A few months ago I would have given them all 5 stars, but lately they have had nothing but attitudes and extremely rude and messing app orders. But overall food is good.

I’m addicted to their food. I eat here at least once a week. But could easily eat here every other night if I wasn’t trying to control myself. Their crab cheese( crab ragoons) are absolutely the best I e had my entire life. I personally love the sesame chicken but also the chicken pad Thai is amazing. I came in five minutes before closing which I hate doing because I’m also a cook but the service was still with a smile which is hard to find at any place any time of the day. All in all the place is a local treasure and should be treated as such. If you’ve never been definitely try them out it’s the best Thai food you’ll probably ever eat.

I failed to take pictures of the most beautiful and delicious Thai food I have ever had. I ordered the Patani and wow! The flavors and visual appeal were outstanding. My husband had the Pa Nang. Again, outstanding. Highly recommend!

I'm always nervous to try new thai food. I love sew ew from thai places. It was actually delicious!!! Glad to actually have a good thai place nearby. Thw sew ew was absolutely delicious, only thing it had a strange pepper after taste that I haven't tasted getting the same dish from other places . But overall great!

This is my favourite Thai place in the area. Both locations are great! I wish they offered full-service dine-in because I don’t always want to bring food home. There are tables to eat there, but you have to eat out of your to-go containers.

Do not get the egg rolls. They should be called rice egg rolls because that’s all I got was rice inside of it, with just a hint of corned beef.

This was my first time there, and I was very surprised how good their food was. The portions are very big and the flavor is amazing. I’m just sorry they are so far from my house but next time I’m in the neighborhood I will definitely stop in. I highly recommend it.

Pretty average. Nothing special. The lo mein was filled with way too much sauce , almost soupy. The egg rolls are average at best. It’s ok for a fast lunch or dinner but nothing to brag about. The inside of the restaurant is lame with old used chairs and tables , not very spacious. There’s kids working there so service is also average at best.

Ordered a cheesy rice with shrimp, got home and noticed I was given a dish with noodles. Called back right away and very politely explained the situation and was told no that is what you ordered no exchanges. Apparently I ordered something I didn’t even know existed. Poor customer service. I never even implied that I wanted a refund or exchange. Clearly their mistake they didn’t want to own up to. Beware.

Ordered Pad thai with shrimp and spring rolls. Got 4 tiny shrimp in a plate full of noodles no veggies. Instead of spring rolls I got dumplings fried so hard I can't tell what's inside. My first and last visit for me. Very disappointing 😞.

Ok so I've been going to von Thai since the 1st day of opening the location. Never had a issue until today. Order low mein noodles and they gave me udon noodles. I call and told what we ordered and they stated we couldn't bring it back. I explained to her it's not what we order so how is that our fault. She stated they ran out of low mein noodles yesterday after I explained to her there is a different in the noodles. She agreed but still said we can't return. I will never spend another $ with them.

So, finding this place was a full god send. I have been an active Thai food consumer on the upwards part of the last 12 years. Sadly, I started to develop stomach issues due to my lactose intolerance. This led me down an unfortunate path. A path that did not include the amazing ness of Thai cuisine. But then, unlike the Avatar, Von Thai appeared in my life when I needed them the most. They popped up with some of the best vegan curry I’ve ever had in my life. My love for Thai food has officially been reignited and I have the up most gratitude for the greatness that’s being created out of that kitchen. Perfecting the art of finesse is not easy and Von Thai has done just that. 1000 stars!

I went off the reviews on here and unfortunately I’m disappointed. I ordered the pad prik which was only veggies and barely any beef also way to bland. The drunken noodles was also bland with no seasoning beside soy sauce I feel like and the corn beef egg roll nearly put me out of my misery.

Just simply fantastic tasting cuisine that you'll be back for. Delicious and reasonable prices too.

For about the last year or so I have been eating here and goodness, when I tell you they have the BEST chicken, I mean it. I don't know what it is about their sesame chicken but they truly have the greatest chicken to breading ratio I have ever had from take out, and there is something about the way it's cut, i dont know, its just perfect. Crunchy, chewy, saucy, its wonderful. Their drunken noodle is also amazing, along with their tom yum soup. Every dish I have had has excelled in comparison to any other take out place I have ever had. They have awesome vegetarian options as well, and the staff has always been super friendly, and the prices are great for the amount of food you get. They give you your food in these super awesome reusable containers that are also microwavable. I mean really, this place cannot be beat. We order here at least twice a month and have never been disappointed.

The best Thai around

I ordered chicken Pad Thai mild when I got home it was so hot that I could not even eat it I called the lady and she started screaming at me saying that she remembers me. Now I've only went there three times and I ordered almond chicken one time then I ordered the chicken Pad Thai and it was fine. I asked the lady if she could replace it because I could not eat it she told me bring it in and I'll wash it off well if you just wash it off I'm just ordering noodles and chicken. I thought the customer was always right. I will not go back to a restaurant where they're screaming at me or will not fix my order.

Sign says best chicken fried rice and it tells no lies!!!! I didn’t even know I liked chicken fried rice. Now I eat it 3-4 times a day. Extra hot is just perfect.

Great place to get Thai take out. Has easily become our favorite place to get thai take out that is close. The staff is super friendly and don't mess around. Our food has always been spot on and delicious, as well as having generous portions that allow you to have two meals almost.

I’ve been here twice and the first time they forgot my chicken 🙄 but it was actually delicious so I was fine with the vegetable flamin noodles.. This time I got the Lo mein noodles with sweet soya sauce and chicken and it is delicious . A nice amount of chicken and broccoli.. I love it 🥰 oh and the spring rolls are pretty good too.

My son recently moved in this area and we decided to stop by and try it. Excellent Vegetable Curry and my husband loved the Chicken Pad Thai. We will definitely be going back to try more dishes!

This was my first time trying this restaurant. It was recommended by a co-worker. I order Pad Thai medium spice because the person on the phone stated that medium is considered hot. I wasn’t satisfied with my food because the noodles was sticking together; it wasn’t spicy and didn’t have a good taste overall. I probably won’t try them again.

Over priced for the portions and not worth it for the taste.

They have two locations both located on 10 Mile and they have a policy that doesn't allow you to order at one location if you've accidentally ordered it at the other location they insist you going to pick it up at the other location regardless of your circumstance.
I was on lunch break and asked if they could just make the food at their location instead so that I wouldn't have to drive all the way to East point for my food but they said they couldn't do that.

The food was delicious!! We ordered udon noodles shrimp and chicken. The shrimp pieces were not little! It Was fantastic. And we order drunken noodle with no spice for my kids with chicken. They loved it. The crab fried wontons were the best I ever had! The spring rolls we are also a hit for my kids. We will be ordering from here again.

I don't really care for their Pad Thai, it was too sweet to my liking and too much sauce. Thai Smile is much better plus they half n half portions. I'm giving a 3 star because I haven't tried their other menu options.

My favorite Thai restaurant in the Eastpointe area and highly recommend stopping in. The corned beef egg roll may sound like a gimmick, but it is VERY good and always sells out quickly. Spice level can run a little hot fur curry dishes and the fried rice so you may need to adjust accordingly.

It's Friday and went to pick up lunch for the office the sesame chicken was recommended so we got a ton of that it was delicious 🤤 so was the drunken noodles the soup was weird 🤣 they took hot and sour and added we think beef barley even had barley's and chunks of beef rarely weirdest thing is she changed the menu price on us said it was because she gave us alot of chicken

I was racially profiled by the owner daughters for trying to use the restroom the food was fine but who ever she is need to be checked she told us no one was in the restroom and to go in the front then once she realized we already order she also provided poor customer service.

Prices and food quality are unbeatable around here. I've had multiple dishes and they were all amazing. A bonus is if you like Chinese you'll appreciate their spin on dishes like sesame chicken. It's fried but not too much like Chinese places normally do. I love this place.

I spent $60 on food for 3 which I knew was overpriced, and on top of that the food was burnt and scalded. The Lady at the front desk has a really bad attitude, I never once saw her smile. When the place first open they were geared towards customer service, now you can tell they are about giving you terrible food for more money. I have a family of 6 and we will not come back here again, too many thai food places around to accept this treatment.

Like the place alot but just seems like it's not consistent with the spices. used to get medium had the right amount of spice then went to no spice at all then started to get medium + was good then got to hot so I switched back to medium not spice at all. Assuming different cook they should have it measured. Debating on tossing it

It's a no for me. Got some curry noodles thinking they'd hold up to Thai Kitchen's but I was soooooo disappointed. There was very little sauce and it certainly wasn't a good curry flavor. Plus it was SALTY!!! Yuck!!!

Ordered some chicken pad Thai and it was OK. It was very Saucey and VERY sweet. This is the only place I’ve had pad Thai where it basically tasted like barbecue sauce and I just wasn’t for it. Other than that it would have been fine, came with a lot and such.

This place used to be really good and awesome corned beef egg rolls. Now the recipes must have changed the soup is now spicy, which is great if you can handle the heat. Unfortunately I cannot. Also the egg rolls are half the size they used to be with very little meat in them. Still taste ok but nothing to write home about. Disappointed.

I just picked up my order about a half hour ago and my husband had ordered the Thai Peanut medium heat and when I got it home he opened it and it looked like soup and had no spice and the peanut flavor was over powering and couldn’t taste the ginger. He couldn’t eat anymore of it so he just picked the chicken out of it and ate that.

Went here because of reviews. WRONG! Food was Hot, Food taste, was not!!! Portions were below average. Tom Yum $3.95 for cup of sour water. Fry Pinky rice some spice with no taste but cooked rice. Someone mentioned best around? They haven't been to Pho Thai in Madison Heights on Dequindre . That is a Thai Food Place!!! Von Thai, I don't think we will be back. $$$$ for what it is.

Our favorite Thai restaurant in the area. Closest tastes to authentic dishes in country. Whenever we're missing the tastes of Chiang Mai we place an order here and the tastes will transport us back to those hot and humid mountains we love. I would recommend the Tom Yum or Tom Kha to start as those soups are fantastic. The curry dishes are great and the Mussaman Curry is very rich. They have a spicy ramen dish on special which is great but warning it can get pretty hot. Highly recommend this place for those looking for authentic Thai that far outshines the likes of Sy Thai.
