Billy Tse, a Chinese restaurant, made my Christmas meal quite enjoyable. I visited today, and I was impressed with how quickly the delicious food was served, even on a busy holiday. The place was bustling with activity, catering to pickup, delivery, and dine-in customers. Billy Tse offers a unique and delightful Chinese cuisine experience that sets it apart from other options. I mean the undercooked chicken and egg rolls, it’s actually cold to the touch! Legit cold, not warm, cold! I paid $100 and now what can I do? (Edit: I tried to go back for a refund but you can’t get near the door) These places are going to be swarmed. I have a family that’s not having a New Years Chinese dinner because people just don’t want to do their job any more. Can I also add, this isn’t the place it used to be! It’s like a bait and switch. When you are on the internet, you click on Billy Tse Revere, then you order and it’s a different business, Billy C’s! Also there’s a picture in a review below of some lo mein and it’s crazy different than what I was given. And, how does the grease on the ribs solidify before you even get home, the next city over?

Went there on a weekday ordered rainbow sushi, shimp lo main, and rab rangoon. Fish wasn't fresh at all in the sushi and pieces were small, lo main was too grease, got a hair and a litle piece of what seems a litle piece of metal of the stainless steel scrubber to wash dishes so disappointing! So glad don't have kids with me, so scary if they swallow that.
It was just one person serving tables and all of that, told him, but he didn't care that much. Won't be coming back again due tp that experience and I don't recommend the place to anyone. You can definitely find a better place for the same or better price.

I’ve been going here since 1996, I have never gone anywhere else but for the past few years the food is getting worse and worse and the prices are going higher and higher. I’m very disappointed cause I don’t order $20, my orders are over $100 always and to keep getting food that is disgusting it’s disappointing. My take out pupu platter order is soggy and oily. The rice is over cooked, the noodles and beef teriyaki have no flavors. The chow mein is so bland and disgusting. I don’t understand what happened to Billy Tse. I used to tell everyone to go here but I don’t anymore. It’s time to find another Chinese restaurant cause I won’t keep wasting my money on Billy Tse, and I’m sad cause I’ve been a long time customer.

Husband and I have been happily visiting here since 2011! Love the people (Laurie, Kenny & Anna), the food and the Mai Tai’s- Seriously has ruined all other Chinese places for me! ❤️ Sushi was a wonderful addition to the already mega delicious menu. If you get the chance to try the lobster gai poo mein….DO IT! We look forward to many more cheers at Billy Tse-Revere! 🍹

I tried to use a visa gift card. They would not take it there was 50$ on it the person said they do not take gift cards . According to visa gift cards if you take visa it is valid

The food was fine. It’s your ordinary American chinese food and also sushi. The ambiance was also mediocre. They have a nice decent size room with a good amount of tables. What impressed me was the service. The food came out within minutes after giving the server our order. They were also very attentive to empty plates on the table to refilling our drinks when they were getting low.

Enjoyed this place when we were in Boston to visit friends went there and we had a blast of delicious food

One of my favorite Chinese restaurants around the North Shore.

I’ve eaten here several times and have always liked the place. However after eating the wings & beef fried rice my husband started puking shortly after. When I called them to notify them that there was a problem, they denied it was them and kept fighting me. I didn’t ask for a refund or anything. I was telling them that their food was bad and something was wrong with specially those 2 orders (I ordered other stuff which was fine, I didn’t get sick.) The response was terrible. Treat your customers better and take this seriously!!! I spent over $55 on takeout and have been a repeat customer, I would think that you would have the decency to take it seriously when your customer tells you they got food poisoning. Last time eating here.

Great food, only thing I dislike is parking situation. There's only parking for about 5 or 6 cars in front of restaurant.

SOME OF THE WORST FOOD I EVER ATE.....Order over $60.00 worth of food...The main dish had the chicken which smelled old and racid...It still had oily skin pieces coated around the the chicken..it was scraps of pounded white meat...The sauce was so sour in the dish I had to throw the whole thing out..The fried rice was so overcooked it tasted like mush..I am a full time cook and was shocked at the quality of the food..Not eatable..Called the owner..who said it wasn't his problem,,they have a new cook..Ten hung up..This business was bought from the old owners last year and don't care about the quality..Alot of money and a terrible experience..

When used to order from them during our stay in Revere. Our friends who stay there now say they are as delicious and consistent as ever.

Loved their chicken and tofu dishes the most. And their noodles were soft and huge in quantity.

All the food was cold and the chicken fingers was raw inside the batter and the beef teriyaki tasted like chemicals. And crab Rangoon was just aweful and lo mein as gross no flavor and cold. I picked up the food and came home within 5 minutes and food was cold and wasn't even warm! So disappointed

Came here with a coworker for my lunch break yesterday. Everything was great, strongly recommend. We got beef lo mean, pork fried rice, general gaus chicken, chicken fingers, scallion pancakes, and each had a main tai. The food was amazing, service was prompt and courteous, the place also appears to be very clean. Can't wait to come back

Bottom of the barrel low class of people is all who goes to this restaurant. Yelling, screaming people and kids. No matter what day or time you go there it is like that. Went tonight and the table next to us had 3 children SCREAMING, WHINING, BANGING things and the parents said NOTHING. Management needs to step in and tell people they can’t be so disruptive. Won’t return. Can’t have a relaxing night out or ANY conversation AT ALL.

First timer visiting from Minneapolis, OMG I was very impressed. Lobster Maki roll was beyond delicious, Angel Hair chicken had just amount of kick 🔥, Yakitori was amazing, great portions, tasty flavors, everything across the board was outstanding. Next time I'm in town visiting I'll make sure to stop back again and highly recommend to anyone reading that Billy C is the real deal. See you again

I said before I don't really hangout at my local Chinese restaurant so I can't speak on the atmosphere but the food is delicious everything you order is delicious the is definitely one of the best Chinese food restaurants in the area and they have two locations the one in the North end is delicious and the menu is bigger they add sushi to there menu and it's definitely worth ordering from you won't be disappointed even though it's a Chinese restaurant the nail every dish I think this place will never let you down!!!

Long weekend trip from NYC to Boston and randomly took a chance on Billy Tse as we passed by! What a HIDDEN GEM! Staff was so friendly! Super clean & very cozy ambiance. INCREDIBLE food & selection. We referred a friend and they LOVED it too!

Please be careful when packaging the food for delivery, i find two staples in my lo.mein

I am genuinely disappointed with the food I received today, after reading alot of reviews I figured I was in for a great meal. That was not the case the take out service was perfect the food was ready and hot quickly, but the taste and quality was far off from the other reviews for example the crab rangoon had a sour flavor and lack luster crunch also the chicken wings seemed to be not fully cooked. In my opinion I would not eat here again for the reason of there are alot of better options for Chinese food although this might be a one off for this restaurant I still would not repeat.

A big shout out to all the folks I met when I was up there visiting my Dadd at the Kaplan House in Danvers. Lori the Bartender was great and her compassion and hospitality were much appreciated. Staff and guests made me feel like I was home again, thank you. Dadd is gone now but you all made my trip so much easier and for that I am grateful. The food was great too. We don't have good food like that in SC. Stay healthy and stay safe ❤️

There's nothing fancy or frivolous, it's just a solid buffet. The place is clean, the food is good, and the staff is friendly. It's a regular stop for me when I'm done shopping.

Atmosphere is quiet and slow on weeknights. Every dish I have had has been delicious and consistent. Exactly as I would have pictured it in my head. Keep in mind this us authentic Chinese. So there are no crossover or fusion items. Good thing if you love authentic Chinese food. At times I do like a little unexpected creativity. You will leave full and satisfied.

Billy Tse was decent food and good service. The Szechuan styled chicken did not remind me of Szechuan chicken I’ve had at authentic Chinese restaurants elsewhere, it was kind of fishy here which makes me wonder if they’re changing cooking utensils, etc. The Moo Shu Pork was good, the egg rolls were great. The scallion pancakes were the best thing we had! Overall, a decent spot for a quick bite in Revere area.

Host was friendly, server was very attentive, food came quickly. Dishes don’t automatically come with rice, so I’d recommend asking if it comes with rice or ordering it on the side.

At Billy Tse for lunch today. Ordered scallion pancakes and crab rangoon for apps. Great with duck sauce and hot mustard. Luncheon menu item; fried fish was great. Tender fish worh rice and veggies. I've been going here for years, great food. A must try if you're coming from the airport heading to the North Shore. Parking sucks but you'll figure it out.

Best Chinese restaurant ever since day 1

my family of six just left there. we gave a $20 dollar tip. on the way out she had the urge to come up and tell us we didn’t give her enough for a tip and pointed to the suggested Tip amount on the bottom of the receipt. She told us next time we come in to make sure we give her the full SUGGESTED 20% tip. she’s lucky we even gave her that much because our rice was ice cold, she had an attitude when asked to heat it up, the chicken wings were chewy and she didn’t refill our drinks at all. She also did not bother to ask us how the food was at all. She also leaned over a family member to get a dish and managed to touch the straw w her bare hands and did not even acknowledge it. Bad customer service will not be back.

Been eating Billy's food for over 20 years. My Stepfather worked as a driver. So I grew up on his food , I don't know what happened in recent years. The rice is sticky and over cooked. The crab Rangoon totally changed, Definitely different recipe..the chicken is mushy , that is the only way I can't describe it. The only good thing that is the same is the egg rolls! I LOVE THEM 💖<3
