesling wine with her Drunken Noodles. I had the Seafood Angels, containing squid, octopus and shrimp. These dishes you can control the severity of heat by choosing 1 through 5, 5 being the hottest.
We usually enjoy this spot, and the day we visited it was crazy busy. We had great service, but our meals didn't appear to have any spice / heat as requested. We'll be back to try again!
Oops...just learned there is wine available.. server didn't remember..that's ok. He may have been new.
Just ho hum atmosphere but really good food...great prices. Would like a deeper alcohol menu..red wine would have been great with our meal but only beer I guess was available. Will def go back
Had been here before. Like most places the portions have shrank and the prices have raised. The food was average. The staff was great. Last trip for us.
Fantastic Thai offerings with a friendly, attentive wait staff in a quaint setting. Highly recommend!
This place used to be my favorite in town. But every time I go there now, the portions are smaller. The last time I went, I ordered beef and got chicken, I didn't want to wait another 20 minutes for them to remake it but the guy up front didn't offer a discount or anything. I understand mixups and accidents during busy time, I said "I'll take it, I don't want you to remake it," but still.
They got a full house after we arrived so our our took longer to get but it was worth it!
This is my favorite spot in town and I was quite understanding of the wait on a Friday, they still offered me a Thai tea for the wait and the food was delicious as always.
One person at our table got his entree about fifteen minutes before our appetizer came out, and it was another ten minutes before two of us got our entrees. No idea how their kitchen is so disorganized re: timing, but the food was good. Don't go on a busy night and you should be fine.
Food is good service was horrible!!! We are regulars we will not return.
I just had to write a review because my experience was so horrible. First of all I’ve been here before and I enjoyed their food and service but during this visit everything just went horribly wrong. First of all the woman who greeted us handed me and my friends menus and told us to go upstairs and seat ourselves. We were shocked and went upstairs and didn’t even know which table she wanted us to sit at. Then they took at least 10 mins to even acknowledge us and the same woman came and asked us if we were ready to order and didn’t ask if we wanted water or drinks. I ordered the yellow curry and I was baffled when I mixed the curry and found a metal spoon left in the curry from the kitchen, it was disgusting. They were definitely understaffed and I felt bad for the woman who came later to check on us as she seemed very stressed. I hope this review can really put in perspective what needs to be changed.
My fathers food was cold, we spent a total of 2-3 hours there, 1 hour just for eating and the other 2 were waiting on the waiter, however we were a big group and the place was full. The atmosphere was strange, it was a resteraunt house.
Such sweet people, great service, and the food is SO GOOD. One of my fav places in Springfield for sure!!
Great food at good prices.
Rama Thai is often recommended to me. Today was my first visit. Ordered the Rama Thai lunch special with chicken. Was okay but not great. Tasted like chicken, you ask? No - it tasted like peanut butter.
I would not order again. Also, the optional spice scale was 0-4. I chose 2. I experienced negative heat - tasted like peanut butter.
The guy working the phone and register was friendly and polite.
Maybe the other dishes are better - i don't know. Good luck.
This is one of my favorite restaurants for Thai food in Springfield Missouri. Definitely have a lot of great dishes and the staff is always very friendly.
Incredible!!! InCREDible!!! INCREDIBLE!!!!
Love LOVE this place!!!
Very consistently good Thai food in a unique setting. Curry noodles are delicious, and the pumpkin curry is always a hit.
Food was 10/10, atmosphere was 15/10. Waitress was attentive and welcoming. Such a great dining experience.
Very good food. We enjoyed the experience and atmosphere.
Very homey and delicious! Lots of great customizable options and good portion sizes for the price. The staff is always friendly, and the porch is great of the weather is nice.
The food is amazing.
Absolutely delicious every time. I got the yellow curry for lunch today and it was heavenly. Rama Thai is one of my favorite Springfield restaurants.
Today I got take out. Normally we love Rama Thai but I got home and couldn't eat the yellow shrimp curry because it is so very spicy. It was to have no spice. I am on fire and hungry. Not acceptable.
Excellent authentic Thai on beautiful Walnut. Moderate pricing, great service and a relaxing atmosphere with both inside and outside seating. Enjoyed mango curry and the best Tom Yum soup I've ever had.
Best Thai food we've found in Springfield, MO
The crab Rangoons were the best I’ve ever had and the pad Thai was stellar
Love this place! The yellow curry and chicken with garlic and broccoli are my go to. Also if you haven’t tried it yet get their Thai coffee! You won’t regret it :)
This restaurant has such a great atmosphere and was hands down the best Thai food I’ve ever eaten! The staff was so friendly and helpful!
We were just passing through town looking for a Thai restaurant and were thrilled to find this place! The best Thai food we've ever had. Sure wish we lived closer but I recommend it to everyone that says they are going to Springfield! Our son went recently and agreed its the best!
My favorite Thai place in town!
The food was amazing! I would eat here every day if I could. Everything was delicious, the portions are perfect, and the prices are fair. Our waiter was very attentive, but not overly so. It was an overall great experience.
Everything was excellent, including the price.
First time visit. Tallying up all my Thai food experiences... It's never been that well thought off until I tried this place. This place was really great. The service was superb and the food was really good. This place has moved Thai cuisine into a place on the rotation. The decor was cool.... the restaurant is in an old house which is interesting. Everything we tried we liked... which is a rare feat. Definitely recommend. The only thing that was a but off is that it was a tad hot in the dining area. But with the location of the kitchen to the dining area.... plus again... old house. I get it. Wouldn't stop me from going back.
The food was delicious and the service was excellent!! Our server was very attentive and always kept our drinks full. Highly recommend this place. Make sure to order the spring rolls - they were fresh and some of the best I've had in Springfield!
I took my wife there for lunch and the food was good not great, not much flavor . The service was great it was a pleasant place to communicate.
Great food and great ambiance!
Tried it twice and both times the food was outstanding!!?
Best Thai food we've ever had, and the service was amazing. Can't wait to come back.
This is a top-3 thai place in the region. Wonderful food and amazing prices.
I got the chicken and shrimp pad thai with a level 3 spice and it’s the best pad thai in Southwest Missouri and possibly further. There’s no place that even comes close. Do yourself a favor and try it!
Been coming here for years ever since I went my freshman year of college. I love their all their food and they are very reasonably priced. My mom also always has to come here for their curry everytime she's in town! Their patio is very nice and perfect on nice days.
Yummy!
I haven't had service this fast in so long. Wonderful staff, amazing food. So cool it's an old house that's been made into a restaurant! Highly recommend, super wonderful.
Decided to try Rama after seeing the stellar reviews on Google. We were interested because the restaurant was located in a house, which we’ve never experienced before. The house looked cozy, and it was fairly easy to find parking.
The restaurant is a house, so it’s pretty cramped inside, especially where you wait to be seated. Our first impression was honestly not positive as we were not acknowledged at all when we entered. My partner had to get the attention of one of the staff just to ask about being seated. The place seemed to be severely understaffed as the employees looked like they were frantically running around like headless chickens. I’d say we waited maybe ~5 minutes to be seated, but it felt much longer because of how cramped it is at the entrance.
When we were seated, they provided us with some water. My water glass had a very noticeable lipstick mark on the lip of the cup. It took a bit of time for me to get the waiter’s attention so that they could give me a new glass. We ordered the thai tea, and we waited quite a while to get our drinks. Then, they only brought out 1 of the 2 drinks we had ordered as they had forgotten about it. It also took them a few trips to bring our straws as they kept forgetting a few things.
When the food came out, however, we were very happy with how everything tasted. We ordered the golden bags as our appetizer, which was very delicious. For our entrees, we ordered the beef pad see ew, yellow chicken curry, and the crab fried rice. We loved it all! The crab fried rice was my personal favorite as it was wonderfully flavorful. We thought the portions were family style, but it seemed to be single serving.
That was fine with us, though as we were all pleasantly full after the meal. The price we paid for everything was pretty decent, too as we paid roughly ~$43 for the two thai teas, the appetizer, and the three entrees.
I’m honestly pretty amazed because despite the subpar service (the waiter was friendly at least), the food was just that good to make up for everything else. We loved the food so much that we ended up going back to Rama the next day. I wouldn’t be surprised if Rama is the best Thai restaurant in Springfield.
Food was amazing, probably the best crab rangoons ive ever had
Excellent gluten-free options! The food is always ready within 15 minutes, even when they are packed.
Excellent experience! Food was delicious, atmosphere was beautiful, and our waiter was very nice and attentive. We'll definitely be back.
Great service in an adorable house converted to a restaurant. Green curry “mild” was too spicy for me :D but the flavor was on point.
excellent food and unbelievable value. A must!
Said website is wrong they're closed for ever
Loved all about this restaurant. Fun experience. Try it!
My husband and I stopped here on our way home. We ordered basil fried rice, crab rangoon and Thai beef salad. The Thai beef salad was good and refreshing. Medium spice didn’t do it for me so if you love spicy food go with extra spice. The crab rangoon was good as well but the basil fried rice was terrible. Overall, food was ok.
Amazing food fair prices. Staff was great! I Will be going back again.
Great good and service.
We love Rama Thai! It is in a beautiful house on Historic Walnut Street which is conveniently close to downtown and other activities.
Foods: I always get their crab fried rice (pictured here), with a side of their sweet and sour, which I drizzle over the top. So good!! My partner gets the pad see ew and enjoys it every time.
Restaurant is very unique to use a house as a restaurant. It's rather cozy. Food is great! Offers deep fried crispy duck, good seafood, and has a lunch menu with great prices!
It's a bit of a drive to reach, but the food and lunch prices are worth it.
I was really surprised that this place was rated as high as it is. The building, walls, floors, and bathroom were so dirty and disgusting, we almost walked right back out, but though the food must be good. It was the most mediocre Thai food I've ever eaten. The only saving grace was our server, he was really awesome. Sorry, but not again - just too "ick" for my liking.
Great food, great prices highly recommend.
Such a fun place! The old home has such character. The service was excellent and the food was superb! I highly recommend a dinner out at Rama Thai Cafe!!
