I ordered Crab Rangoon for an appetizer and Chicken Panang Curry. I didn’t care for the Crab Rangoon dipping sauce (tasted plain) but the curry was flavorful and you can choose the spiciness level. My server Reeba was very nice.

We were there during a bowl football game and they were nice enough to put the game on and even turned up the volume for us. The peanut curry is amazing! Affordable too, can’t go wrong here.

Oh my goodness... what an amazing restaurant! We first came a week ago and had a very nice gentlemen as our waiter. We told him we had never had Thai food before and he answered our questions AND gave recommendations. We came here AGAIN not even a week later because it was so good and had Analeise as our waitress- she is amazing, too! The food was so flavorful and delicious- I am blown away. I highly recommend giving this place a shot! Worth every penny and definitely my new favorite spot in Cedar Springs! We weren't sure what to expect when we pulled in and there were no customers. We wanted to try new food so decided to give Jasmine Thai a shot. We are SO glad we did. The food was very good and packed with flavor. The crab rangoons were really good, and whatever the clear dipping sauce was was really good as well. We both had Pad Thai as our meal. I went for the peanut pad Thai with chicken and you can choose your spice level (1-10). I chose a 7 and it was PERFECT. He offered to bring more spice to the table also, but it really was perfect. We will definitely be returning. This place is seriously a hidden gem and more people should give them a shot. 10/10.

Outstanding Thai restaurant.. authentic Thai that offers dine in and carry out. Try the crab ragoon! quiet and very clean and the staff sincerely wants to make your experience great. Not too busy so getting in and out was easy. Fried rice was also delicious

Man, I'm super bummed that I didn't like this place. I recently moved from Sparta, where I often ordered from the local Chinese takeout. This place is nearby our new home and offers a few similar dishes. My husband & I ordered the General Tso's and I've never been so confused by the flavor choices for this dish. The sauce genuinely tasted like it's made from sweet barbecue sauce and ketchup? No hint of red chili or the consistency I've come to expect from several other restaurants serving this. A spice rating wasn't required on this dish so I didn't make a selection and maybe thats where I made my mistake? Crab Ragoons were okay, nothing to write home about. Food was ready fast and service was kind, but almost $40 for disappointing food feels bad 😞.

Food was average. Service was extremely slow/poor and inside of restaurant could use some cleaning.

My friend and I want to try and have dinner here last night... our waitress had a half of a shirt on. We ordered drinks and she brought those and menus to the table. Disappeared for 5 minutes dropped of the bill to the table behind us. Look dead at us and walked away. Went to drop a bill at the table across from us dropped another bill off. Looked dead at us and walked away again. We then walked out after 20 minutes. This was and hour and a half before closing

Haven't dined in yet but the food and customer service is great. Ask them to thicken their curry, I promise you won't regret it 👍👍👍

Yaki soba smelled rotten, couldn't even eat any of it, I drive over 30 minutes and have been here multiple times and it was such a waste to go. Noodles were soggy almost to the point of falling apart. Smelled inedible and had to throw the while thing away right after driving 30 minutes back home. Very disappointed, service is always nice but you can't make up bad food with good service. Way too expensive to just be wasted. Was a loyal customer, don't know if I'll be returning now.

Food is great, beware ordering online, more often than not you get home 20 minutes away to find your entire order not there or incorrect. I've tried sending a private message to address this in the past to no response so I guess it's my duty to warn all potential buyers.

I travel a lot for work and thai food is often my dinner of choice. Of all the places I've tried, this one has probably been the most expensive and has definitely been the most disappointing. The pad thai was completely inedible. The tamarind sauce taste more like a sweet ketchup. It was disgusting and completely overpowered every ingredient in the dish.

I ordered food for pickup. When I got home I realized they had not correctly packed our order. I spoke with the owner and they went out of their way to correct the issue. The food is always fantastic and the service speaks for itself. Highly recommend.

What good is your take out menu without any prices

Where do I start... I ordered food for 6 . Came to almost 120 bucks. The hot n sour soup was watered down so bad I thought I was sipping mud water with raw vegetables. 6.25 plus tax for one cup of this watered down soup. Very bad soup. I got orange chicken for almost 29 bucks which was 2 orders but it wasn't nothing but some deep fried chkn nuggets with sweet n sour sauce with pineapple but no broccoli and I see in their menu broccoli so I got ripped off on those. I also ordered 15 ragoons n as they show in their images some sweet n sour sauce but the female Jade who was handling my purchase said that they only do some mint dip. That was bizarre because they literally advertised sweet n sour sauce. The vegetable lomein was made with spaghetti noodles. Was not real lomein. Noodles in lomein should be soft n saturated but not drowning in watered down soy as my family received. N pepper steak was requested n Jade assured some dish that was relative the same but it was a small portion just five slivers of beef sitting on cabbage n chives. It was nothing like what I asked for. No green pepper or onion . She also gave me less then a teaspoon of chilli on the side even though I had ordered 6 different dishes. The shrimp fried rice I never tried. the vegetable fried rice I did but it wasn't fried. It was just really disappointing. I think the cook is trying but those spaghetti noodles are not fooling your customers and that should quit. It's a little insulting to trick customers into made up dishes with random pastas. If any one eats here good luck. The pictures look good but compared to what i got I missed out on 8 dollars in broccoli and the lomein was crazy so I lost about 22 bucks and I tipped but I guess tipping doesn't mean quality garunteement. I kept my receipt n feel like I'd like to have a talk because I see good reviews n feel baffled by my experience as other reviews share the same concerns.

Ive had good thai, ive had great thai...this is beyond garbage. I could swear so badly on here because of how angry I am. We ordered orange chicken. Yakisoba, cashew chicken and peanut pad thai. First of all it is expensive as hell. Horribly priced.
Secondly EVERYTHING was soup. Cashew chicken was cashew soup without hardly any chicken. Yakisoba was also soup with overcooked noodles and ZERO flavor. The orange chicken was vreaded chicken in a to go box with sauce on the side. They dont even wok their chicken in its flavoring!!! I couldve bought a deozen badlg and dipped my own chicken in a la choy orange sauce!!! The pad thai tastes like asian spaghetti.

Seriously I have never paid so much for such horrible food.

Add to that the messy disorganized resturant.

I rate this place one star solely because of the service. Food was amazing! But lord the girl that served us today was terrible.

Im a server myself and I’d be embarrassed if I treated someone how we were treated. First what threw me off was how cold she greeted us compared to others around us then when it came to taking our order everyone who came in even after us had their order taken before ours. Not a huge thing, but then even our food arrived after someone who came in after we placed our order had even gotten their food. Then we waited so long we ended up having to get up and ask for boxes and a check which frankly we should NOT have had to do.

The only thing different about us compared to other patrons was the fact my boyfriend is mexican. If that was the issue she should really keep her personal feelings out of a PUBLIC service job.

It was located in a nice area the inside had a good vibe and great food. I will be going back soon

I have had these before from a couple other places which they are called Spring Rolls .
These Fresh Rolls have cilantro in them which doesn't accent the other ingredients, mint would be better. The peanut sauce taste like broken down peanut butter and the taste is too strong for the ingredients that make up the Fresh
Roll. The staff was friendly as well but watch out what they are charging you for. I was almost charged xtra from the protein that I chose to have in my Fresh Roll.

Pho is decent if they could get a two dish takeout order correct. Ordered Pad Thai and a meatball Pho.
Got home and the pho order was lacking the lime, Thai basil, bean sprouts etc. that you need to have a proper pho. Tried to call them up to complain. They listed 3 numbers. The first said I couldn't leave a msg.
asp the voicemail wasn't set up. The 2nd was disconnected and the 3rd had some guy mumbling very quietly about taking a msg.
It's ridiculous that you can't contact the place by phone.
This is the 2nd time I've had an incomplete takeout order.
Be advised,check your order before you leave. It's not rocket science to properly fill a two item order.

Big fan of Jasmine Thai. I moved back to Michigan after living in Seattle for nearly a decade. The food scene is not as diverse here so it was great to find Jasmine Thai in the middle of the gastro/burger pub scene in GR. The menu is huge and they nail every dish. From Pad Thai to Curry to Pho (especially the Pho), you cannot go wrong. The staff is incredibly friendly and always welcoming to my young family. Give Jasmine Thai a go if you're looking for GOOD flavor.

This is the second time I've eaten there and they just don't disappoint! Between the friendly helpful service, who takes the time with their guests, the awesome flavors and menu variety to pick from, as well as the amount that you get so you have plenty to eat later, I'd have to say this is one of my favorite Thai restaurants I've had the pleasure of visiting.

I wasn't expecting much but the pho was surprisingly good. Crushed the whole bowl. Broth was good. The basil wasn't the freshest but still good. The shaved beef looked a bit odd so I didn't eat it.

The flavor of the food is amazing!! I had the green curry salmon, Rangoons and mango sticky rice for desert. Very friendly staff. The owner Jasmine is beautiful and very kind! I highly recommend trying this place out!!!

Pretty damn good

The food itself can be hit-or-miss, but usually, it's a hit. Often find items 86ed, currently unavailable or no longer serving. I don't find this much of a challenge most places but here it seems to clutter up the menu, makes order take-out unnecessarily difficult at times and an annoyance if you are craving something.

It's still worth the visit. If they don't have what you were craving, venture into a new experience and try something else.

I can’t comment on service or atmosphere—my relative ordered and picked up take out. We had Pad Thai and Peanut Pad Thai. The sauce on the peanut pad Thai was overwhelmingly sweet. It actually turned my stomach. The pad Thai was not very good, either—kind of flavorless.

The food is usually decent, although, 2 times in a row I have ordered take out and gotten the wrong meal entirely. Today I even had to go back to the get my drunken noodles that they forgot...got home for the second time and it was STILL wrong, I got Yaki Soba instead of Drunken Noodles.
I had also ordered 2 fried rice meals with a very high spice level and both were not spicy at all. Looked at the boxes to make sure and we got a 0 spice instead of a 10. Wish I could say it was better because I love Thai food and love that it is so close to home...but I like to get what I actually pay for. Maybe the in house experience is better...but, not sure if I will be ordering here again.

If you are used to and enjoy the Thai food in West MI, this is not the same!!! No refunds allowed!!!

Please do not spend $50 on take out here the first time you try it. If you don't like the food, you can't get even a partial refund. Don't be like me after this experience...broke and without dinner for my family.

Here's what we ordered (no pics because we immediately returned all food):
Side mama noodles: don't pay $4.50 for plain ramen noodles. Menu online didn't describe this dish. I would charge maybe $2.50 for this.

Spicy Thai Steak ($15): cheap steak, small portion. I would compare this to the quality and taste of a low-budget buffet with the price of a higher quality restaurant. I was expecting larger pieces of steak.

Pad thai w/peanut sauce ($14): large portions, but, unfortunately, worst pad thai I've ever tasted. Tasted like ketchup and was soupy! But I think they may use a red pad thai sauce rather than the clear or brown sauce that many in GR use...which is fine. (Duck pad thai with red sauce from Northwest Arkansas was the best I've ever had.) Just doesn't taste good with peanut sauce added! Again, poor descriptions online led me down this path.

Fresh rolls: decent enough. 3/5.

The guy said he didn't want to refund because it took a lot of time (20 min) to make. It was the poor customer service and lack of adequate resolution for me.

I will end with this: There are different variations of Thai food just like there are different US foods (soul food, tex mex, NY style pizza). I think this style is different from many of the other local West MI Thai restaurants...which isn't a bad thing.

Some of the best peanut curry I've ever had. Granted I've only had peanut curry from two different places and don't know much about Thai food, but it was delicious.

I ordered pad Thai and I’m more accustomed to the Detroit style Thai restaurants, this pad Thai tastes like it has a ketchup base and I’m not a fan of that style. I also ordered pad sew ew it was also ok but not what I’ve come to expect from Thai that I get In Detroit. I had the chicken satay that peanut sauce was delicious but the chicken was thin and dry. I ordered fresh rolls and they used Basel and mint vs cilantro I definitely prefer cilantro but that’s just a preference other than that they were delicious. I ordered the Tom yum soup it was delicious. I also ordered the crab Rangoon and they were ok but not very full of filling. Overall it was ok but I think I’m just doomed as far as trying to find Thai food anywhere outside of the Detroit area that’s extremely good.

Was in Cedar Springs today on a site visit, was lunchtime when leaving and I saw this restaurant in a mini mall and stopped in. I chose Rangoon and they were delicious cheesy and creamy with wonderfully crispy edges. Will definitely go back to try more.

The food was the worst Thai food I have ever eaten and I love Asian food. The service was just okay. The atmosphere was just ok. I would not recommend going here. The cost for 2 people was over $50.00 for 2 coffee and 2 terrible meals. Buyer beware.

Went here today and will not be back! My mom ordered crispy pad thai w/ shrimp, she said it tasted like ketchup, I tried hers and could not even swallow it, I spit it out, tasted like dog food! I ordered curry fried rice with shrimp, shrimp were rubbery with no flavor, rice was lacking flavor also. Usually Thai is very flavorful and we love it. What a waste of $$$.

Tried this place for the first time over the weekend, it was AWESOME. The food is delicious, fresh, and clean. All around on point! The owner is very friendly and you can tell it’s run by good people.

I would drive to downtown GR for solid Thai food, but now I know this place exists much closer to home, I’ll be making this my regular spot. Highly recommend.

we had a really nice meal at an off time late on a Sunday evening. Our server Aneliz was great. The spring rolls were quite delightful, the soup was flavorful and delicious, though the chicken was a bit overcooked. Still really excellent. Drunken noodles were also quite well prepared and flavorful, honestly a bit oily, and not the best noodles, but really still a fantastic experience eating the whole dish. Nice fresh crunchy vegetables, nicely prepared tofu. I mean I can pick anything here :-) overall would definitely return and was happy for a small town Thai place on a Sunday evening that's for sure!

I absolutely love this small town Thai restaurant. They make food that is not mass produced and tastes like a grandma from Thailand made it. The spice is not too hot even at 10 (if you want Thailand hot just ask them to make it the way they like it). They seem to employee local high schoolers so that's nice they are involved in the community. I have tried a bunch of different dishes and sure some are just not my taste, but they were all prepared well. I hope they will get delivery service soon.

First time visitor. I kept seeing it on Fb and we recently moved to Cedar Springs and what a fantastic little place! I got take out of the lunch buffet and was impressed with the selection, choices and freshness. they even have fresh fruit! Soups Soups and your drink is included. the food was delicious and they even let me have a soup container to keep my spring rolls in to keep them from being soggy . the women was so nice and polite and 2 other employees asked me if I needed anything at all! highly recommend going here. we plan to eat at the restaurant soon and if they ever did a dinner buffet, we would try it often! I work during during times the lunch buffet buffet open so it'll bebe rare treat but I'm so happy it is available and will be having it again soon. it tasted delicious and all my choices were fresh and great tasting. also the white rice was cooked perfectly!! give this place a try!! They have Boba and ice cream too!!

Terrible. Ordered lomein takeout and there was a pool of grease at the bottom. Not authentic either, noodles looked like spaghetti and there was hardly any vegetables or other toppings. Save yourself some money and a gut ache. Writing this review on the toilet 👎

I have been meaning to share a review. I love this place so much. If it’s your first time definitely go lower on the spice level. I always get a one and it’s still spicy but it’s so good. I did get lo mein once and I wasn’t a fan it tasted like spaghetti noodles with a light sauce on it. All of their Thai dishes are great though!

Seriously the best Asian food in Michigan. If you haven't tried it, you are missing out. Try the red curry, Mongolian stir fry and Thai fried rice.

Thai Jasmine Restaurant needs ALOT of improvement. I wish I had read through the reviews to know that they are using the star rating from Main Street (previous restaurant) to boost their ratings. It also would have prevented me from even trying this restaurant. 2 out of 3 dishes were poor in quality and execution. Staff needs training in customer service as the female employee was unfriendly/rushed when we attempted to interact with questions about the dishes. We ordered 3 dishes. Only 1 dish, the Massaman Curry with chicken, was flavorful and worth the money charged. The other two dishes were disappointing. Dish 2: Mango fried-rice with chicken and added shrimp (6- overcooked/unseasoned shrimp for an additional cost of $3.50), was completely mush (see photos) and surprisingly flavorless for a such a common and popular Thai dish. It was definitely not worth $17.35! Dish 3: Yaki Soba noodles with beef (up-charged $1) was dry and also lacked dimensions of flavor you expect from Thai food and the beef lacked seasoning and was pale in color (you eat with your eyes). We actually made additional sauce to add to the noodles to make it palatable. I feel sad for the gentleman that assisted us at pick up as he seemed genuinely interested in how his customers were attended but the female employee was disagreeable to put it nicely. I gave 3 stars because the curry dish was very good but the restaurant cannot be given a higher rating until they can deliver all of their food at a quality equal to the prices they are charging. Notes to the chef: please add some more flavor to the Yaki Soba and Mango Fried-rice dishes and it is paramount that you don't start with overcooked rice when making your fried-rice dishes. I am giving you lots of praise for the Massaman Curry. It was well prepared, had multi-dimensional flavors, and your spice level was on point!

A hidden gem! The restaurant is very unassuming but the taste is amazing!! The food is always hot, well flavored and cooked extremely well. Veggies are never over cooked or mushy and meat selection is above par. Also love that they have a cooked to your level of spice option!

Definitely recommend. Food is really good, and the service couldn’t be better. Really nice and professional staff.

They also carry a large selection of hard serve ice-cream. Perfect stop when on a bike ride on the white pine trail to grab some ice cream in the summer! Really good deals too… priced better than the ice cream store.

They also have an outdoor seating area with 4 tables.

It was my first Thai experience

Not sure what they are doing here, but they are definitely not cooking good food. Service is excellent, but the flavor of the Pad Thai was strong ketchup or bbq sauce and so overwhelming I couldn't eat it! Thought about walking out, but didn't want to create a scene. When I went to pay, I had sticker shock from the upcharges not reflected in the menu. When asked how my food was, I paused and the staff said they wished they had told me ahead of time not to order it. The staff not recommending the food speaks volumes about the poor quality and flavor. Wish I could have a refund. No doubt the business will generate a positive deniable reply to this review which is probably expected. After all they are stealing credit for the reviews of the previous business which is why we were confused and thought it was a Mexican restaurant.

Very sad paying 46 dollars for The very worst general tso I have ever had. Most of the chicken was not breaded and ones that were, the breading was gooey. The sauce had taste of ketchup with a lot of red pepper.

First time here. The wife and myself tried rice dishes. My wife had Hawaiian rice and I had the Bacon fried rice with chicken wings as an appetizer, totally delicious, good wait staff too for an early evening Sunday dinner. Suggest you try this restaurant out, located at the stoplight of main street and 17 mile road - YUM!!!

I'll be honest some dishes are alright but a lot of them an be very lack luster onions in noodle dishes often come out undercooked and sometimes cold. They use spaghetti noodles for both their low mein and their yakisoba. This wouldn't be so bad if they didn't cook the noodles to mush. As far as I can tell they also use the same sauce for both their low mein and their yakisoba which is disappointing. I really want to like this place but there's a lot of things that are just not right. I will say this though their appetizers are perfect I haven't had a single one I didn't like. Staff can also be a little unprofessional as when we were in the restaurant recently my fiance and I overheard a waitress bad mouthing and complaining about a customer who didn't leave a tip. Overall it's a place I want to love as the atmosphere inside is amazing. But the overall cost of the food and the hit or miss entrees make this place one that I honestly try to avoid as I don't feel that the price they charge at least for their noodle dishes is fair based on the over all quality. That being said I'm very open to changing this review if they are able to bring the over all quality of the dishes up.

Today is their grand opening so everything are a bit slow but overall it's good, their foods are fresh and the waitress are really nice and friendly.

Highly recommend the veggie rolls! The online ordering was very easy.

Mother's Day lunch, delicious!

First time at Main Street . Impressed with my first order. Pad Thai is a simple dish not an easy dish to get right but they did. Great flavor with good mix of nuts , etc. The Red Curry was exceptional. My Gravy noodles was really good! We’ll be back. Nice to something other then burgers and pizza for take out!

Just incredible. The food is made with fresh ingredients, culture, and love. Menu is full with plenty of options including boba! The owners are personable and their staff is clearly close knit, creating a family centric environment. 💕

While I didn’t actually dine in, the restaurant itself was pleasant. I was greeted and was able to pick up all of my food and drinks quickly. In the future we will be trying dine in.

The online ordering experience was quick and easy to understand; after you pick your item, depending on what it is, you can choose anything from the kind of proteins you want, extra veggies or sauce, the spice level (on a scale of 0 to 10) and make comments on something specific you need; from what I can tell, the vast majority of the menu can be ordered as gluten free or vegan, which is wonderful for those of us with dietary needs. My only gripe is when I tried checking out, I qualified for a free item; it wasn’t exactly clear on how I was supposed to choose it, so perhaps that could be something to address in the future? Other than that, I think the website is fantastic.

We ordered the Fresh Rolls, Gyoza, Chicken Lo Mien (spice level 1), Orange Chicken (spice level 1), the Massaman Curry (spice level 5), Mango Iced Boba, Strawberry Iced Boba and for the free item, we got Crab Chips (which remind of pork rinds).

All of the food was hot and drinks were cold even after my 20 minute drive home and everything exceeded our expectations. Everything was delicious and if I were to have one complaint, it would be that I wish that on the spice scale that it gave an example or a face on how hot it would be; my family are not into spicy foods but I am and on my next trip I will be jumping to a 10 on my personal dishes.

Overall, this is a wonderful restaurant that I hope stays around for the long haul. Not only is there a friendly staff in a great location with something unique to offer (an awesome Thai restaurant in rural Michigan!? Yes!) but they are conscientious of dietary needs of others and it makes this a great place for vegetarians, vegans and gluten free people to enjoy with worries. I plan on frequenting this place more often in the future now that I’ve discovered it; I encourage you to do the same.

Husband had drunken noodles with pork and a bowl of hot and sour soup. I had the cashew chicken dish served with rice and a bowl of hot & sour oup. I haven't had such good Asian cuisine in years! The food is freshly prepared and delicious! I recommend this to everyone!!

Ordered General Tso chicken. Sauce wasn't right. Didn't recieve rice for my entree. Also disappointed by the "Mama" noodles. For the price I paid, I was expecting a little more than basically an unseasoned block of ramen noodles.

Best Thai food I've had yet. I have had many different items and none of them have disappointed! Will continue to get food from here all the time.
