Amazing Thai eatery. I have been here for lunch. The indoor is tidy and nice. The workers are so friendly. The chalkboard is cool. And, the food is so good. We ordered the Thai dumpling as an appetizer. And chicken basil for the main entree. The fried egg was missing though ! 🙄 however, the taste, quality and the portion size was impressive. My friend ordered extra spicy chicken or something, which was the show stopper ! If you love spicy, go for it. Overall, we were pretty satisfied and definitely recommend the place.

The duck curry dish was very good, one of the tastiest I had . Also meat is lean and there is no visible fat layer in the skin. The tofu salad is not bad either, but I would try the chicken salad instead.

The noodles feel sparse in comparison. It's hard to ignore that this change is obviously an attempt to cut costs, which is disheartening from a place I've ALWAYS trusted for quality. I hope the restaurant reconsiders this shortcut. While I value the years I've spent enjoying this restaurant, I can no longer justify dinning here when the quality has clearly declined. If I wanted just onions, I would visit a grocery store and purchase them.

The spice was there and they give decent portions, surely enough to get you full.. Spent around ~$38. Slightly pricey in my opinion but fair in todays time. It was a clean atmosphere and the food came pretty quickly. The waiter was also nice. There was a small mishap but it was corrected smoothly. I will probably return to try something different.

Their calamari appetizer was $7.50- pretty high in my opinion and it only comes with 7 pieces😂. The one I got from the toyo restaurant and other asian restaurants comes with at LEAST 15 pieces.. Was very dissapointed to begin with. But on the other side the Pho and the pad thai was really good. It’s just that in both of those meals the portion of the meat was way too little compared to the noodles. The staff (woman) who works there was very friendly, and the interior design was modern and calm. I loved everything except for the extraordinarily small portion of the appetizer and the meat. Btw we had another dumpling appetizer and our ticket came out to be $43 but we were barely even full. Compared to their prices it’s not really worth it.

Enjoyed supper after the Miss State game. Was very good just didn't have time to take in the whole menu.

I was not a fan of the customer service nor the Combo Pho I purchased tonight. First off when I called to order the lady who answered was not friendly, when I arrived to pickup my order my mom went in to get it for me and she also said the lady at the counter was rude. When I got my food it came in a very small portion in a brown paper bag. For $18 I was not expecting such a small serving. The broth top was not closed properly so the scalding hot broth wasted in my lap and completely burned my inner thigh (like literally my thigh was on fire). I took the broth and wet, torn bag inside and explained what had just happened the lady at the counter nor the older gentlemen who came from the back offered an apology instead the older gentleman asked “what do you want me to do?”no empathy, no care to make sure I was ok, nothing. He remade my broth and this time he put the brown paper bag inside of a plastic bag he then went on to tell me next time don’t tilt my bag bc that will make it waste out as if I was the reason the broth was leaking thru the brown paper bag and I got burned. Again no apology, no type of anything to apologize for the inconvenience of having to have it remade or the fact I got burned. The Pho was not the best. I didn’t like the fact that everything is already mixed into your broth. Nothing came out fresh on the side like I’m used to. The onions overpowered the broth flavor, they were mushy and had a really musty taste. The cilantro didn’t taste fresh it just wasn’t a good experience at all for me. I’ll never go back and I DO NOT recommend this place for Pho I can’t speak for everything else but for the best pho in Starkville you should definitely try Tyummi. Great customer service, great portion sizes for the price, and most of all great tasting FRESH ingredient pho. I also included pics of the inside of the brown paper bag that was inside of the plastic bag that was also wet and if it wasn’t inside of the plastic bag it too would have ripped and also burned me.

The food is not that good but it’s not that bad had try better Thai restaurants than this we spent 2 hours and 40 minutes to have our food served on the table just one server working there and I bet just one on the kitchen for such slow service 2.95% is added to your bill if you pay with any card don’t matter credit or debit as soon is plastic you will pay and prices are kind a high for the food quality never will be back again

(for which I subtracted a star), but the taste and quality were EXCELLENT for what we ordered. They understand perfect spice, too. My boyfriend prefers mild & I went for 2/10 level Thai hot and it was LOVELY - not just some crushed red peppers mixed in ornon top. For context (not to sound pretentious) I grewnup eating Southeast Asian food & have eaten Thai around the world, including Thailand. I had low hopes for something in Starkville but was very pleasantly surprised!

I love Andaman Thai. The food is much more authentic and flavorful compared to Thai Siam. It also comes with real Thai spice, which brings out the flavor even more. The only downside is the prices are pretty high for the portions, so it can be frustrating especially when you want to try an appetizer but it's almost the price of a meal. I typically order a Thai iced tea and an entree, which comes to $20 and something cents -- not including a tip. Restaurant is always clean, staff is very professional and friendly, always have had a good experience.

Menu is very expansive, and everything I’ve tried has been great quality. The snapper sam rod and chu chee curry are my favorites. The phở is also good.

Incredibly friendly and accommodating owner/staff. Vegetable spring rolls were the best I've ever had in my life. We usually order Thai Fried Rice which is great, but today we lived on the edge and ordered teriyaki chicken and double spicy chicken. Both were excellent and probably our new favorites. Teriyaki was sweet but not as sweet as other places which was great. I didn't get tired of it before I got full. We live over an hour away but always try to stop in when we're in town! Even remembers and calls my husband by his name when he walks in the door. So impressive. Thanks for going the extra mile!!!!

Man what a fantastic menu!! All the Thai favorites and excellent sounding combinations. I have only ordered the drunken noodles so far, which were really good. Be sure that if you order Thai hot you are ready for some 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. Only complaint was that I ordered Togo and got no plasticware or napkins.

Andaman Thai never disappoints!

The owners are extremely friendly and the food is amazing! They are very accommodating and will go above and beyond to help you decide what to get. I highly reccomend Andaman Thai.

The first place I come when I come to Starkville. I'm from Memphis and this small town restaurant blows all of our big city Thai restaurants out of the water.

We ate there early in the week and it was great. Went back on Thursday and it was awful, it appears it changed hands this week and the new owners didn’t learn how to cook the food.

Very good Thai food. The pad see ew is not spicy, so that's good for most in the area, but I prefer some heat. But the flavor was very good.

We are locals that eats at Andaman regularly and always enjoy it. We love about all Asian food and eat it in many areas including Asia. Andaman Thai and Vietnamese dishes offer great flavors freshly prepared. Would highly recommend them.

It was a bit pricey for what it was. I did not like the pho at all, as it tasted like cinnamon or something? The appetizers were good. The pad Thai smelled and tasted like a dirty dog, and I was definitely not a fan! I would not recommend this place unless you just really love Thai food and do not care how it tastes.

Do you like Thai? You'll love this place. It's a little pricey, but the food is absolutely worth it. Flavor is their main game and there's a lot to choose from here. Curries, pho, pad Thai, and so much more. They even have duck! The place is small, seating only about 24-30 at a time, but the service is fast and the food is hot, so you'll be in and out in no time. If you have to wait (I never have), it's worth it. The place is popular with the lunch crowd, so get there early if you want to sit in for lunch. Otherwise, get take out. Andaman Thai is one of the best places in town for a great meal.

Came for lunch and really enjoyed the Green Curry with Tofu. Everything was hot and fresh and the restaurant was very clean. ‘Medium hot’ was plenty for me and I love spicy food. I really liked how the vegetables were cut a little bigger than some other places I’ve been to. Will be back.

This is run by the same people who own Golden Bowl in Columbus. They have the best pad Thai I've had anywhere, and I've had pad Thai all across the country.

I really liked this place. Staff INCREDIBLY friendly and helpful. Egg rolls were good and their stir fry was excellent. I really appreciate being able to get different heat levels, Thai Hot was an excellent level of heat, not excessive or underwhelming.

Stick with Thai Siam. Andaman is way over priced, for example its $1.35 per pepsi thats in a can.... Noodle bowl is very generic, it was literally broth, a chunk of noodles (I had to break it up) and a couple slices of somehow dry chicken for a grand total of $9.95. I mean the food wasn't bad but it wasnt good. Definetly not worth the money, if you want good Thai go to Thai Siam they are worth every penny.

The best massaman curry i've had in MS and the surrounding states. Clean dining area & friendly staff. The spice levels are good for the average customer. I asked for more heat and they were more than happy to bring out extra chili for me to add to my dish.

I love Thai food and was so so pleased to see a new Thai place open in Starkville! The brand-new interior is slick and fun. Love the chalkboard! The employees and owners are super friendly and helpful if you have any questions. Not everyone is familiar with traditional Thai cuisine, so that's great.

I recommend the sweet and sour chicken and those fresh rolls. We live nearby and it's our go-to for getting takeout- so we get it almost every week.

They're awesome and passionate about good food. (The bubble tea is a fun drink!) Try out Andaman Thai, they deserve your business. :)

Pad Thai was delicious. Lime shrimp was light and tasty.

Charged up my soul. The Pho is excellent, the lime shrimp and larb were amazing. Everything was beautifully presented and brought out in just right order for our group to share the appetizers.

The portions are very small and the price is quite high.

The broth for the Pho is really good, although recommending adding hosin and sirachi to it. Just wish they had meatballs for the pho.

The food is authentic and the presentation is astounding! I highly recommend here for anyone who is looking for a meal to please their palate.
