Tried Nolas today and got wings, sweet and sour chicken, jerky, veggie rolls, cream cheese puffs, sticky rice, and nam wan for dessert. Even though it was takeout, everything tasted very fresh and had such good flavor. The sauces were so delicious and didn't taste over processed. I am definitely coming back to try more. Nolas is affordable (with large portions), fast, fresh, and friendly!

Oh my! Every dish was amazing. No surprise though! I had the tum yum, crying tiger ( that sauce is delicious) and the orange chicken extra spicy. Also their spring rolls are perfect and crisp. All the vegetables are fresh. If you haven't been here yet go check them out you will not be disappointed.!

Fried rice was just rice with 3 shrimp, a few pieces of tough, bland beef, and pieces of flavorless chicken. Just bland and definitely not what I think of as Thai food. The cream cheese puffs where great and probably the best around.

This is delicious takeout option for Thai food lovers in Eden Prairie. We tried the Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, wings, and wontons. All of the items had their own delicious flavors. Yum. We look forward to trying more items on their menu! The service was fast and friendly.

A Wonderful Experience at Nolas Southeast Asia Street Foods
Last Thursday, February 6, 2025, I had the honor of doing business with Vancha, the owner of Nolas Southeast Asia Street Foods, and what a pleasure it was! Over time, we had communicated consistently despite our busy schedules, and I truly appreciated the seamless and clear communication—something that seems rare these days in both business and personal interactions.
When I arrived at Nolas Southeast Asia Street Foods that afternoon, I was warmly greeted by someone with the biggest smile and an uplifting presence that made me instantly like her. It was Vancha, the owner. She was truly a ray of sunshine! I greeted her back and asked if she would like me to bring her purchase inside. Before she could even respond with, "Yes, please, that would be great!" a younger girl came around the corner, ready to help. I immediately assumed she was Vancha’s daughter (which she was).
Two thoughts instantly came to mind. First, it reminded me of when my own daughter was young and would accompany me to work—whether to help out or simply because she was too young to stay home alone. Second, I was impressed by how eager this young girl was to assist. As a parent of three, I’ve always instilled in my kids the importance of helping out when needed, though that doesn’t always mean they do it! Seeing a younger person step up so willingly was refreshing.
Another thing that caught my attention was how meticulously clean and organized the restaurant was—a detail I always appreciate.
As we wrapped up our transaction, Vancha graciously handed me a bag of samples as a thank-you for doing business with her. I was thrilled, especially since it was already 3:00 PM, and I hadn’t had a chance to eat all day! As I got into my car, ready to head to my next appointment in Minnetonka, I reached into the bag and pulled out a cream cheese wonton. One bite, and wow—it was amazing! Unlike some places where there’s more wonton than filling, this one was perfectly stuffed. The cream cheese was warm, smooth, and clearly blended with something that gave it an extra delicious flavor. Later, when I got home, I tried the other samples, and they did not disappoint!
I highly recommend Nolas Southeast Asia Street Foods—not only for the outstanding food but also for the welcoming atmosphere and excellent customer service.
Lastly, as someone who grew up in Eden Prairie starting in the ’70s and has spent most of my 50 years here watching the city grow, it’s heartwarming to see small and family-owned businesses continue to thrive alongside new ones.

We love Lao and Thai Cuisine and tried Nola's this week. It's so, good we will be ordering again today! For our first order we tried the Massaman curry and Praram (peanut) curry both mild. An order of Tom Kha and the shrimp appetizer. All excellent! Honestly this is pure heaven on a cold MN day. Sometimes it's hard to get great Thai when you order it mild, but every dish was superbly balanced. HIGHLY recommend you try them. Really nice people too! My wish list? Consider adding weekend specials and stay open later during the week.

First time ordering from Nola’s and it was amazing! We got the chicken pad thai, which was delicious and a huge portion for a very reasonable price. The order was ready ahead of scheduled time and in less than 15 minutes. Staff was very friendly when I came in for pick up and were so kind in giving us an order of cream cheese wontons for free, which was so nice. Will definitely be coming back and highly recommend for authentic Thai food.

Tried this new place and wasn’t disappointed! Very flavorful, perfectly cooked. Tried the shrimp pad thai, Tom Kha soup with tofu added, pho, and sticky mango rice. Will definitely be ordering again soon!

So excited that we have a new and AMAZING food spot in Eden Prairie that serves delicious southeast asian cuisine - they're definitely going to be one of our go-to spots. Nola's online ordering was super easy and everything was accurate. When I went to pick up, they were super communicative and friendly. We had the pad thai, orange chicken, pineapple rice, pad pak stiry fry and more. Generous portions and everything was so good. Highly recommend checking them out!

First time there. They were very polite and very welcoming. Definitely recommended the pho. Foods are very up lifting. Definitely coming back there.

Ordered the crying tiger, sticky rice, chicken satay, orange chicken, cream cheese puffs and khao-piak. Everything was amazing, fresh and full of flavor! Good portions, enough for leftovers for me! Can't wait to visit again and try other stuff!

We tried Nola’s today for family Christmas Eve takeout. It was excellent food, they made our order very fast and the gal in front who took our order was extremely sweet. We definitely recommend giving them a try and we will be back again!

A family owned business that does only take-out. Menu is a fusion of Asian delicacy. From Pho, Papaya Salad, Kao Poon, Kao Piek, Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Nooodles), Masman Curry, Spinach Curry and many appetizers to choose from. Was told they make Fried Rolls fresh-so it's crunchy! Come try this place out. Take out or DOOR DASH only!! I'm coming back on my lunch breaks. They sure will be on my rotation. Thank you Nolas!

If you're looking for affordable Laotian, Thai, Chinese or Vietnamese food that is quick. Nolas is the place. They only offers TO-GO options which makes it less expensive. Great portions. Also everyone there from the cashier/cooks share tips which is good because cooks deserve to be appreciated for their service too! Love this business concept. Will be back for sure!

I had an order of asada(beef) and pastor(pork) tacos. The mild green sauce and spicy orange sauce was amazing. I also got the Nam Van dessert with coconut milk it was 10/10. Would try again.

The best to-go there is! Delicious Pad Thai, satay and spring roll! Fresh and quick! Can’t wait to try all the menu items!

I would highly recommend Nolas Southeast Asia restaurant to anyone who’s looking for authentic Laotian food. The curry hits the spot and is full of flavor. The restaurant is very esthetic and the owner is super friendly. I will definitely be coming back with friends and family!

If you are looking for authentic food this is the spot! I went in last week and had the papaya salad, curry, and chicken wings and will say this is one of the best spots in MN I’ve came across. The staff were very nice and friendly. I will be coming back soon with some friends
