This was my first time here after a recommendation from a colleague. What a great little spot! Tucked away and intimate- it is bright and welcoming. I had a poke bowl and tried some appetizers and drinks. All of it was great- especially when I added the spicy sauce from the utensil stand. Will definitely return for a date night.

Ok so the restaurant was very very clean. The staff was all very neat and well kept. Which to me is important because you are working with the public. Now for the good part the food!! I got the snow crab roll and Thai wings they was both DELICIOUSSSSS and fresh!!!!

I love to go on Sundays from 4 to ? (Idk) but they have half off drinks and half off appetizers. Didn’t get to try the wings this time (they were out), but I didn’t fret. I went on to order almost everything on the menu. We had all the sushi rolls 🍣, the mushroom dish thing, the curry chicken with noodles, the wonton-like things. I don’t know the names, but just peep the pix. 11 out of 10. Great (& different) and tasty food 🍲. A must try local gem 💎

Food was exceptional minus the tuna tacos. Only ordered because it was recommended and my husband loves raw tuna. He said it was terrible. Maybe we just got a bad batch? Highly rec the Brussels and sushi tho!

Everything was AMAZING. The Owners and staff was GREAT. They were very attentive to my needs. Made great suggestions to what I was looking for. The food was to die for. It was greatly prepared, well seasoned, AMAZING presentation. The atmosphere is wonderful, you have the choice of dinning inside or outside. We sat outside, and it was great. I felt comfortable and safe. The other guests were relaxing as well, being there brought back wonderful memories I had living in Michigan. If you haven't tried Tuk Tuk Boom you need to find your way there, you will not be disappointed. It's an AMAZING place.

A great little Thai place. Take away or dine in. The Cashew Chicken is terrific. Indoor and outdoor seating.

The food here is excellent! However, when it gets really busy, it seems like orders take a little bit longer than expected. There is limited seating inside and there are tables and bar type seating outside. I have had most things on the menu but I have not done any of their sushi rolls so I cannot comment on that specifically, but everything that I have had is fresh and tasty. It is also a great option for takeout, which looks to be about half of the business. You will not be disappointed.

Went during lunch for the first time to grab a sushi roll. Had no idea that a $12+ roll was 5 or so small pieces that were not filling nor was it presented well.

Aesthetically this place is beautiful! Such care was taken with even minor details. From the half a tuk tuk placed strategically outside, the chopstick helpers (which my kids loved), to the shades of rustic white and green metal bowls and plates, to the beautiful bathroom with floor to ceiling tropical ceramic tiles, it really is gorgeous.

I ordered several dishes: coconut soup, pad Thai and Thai fried rice ( I added extra broccoli) The coconut soup was very underwhelming compared to what I’ve had at other Thai places. The pad Thai and rice dish were both really yummy and my kids ate it all.

My only suggestion is that they find music that matches all the effort they put into the restaurant design not random music. Also, maybe to improve their coconut soup.

Its not the best Thai place I've ever eaten at but its decent & affordable. I think the best thing the have to offer here is sushi its better than most of the other food they have which isn't bad just not as good as more authentic Thai places. Top tier sushi for sure.

First-time visitor here! We will definitely be back. The service was good, the atmosphere was good, and the food was delicious! You can sit inside or outside. When we visited, it was cold outside, but they have heaters at the table so it is not so bad. We ordered the spring rolls, Brussels, and Thai Fried Rice with chicken. It was soooo good. And they have a pick up window for call in orders OMG!!!

TukTuk Boom has become a staple in Jackson. They have great ownership and management that truly care about customer experience. Great food and great atmosphere at a great price!

My experience at Tuk Tuk boom was fantastic! The food was so delicious and well prepared. I ordered edamame as an appetizer along with The Chicken Noodle Bowl which had peanut sauce included. If you haven’t tried Tuk Tuk out yet, please consider giving it a try!

I really appreciate TTB calling to verify my allergies, and making suggestions that I could eat. My chicken noodle bowl was not gluten free, but the courteous staff had the ability to be modified the order. They made me chicken and rice that was very nice. I also ordered the veggie rolls without the cream cheese or ponzu. Yum, Yum, ummmm! Needless to say everything that I could eat was good. I liked the care taken in the presentation, and the quick service. I will definitely try Tuk Tuk Boom in the future!

Everything is always seasoned perfectly. I’ve never had a bad dish from here! Always my “birthday go-to spot”. Snow crab roll is top notch, But the thai fried rice is superior!! Crab angels are good too!!! MUST try the mint lemonade!

Tuk Tuk is a family favorite in our house. We are there at least once every other week. My son loves it too, and he is so picky. The entire staff is so friendly. The establishment is clean. The food comes out quickly, and it’s DELICIOUS!

Excellent food, both quality and quantity. We ordered the cashew chicken and tuk tuk salad with grilled chicken, see attached pictures. Enjoyed both entrees. Service was prompt and efficient.

The best Thai restaurant in the Metro Jackson area. The food is amazing. Highly recommended. The only true con is that it's a bit difficult to find. There should be more signs making it clear where the restaurant is.

Great thai food, excellent customer service, beautiful restaurant! I love their little corner of Highland Village. The food is excellent (you can tell it’s all made from scratch)! Eaten here many times and not one item I didn’t like. Thinking about having them cater a holiday party!!!

Most importantly, I want to commend the team for being so good about allergens. My youngest son has dairy, peanut, and egg allergies. He has eaten here many times (they made accommodations for his food and noted allergies) and has never had a problem! He loves some TTB!

There is 0 Thai individuals working here. Everyone seem to be in there own world so I ordered bases on the menu descriptions.... big No No. The Pan Thai was horrible, my sushi description said Fried Shirmp so I assured it would be hot but it was not. You order from the barcode on the table so it's a gamble. My drink was good ( strawberry margarita, but it had so much ice it was gon e in 2 sips. $50 dollars truly wasted. 1 app, 1 meal, 1 drink, and 1 tip. Smh

Parking was a little difficult in this area. Restaurant is really nice inside and out. It has a modern look to it. It was clean. Our food was brought out one plate at a time instead of together. The food was ok. The Thai ice tea was insanely sweet. The chicken and shrimp pad thai had a little bit of a burnt taste to it. It had a whole two shrimps. I had the fried rice. It was ok. (Not the restaurant's fault, but some guy was using his chopsticks as drum sticks on the table which is considered to be very rude in Asian culture. It made it an even more annoying eating experience). Overall, without the chopsticks drummer...beautiful restaurant, ok customer service, and ok food. One and done for us.

TukTukBoom has delicious appetizers, drinks, and a beautiful inviting vibe. It's a plus that their Happy Hour is EVERYDAY 4pm-6pm.

Small little Thai bistro with outdoor seating and alcoholic drink options. A variety of dishes. I had the cashew chicken and mint lemonade, was a good portion of food. Definitely headed back!

The coconut soup is AMAZING! I will definitely be back again and again for that! Straight 10! I got the tofu and the tofu was fried! It was so good!
The spring rolls are good. Not amazing. The chicken noodle bowl was real good! But not amazing. I give it a 7.5. My husband got the spicy beef noodles. I felt that they were really spicy (he didn't) but they did have a good flavor! (He didn't like them but he doesn't like Thai food 😅) Next time he'll get sushi.
I haven't tried the sushi yet but it did look amazing on other people's plates! especially that boom boom roll! I can't wait to try that!!

They also made me a mocktail pina colada and it was AMAZING!!!! 10!

Honestly not a bad item on the menu. There are of course some things better than others but that's really just a matter of personal taste. It's always a pleasure to eat at Tuk Tuk.

Food is phenomenal here! We stopped in for lunch today for the first time and loved every moment of it! I went with the Shrimp and Asparagus bowl, this is EXACTLY what I want for lunch. Not too heavy yet flavorful and fulfilling. Can't wait to go back!

Incredible food and friendly service. As someone who travels the world for work, this place has some of the best food I've had anywhere, so it's amazing that we have them here in Jackson MS of all places. I definitely recommend trying the coconut soup, chicken satay, pad thai, or masaman chicken though everything I've had so far has been really good.

Tried this for the first time after hearing good things. Lettuce wrap was NOT bib lettuce it was iceberg and not fresh, edges were brown/orange. No carrots as shown. Filling was alright. Definitely not worth the amount charged. Won’t be going back.

This could easily become a regular place to eat, it has a really good eating environment the waiters were nice and helpful and fun to talk too. We sat on the inside and enjoyed everything we ordered.

I absolutely loved this place. I ate Thai at another location last night and this was definitely better. I'm a huge Thai curry fan. The Chicken Panang was excellent! It was so good in fact, I scraped the bowl and contemplated ordering another. It was some of the best I've ever had.

You walk in and order from the counter and then you find a seat. You get your own drink from the fountain but your food is brought out to your table. The people were super friendly and the wait time was minimal. They have a bar where you can spice up your own food which is a neat concept. It was a great experience.

The only problem I had was finding it. It is tucked away in the back corner of a huge shopping center. You basically have to drive behind Whole Foods to get easy access to it.

So would I go back? Yes, absolutely! And I plan on making a return trip very soon.

Soup & Brussels sprouts are to die for! Best Thai in the city.

Yesterday my family and I went and the atmosphere was amazing! The food was good just a little spicy. Craig and the manager was awesome!! They both made sure we were taken care of and what that was messed up it got fixed quickly!!! Awesome 👏🏽 work!!! We will definitely be going back

Visited from out of town. The place is super cute and the food was great! The owner, Will, was lovely and helped us place our order. He even brought us a plate of Brussels to try after we worried about ordering too much. (He said they were *that* good and he was right!) So grateful for the hospitality and excellent service. Will and Tuk Tuk Boom are leaving us with a wonderful impression of Jackson. We definitely know where to stop on our way back through!!

The food looks good, but does not taste good. I was starving! I got the pad Thai and it tasted charred. It was also overly greasy. The coconut soup was decent. It had tons of tofu. The restaurant is gorgeous and the service is great. However, this Thai food is not good.

Finally got the chance to try Tuk Tuk Boom. All I can say is it was fantastic from the moment we walked in until we left. Greeted immediately by staff who were helpful with any questions about dishes. Food came out quickly and was fresh. Everything tasted great. We will definitely return.

Nice décor, nice location, nice presentation, nice staff. Only thing missing was Thai staff, Thai cooks, Thai food, Thai flavor. Pad Thai chicken was a small portion, spicy beef noodle twice the size (?). Pad Thai was real red colored (huh?) but there was no tamarind in it and it was literally tasteless. The spicy beef noodles were a good size portion but so salty we could not eat it. The self serve, lackluster food and higher cost compared to full serve Thai places in Jackson will unfortunately keep us from coming back. Granted the other places don't have ALL the menu items of Tuk Tuk, but we would rather keep in simple, pay less and have better tasting food we can count on as being flavorful and fairly more authentic.

Not one for trying new things. But I loved the chicken noodle bowl. I ordered take out. The packaging and everything was nice. The portions are great. I can't wait to bring my family to try something new. Some of my other coworkers also ordered and I can tell they were thoroughly impressed as well.

Tuk Tuk Boom has a fun atmosphere, but there's definitely better Thai food in town. My husband WAY over-ordered and it was not a cheap dinner. For the two of us he got pot stickers, brussels sprouts, a poke bowl, pad thai, and panang curry. It came out to $71. It was a lot of food, but I think ordering similar quantities at other restaurants in town would have been cheaper.

The only thing I'd eat again from what we ordered are the brussels sprouts and the curry - those were both delicious. The rest was just ok.

It's definitely worth a try, but don't have too high of expectations.

Super Crunch Roll was okay, the crunch was there along with grease. Spicy Beef Noodles were almost swimming in oil. Spicy Shrimp Roll was okay, too. Honestly, it is pretty pricey, and the servings do not correlate with prices. The interior design is relatively new, so it looks pretty.

Tuk Tuk boom is for sure my new favorite go-to spot for delicious food, quick & friendly service, and great atmosphere. Perfect set-up for sitting outside rain or shine. They’ve got a wide variety of sushi rolls and the best pad thai around. Brussels and crab angels are a must too. It’s a great spot to indulge in yummy thai noodles & rice, but they’ve also got several healthier options too (amazing poke bowl, salads, sushi etc.) 10/10 from me!
