It's in an unassuming strip mall, but it was excellent. The owner and staff were very nice. The quality of the ingredients and preparation are very good and beyond our expectations. The tom yom soup was the best I've had in ages and our main courses were very nice. Basic drinks were very reasonable (can of soda $1.50, cup of tea $1) and rice , which is included with lunch is only a $1 ($2 for brown). Overall, it was a delightful experience.

Sitting here waiting for the food (I'm a little early) and happened to see some recent negative reviews. I've been coming here for 6 years and at least once per month. There have only been two or three times something wasn't right. Every other time has been excellent.

This is my first ever review, so, maybe it will coerce you to give thai pepper a shot.

Only curbside pickup so you have to call ahead of time. They no longer have lunch options. No working website at this time. Staff very polite and food is good.

You can't go in and sit down and have a meal anymore.

Don’t go here. They are not even open inside because they went “virus” crazy and never got over it. The pandemic and virus are over. They also don’t take cash which is against Massachusetts state law. This place needs to be closed down.

Curbside pick up only. The CDC has officially ended the COVID pandemic, and many restaurants were dine in even before then. This is ridiculous.

If you're not paying wait staff, or even letting me sit inside (It's order by phone only), lower your prices. I'm not paying for a drive-through window.

Best Tai food in the area, we've been coming here for years. The steamed dumplings are a definite highlight, but its hard to go wrong with their menu. They are still following Covid protocols only doing curbside takeout. It will be nice when they open their dining room again.

I was thoroughly disappointed by the food from Thai Pepper. Thought I would try it on my lunch break a couple weeks back. My Pad thai had zero flavor, was dry, and I didn't even bother saving the leftovers (portions are large for entrees). Since the price is the same as other Thai food in the area I will always be going elsewhere. Its rare I write a bad review but if they cant even make pad thai well that is a problem

Welp - long time since covid ended and dinning room still closed. This turned us on to Chim Thai Cafe in Milford. Food and service there is awesome! Sorry Thai Pepper - loved you for years but do not like nor trust the no entry to restaurant and food only brought to your car thing.

I truly believe it may have changed owner or chefs. It used to be our favorite Thai restaurant, but two times now we ordered the same dishes and they were gross. The curry dishes were all liquid with not so fresh materials, the beef was so tough we had to spit it out. They can’t even get the chicken wings done right. So disappointed. Never again.

Traditional American Thai food. Pad Thai was ok. Thai iced tea is great. Service is timely and basic. Pricey, but average for this area.

Was so hard giving them a 2 star 😞 this was my favorite thai in Milford… when they had dine in I NEVER had an issue with anything we ordered but now things that we once loved have been a big disappointment! My favorite dish before was their Bangkok Crispy Duck extra spicy. I was craving it and decided to drive 35 min and even dined in my car. I didn’t finish it it was bland the noodles were not crispy and the duck was soggy 😔 my kids loved their pho and their pad Thai and it was also not the best. I thought because of the travel maybe that changed the taste and condos but like I said we even dined in the car and it was not the same at all. PLEASE reopen your dining in!!!! I really think that’s what’s hurting you guys. Your fresh dishes were AMAZING!

The Thai Crispy Rolls were very good! The Pad Thai was ok, but the chicken in it was cold and dry. It was obvious the noodles were made separate from the noodles. The chicken had no flavor. Everyone I encountered was very friendly. I’ll definitely come back. I’ll just avoid the chicken.

First time ordering takeout for lunch from here and I know I’ll be coming back again! Called in an order for lunch and they take payment over the phone and bring your order out to you when you arrive. Drunken noodles were good, could be spicier but had a variety of veggies and a good amount of food for the price. Crispy rolls were great too, still hot and crisp when I got home with my food.

This place was great once. Now. Overpriced.$17 for a meal that was mostly water and rice with a few veggies mixed in.

I cannot begin to write how disappointed I was in the Pad Thai and fried rice that my husband and I shared last night.The Pad Thai was heavy on the noodles, which didn't even seem to have been made from rice, and was short on chicken and vegetables. It clearly has changed hands as the Thai food that I can whip up at home is superior, and I'm no expert. The eating of the meal was not the special occasion that it used to be. Disappointing. Must be new ownership or management.

My sister and I were visiting our family in Medway from Surry, NH, to help out with a painting project and needed a place for carryout so that no one had to cook. We chose the Thai Pepper again and were totally pleased with the spring roll and curry dishes that we selected.

Favorite drunken noodles in the area

I was in town for business staying at a local hotel. I decided to get delivery. I called Thai Pepper and ordered . I ordered Thai wings, crispy rolls, and lion city noodles that were supposed to be very spicy. All the food was bland. There was no flavor or spice on anything. I was very disappointed. I expected Thai food to have some spice or something but this had nothing. I do not recommend this restuarant.

Decent Thai food for the price. Always ready in the time they say and usually easy to find parking. Sweet staff and lots of plants by the front entrance, lol, which creates a warm atmosphere. Isn't the most delicious thai food I've had but not the worst either. I also like that they have Thai iced tea - always a yummy treat!

I liked the place alot, the food had great quality and was served at a decent time.The customer service was also a 5/5. The only thing I didn't like was the restroom.It could've been more sanitary since people use the restroom after eating. Overall, great place to eat!

My family's fav thai place in the area. Flavorful and consistently good quality thai dishes. Besides the staples, they have quite a few unique specials which are a must try. And they can customize the spice level to your taste. We have always done take out, though the dining area seems nice too. Order early, especially on weekends, as the place gets busy.

WOW! Some of the best Thai I've had. They curry's are great and so are the duck dishes.

I've had incredible food here in the past and the food is still great but just a heads up, if you order one of the duck specialties (Rama Duck in my case) be warned that you are spending about $16 for just duck. There is no rice or anything else. It is delicious but I was under the impression it would be a full entree.

My favorite spot for Thai food for about 25 years. I don't live nearby any more but I still make a trip out there a few times a year for dinner. It's always a hard choice of what to have and sometimes I end up ordering take out for the next day too.
