Relaxed outfit in a strip mall preparing classic Vietnamese & Chinese recipes to eat in or take out.
Used to love wild orchid but it has STEEPLY declined recently. The sweet n sour chicken had no sauce on it and none provided on the side, barely any chicken!! I’m so confused why anyone would serve a customer this. Portions are tiny, they look like they have already been eaten. When we picked up our order, we requested soy sauce and the owner was bothered by it and responded: “don’t you have any at home?” No? If we did we wouldn’t be asking for some. He huffed and puffed then finally gave us some. If you decide to take the risk, the only good remaining items are Pho and Pad Thai.
Tried this place 2 weeks ago and already came back for more! The beef lo mein is delicious and had a lot of beef. Chicken fried rice with medium spice level was amazing. Lots of chicken! My daughter loved the kaopoon! My husband tried the papaya salad and said it was good, but next time.he would go for a spice level 7, rather than 3.
We will for sure be back!
If I can give a negative 0 star I would. Ordered take out, the pork belly stir fried looked like it was 3/4 eaten and the vermicelli noodle sauce reeks of an over due smell. Called the restaurant and spoke with the owner, he made an excuse that it was because of inflation. He offered to make me more but I denied it. Never going back again. This place ain’t it.
The food was a welcome surprise. Tucked away in a little strip mall next to a Mexican restaurant is this little jewel. We had won ton soup which was very good. Pot stickers were very flavorful. Not greasy at all. The special Pad Thai was wonderful. Just the right touch of spice and the honey walnut shrimp was light and sweet and not at all greasy. I’d come back. Good tea too.
Great food!
I got the Thai Basil and the red curry chicken. Both were very good and spiced to the right amount.
The atmosphere though… not the nicest restaurant in the world. More of a place you’d get takeout or just get some lunch. Definitely not a dinner date destination.
I will absolutely be going here again for lunch or getting takeout for the family!
Decent hmong pho and papaya salad. Chicken wings
Were a good value. Need more meat in their pho and egg rolls but maybe that’s normal in hmong restaurants.
My regular pho spot. Fantastic.
The place was completely clean, employees were super nice, food was amazing! I was there with my cousins and it was an amazing experience. Will be going again :)
Only place open on christmas. Spent $80 and there was barely any food in the containers and only 1 of 3 was edible. Ordered 3 orders of cream cheese wontons and only 3 of the wontons had anything in then.

Is it just me or is the portion getting smaller and smaller for take out? It’s almost getting ridiculous. I’ve come here all the time for take-out after work but the more I come the less the portion is. Also the taste if getting more bland. I don’t know..I’m going to stop coming here until these are being fixed. No way I paying 14 bucks for two bites.
We stopped in for a hot bowl of pho. Staff was friendly and prompt. Spring rolls were huge and the pho was enjoyable, also large. The atmosphere, experience great. We’re happy to have found a nice, local spot providing a positive experience.
Nice small place with good food some days..
I only like the raw beef laab
Awesome, great prices and friendly. Hidden gem.
We like the pad thai, the spring rolls are great also.
When it's good it's good but when it's bad it's really bad and it's really inconsistent from the last five years we've been going here. We are today is the last straw. Super inconsistent!!!
Food was great, authentic and the portion was generous.
The most authentic Vietnamese food I've had outside of Vietnam. A chicken rice dish was spot on - intensely flavorful and appropriately spicy. The spring rolls were generous and the dipping sauce was delicious.
Boat noodle are ok, not the best in the cities, but not the worse. Tom yum is decent. Their laab, tiger steak dish are pretty good. Service is good as well. Great spot for the locals on the east side of town.
Clean restaurant, nice and friendly staffs. Great customer service and foods was delicious. Loved the tiger steak laab and boat noodle.
I work nearby and will always order takeout after work from time to time. I have never had any problems with the quality of the food.
The workers seem nice and I was told that I was the first person to use their online ordering and never had problem ordering also.
Fantastic food and. Awsome service
Bad service, Food was good but it needs more options. When ordered coconut drink for like 3$, I got a small coconut juice. Rip off. Not to mention that the service was very poor, There was only like 2 other family besides us and the employee forgot half of our order and we had to repeat the order. Also the tables were sticky, whenever I touched the table it was sticky, its almost like they don't clean their tables very much.
Very delicious good food...
If I can give a negative 0 star I would. Ordered take out, the pork belly stir fried looked like it was 3/4 eaten and the vermicelli noodle sauce reeks of an over due smell. Was in town from MI and first time here. Pho was on point! Broth was flavorful! I gave half my bowl to my daughter and she enjoyed it too. The grilled pork dish and General tso chicken was just right. The kapoon was also good the way we like it. Will be back whenever we are in town!
Pad Thai noodle dish tasted of brown sugar, citrus - the sugar was unexpected and unacceptable to my lunch companion who ordered it. I tasted it and it did taste sweet, not what I would like, although Pad Thai is one of my favorites.
My dish Thai Basil Stir Fry was oily, but flavorful, with minced up meat. Presentation on both meals was great.
Typical atmosphere for a cafe, lunch spot.
The service was excellant, food came quickly too. Prices were good.
We really love the food! The service was great, too. They have good price, good taste, and good portion. Their foods will never disappoint you!
We stopped here on our way home from a trip and took the food to-go. The staff were so friendly and helped us customize the dishes since we were vegetarian. Very good food and would highly recommend!
Today had the pleasure of dining at Wild Orchid Restaurant and the service was outstanding. Our server went out of her way to cater to our dietary restrictions. Moreover, the condition of the restrooms were exceptional, a testament to the restaurant's dedication to cleanliness. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend Wild Orchid Restaurant to anyone looking for great service, tasty food, and impeccable facilities.
The food was delicious

Didn't know changed ownership, Not good Period!!
Great place for pho and bun noodle salads, as well as American Chinese staples (e.g., General Tso).
I’d fogotten how great this place and their food was, until we went back today. Excellent!
Okay at best: I picked this place since I wanted to branch out from the normal pho places I usually go to. I got the pho, chicken wings and the fried dumplings. I will start with the dumplings which were great the sauce was a perfect blend of sweet and savory that I look for, the dumplings were nice and warm and crunchy everything you could want.
Next the chicken wings, which were by far the most disappointing, bland, boring, and if they were the price advertised on the menu I would have been nicer but they have not updated there menu as the chicken wings were two dollars more. Which again isn't aggregious but for the quality to be that bad it was a waste of money.
Finally the pho the main reason for my trip, it was alright, I did like that I could really taste herbs they used but I've definitely had better pho before, the noodles were nice and firm and overall it was decent but I wouldn't make my way here for it again. But their chili oil is some of the best I've ever had, I didn't understand how good Chilli oil could be until coming here.
Overall a pretty okay experience but for the money I spent and the food I got I would not come back here again.
We decided to stop by this place for lunch today and I have to say this place is pretty good! Better than i expected and it's close to home. We ordered pork padthai, pho special, pho meatballs, raw laab no bitter, sticky rice and spring roll. All dishes were delicious. The padthai was sweet & sour, the pho broth was not over powering of sweetest and the broth were more clear which i liked a lot. The raw laab was good, even though we ordered no bitter, still tasted a little bitter but not where i cannot bare. It was very good compare tonother places that i have order this dish. Spring roll was good, great combination on the veggies and protein. This place is definitely a great place to try if you're in the neighborhood or if you want some asain food, Chinese, Vietnamese and thai food. We definitely will be eating there more.
The food was amazing! We ordered small egg rolls (perfect), cream cheese wontons (could use more filling and a little overcooked but decent), Bun salad w/ grilled chicken (delicious), and green curry w/ chicken (yummy). My only complaint is we had to wait an hour for our food. I ordered online and they initially gave me a 15-20 minute pick-up time but it just kept getting extended. I would recommend dining in or avoid ordering on a Friday night.
New owner, young and driven. Dine in experience is a 5 star. Have tried multiple dishes during a few brunch time, and the majority hits the spot. The Pho portion wise is baby size for a large. Shouldn't be so concerned about preserving noodles and meat when the portion for the other dishes is 2x more at the cost of the same price.
Other then the Pho, everything else is great. As for take out. Their ½ tray take outs are reasonable. Flavors are spot on with my few last orders.
I’ve heard of this restaurant through some reels I saw on Facebook. I thought to give them a try since I love raw bitter beef laab. I drove 3 1/2 hours to try this restaurant and I have to say the beef laab was a 10/10. Food service was quick and fast, even though there was a lot of online pick up orders, they’re able to get my food out less than 20 mins. Oh! And no one even mentioned that it is an hmong restaurant. Thank you for the amazing food. I definitely appreciate it and recommend those who want simple and traditional food. This is the place to go.
I went here this morning with a few buddies not expecting much, but the Pho was bussin, and the staff was very welcoming.
I'm definitely going back when I need a recovery meal 🖤
So much delicious soup for very little money. Looking forward to trying the rest of the dishes!
The food is excellent and the place smells delicious. I came craving Pad Thai but was sorely tempted by the pho—the restaurant smells lightly of very good beef bone broth. The store is clean, and there's a generous assortment of condiments on the tables. The proprietor is really warm and friendly and keeps refilling my water glass without my having to ask. I wish I could pick up the whole restaurant and take it home to Iowa with me.
Great Pad Thai. Have been here previously. Excellent food
Food is terrible. Instant pho is better. The tilapia dish has no flavor at all.
We ordered boat noodles, beef broth pho, chicken broth pho, and papaya salad. The papaya salad flavor was really good. It also came with lettuce and pork grinds which helped cut the spiciness. The boat noodles was really good and I was impressed. The portions were good for the price too. I forgot to take pictures, but I recommend this place to try. It's kind of like a hidden gem.
Delicious food all the time. Be careful with the spice levels. Number 3 is more than enough !!!
Overall, OK experience. Not sure why there’s a difference in the recipe between the “mini” boat noodle and the regular size boat noodle.
It was a awesome experience. Their little boat noodle was good. And the raw laab was great. One of the best laab I ate.
This place is super clean. Their food is awesome. I love the raw laarb and their papaya salad. Server's are good but sometime not sure if they busy or short staff but a bit longer to get my water refill. Other then that it's fanatic place to eat here with the family and friends. Not a rush to kick you out like other place who bring your ticket/tag to you table. You can spin an hours and hours there to finish your food.
I was hopeful seeing a modest lunch crowd, but was disappointed. The host was not very welcoming but okay, it's busy. And it took forever for my order to get taken. I ordered Ch8cken Pad Thai, should be a very simple and well done dish for any restaurant. But I was served a pile of noodles with jarred sauce, about an ounce of chicken and a pile of cilantro, bean sprouts and shredded carrots. It was edible but for $15, it should have been great.
I recently dined at Wild Orchid Chinese restaurant trying their fried rice and crispy chicken. The fried rice was absolutely delightful; each grain was perfectly cooked, and the blend of flavors was spot-on. It had a nice balance of vegetables and protein, and the seasoning was just right, not too salty. The crispy chicken was a highlight of the meal, with a crispy, golden-brown exterior that gave way to tender and juicy meat on the inside. The combination of these dishes left my taste buds dancing. I highly recommend trying these items on the menu; you won't be disappointed
Fried rice was BARELY fired with some scramblers egg throughout; ordered dinner combo’s, got home and they forgot our egg rolls; spice was on point but overall…won’t return.
Great food and service. Had the pho and egg rolls. Very good. Prices were reasonable. Friendly service.
They are the best Vietnamese restaurant on the East Side
Have been here several times. This time the food wasn't great but it was still good. Everybody has a off day. We'll go back again
I am very disappointed in the service I received from this place. I waited for 20 minutes and no one greeted me and no one took my order. There were numerous people that came after me that received service before I did. I believe they dismissed me because I was Hmong because all the other people that came in after me that got service weren’t Hmong.
I'ved heard so many good things about the restaurant and was excited to try it.
I stopped by the restaurant earlier today, I noticed a substantial lunchtime crowd around 12:45 PM. Our waitress efficiently seated us and provided water within approximately five minutes. After a bit, our server returned to take our order, which included two servings of their special Pho, a Mini Thai Boat noodle, Lab Esan, spring rolls, Vietnamese coffee, and Thai Tea. We appreciated the waitress's upfront communication about potential delays due to the restaurant's busyness.
However, despite our patient wait of 15 minutes, a group of Mekas came in. They were seated promptly, offered water, and received their orders before we did. This discrepancy in service timing left our table feeling somewhat disappointed.
We should have received our drinks and appetizer first.
Our eagerly anticipated dishes eventually arrived, with the Lab, Boat Noodles, and Spring Rolls somewhat meeting our expectations.
The Pho, however, presented a different story. Upon inspection, our two bowls of Pho did not match our original order of the special pho; instead, we received two bowls of their BBQ chicken pho. This unexpected substitution left us somewhat disappointed. Regrettably, we chose not to inform our waitress due to our hunger and the extended wait we had already endured.
Adding to our concerns, our Vietnamese coffee and Thai tea were never served.
Upon completing our meal, I approached the cashier, who happened to be our waitress, to express our dissatisfaction regarding the incorrect order and missing beverages. In a commendable gesture, he offered a heartfelt apology and adjusted our bill by removing one of the pho order. We appreciated the prompt resolution of the matter. This will be our first and last time.
Disappointed.
One of my favorite restaurants till the owner changed. We waited for more than 20 minutes with only water and did not receive our food until I asked. They said they placed the order, but it must not have gone through.
I'm not sure why the workers thought we'd just be sitting there with empty plates for fun, especially since we had three children with us.
We wanted to give it another go, so we returned, but never again.
First time customer and last time going there. I did a to go order. I am really disappointed in the vermicelli salad. Why is so liquidity? The lettuce on the bottom is already soggy due to the liquid. The cucumber didn't have that crunch because it was sitting with the brown sauce. I also ordered the hot and spicy chicken, thinking it is the chicken wings. It was just a stir fried chicken dish. I double checked my order before taking it home. The lady can see I am very disappointed, but choose not to do anything for their customer?
We cane for lunch. Ordered 3 dishes and 3 bowls of boat noodles. Boat noodles were good but u literally get one small bite of noodles and thats it. Haha. First we got the Vietnamese pork rice platter. It was overflowing the plate it in came. The pork sauce was too sweet n salty so it was very overpowering. So I give it a 2/5. After 15min we get the second item, the raw laab esaan that I heard good reviews about. But nope, again a 2/5. No flavor. Rice powder was course so u get hard rice in each bite. I asked for extra spicy and it was basically a 1/10 spice level. Nothing great about this laab. Reminds me of plain raw laab. I had to add fish sauce jus for some taste. Then...30min later still 3rd dish wasn't out yet. I asked the waitress about it and she said she would check. Like she should hav known we were missing a dish and 3rd person is still waiting to eat! Anyway after another 10min it finally came out. Beef padthai. Super sweet sauce and noodles were hard. 2/5 again. Idk if there was only one cook back there or what but service wad so bad and food sucked. Not coming back. Bye
If you want pho this is not the place for it. I ordered the special pho and ain't nothing special about it. Just some meatball, 4 thin slices of beef and 2 small pieces of flank. I was so disappointed thinking it must be special. Hmong village pho is way better then this. If you want the best pho I recommend going to PHO 99.
We ordered the spicy shrimp salad, beef laab salad, boat noodle & a chicken with rice platter. The spicy shrimp I give 2/5, boat noodle 4/5 and the chicken platter 2/5, laab 3/5, Thai Tea 5/5. The service was slow at the beginning, there was only our table and another table and multiple employees at the front desk 4-5 just standing around. They finally brought us water and took our order after 15 minutes.
Food was awesome!!! Fast service!! Great service fast!!! Spring roll was bomb and pad kra pao!!
Order was forgotten. Everyone else treated like royalty. When we were remembered insisted we take our food to go because of their mistake it would be 15-20 mins added on to our already 30 mins there.
Food arrived wrong wife specifically asked no spice and there was peppers all over he plate. Server said "its just pepper flakes" ordered spring rolls got fried egg rolls.
Pretty sure the egg rolls they took back they served to table across from us because their order for "eggrolls" came out twice... my noodle bowl 75% lettuce. Spring rolls inconsistent- either all veggies or all noodle. No meat. Couldn't tell you what sauce came with it. Vietnamese coffee tastes like they poured out a Mr coffee and added some cream. Only positive about the whole experience was the cream cheese wanton.
If you don't know someone who works there I don't recommend going there. You won't even get silverware or chopstick to eat your food or follow up. Cook came out to check on a bigger party at least 5 times to see how the food was/ chat with others while others were forgotten and got the wrong food. Very upset at this experience...
Our order was forgotten when notified, insisted we take our food to go instead. When we recieved food it was all incorrect. Then they charged us full price after all their mistakes. I gave them one star because the wontons were really good.
I ordered the pad Thai and it was so sweet that it masked the taste. My friends padthai was also very sweet. The vegetarian spring roll (no tofu??) was okay, but the peanut sauce was not good
It is not the same anymore, Wild Orchid Restaurant used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Today I learned, the hard way, that the Wild Orchid Restaurant has new owners and the food was not good and service was lacking. While the server was very nice and obviously doing her best, it was uncomfortable. Each of us had to repeat our order a couple times and then as the orders arrived, we had to explain and then ask for the rest of each order; not one meal came complete. My meal, hot and spicy chicken with an eggroll, I'll give 1 star because the sauce was delicious. The chicken was so over cooked and dry and the eggroll was such a disappointment. Not one of us could cut or bite the eggroll, it was terribly tough and then once I got past the exterior, the inside was dry and tasteless. I asked for another fresh eggroll and that one was just as disappointing. When we got up to go pay, I noticed a couple of empty tables where people left behind egg rolls and/or chicken on their plates.
Terrible! Do not waste your money! Food was bland and messy.
We were like the 2nd party that entered in on a Sunday. Was told we can sit anywhere we wanted. Friendly host. Got Thai boat, fried rice, pho, and raw laab for 4 people. Food was pretty good. It was my first time there. The raw laab was too bitter for my liking altho we specified for it to be just a little bitter. A couple of times we had to ask another waitress (instead of our waitress) for help refilling water, getting to-go containers.
The special pho didn’t have much taste, but the mini boat noodle pho was very flavorful. The papaya salad was also good, nice surprise that the vermicelli noodles came on the side. The laab was full of flavor. The egg rolls are bigger in my opinion then the usual ones from other places I’ve tried, they seem to be double wrapped, they were pretty bland. The servers were pretty busy so they forgot to fill our waters, but when asked they were quick to help us. Overall good place to try.
Slow service and their way of taking orders wasn't very organized. They had to come back to verify if we still wanted the food we ordered.
They don’t monitor their doordash account so I waited a long time for an order that never got confirmed. Only edible thing on the menu is the egg roll.
Food was very good! I'll definitely go back and try more from the menu. Resturant was too busy for us to try the small boat noodle so we got the bigger bowls which were delicious. Service was an issue though 😑 many servers but it wasn't organized. My husband eventually just went up to the counter to get straws, chopsticks and napkins for our table. No water refill 😬 40 minute wait for 4 bowls of noodles was kind of long we didn't order anything else too. Food was good so that's all that matters I guess.
Nice owners. But waited 25 mins for water and 1 hour for food that didn't come. We just left. Hopefully it will be better next time.
ordered the beef lo mein It had a strong fish smell the beef was grey in color. I took it back and was told ( well the food is not for every body )the employee turned her back to me and walked off. Parking is Horrible.
WOW 15/10. The host was nice, she welcomed us, and took us to the table. Served water and asked if we needed extra time or ordered immediately. We ordered the Thai boat noodles 3 round because it was so good that it made me not want to leave the restaurant. Each bowl cost 3.75. Each round was 6 bowls of noodles because it was 3 of us. 2 bwosl per a person. The rice fried was great, but i loved the noodles more. I love how they train their two little boys helping the family business.
Poor business hour management and advertisement. Their fb advertisement states they closed at 9pm. Got there at 7pm to be told their dine-in hours closed at 7. I was confused (thinking I might be at the wrong restaurant😅) & decided to show them; their advertisement. All the cashier could say was "Sorry we're closed". Never going back. I'll take my money elsewhere and support business that's honest to their customers/advertisement.
I like it and the food is good, some of it I can't pronounced but what I can is good
The food was a welcome surprise.
Everything is overpriced. Service was long when there was only 2 groups of customer. Egg roll sauce was disgusting. Raw laab tasted nasty and stinky. Pho tasted like water
First time eating here since pre-covid was once a regular for years. Fried rice was cold, cream puffs were good, sesame chicken was ok, and overall service was good. I would come back for the convenience of location but would rather go to Duc's on Radio drive.
Terrible service
Food was great! Very fresh.
Pho was good, egg rolls are good, papaya salad is nasty. It smelled bad and tasted like rotten fish. But they still made us pay for the nasty food they served us. They also had no more Thai tea. I won’t go back again, there are plenty more places that offer good food and good service.
Good pho in Oakdale
Food is great and prices are fair!
Food was really good and I didn't wait long. Yum!!
Good foods and very good customers service and fast service and its cheap affordable price of the foods and pho. Love it. I'll go again soon.
Don’t hesitate to try out this place unless you’re a very picky eater. Staffs are generous, am a returning customer. Best one yet are their phos.
Pleasantly surprised at the authentic flavors! Service was great and the portions were generous. The ambiance was 3/5, a traditional mom & pop type decor, not upscale. The restrooms were quite clean.
Dish 1: Beef Pho, classic flavors
Dish 2: Chicken Egg Noodle Soup--> Refreshing, garlicky, and perfectly made egg noodles. Definitely a MUST TRY dish!
Dish 3: Papaya Salad w/vermicelli noodles-->Love the fresh taste of fermented crab sauce (padek); However, on the saltier side.
Dish 4: Pad Krapow--> very herbaceous w/basil and another MUST TRY dish.
Dish 5: Cream Cheese Wontons-->Large & Generously filled w/cream cheese . Definitely worth it.
I think ownership of this place has changed. Don’t be misled by the Vietnamese egg roll photos in Google. Very sad to say they don’t have them anymore. That was the main reason we chose this place in the past. The lomein we got was pretty good, but the General Tso chicken was a little tough to chew.
the Food was amazing... we ate it all before I got pictures. if you don’t know what to get, the Thai Basil does not disappoint!
Busy during lunch hours, but definitely worth the wait!!
Amazing food straight out the mother Land of Asian cuisine beautifully plated an small pot taste love it
Ordered the General Tsos chicken and it was really tough. Flavor was good, but unfortunately, it seemed like it had cooked way too long. Also, I'm guessing they are under new management, but wish they had an actual website, like they did before, that showed their menu.
Excellent Pho! I suggest the Special!
Food does not taste that good. Pad Thai is too sweet, spring roll fried is not good either. Will be the last time I eat there.
Great food for a great price
They make great egg rolls!!!!
Food was good, new owner gave us a free Thai tea drink too. First time drinking it and loved it. Thank you for your generous services, your people are very friendly.
Service it very food just too sweet like super on everything hope they can reduce the sugar down
Food great. Service a dot slow initially but later on staff was very hospitable
My first time ordering from this restaurant and this will be my new go to spot for Asain cuisine!!! Their egg rolls and beef fried rice is to die for, especially with the fish sauce, sweet and sour sauce and peanut sauce for dipping, YUM!!!!!
Egg rolls are amazing.
Decent
The food was great, but we try to eat low carbs and there are not many options on their menu. Chinese food has lots of sugar and simple carbs, but a really creative chef could improve upon it if they decided to.
Huge spring rolls. Food is great every time.
Fantastic chicken wings. My kids liked it.
FRESH AND DELICIOUS!
Decent place to come eat as your second option for a pho place. Nice, Simple, and Cheap.
Large & generous portions at an affordable price.👍 small Mom & Pa family owned business. So be kind. Etiquette: pay at front desk.
I ordered both the beef flank pho and the chicken pad Thai and they were both excellent.
There's this really cute server there. His name is Brandon I believe. His smile made my food taste gooder. You're going to have a bloody good so good delicious food there when he's your server.
Best Hot & Spicy Chicken in the area. Staff are great, new owner is great. This is my new go-to.
I love this restaurant, they have the best Pho, Rice Noodle Salad, Egg rolls, and Spring Rolls!!!!! The best I want to check out other places when I am in the area but can't bring myself possibly not got the same quality of food as I know I will get here! Service is always welcoming and pleasant. Would highly recommend this establishment!!! Hope you try it and enjoy as much as I do!😛
We ordered to go the General Tso chicken with fried rice and the special grilled combination rice platter. Fried rice was bland but the general tso chicken was good. Grilled combination was also good but the the proteins do not look like it was grilled. We also ordered some egg rolls and it was pretty good size but was majority veggies and barely had any meat. Overall I thought it could have been better. We'll just not get any fried rice or egg rolls next time at least.
I got a delicious food in this place 😋 thanks so much 🙏
Great places to eat and the foods are awesome. Love it!
The first time I went there, their pho was phenomenal which of course made me inclined to return. However, the second time I noticed the broth tasted slightly different. I couldn't exactly pinpoint what or how it had changed but it was later confirmed with the waiter that they were trying out new recipes and they have different cooks. I would dock a star because I do want consistency when I'm going to a restaurant however, regardless of which broth they made - both were very strong, fragrant, and flavorful. The other dish that that stood out to me was their egg rolls! Pictures posted by other reviewers do not lie! These babies are enormous and packed with meat - something you rarely ever come across! Overall, I highly recommend this little gem if you live in the Dakota-Washington county!
So so so good! I am a huge fan of pad Thai. And wild orchid has one of the best pad Thai dishes I’ve ever had. So yummy. I like it spicy and it never disappoints!
I do support small business but I would rather go somewhere else. Nope never again. I thought I order grilled meats combination with rice, not sauté/ re-heated mixed ground meats. What are you guys serving? I asked and you guys specifically and you said it was grilled pork with shrimp? Did you ground up shrimp too and add it in the meat mix? The egg drop soup didn’t look right, the egg rolls were decent. Be Warned, this isn’t the Vietnamese/Chinese food your looking for. Please eat else where. Most disappointing. Guessing this place is going out of business and now I know why.
Food was great and its run by nice people. I ordered the combination rice dish from them.
Never buying from this place ever again.
Food was bland, And the lo mein looks like freaking cheap Ramen noodle you buy at a grocery store. No exaggeration, but the worst asian food I've ever had from a restaurant.
Food is great! They don't advertise it but due to COVID there's an up charge on items.
Good quality and serving size excellent for price. People awesome.
Ordered chicken pad Thai, sesame chicken, wontons and egg rolls. There was a large amount of each dish and they were all delicious! The service was also excellent. Even picked the order up a few minutes early.
Our doordash driver didn’t give us one of our bags. We called, and the restaurant made it right with us right away. A cook personally came to deliver our replacement items. This will be our new go-to place when we’re craving pho.
Also the potstickers are some of the best I’ve had in the area.
Food was very plain and blah it usually is good un happy
Great place to go to. They gave Xtra Xtra noodles for my pho.
Discovered this restaurant when I was trying to use my dining credit for American Express through Grubhub. However, they do not take American Express. I have been to this restaurant several times. Although the pho broth is a little to beefy for my taste, overall the food is delicious here.
I recently went there and they are taking American Express now. I am super excited about this and planning to spend more of my evenings dinning here.
Only been here a couple of times but always great food every time we go.
Comfortable dimang area and friendly staff. Good food with reasonable prices. Large egg rolls too, 2nd best in the cities.
Great fast food. Reasonable prices
Very hot and tasty food. Very delicious!
