Came around 2for lunch. The place wasn’t too busy. We were welcomed by the server and immediately sat. It’s beautiful and cozy. I love the decoration and temperature in the room, wasn’t freezing like most restaurants. The servers were prompt, and brought out the food fairly quickly. We Had the Pad Thai with chicken, crab fried rice, the heavenly beef which is an appetizer but my toddler enjoyed it as a meal. The meals comes with either soup or salad and we chose salad with ginger dressing. Everything was absolutely delicious, fresh and hot!
We had a fantastic Valentine’s Day dinner at this Thai restaurant! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a special evening. The service was exceptional—our waiter was not only friendly but also very knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations.
Despite it being a busy night, the wait time was very reasonable, which we really appreciated. The highlight of the meal was the sea bass—it was absolutely the best we’ve ever had! Perfectly cooked, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish we tried was delicious, but the sea bass truly stood out.
Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for amazing Thai food, great service, and a wonderful dining experience! We’ll definitely be coming back.
We arrived around 3:30 PM and had the place to ourselves. The waiter greeted us pleasantly, seated us, and promptly served water and menus. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
We ordered shrimp cakes, tom yum soup, pad thai, and lemongrass chicken. The service was quick, and the food arrived shortly after. Everything was perfect and absolutely delicious. The food presentation was visually appealing, and the flavors were rich and well-balanced. The portion sizes were surprisingly large and perfect for sharing.
Overall, this has become our go-to place whenever we're craving Thai food.
I went in for lunch, got their green curry with chicken and a side of sautéed vegetables, food was flavorful. I asked for mild spicy for my green curry and it was a little too spicy for me, but still good. Quick and attentive Service. Wonderful atmosphere. Lunch specials are very good deal! Definitely coming back to try out their other dishes!
I'm glad we got a chance to stop by Thai’s Thumbz after Guru Burgers (will be missed 🫶🏻) moved out! Overall, it was a very enjoyable dinner experience.
The dinner atmosphere was very nice, and I loved how they revamped and made the interior their own. The service was good. The food was ok, though it tasted fusion (the curry and pad Thai) rather than straight-up Thai food, but that's okay. For appetizers, we had heavenly beef (was very dry), fried tofu (usually its seasoned, theirs was not), and fried chicken. Entree yellow curry and pad Thai.
My wife wanted Thai food, a quick Google search, and this place popped up so we gave it a try.
It's located in the former Guru Burgers(R.I.P.😔), so it was easy to find. It's a smaller restaurant with a cozy atmosphere. It lunch time when we arrived, so they were fairly busy. It took a little bit for someone to greet us, but after they did, the service was great!
We ordered a Thai Tea, Basil Chicken 9and I can't ïr the last plate. Both of the entrées came with an Egg roll and soup or salad appetizer.
All of our plates arrived in a timely fashion. The presentation was neat and clean. The entrées were a good sized portion and very flavorful. I wish we weren't in a rush because I would've like to try more dishes..
The restaurant itself is pretty clean. I noticed they do a good job of pre-bussing and they clean dirty tables very fast! There's plenty of free parking in the Parking Garage as well. Also, if you have kids, it's a family oriented spot so no worries there.
This was a very pleasant experience and I look forward to our next visit.
The atmosphere as soon as I walked in was breathtaking. The menu was easy to understand and the choices were great. We went with the lemongrass grilled chicken, the pineapple fried rice, and the glazed wings. All of the food was cooked to perfection. Perfect portion of salt and spice level was to our choice. Our waitress SU was amazing and checked back on us many times.
Wonderful experience. We started with two appetizers - pan-fried dumplings and Heaven Beef. Both were perfectly flavored and cooked. We moved on to beef cashew, chicken pad Thai, and chargrilled lemongrass chicken thigh. All outstanding. Flavorful, large portions, and came out so quickly! There are five spice levels, but the spice enhances the flavor, does not overpower it. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and sat us immediately. The place itself is gorgeous! The stoneware plates were pretty, and tied into the whole theme. Even the ceiling and lights tied into the wood on the walls. The bar is beautiful and adds an openness to the atmosphere.
This was my first time going to this restaurant from service to food everything was awesome. The food was delicious.
inside of the restaurant is beautiful and food is good.
We had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant! Every dish was absolutely delicious and full of authentic flavors. The Tom Yum Soup was perfectly balanced with a tangy and spicy kick; the Drunken Noodles were flavorful and had just the right amount of heat; the Grilled Pork Thai Style was tender, juicy, and grilled to perfection; and the Duck Curry was rich, creamy, and packed with aromatic spices. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Definitely a place worth coming back to! Highly recommended!
Be aware when ordering online, My order said a 20 min wait. The manager said that she had my order and I was confused thinking that she meant it would not be long. She saw on my phone that it said 20 min. She said she would call me. But after 20 minutes I went back in and was told it would take longer for my single order. Another customer was waiting for his online order and was told his 20 min wait required an additional 30 min.
I talked with the bartender who was very understanding. He helped my plight with the extended wait. We enjoy Pad Thai.
Just be prepared, if they do not fix their wait times online, to wait much longer.
Good food! Suitable for those who don’t like their food too spicy & nice ambiance
Great thai cuisine spot! Easy free parking on the same block. Space is on the smaller side but was a nice, quaint and beautiful dining room. We tried the grilled lamb chop in massamun sauce and the Thai Thumbz noodles with pork plates. Both were amazing in flavor and perfect portions. We’ll be back soon!
Thai's Thumbz Noodles, chicken satay, masaman curry (chicken) and grilled ribeye panang curry all great!
Good quality food. Portions a bit small. The tom yum felt more Americanized than authentic tom yum. But the panang beef was good.
Excellent service, food was delicious(especially dessert), and the owner was very kind and accommodating
It was yummy
Food was good , had a great time with friends.
The food is great and environmental is clean and stylish.
This was such an amazing experience! Food was excellent especially the curry! Sue was awesome! They are so nice and they even gave our dog his own water to drink. Love it! We will definitely come back again!

this place was great!
10/10 service, food, ambiance
Food was good, service was horrible. Only the lady at register was very nice. The waitress was probably the one of the worse servers I’ve ever had.
Great service.
Personnel was very friendly.
Thai Thumbs is a hidden gem in Houston! The food is incredibly fresh, flavorful, and packed with authentic Thai spices. I had the thumbz noodles and green Curry—both were perfectly balanced with just the right amount of heat. The portions are generous, and the ingredients taste high quality.
This was absolutely delicious and great portioned. I ordered a pineapple curry with beef and calamari and both came out perfect and swiftly - I highly recommend these two dishes! ✨yummy, will be back
Try their fried banana...the best I've ever had.
Food very delicious and an amazing ambiance
First walk in I’m already not happy as the host. I guess she’s the owner can sit by the corner to put me by the kitchen. I’m by myself. She already gave not please impression.
They’re using Thai name Thai food but not owned by Thai people Food to my Sugar is kind of plain won’t be back
Food and service were both great!
Make a reservation.
We loved the decorations and food was delicious. Amazing options for entrees. The drunken noodles were a hit for the whole family.
The staff, food, and environment was absolutely amazing!
Service was excellent and food came out promptly. All the dishes we good, vegetables were fresh. Enjoyed the noodle dishes and loved the rib eye panang!
Beautiful place, great service and food was very good
Great food and great ambience. Would come back again!
Very cute atmosphere and Instagram post ready! Food is authentic Thai food with amazing flavors and spices. We definitely recommend this restaurant for someone’s next visit to Houston.
Excellent food and service

Great Valentine’s Day atmosphere
The food was delicious. The wait staff was nice and personable. There was a point that our waitress left and didn't check on us. All in all it was a good experience. We will be back again.
My first Chicken Curry! I loved it so good.
The service was outstanding staff were very attentive and told me about Curry.
Good food, nice place, great service
I had the Thai Thumbz noodles which is a wide flat rice noodle they make fresh in-house. They were so tender and just melted in my mouth. It was stir fried with veggies and had great flavor. Highly recommend!
Awesome ambience and the food was stellar, authentic flavors! Will be back to try the dinner menu.

I would highly recommend their curries and lunch special. Very flavorful and nice presentation.
We loved the food and the atmosphere❤️
Shrimp cake is great!
Food is so good! Highly recommended!
Service was great, Taylor was very attentive. I recommend pad thai and pad see ew. And the mango sticky rice was also a plus.
Food was good and service was nice.
Enjoyed our lunch both my wife and I had chicken curry, chicken sate.
Love the look, atmosphere, service on point, prices are good because the food is great! It's a must try. Dine in is intimate and outside is casual
Good food, vibes and ambience! Would definitely come back, the tofu pad Thai was great!
I recently visited here and had an amazing experience! The duck curry was absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked duck in a rich, flavorful sauce with just the right amount of spice. The Pad Thai was equally impressive – a perfect balance of savory, sweet, and tangy with plenty of fresh ingredients. The service was friendly but since it’s too packed it might take them longer to get to your table. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
The food is delicious and the ambiance is very pretty. We definitely recommend and have found a new favorite restaurant!
The food was great and the atmosphere was lively. I will skip the vegetable egg rolls next time. The chicken panang was among the best I've ever had. My entree arrived about two minutes after my appetizers. Besides that, the service was great. Will come again!
Amazing!! The ambience was right on point. Our server was sweet, knowledgeable, and went the extra mile to make us feel taken care of. The FOOD! The. Food. Delicious! If you are on the fence of spice level, go ahead and plunge in for the “hot” choice. Not only was the heat as expected, it was the DEPTH of flavor that made the impact.
Best panang chicken in town. Highly recommended.
The food was amazing

we had a birthday party and loveed the service and food - delicate thai flavors - i recommend mild spice - don’t forget the mango coconut creme !!!
We went for lunch time. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere to it. The pad see ew and green curry were immaculate.
Super friendly people working here with excellent service. Highly recommend the pineapple fried rice with shrimps and the sticky rice with mango! Very Tasty
Omg such cute decor! The vibes were immaculate. Very demure very mindful. I dont think the hot spice level was spicy at all. Our table got pad thai, pad see ew, drunken noodles, and pineapple curry. The service was awesome and the food was delicious!
Food was good! We ordered the fried calamari, papaya salad, salmon chuchee, and the drunken noodles. I wanted to try the cilantro avocado sauce that came with the calamari - it was ok. The papaya salad had a strong lime taste, which I liked (but I have had better papaya salad). The salmon chuchee and drunken noodles were delicious - would definitely order again! We will be returning!
Food and atmosphere were amazing
Excellent food and reasonably priced. Happy hour is still 7.
This was phenomenal. Truly. The food and drinks were all perfection. The staff is fantastic and the atmosphere is classy but comfortable. We absolutely loved the food and the bartender is top notch. I highly recommend and try the Lotus Martini!! They made my birthday fabulous.
Really really good food, service and atmosphere. New place. Highly recommend!
Great fried rice and chicken wings
Excellent service and great food. Would recommend this restaurant. Su our server was very courteous and knowledgeable. She suggested the mango and coconut cream dessert which is one of our favorites now.
Unfortunately , I have to say this place is "whitewashed" ( in my own opinion). Of course, from the name, I should have known but figured I would give this place a try. The food was farthest from Thai food I've ever tasted. Maybe I have such a strong opinion because I actually am Thai and I know real Thai food tastes like. As for service, our last interaction with our waiter was when he gave us our food and The only time we saw him is when he passed us to go to a different table. So five stars service for every other employee that helped us besides him. The only reason I would come back for is the beer, because it's in a prepackaged bottle, that this place had no "personal touch" on. Atmosphere is nice though.
Mid. 🤷🏽♂️
Very beautiful place with a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to all my noodle lovers.
Wonderful food, we loved everything especially the lobster curry!
Amazing food! I loved every bit of it ! I had the salmon and it was the best dish i ever had
Delicious and flavorful
Very good food. Excellent service.
The food and ambience is amazing! Highly recommend the pad thai and basil fried rice
Overall a lovely restaurant with good service
I cannot lie if you know anything about Houston you know the local asain spots are the best but I can say with MY FULL CHEST that this was the best fried rice I’ve ever tasted!!! Such a complex flavour profile!!!
The atmosphere is cute and they have a booth so if you make a reservation you can get a more intimate experience.
The service was good as well. The waiter was kind even with all our questions and concerns.
Ton yum soup and sea bass is perfect. If you like spicy
Great food!! And amazing service.
Very nice atmosphere, and the service was really nice as well as food not disappointing!!
Basil fried rice is amazing!
Su, our server, was so welcoming and took care of the family. Eating here was a blast and the setting was really pretty looking.
Outstanding food, quiet place
Hands down THE BEST Thai restaurant in Houston!
Ever since we moved from California a lot of the Thai food in the city felt underwhelming. We found this place on a whim and we were pleasantly surprised with their service and food quality. Besides the amazing food and service, their attention to detail also caught our attention, such as using real flowers at the table, complimenting colors themes with the decor, proactive servers, packed room on a Wednesday night etc. the list goes on.
If you’re a true foodie you should pay them a visit, we’ll definitely be back.
Best Thai Food in Town Center
My second time here. This is a really solid spot for Thai food in Sugar Land. Great food, ambiance, and service.
Drunken noodle and wings were my fav. The mango dessert was also delicious. The duck curry was flavorful and the meat was tender, but the taste of the duck itself was a little lacking.
Service started off a little spotty but there were some switcharoos and ended on a strong note.
We’ll be back!
Love the atmosphere! Food is good about the average. Waiters were very friendly and nice.
We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. The steamed dumplings were a great appetizer option! We also had drunken noodles with beef and pad thai with chicken and both were delicious choices. We highly recommend.
The food was amazing especially the sea bass and the Thai Tea is to die for!!
Thai dishes that rock right here in Sugarland, supreme quality, colorful presentation , pineapple fried rice topped with delectable pink gulf shrimp, Chardonnay wine, sedate ambience, courteous service by Wendy -- please everyone try this in outstanding restaurant and we just arrived from San Francisco!
Great flavor and texture
Heaven beef and basil black bean were lovely. Mango sticky rice was good (excited to try it again when mango is in season!)
super great food, had lobster and duck curries with chuchee salmon. all dishes were very flavour and cooked perfectly. will definitely come back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Food was excellent
Outstanding quality and service
We are now REGULARS here
10 out of 10!! Su was absolutely amazing. She took care of my family of 15. We went to celebrate my birthday and we all had an amazing time. The food was amazing, we ordered fried wings, the tom kha soup, shrimp fried rice, pad thai chicken, Penang curry, green curry, pineapple curry, and drunken noodles. Everything tasted delicious and service was excellent. We’re a big family and can get pretty crazy sometimes, Su was so nice and polite. She went out of her way for all of us every time we asked her for anything, from extra napkins to plates for our cake, to even togo boxes at the end. It was our first time dining here and it won’t be the last! 😊
Yummy😝🌚
pad see ew again at the restaurant cuz it was fire 🔥
We were very excited to come to this new Thai restaurant in Sugsrland.
Very disappointed with the service..They did not even know how to get the table ready with plates and silverware. The restaurant needs experience waiters and waitresses.
Pleasantly the food was good and everything turned ok.
Hopefully the service will get better
Food is good and portion is decent, decoration is nice, but a little too noisy.
Every thing was very delicious!
Food was wonderful, don't be afraid of the higher spice levels.
This place is amazing. You need to check it out.
Food: everything we tried was good. I won't give it the "authentic" stamp but close enough and very delicious. We had the fish cakes, calamari, Tom Kha, spring roll (these were meh), pad kee mao and pad Thai (ridiculously good).
Service: Su waited on us, and she was great. Very attentive and kind. She is a great employee.
Ambience: it gives relaxed Cafe with a hint of urban upscale. It was casual and chic. Love the plates and cutlery.
Price: For the 6 dishes, the bill came to $66 including tax.
Yummy food and great decor! Will come back!
Flavorful food with good portion size (especially compared to the other Thai restaurant in SL), nice ambiance and well decorated. Some of the servers are a little new but they are friendly, attentive, and take good care of you. The owners are also really kind and want you to be pleased. Overall very happy to have a new preferred Thai restaurant to eat at in Sugar Land!
Excellent food, a great number of choices.
The space get crowded very easily in the winter, making the waiting list a bit long.
Good future ahead !
Great food, service, and ambience!
Best Thai food in town!!!!!!
Very good food and service. They took care of every dietary needs in our group. Handling the seating upon entry could be improved.
Good happy hour drinks!
We just got dinner at thai thumbz. The decor bwqs classy. We got the shrimp cake and chicken satay for appetizers. The pad Thai and lemongrass chicken was excellent. The sauces were excellent! Great addition to the Sugarland scene
Food was Amazing!!!!
We arrived around 3:30 PM and had the place to ourselves. The waiter greeted us pleasantly, seated us, and promptly served water and menus. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

Overall, this has become our go-to place whenever we're craving Thai food.
Really good food, had lobster and duck curries with chuchee salmon. All dishes had outstanding depth of flavor. Lobster was cooked perfectly and the curry had also acquired the flavor from the lobster.
Cute place with good food
DO NOT RECOMMEND - 👀
The food does not in any way justify the high prices.. I recieved very little of the curry dish itself with a scarce amount of chicken in my curry (they were just bits and broken pieces) Flavor was so so and more on the salty side and didn't really have good authentic Thai taste.. the steamed rice was a bit dry tasted old.
$16 for curry at this place is just paying rent for them and totally unjustifyable for what they offered.🤔
The other dish was a pineapple fried rice dish that didn't taste like pineapple was in it, just spicy rice flavor... so for people who do not truly know what authentic Thai is they would rate this good when it absolutely isn't. Even if this is fusion Thai - it's just done badly all around.
Lastly, the customer service is in the slumps.
Photos below. The dry rice and hardly any curry in that container for a whopping $16!
Never again!
Must come & try!!! Its our 1st time here & I must say everything was so delicious & to top it off I finally found a place that sells drunken noodles.
Great quality food, service and ambience.
Loved the drunken tiger salad and the noodle curry special entree! Great happy hour!
Ambience is great. Food is great. Su is a fantastic waitress
Great restaurant with a modern, elegant atmosphere. It's Thai food with an interesting twist and bold flavors. Definitely a great place for a date or a group of friends. The happy hour offerings are generous!
The cutest Thai restaurant I've ever been to! Wonderful environment. The sweetest most helpful waitress. And great food!!
Best Thai food in Houston. Service in on point, surroundings are lovely, and the food is delicious.
We was here on Friday, very pleased with everything. Return today and verify disappointed.
We order drink, the waiter only take 2 order out of 4. He also didn't take the order correctly. The order never came out because he didn't wrote it down. He didn't clean the table when we finished or asked if we need anything., the Pork satay was over cook and taste like beef jerky.
It was very disappointed tonight.
This is a second time to come.Everything is great!
Love the atmosphere and food. Very warm and welcoming and very sweet servers. Probably one of the cutest Thai places I’ve been to in the area. The happy hour is 5pm-7pm daily and all day Sunday. Would really recommend getting the $22 platter the satay and shrimp cake was good and I love how there were different side sauces for you to try. Would also recommend the house margarita and the Mai Tai if you are getting drinks off the happy hour menu! The Thai Thumbz Noodles was top tier the BEST!
Thai thumz is a hidden gem.Nice atmosphere and decent food. The staff were very friendly and were able to accommodate to our dietary restrictions (we are strict vegetarians, vegan). The ambience is very nice and soothing.
I recently visited a Thai food restaurant, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The atmosphere was inviting, with a warm, cozy ambiance that set the tone for a delicious meal. Our server Pyae - was very good & was very attentive was knowledgeable about the menu.
The food itself was exceptional. I started with the Tom Yum soup, which had the perfect balance of spicy, sour, and savory flavors. For the main course, I had the Pad Thai, which was cooked to perfection—tender noodles with just the right amount of sweetness, tang, and a hint of spice. The flavors were bold but not overwhelming, and every bite was a delight. Lots of vegetarian options to select from. We ordered papaya salad which my favorite on point ! We also got Veg Drunken Noodles & Basil Tofu . Overall, the meal was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere made it a truly enjoyable dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone craving high-quality, authentic Thai food.
Food was very good. Will be back
Good food and good service
Food was great, not too much salt. Portions were good for around 3-4 people to share one dish. Would come back again. Music was a bit too loud.
We loved the red curry and pad Thai noodles. So much flavor and great deal. Will definitely return again with my family
Fresh food, fresh flowers. Great music volume. Friendly staff. A relaxing experience. Easy parking too.
