Thai House is really solid! I got the Drunken Noodles with chicken and medium spice. Whenever I got to a new Thai restaurant, I usually will go with the Drunken Noodles and Thai House did not disappoint. When asked how much spice I wanted, the waiter informed me that the options were the following: no spice, mild, mild +, medium, medium +, hot. I usually got with medium so I figured why not go with the usual. The medium had a kick but personally, I’d go with medium + in the future. Medium spice wasn’t bad, but, I really like some good spice so I’d love to try a little spicy my next visit!

Eating right now and had to stop to write a review! Since going to Hawaii I'm always looking for a good Mai Tai and this is the closest I've found to Hawaii! The food is great and great design of the inside. Makes you feel comfortable!! Great portions too so make sure to walk around after🤣🤣My wife loves the bubble tea and the spice is right on point!! Great place and may be back for my birthday! Tell them Rodney sent you! Won't do anything but I've just always wanted to say that.

There wasn’t much flavor. My shrimp in my soup had tails on them, I had to call to make sure that wasn’t an accident and she said that they always do that unless you request the tail off. I’ve never heard of that so now I’m digging in my hot soup taking the tails off. Not worth the money at all.

The Green Curry Shrimp was delicious! I ordered it medium spicy and it had a nice kick. They also brought me some chili paste to increase the heat. I really enjoyed the dish and it came super fast.
The waiter was spot on as well, great service!

Ate lunch after visiting the new shop next door and the food was great! usually eat at Thai Ocha but this place gives it a run for the money! will be back!

Curries are fine, but the rice has been mealy and bad every time. The chicken satay I had today was rubbery and not flavorful. Stick with noodle dishes.

The food was exactly what I've come to expect of any good Thai restaurant, the service was quick and friendly, and my belly is full and happy. Service was quick. Waiter constantly checked to make sure we didn’t need or want anything. Menu looked good but the food tasted even better. Would definitely go back and try another entrée.

The Squid was a bit rubbery, and the Scallops were tiny, and I wanted more, but I'm sure they pay alot for such quality ingredients.

The atmosphere is very beautiful nice to cord good service although I clearly asked for no green peppers because I’m allergic they are still in there. My coworker told me that food tasted great, but unfortunately I had to go without lunch today due to time constraint. I do not know if I will try again.

I had placed a take out order and asked for pad thai with no egg. This was a last order for which I was asked to pick up in 20mins else they won’t give me my order. I was on time. When I started eating I see egg in my pad thai. I’m a vegetarian and eat no eggs and no meat. I had to run to get something last minute since Thai House got closed. I wish they had paid more attention to the details and not ruin the evening.

The food is great though sometimes the spice level is unpredictable.
The hours, much like everywhere else, are unreliable mostly due to staff shortages.

I met a friend here for lunch. It is midway between where she was (Ann Arbor) and where I was (Ferndale). We both loved our lunch. They have a lunch specials menu which we both decided to order from. I had the Pad Cashew with pork (medium spicy) with white rice and hot tea. My friend had Drunken Noodle (mild spicy) with tofu and iced tea. Each lunch also came with a small bowl of chicken with rice soup. Everything was delicious. The medium spicy had a good kick to it but not too spicy. Our server was wonderful. The food came pretty quickly after we ordered so if we had been in a hurry this would have still been a good place to come. We were in the mood to stay and talk for a while. They did not try to rush us. I would love to return when I'm in the area again.

Very Americanized Thai food. Boring, if you are familiar with more authentic Thai. Pleasant surroundings, the service was good. It wasn't crowded, they didn't mind us lingering and talking a bit.

Tried some vegetable options including basil fried rice and deep fried rolls. Loved it. And Joseph who helped us pick the items was awesome. Explained clearly with a lot of patience. Will go back soon to try other options.

Serve4 never asked about refills on drinks, which would have been appreciated. Other than that, possibly the best Thai food we ever had.

I ordered carry out through Uber Eats. It was my first time here and I will definitely be back! I ordered the chicken pad thai, granny smith salad, California roll, and spicy California roll. Everything was so fresh and tasted delicious! Highly recommend.

This is a hidden gem if you're looking for both Thai and sushi in the same restaurant. The atmosphere is great and modern, and the service was fast. I went for lunch and it was pretty empty, which I was surprised with how good the Thai food was!

Really good! Everytime! I wish they'd put more meat in the curry, if I had any complaint it would be that, but they offer additional for a fee... Awesome flavor, always get my order spot on.

Service was fast and the server was nice. However, the cost to quality and portion size just left me disappointed. There are places that are equally as good or better for a cheaper price. The sushi is the best example, small portion size and expensive. I know places where I can get a larger portion for MUCH cheaper and honestly more tasty.

Tried this place for the first time & am so impressed!! All the food was freshly made & is authentic! Have tried at different places but, thus one takes the cake!

We really enjoyed our food from Thai Basil. It was very authentic and the flavours were excellent. Unfortunately, Uber eats screwed something up which caused the delivery to be extremely late and cold. It was quite obvious to me that the fault was Uber, not the restaurant… and when I complained to Uber I pointed that out. In the future I will pick up the food myself and cut Uber out of it.

I was hired by Doordash to photograph these incredibly tasty dishes. I was able to taste the thai fried rices, tuna nigiri and crab rangoon. All 3 dishes were prepared very well and were a delight to my palate, I am always wary about sushi but I can tell you that their sushi is very fresh.
Tanya, the franchise owner is a great to work with and she boasts a brisk business. They will cater and deliver to you if you are outside the delivery app area. Now that is good service!
I highly recommend Tanya and her team for authentic and tasty thai food and their bubble tea. Yummy in my tummy!!

Just finished the Plymouth Art in the Park show! Our booth is always next to Thai Basil. (We sell our secret ingredient from our teaching restaurant... Canary Island Garlic Herb Olive Oils..a 200 year old family recipe) Every year we order Tofu Pad Thai, Basil Fried Rice, Spring Rolls...And they are always deeeeelish!. Great size, perfect spiciness, excellent seasoning, superb temp! 🥰😊🥰 Having owned a restaurant that won 13 Peoples choice awards...we are a tad bit picky lol. Thai Basil is always a Winner on our books!

This is the BEST Thai restaurant in the area. The thing I love the most about this place is the fact that most of their soups are vegetarian (if you get them without meat) and the pad thai is vegetarian when you leave out the egg. So many thai places use fish sauce in their pad thai and it makes me so happy that they don’t! Such a great restaurant for vegetarians and vegans. Beyond this, the food is so flavorful and satisfying!

Menu has no price which is fine but confusing. Good taste but vegetarian sushi were only ok and quite small.

The wait staff did not fill up our water cups after we asked him too, and slammed the water picture down on the table for us to do ourselves. We hadn't been rude to him beforehand, making this very uncalled for. We also were surprised when we got out bill because they had upped the prices of everything on the menu, and hadn't bothered to update us. Finally they added a 20% tip to the bill so I had no choice but to tip, after bad service.

The food is absolutely incredible and isthe perfect size for two, or one with some leftovers! Service is wonderful, the wait staff is always thorough kind and diligent while giving you plenty of space to enjoy your food.
The prices are great especially for the location, the size, and the quality!
We also enjoy some boba tea that was delicious and the options while not vast were great and allowed for a lot of options. If you like Boba a lot, I would not recommend the tapioca pearls as they are not consistently great, but the mango tea with mango boba is absolute heaven!

I love Thai basil, the food has never disappointed. However with some health issues I now have, I can no longer have all the spice 😔 the last few times I've ordered I asked for no spice, they repeated the order back to me.. however when I get home and dig in to the food, it was so spicy I couldn't eat it 😩 I would love to keep enjoying their food but at this point I'm just wasting my money with them messing up my orders repeatedly.

Stopped in Thai Basil's Plymouth location for a photoshoot. Tanya was incredibly friendly and accommodating! All the food smelled and looked amazing. I was able to sample the Shrimp Fried Rice and Las Vegas Rolls and both are delicious with just a hint of spice tantalizing the taste buds but not leaving your mouth burning hot. Very delicious and would definitely recommend!

Sushi rolls were tasteless and very small for the price. For 16.50, we should get more than 5 pieces in a roll. The other two rolls were way below par also. The rice for our Thai food was over cooked and pasty. When we called to express our disappointment, we were told that the rolls were small because they consolidate the ingredients into a shorter roll. They also said that the prices were high because they are located in downtown Plymouth. So it is acceptable to charge more for half the food just because your building is in downtown Plymouth? That gives the restaurant permission to rip people off?
We usually go to Kabuki and Thai Basil’s rolls were so much smaller. We usually get 10-12 pieces per roll at Kubuki and they are the same thickness as Thai Basil’s rolls. Will not go back to Thai Basil Plymouth.
