Excellent foods. Love green curry 🍛

Diner Review №2

First time here and food was delicious! I don't remembered all the food names since I was focused on eating each bite of the dishes. The wonton soup had a weird taste to it. But it gradually tasted fine afterwards. Yes it is pricey. And yes everyone has a taste preference. My only complaint is that there is only one cashier/server. Me and my husband went around 5pm. Got seated right away. I'm not sure if they have another person to help on the floor. But the girl who was both cashier and server was doing such a great job! So great that I didn't get a chance to ask for sticky rice on the side for my beef laab after we got our food. Lol. But it was fine since my other dish made me full and I ended packing it to go.

Will come again next time and try out their soups!

Everything is good

Diner Review №12

Great place! I’ve been here twice and have had a very pleasant experience. Service is always great and food is delicious.

Diner Review №13

The chicken wings were hard and dried out plus for portions for the price not worth it sorry but the quality and quantity was not good at all

Diner Review №14

Absolutely DELICIOUS. I got the red curry with chicken. I like some heat so asked for medium. I should have gone down a notch. But that's on me!! Haha
The waitresses were very sweet and attentive. Highly recommend!

Diner Review №15

The food portion was smaller than I'm used to, especially for the price we paid. The food was delicious. The Pad see ew was good. The curry fried rice was delicious.

Diner Review №16

This place is super consistent with their service and food. The spice level is Thai level so be careful. I mainly get their massaman curry and pad see ew but their other dishes are good as well.

I hope they stick around for a while because I live fairly close and come here quite often. No need to drive on University for quality Thai food anymore.

Diner Review №17

Food is amazing. Service is decent although server thought I was trying to steal silverware

Diner Review №18

3.5
Came with my girlfriends.
We ordered 2 dishes each and I don't remember what they ordered.

I ordered tom yom soup and the panang curry. My girlfriend said they're pretty good but I find it lacking.

Both the soup and the curry didn't have that much flavor and a little too sweet for my taste. I only liked the pad kra pao, which of course is also a little sweet, but I should know that Thai cuisine almost always has sugar in it.

Anyways, our server was very nice though.

Diner Review №19

GrI at food and service. Small restaurant but a hidden gem

Diner Review №20

The drunken noodles and lo mein are my favorites here!

Diner Review №21

Delicious food and nice people.

Diner Review №22

Thai food is my absolute favorite and I have eaten at almost every Thai restaurant in MN. We are so lucky my favorite one is close to our house, we eat here regularly and have never had a bad dish, no a bad experience. This place is also unbelievably affordable. It feels like this place is priced from 15 years ago. Not only is a great value but the portion sizes and the protein amounts are great. This is also a true Thai-hot restaurant which is hard to find. I ordered the hot here one time and I almost died (it was great) not sure what they put in their table size chili oil but it is the best I’ve ever had and incredibly potent. Love this gem.

Diner Review №23

Diner Review №24

Friendly, clean atmosphere. Absolutely delicious food. The spice level of HIGH which was refreshing to find. Highly recommended!

Diner Review №25

Stopped for a bowl of soup . Had Tom Yum soup with tofu and chicken. Nice rich flavor broth, not too spicy. Service was friendly. Love to support a local family run place.

Diner Review №28

Update: They used a new recipe for their seasoning. "Mild Spice" is now nearly inedible. It's at the limit of what I can eat as far as spicy levels go. Sure, I have a white guy pallet, but I do enjoy adding some heat and that slow burn that an amazing curry gives you. Now the mild is my face sweating after eating half the bowl.

No spice leaves a very standard curry, so I am stuck in a predicament.

Original:
This is the best Thai place I've found so far in the Midwest. I love the consistency in how delicious the food is. Some spice is lots of spice for those with low tolerances.

Seriously. "Mild" or "Medium" spice is significantly spicier than Sriracha. It tastes absolutely amazing though.

Diner Review №29

The food was good, very steaming fresh and hot made. The service was good; they asked us if we wanted to order appetizers first and then order our main courses. The portions of food were decent. The pho was sweeter and saltier for me, but everything else tasted pretty decent. The beef salad was sweet too.

Diner Review №30

Our Tom kha Kai and fried rice tasted authentic and delicious. Food was served so fast! Staff were so friendly. We will definitely be back.

Diner Review №31

First time eating here and here my opinion on the food.

The pork eggroll was good. It came out hot and crisp with your typical crush peanut on mild sweet and sour sauce. It didn't have enough glass noodle in my opinion, but the pork portion was good along with cabbage and shredded carrots. I would order it again.

The cream cheese wonton was good and I would order it again also. It came out hot crispy sweet and creamy as I expected with the sweet and sour sauce.

The spicy chicken wings were good also and I would order them again. Fresh out of the fryer and top with a decent chilli sauce. The chicken wing were score to the bone make sure it was fully cooked which looks a little unappetizing and cause it to lose some moisture and was slightly dry, but made it extra crispy.

The Steak lettuce wrap aka Laab wasn't what I expected it to be and I wouldn't order this again. It was a sweeter dish with a hint of lime. The garnish was excellent. I thought it was lacking some tripe, fish sauce, and rice powder which would bring out it's full potential.

The PHO was the worst of all the dishes I order and I wouldn't order it again nor would I recommend it to anyone who love eating pho like I do. #2 worst pho of all the pho places I have tried. Kids size portion. They had chunk slice meat while I prefer thinly slice. Little to no cilantro and green onions. Their broth is terrible. If you ever had the wannabe pre package pho from the asian store than this is what they are serving you for real. To make it worse they didn't serve basil, beansprout, jalapeno, or a lime slice that usually comes with it like every pho ever.

Hope this help for anyone wanting to try this place. You're welcome.

Diner Review №32

Spring rolls/sauce & beef salad were excellent!

Diner Review №34

Tonight was our first time eating at Family Thai Kitchen; and we have found a new favorite restaurant! They were very busy when we arrived, but the wait staff met us with smiles and the place was filled with a friendly atmosphere. While ordering they were helpful answering our questions. The food! Delicious! We began with the pork dumplings & fried tofu, for entrees Shrimp Pho & Pad Thai, for my birthday eve dessert - Mango Sticky Rice. The Pho comes mild and your able to spice it up to your heat level. We ordered the pad thai hot and it was hot... not Scandinavian hot, but proper Thai hot. The mango rice was the perfect sweetness to quench the burning from all the chili I added to my pho. To top it off you get a Thai Fortune Roll cookie. I'd like to get a bag of these yummy cookies; they put Chinese Fortune cookies to shame. Family Thai Kitchen thanks for a great dining experience... we're definitely going to be back.

Diner Review №35

The service here alone is worth 5 stars. The lady who I assume is the owner was so accommodating of us and our toddler. She worked with us to find good options for him to eat (less salt & no dairy.) All of the food was delicious, but the beef salad was the start of the show. This overall was just such a nice, family friendly, very clean and well run establishment. We'll be back!

Diner Review №36

Diner Review №37

Delicious broths full of flavor with depth, egg rolls are on point too, the wings are crispy and not too spicy just with a kick, good services too

Diner Review №38

We absolutely love Family Thai. The drunken noodles are amazing, taste fresh and loaded with depth of flavor. The pad Thai is just as good! Big fat spring rolls, and of course iced coffee. Prices are very reasonable, the staff are always smiling and courteous, and overall just a great little restaurant.

Diner Review №39

The Pho is really good. The Sesame Chicken is not from a frozen bag and tastes like good chicken. The Egg rolls are very good. It reminded me of my neighbor who would cook for the neighborhood. The inside is very peaceful and extremely clean. Thank you.

Edit: Those chicken wings slap. Sadly the world must know... enjoy

Diner Review №40

Their penang chicken was good in terms of flavor. Pineapple fried rice is ok not rwc. Chicken wings is also OK and saute chicken. Was also so needs some work but service was good.

This is our go-to place for great Thai food! Pad Thai, Pho and curried dishes will make your taste buds sing!

Diner Review №46

Well, this was the blandest drunken noodles I’ve ever had and possibly ever to be served by an Asian restaurant. I’m not certain if there was a single spice or sauce used on the entire dish. The beef was so bland and dry that I couldn’t even get myself to eat it even though I was hungry. The noodles were mushy. This was the first time I’ve tried this place and I wish with all of my heart that it would’ve been good as it’s decently close to my home, but I could never convince myself to try it again no matter how desperate I am.

Diner Review №47

Diner Review №48

Great food at a reasonable price.

Diner Review №49

Absolutely delicious food. Good service in a welcoming and clean establishment.

Diner Review №50

I ordered chicken pad kra paw couple weeks ago and the chicken is so dry with barely no flavor in it. Meat portion are so small for the price.

Diner Review №51

Diner Review №52

10/10 pad Thai, good service

Diner Review №53

The pho is pho-nomenal!

Diner Review №54

Ordered spring rolls, and Shrimp Pad Tai. Both were good. The sauces were both a bit sweet vs standard peanut sauce.

Diner Review №55

A wonderful Spot! The pad tai and drunken noodles were soooo delicious ❤️

Diner Review №56

Some of the best Thai I've had in the cities! We typically get our food and some Thai tea to go and it's still deliciously hot when we get home. Highly recommend to everyone!

Diner Review №57

Diner Review №58

We got take out. The food was so good! Great flavors and very fresh!

Diner Review №59

Diner Review №60

We LOVE this place!! Haven't had anything here that wasn't top notch! It's hard to decide between something new or a already-love; but it's always worth it. My daughter tried the chicken lettuce wraps for the first time ever and Loved it. I got the red curry and it was so creamy and delicious. We always get the fresh rolls because we can't resist; they are so balanced and crunchy. Try this place because their food and service are wonderful!

Food that's good for the soul. A great place to stop by during the day on our breaks in the summer. Pho is amazing. Chicken dishes are done really well. And it's family owned. Stop in here on your break. Order to pick it up if your in a rush. 10/10

Diner Review №69

Clean resturant and fresh ingredients! We like the Pho soup.

Diner Review №70

I will definitely be back! Stopped in for a quick dinner before a movie. Took the waiter’s recommendation and ordered a Thai-style stir fry with ground pork and a fried egg on top. It was AMAZING - and quite spicy compared to other Thai restaurants in this neck of the woods. I didn’t need the extra chili oil for my dish.
Good prices too.

Diner Review №71

My top place for Thai food. Friendly service, awesome food, clean restaurant. 5/5 stars. Must try!!!!

Diner Review №72

Our favorite Thai restaurant is downtown St Paul, but we hardly ever make it down there anymore. So we were pleased to see this spot pop up right in Maplewood. We've tried all their curries, and nothing else :) They're all so good, we can't seem to branch out. Our only gripe is that even their "mild" option is borderline too spicy (evidenced by many red flakes peppered throughout the curry), and we're not THAT sensitive. We keep ordering it, just wish mild was actually mild.

Diner Review №73

I am updating my review as I have now eaten here over 20 times. I have never once been disappointed by the food. I have tried all of their curries and a number of the rice and noodle dishes as well as appetizers. Hands down. I recommend the curries. I'm going to recommend mild for most people, but if you can handle heat it starts getting hot even at the medium spicy level. That is usually what I get.

This is a great place both for dine in or pickup. The dine-in service is good and getting the food fresh out of the kitchen is wonderful.

I recommend this restaurant, and I plan to go here often.

Edit: came here again this time got the red curry. It is also fantastic. Including a picture with it.

Diner Review №74

I had the Kao Soi noodles, coconut curry soup with chicken, enjoyed it very much added extra spice so ended up being medium, I thought just perfect amount of heat, also tried the thia tea good very sweet.

Diner Review №75

Delicious, authentic, fresh! Fast service. We will be back often!

Diner Review №76

Love their Pork Pad Kapaw, and roll shrimp so yummy. I don’t like their Kai Soi Noodle (no good) the curry is good taste but the noodles kinda like udon noodles.

Diner Review №77

Literally everything we ordered was 10/10. This quickly rose to the top of my list of Thai places in the cities. Can’t wait to go back.

Diner Review №78

Great food! We ordered pho with pork, pineapple fried rice and chicken pad Thai. The spice level was a little higher than I was expecting so I’ll order less spice next time. Overall very happy and excited to try new things from here next time!

Diner Review №79

The owner is a hoot. Go here. You'll love it.

Diner Review №80

Great little thai place. Pad Thai was some of the best I've had in the Twin Cities. Reasonably priced to boot.

Diner Review №81

Family owned restaurant and amazing Thai food. Tried it for the First time. Definitely will be coming back. Delicious curry and much more

Diner Review №82

My family ordered 4 meals and 2 appetizers. They were all delicious, can't wait to go back. The curry was spicy.

Diner Review №83

I hesitated when I first saw this restaurant but I give it a try and did not regret at all! I’m very picky when it comes to pad Thai bc most restaurants doesn’t kno how to make them. I ordered an orange chicken and a chicken pad Thai and OMG, both were delicious. This will be my Togo place :)) Can’t wait to try other dishes 💓

Diner Review №84

Diner Review №85

Had the pad bai kra pao and it was amazing! So flavorful. Server was also very friendly. "Hot" spice level was just right. Also, the Thai fortune cookies they drop with the tab were new to us, but so good! Definitely will be back

Diner Review №86

First time we've ordered take out here. It was delicious and we will come back for sure!

Diner Review №87

Don't come here for authentic Thai, they verbalized that they cater to the taste buds of majority of the customers which aren't southeast asian. They claim most customers want sweet tasting food. I was so sad with my meal and i had to fix all my dishes. Everything was disgusting and i felt my money went to waste. Go elsewhere for much better food elsewhere. Nice waitress, but that doesn't get you far when food quality is extremely bad.

Diner Review №90

Second time going to this restaurant and I love it !!! The papaya hits the right spots from salty, savory, sourness!! The pho has a lot of flavor, and my partner got the curry and loved it. And the food comes out fast ! Very amazing staff.

Diner Review №91

This is now my go-to restaurant for this genre of flavors. I've been searching for a sesame chicken matching my hometown restaurant and this is finally it! We've tried a few different things so far and it has all been top tier. Looking forward to visiting again and again.

The best Thai restaurant in St.Paul! Service was phenomenal and the red curry is better than that! Ordered to go and it was prepared lightning fast! Can't wait to go back!

Diner Review №98

Diner Review №99

This is a nice, kinda hidden spot. The food is absolutely delicious. I had the green curry and satay chicken, and both delivered exceptionally. I also tasted my companion's papaya and fried rice, and those dishes did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and quick on the food service. I am looking forward to my next visit. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Diner Review №100

Great no frills place for good food.

Diner Review №101

Diner Review №102

Service was a bit slow, it might've been because there was only one person working the tables. The food was great. It came out fresh and hot. We ordered the Beef salad, chicken satay, dumplings and the curry. Everything was delicious!

Diner Review №108

Diner Review №109

Great food, atmosphere, and service.

Diner Review №110

Best curry in the East Metro! I ordered take-out in the restaurant and received my food within five minutes. The service is great. I will say that portions are on the smaller side.

Diner Review №111

Absolutely delicious! Mango sticky rice is the perfect night cap. Well flavored food but be cautious with what you consider spicy

Diner Review №112

The food was delicious! I especially loved the pad Thai and Thai fried rice.

Diner Review №113

Good food. I order a red curry and spicy chicken wings. Both were tasty and I enjoyed eating them. One dish on the menu that caught my eye, pho. Pho isn’t a Thai classic noodle soup. It is a Vietnamese dish.

Diner Review №114

This place is soooo good! Flavors, wonderful! Service, EXCELLENT!! Highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to try Thai food, or needs a good Thai place! Best place in the METROAREA!

Diner Review №115

Don't make the same mistake I did of sleeping on this place. I cannot describe how great this place is, so for the love of food, just go here.

Diner Review №122

Got in at 6pm. They had 1 group that was finishing eating. 1 person already eating and a family that had already ordered with their waters at the table. There was 1 group of 4 ppl who I noticed that they didn't have their water yet. Waited 13 minutes to finally get water and during this time 2 separate people had come in after me. They were addressed first, received their water before me as well. When it came to ordering food, although I had already been waiting for 20 minutes at this point, those 2 people who came in after me had their orders taken first. Disappointed with the slow and selective service. Food was mediocre as well. Was offered to get my pad kra pao dish as "American or thai". I have never seen this as this is a Thai restaurant so I would have just assumed they were going to serve food, thai style.

Diner Review №123

Pork pad kra pao thai style, pad see eiw, red curry, cream cheese wontons, and the wonton soup were all delicious!!! So good that all the food that devoured quickly and didn't get a chance to take a photo 🤣 Will definitely be coming back here again 🤤

Diner Review №124

Super excited to have found a new Thai place nearby!

I got the peanut curry with tofu, my husband got the pad lo mein with chicken, and we also got the mango sticky rice.
The peanut curry was delicious and flavorful. It had a little zip, which I wasn't expecting since I ordered mild but it didn't detract from my satisfaction! I will say that I personally prefer a little thicker curry sauce and this was on the runnier side, but again it tasted good enough it didn't matter. My husband enjoyed his lo mein and said the noodles had a nice texture and a "delicate" flavor.
I definitely recommend the mango sticky rice, too, if you want a dessert!

We'll be back!

Diner Review №125

Delicious food, friendly staff, great service. I had the beef salad and loved it! The Thai iced coffee was also yummy!

Diner Review №126

Diner Review №127

Normally I'm very picky about Thai food because most places make their dishes very sweet or Americanized. We decided to try it out on a Saturday afternoon. It's small but cozy and the service is excellent.

This place makes their Pad Bai Krapao with actual holy basil, which has a peppery, spicy taste. It was pretty good and the spice level was not overwhelming. It was made Thai style, with a side of egg and served with jasmine rice. Chicken satay was great and the peanut sauce wasn't too sweet either. We also ordered Pad Thai and egg rolls (not pictured). We will definitely be back!

Diner Review №128

Very good food and very friendly people.

Diner Review №129

Diner Review №130

On a very cold and snowy day, we sat in a booth and ordered Tom Yum soup, a Thai red chicken curry, and of course some cream cheese wontons. Everything came out quickly, with the dishes fresh, and piping hot. The soup was delicious - a little sweet, sufficiently spicy (ordered medium), and with that quintessential savoury sour flavour. The red curry had a rich, thick sauce, with tender (seemingly velveted) strips of chicken breast and a variety of fresh veggies. The portions were generous for the price and the service was excellent. While we ate, take out orders for Pad Thai were constantly coming out from the kitchen - a sign of great quality Thai food.

Diner Review №131

I’ve been eating Thai food in the cities for years. Pretty shocking that this nondescript, generically named restaurant in Maplewood might be the best in the metro. What kind of black magic is going on in that kitchen?

Diner Review №132

Diner Review №133

Diner Review №134

The food was fresh and flavorful. And the service was fast.

Diner Review №135

Absolutely fabulous food. Unexpected five star quality dishes in a simple mall restaurant.

Diner Review №136

Chefs kiss. Wow, I hate to hype a place cause then it’s no longer a secret, but hands down the best Thai place compared to some of the better known names in the cities.

Diner Review №137

Diner Review №138

The delicious Thai restaurant ever in this Saint Paul!!!

Diner Review №139

Stopped by the restaurant today and basil fried rice was amazingly good. I ordered cream cheese wonton & tom yum soup.Didn’t get to take any pictures but they all taste amazing!!!!

Diner Review №140

The food here is delicious! I love their wontons and lo mein. Have ordered from them a few times and always had good experiences.

Diner Review №141

Absolutely one of the best Thai restaurants I have ever been in. Atmosphere is pleasant, server was fantastic and super polite. I ordered dumplings and curry rice with beef and for dessert the mango sweet rice. The dumplings where fried really well and the filling was flavorful. The curry rice with beef with medium spice was just the right spice. Flavorful and very delicious!!! The mango sweet rice was amazing!! If I lived close I would come here all the time!! Truly a wonderful experience. You definitely deserve all 5 stars!!!

Diner Review №143

I have been searching for the best Thai restaurant in Minnesota for the past few years and I have found it! I highly recommend Family Thai Kitchen.

Diner Review №144

9.5/10 Taste
Called in a Tofu Red Curry with extra veggies (hot spicy level), its definitely one of the best tasting curries I have had. Will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend giving them a try.

Diner Review №145

I love to eat here the Pad Thai is delicious.

Diner Review №146

We have been here for lunch twice and both times the food was excellent. We love Thai food and have high standards. The service is fast and friendly and the place is clean and welcoming. We had the drunken noodles, pad se ew, and cream cheese wontons. All were so good we ordered the same thing the second time we went.

Diner Review №147

I was going to go to Chipotle, but stopped here instead because I had extra time. Time ended up being a non factor since I was in and out in about five minutes! I only ordered extra spicy red chicken curry. Delicious and wonderful heat. Got the nose running after just a few bites. I'm not sure if they will be able to do everything that fast, but I look forward to trying their other food to find out.

Diner Review №148

Stopped by few months ago and ordered their pad thai and egg rolls. They were freshly prepared: Not too oily nor frozen which is a plus and the flavor was wonderful.

Diner Review №149

Wow what a find. The red curry was amazing! Service was fantastic. This one is a keeper.

Diner Review №150

The pho here is very flavourful and bold! Taste just like homemade!!!

Diner Review №151

What a pleasant surprise. I was looking for something new, my tummy growling, when I happened upon the grand opening sign.

The resteraunt only opened about two weeks ago. The dining area is clean and comfortable. The staff attentive and pleasant.

I tried the Peanut Curry, Panang Curry, and Orange Chicken. Each dish was well prepared with a lot of flavour and good texture. The sauce on the Orange Chicken was very good. I also tried the Thai Iced Coffee which was about average. I went for some Thai Iced Tea and it was perfect. I got a second one with dessert. It was a Thai resteraunt, that means Sticky Rice with Mango. I felt it needed some sweetened coconut milk, but otherwise it was fresh and tasty. The mango was perfectly ripened.

The bathroom was clean and well stocked.

It was fun practicing my Thai with the lady up front. Even though she was generally alone, she kept up with everyone and had a great attitude. When she took a break, one of the guys came out from the kitchen to cover. He was really good and attentive too.

I really can't find a negative here. They do need more on the dessert menu, and I prefer sticky rice to be on the sweet side, so they narrowly miss a 5 star rating.

UPDATE: I have been here a few times since my initial review. I moved them up to Five Stars. I have since tried several other Thai resteraunts and this is indisputably the best I have been to. When I was in Thailand I took cooking lessons and learned to make Pad Thai, Spring Rolls, and Sticky Rice. I only mention this so you understand I do not give five stars easily to anyone, especially Thai resteraunts.

I have added photos of other dishes I have tried here. So far, nothing has dissapointed me.

Family Thai Kitchen 5/5

Diner Review №152

Excellent! I’ve had curry at pretty much every Thai place in the cities and this place has great curry! Service was excellent, order was taken promptly, water was refilled more times than I could count. Only thing to note is they do not serve alcohol… still 5 stars. It’s that good!

Diner Review №153

The curry here is insane! I've had the green curry, red curry, and Panang. Pictured is the Panang.

Diner Review №154

Very tasty with great service.

Diner Review №155

Didn’t realize what we were missing! First visit here tonight, what a treat, so delicious. Food is so fresh, perfectly cooked and seasoning was on point. We ordered Spring Rolls, dumplings, lo menu and Pad Bai Kra Pao, marvelous! Definitely will be back

Diner Review №156

Tried Thai Family Kitchen for 1st time today. Stopped by to get take-out order to share with co- workers for a late lunch. The food and service were both very good. We ordered Massaman curry, Papaya salad, pork egg rolls and satay chicken. Everything we had was very tasty. Excellent flavors and fresh tasting. We asked for high spice level on both the curry and the papaya salad and they delivered! Very spicy, we liked that. The food was ready quickly ( They told me 15 minutes and was ready probably even sooner than that) Gotta give 5 stars. Very friendly and helpful staff and really good food. Very reasonably priced as well. I will definitely be back to try out more of their menu! Thanks Thai Family Kitchen, I’ll be back and bring friends 🔥🔥⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were greeted and seated immediately. The waitress was super friendly and attentive. I had the thai fried rice and my husband had the drunken noodle. Both dishes were excellent. I also ordered eggrolls and spring rolls which were also delicious. I would recommend and will definitely return! Thank you!

Diner Review №161

Food was very high quality. Appetizers came very fast and food took a medium amount of time but it was well worth the wait. Waitress was very attentive and also super nice. Will be back again : )

Diner Review №162

Spring roll and Pho is a hard pass, stop by maplewood mall instead, basil fried rice and pad see ew was good. A little salty but the smoky flavor was 100% there. Chicken satay was bland and over cooked but the dip sauce was good.

Diner Review №163

My family and I ordered several dishes. They were good. The meat and vegetables was fresh, but too sweet. The extra plates we requested was too small. Overall the staff was good and clean place. I wish them the best!

Diner Review №164

Food was absolutely delicious- got the green curry, would recommend, staff was super nice and it was very clean in the restaurant

Diner Review №165

The food is delicious

Diner Review №166

I was going to give 5 stars because of the food and how quick my food came out when I ordered for pickup, but I paid for another entree because I didn’t select the right style of food I wanted. I wish that they called to double check because I did not see the option of either American or Thai style for one of my entrees. Other than that, overall service is great and so is the food! Would come again now that I know there are different styles of food to fit different folk’s taste.

Diner Review №167

Wonderful. Good food, quick friendly service, and affordable as well. I loved the spring rolls, the red curry and the Panang curry. I'll be back to try more the next time I'm in Minnesota.

My new favorite Thai restaurant! This is the best pad Thai I’ve had so far in the Twin Cities. I’m so grateful that this restaurant is right in my neighborhood.

Carving pho and decided to dine here.

Beef pho was really delicious. Savory, not oily, not overly sweet. Very generous with noodle and meat. Wished there was more broth, cause it was really good.

Basil fried was great as well! We got more than 3/4 shrimps lol. Some places skimps on it.

For me the star dish is their chili oil! It’s so good. Not oily, flavorful, and great hit of spice.

Been here couple of times, good food and nice people!

Wonderful food, amazing staff. You can't go wrong here, so definitely check it out!

Diner Review №179

Great food and very friendly staff! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants high quality food!

Food was great! Awesome flavor, if you have a milder spice palette, order a Thai iced tea. I love the flavor but being a typical white minnesotan I need the tea to accompany spicy dishes!

What a pleasant surprise. By all means, go eat there. REAL Thai food. Delicious. Great, friendly service. A lot of Asian restaurants offer "Thai" food, but the chef is usually not Thai and the food shows it. But this is the real deal. Good, authentic Thai food is hard to find. You just found some here!

This is my new favorite spot. I've been several times now and they have nailed it every time. All the dishes taste so fresh and flavorful. The staff is happy to be there and attentive even when they are busy. Love it!

Great flavor and the staff is very friendly!! Would recommend!

The only thai place in Maplewood/North St. Paul area according to google maps. Thankful for this little thai restaurant. Definitely hits the spot when i’m craving some thai food and don’t want to go out of my way for it.

We just tried this restaurant (pick up) for the first time today. Fortunately, we were not disappointed. We started out with spring rolls. There are 2 rolls per order (I had to guess at this, as it didn't say on the website how many came per order). They were big, fresh and delicious and were accompanied by the best fish sauce I've ever tasted. I had the Panang curry with mock dock and asked for medium spice. To my palate, it was a perfect medium! It was incredibly tasty. The only complaint I have is that there wasn't as much mock duck in the curry as I'd have liked to see - had to hunt around a little to find it. But, this dish was just delicious! Two of my family members had the pad Thai and both were very happy with their choice. The 4th member of my family had pad cashew nut. He just loved it! I didn't get to taste it, but it was full of beautiful colorful vegetables and had plenty of plump shrimp in it (he ordered his with shrimp). We all loved our dinner tonight. I can't recommend this place more, and will be back soon.

Super good but every time I eat here the food tastes really different and I get the same thing every time...

Diner Review №190

Best spring rolls EVER!! I also ordered other food for the rest of my family and everyone agrees - 5 STARS all around for portion, price, and quality!

Diner Review №191

I've visited here three times so far for carry out orders have have been very pleased with the food quality and flavors. I can only comment on meatless options but there is plenty of variety to choose from and everything I've tried to date has been most satisfactory. Pricing is fair as is the portion size. They will definitely be a regular take out stop in my ever expanding rotation.

First time being here, and all the food that I ate was super delicious. I had veggie rolls, and fried tofu for appetisers and oh boy they were exquisite. I had Karapo Mussell and my friend had orange chicken were both were absolute fantastic. We both were blown away! Not only was the best Thai food by far I have eaten in Saint Paul, but also one of the best in the US. Top of it, the service was exceptional. The restaurant is run by a lovely family, and I am so glad that I ate there! I will be there every week!

Their orange chicken is so good!

Diner Review №194

Very delicious and fresh tasting. Great service and good-sized portions.

Diner Review №195

This place is fantastic. The food was very fresh, perfectly spiced and very spicy (the first time I have had Thai Spicy come close to Thai Spicy here in MN).

The service was awesome and the prices reasonable. I ordered the beef Laab (steak lettuce wraps), Thai iced tea, and drunken noodles with shrimp.

It was so good I ordered several items to go to bring to my friends. I am very thankful that they now exist and provide such a great lunch experience!

Diner Review №196
