The multiple fish tanks in the restaurant conveyed a relaxing and peaceful environment. We'll be going back again.

The food was a decent, plenty of sushi choices, some appetizers and you could order fried rice, hibachi rice or noodles. We got the calamari, which were more like soft onion rings lol. The hostesses didn't even look up when we walked in the door..our server walked us to our table which, eh 🤷🏼‍♀️.. the bathroom was clean though! 😆 #ItsTheLittleThings

I got food poisoning here from my birthday dinner. I ate the same thing as my sister but she had double rice and i got the vegetables in my hibachi. throwing up all night. the coke tasted weird, asked for sprite - still tasted weird. the clear soup even tasted off. I really used to like coming here, especially the lunch deals but now I am very turned off.

I’ve had sushi a lot of places across the country and I will not eat sushi at this place again. I couldn’t even finish the sashimi that I got because it tasted off. I definitely won’t be returning for sushi unfortunately.

Sauce was a little heavy and spicy was really more medium. Good flavor, just a little heavy on the sauce

This is one of our quick go to places for lunch that I we love! Their sushi is good and the chicken pad Thai is enough for 3 meals for me! Also love their ginger dressing on the salads! I think our favorite is the fantastic roll!

We celebrated our 48th wedding anniversary here today. We had the best server, Kalyn! The place was packed but she didn’t miss a beat. We tried fried cheesecake with ice cream and chocolate drizzle. Delicious!

The food is always delicious! The sushi is good but I like to get the Pad Thai because of the portion size! It’s perfect for sharing. Tried the Thai fresh spring rolls too and they were just as tasty!

I really enjoy this place environment and especially the delicious food. I would never have to wait too long and I've never had to complain.

Placed two separate call in orders and when I got there they had my first order wrong. They fixed it but the employee had to speak with the manager first (she was sitting at the bar area) I listened to the whole conversation and the manger looked at me and told me “the kids meals are for 10 and under” I told her “you don’t know if I got kids at home or not “ and the boy that answered the phone and took my order I corrected him when I got there he had a whole attitude. Overall the food was good but the customer service was awful and as employee/manger you can’t tell nobody what to do with their money.

There is certainly a lack of solid casual restaurants in the OB/Southaven area but Urban is not one of them. We have been several times and I always order the same thing. Gyoza is always on point. Nice flavourful meaty filling with a warm pillowy texture. The scallop and shrimp hibachi was tender and cooked perfectly. Beef fried rice and udon noodles are also great. Never had a fair meal at Urban. Always delicious. Would like to try their Thai food sometime but always get the shrimp/scallops on impulse so I doubt I ever will.

Their Clear soup is the best clear soup I've ever tasted... It's full of flavor with a hint of sweetness... Soo good...

Omg! We had Kalyn as our server and she was absolutely phenomenal. They were super busy for a Wednesday night. She got our drinks promptly, as well as our orders. She was literally rushing from table to table with so much grace. Everyone had what they needed. And while she was getting double sat (I know bc I worked in the restaurant industry) she answered my boyfriend’s questions about the menu so thoroughly. Class class class. All staff (hostess, buss peeps, kitchen, sushi line, bartenders) were top notch. Can’t wait to come back. I got panang curry no corn sub broccoli!

P.S. environment is SO COOL.

Service and food was amazing. New manager, I heard. Food presentation was a little different but it didn’t change the taste! There were a few (unexpected) tails on the kaboom shrimp, but still delicious!

My kids and I love Japanese Urban Fusion. Sometimes there is a wait but it is worth it, they can make any sushi roll and if there is an ingredient you don’t like they will leave it out for you. Great service!

First time ever eating here sushi was great for a $1 charge to add cucumber and guess what?? No cucumber in my order! Got our salads and literally 5pieces of lettuce. Got the spicy crawfish and that’s all that’s in the roll asked if cucumber was in it and told yes but nope.

I have eaten here on a weekly base for the past several years. Great food and great service. However:

Tonight I learned that they went up on the prices of their spicy Mayo and eel sauce. Original was 50 cents for spicy Mayo, 50 cents for eel and it’s been that way for years. The spicy Mayo is now $1 and eel is $2. That’s a bit extreme and unfortunately I won’t be returning until this is changed. I got to have my sauce yall.

Some of my favorite sushi rolls are made here, the best chicken coconut soup is made here, an awesome panang curry is made here, and chef's kiss to the beef negimaki.
I've not had a bad dinner here and would suggest giving it a try.

I got to give it to this place, the food is really good! My only issue is the food portion size they give on takeout orders. I’ve only ordered takeout and have never eaten inside, but I really wish they could give you more for the price you pay. Overall, really good food!

This used to be my go to spot for years and I told others about it as well but I wont return back. I went on my lunch break, as do a-lot of my coworkers, and was asked to get up out of my seat to seat a family. Then I was seated next to a racist who was on a rant with his coworker and was harassing the young black waitress. The only reason I gave 1 star is because of the waitress I had was amazing. Never again! I should feel safe when I go out to eat and not be reseated after I receive my meal.

We didn't know the restaurant was here and decided to try it after getting pool supplies at Leslie's. It's very dark when you go in so if you or anyone with you has vision issues, keep that in mind. But the darkness helped keep it cool in the almost 100 degree weather.

We were seated at a two top table next to the wall. That close to the wall feels very crowded. I had to use the open shelf to set extra glasses and my purse.

We had hibachi (me shrimp and he had the chicken and shrimp). The rice was very bland. The shrimp was cooked perfect. We also had spring rolls. They were crunchy on the outside and the inside had another layer of the wrap, that didn't seem to be cooked because the texture was almost soggy. My husband loved them and ate 3 of them.

As stated earlier, the darkness kept it cool enough that I was cold and needed some hot tea. That was very good.

I don't eat sushi so I can't tell you anything about that.

The food was good - I ordered the hibachi chicken dinner which comes with vegetables, fried rice, clear or miso soup, and a salad. The letdown was our service tonight. As many times as I've eaten here, tonight we had the poorest service of my visits. The host was more helpful than our waitress was. I chose this place over RedFish because I remembered them having good service, but tonight proved otherwise. The food and service go hand in hand when reviewing a restaurant and I'm hoping that the servers here can work to be more prompt and timely when new customers are seated.

Hands down my favorite restaurant in Olive Branch. We eat here at least twice per month and always leave satisfied. Deliciously reliable - one of my favorite dishes is the vegetable udon. The sushi is always fresh and satisfying. Fantastic service.

I’ve eaten here many times, dine in and to-go. The food is consistently good. My favorites are the chicken coconut soup, squid salad, and tuna tataki.

My family ❤️ this place. We go at least once a week for sushi. My favorite is the red curry. The happy hour martinis are delicious and reasonably priced. It's a cute spot to dine in. The hubby and I love going for a quick date night during the week. Its family friendly too. I cant wait until the summer. We can dine outside at night. Not large group friendly. Its a small but intimate lil spot to catch a bite to eat and a yummy drink or two!

While still having a drink and having just had dinner, a young arrogant male in very casual dress went around turning off TVs, about 15 minutes before official closing time, without asking if anyone was watching (which I was, while another table was still dining). Waitress seemed to be in a hurry also.

Highlight of the day was service 👍🏽💥👍🏽 Bri _ Brē (Bree) was a delight as a hostess/waitress/conversationalist. The service reminded me of.... 🤔 Service 🤷🏿‍♂️ The manager even stopped by for a talk (or two) like back in the pre-historic restaurant days, when at least the purveyors of protein, pretended like they had a preference for their patrons.

Yes - that creature still exist... void of paying $150/per 🍽. And with that, the price was in range enough for a nice portion of food. Of course, taste-buds and tummy were satisfied without feeling like a submarine was swallowed. 🤭

Interior of establishment was well appointed- but I (I as in me that is) always have an issue with the atmosphere when it is stuffed in a plaza between stores and what not. Hence the mid-score for atmosphere.

Uhhh, I know you EAT INSIDE - but, I have to walk from the OUTSIDE to get there. Hmph.

Atmosphere cool food was not good. Vegetable hibachi had broccoli carrots onions. I said no onion. They brought out food no onion. But mostly broccoli. Taste awful. My husband had shrimp and sea scallops. Way to salty. Not worth the money.

Had the crispy duck again. Still the best I have had of that dish (including Hong Kong and Beijing). The apps were good again, with the garlic edamame being very tasty. The green margarita was not quite as good as before, mainly due to being a bit heavier on the alcoholic side ... but after a few sips, I couldn't complain.

It was busier than last time, so the wait staff was a bit challenged. Also, it was a bit noisier, but not too much so.

We dinned here for my birthday and we love it! Our waitress Sara was really nice. The aquariums give it a cool atmosphere, plus my son enjoyed looking at all the fish. We had various sushi & some drunken noodles. It was amazing. We will return.

I enjoyed my weekday lunch sushi special yesterday. I was able to choose 2 sushi options, miso soup, and salad. They accommodated my food allergies & preference to make sure it was gluten free and vegan. It was also very affordable for a lunch special.

Quite literally one of the worst restaurants I’ve been to. Food is mediocre especially for the price, and the service was beyond awful. One of the only two times in my life I didn’t leave a tip.

My boyfriend and I decided to try this restaurant out after I found it on Google. It had great reviews. We were seated and it took the waitress about ten minutes to acknowledge us. When our drinks were bought to the table, the glasses were dirty. We got up and left.

I wouldn't recommend this place. Everything from the tap water, to the service, and to the food was awful. My food was cold and salty, and they got my sushi order wrong. The cocktail was almost straight liquor, not a true mixed drink.

The Thai food is subpar and the steak hibachi was over cooked with under cooked rice. Manager didn’t seem to care and tried to charge us for the food we did not receive and stated we did not want it anymore. All around terrible experience. Supposed to be good Thai food which is wrong with not even Thai tea. Won’t be back.
