Small, local spot for a big menu of classic cooking with beer & wine served in simple surroundings.
What a disappointment. Overly pricey for mid quality food. I rarely write bad reviews, but had to do after this past order. I used to love ordering from this place since I work close by. We always order larger orders since we love supporting local businesses, however after today we will order from other Thai places that are a bit further with better quality instead.
I understand the economy is rough right now, but to downsize your portions by half but charge the same price for mid quality food is a rip-off.
The soup for the Lad Na used to come in a quart size, enough soup for the noodles plus some extra to enjoy. I wanted to order some extra noodles for the Lad Na to pair with the extra soup so inquired over the phone. Had I known that they had downsized the quart size soup to a pint size now, I wouldn't have ordered the extra noodles. The price is still the same as previously, so you now pay the same amount for (over $10 for a portion 1/2 the size).
Additionally, the Lad Na we got today was way too watery and sweet...much sweeter than normal. It was like eating liquid sugar, so all 3 of our Lad Na orders were tossed out before finishing. Had we known, we would've opted to get something else instead of paying more for mid tasting food.
In town from Ohio to visit a friend. I’ve never had Thai food but he suggested I try Pad Thai (I decided to go with beef, spice level two, and no peanuts). The spice was perfect and I can easily put it as one of my top 10 favorite meals that I’ve ever had. Definitely will order again before I head back home.
I don’t like to write reviews . But I had to today . It’s a big disappointment and it’s my husband birthday We ordered Thai green curry and satay .and the taste is disaster . I like this place , I always prefer to go this restaurant . But this time it tastes like toddler made dish . They just added chicken to coconut milk and some sugar and some basil leaves . Never had such a bad green curry chicken in my life and satay is too rubbery .
A friend told me that this was the best Thai restaurant in Moco, I was skeptical because KIIN IMM is right up there, and it's undeniable.
But I went to give thai house a try and let me tell you how delightful it was, a small yet busy place, friendly staff and the food was amazing! I always ask for Thai spicy, and it was so hot JUST LIKE I wanted and I loved it.
The place could easily get lost in the small strip mall it is in, but inside it was quiet and you will enjoy your meal.
The food was a solid 4. Ordered the spring rolls and drunken noodles. Both were very good. The spring rolls were nice and crispy. I also like that the restaurant vented the container for the spring rolls, so they remained crispy during transportation. The drunken noodles were perfectly spicy. I think we ordered a level 2, but we could have easily handled a level 3 (as spice lovers).
My only concern was their cleanliness. We saw a man smoking a cigarette out front when we pulled up. He was wearing gloves (food safety kind). When he was done smoking, he put out his cigarette and went back inside. I worry that he did not change his gloves before preparing more food. Of course I do not have any proof that he did or did not change his gloves, so I gave the food a 4, but it was a major turn off. Had we not already ordered and paid for the takeout, I probably wouldn’t have eaten here.
My family and I had lunch here today. It’s our favorite Thai restaurant in the area! The food always arrives quickly, and is delicious. My favorite is the Pad See Ew, and my husband’s favorite is the Kee Mao.
Just be aware that there is limited parking and seating.
THEY FORGOT MY 2 DOLLAR DRINK ON DELIEVERY ON THIER WEBSITE!!! THEY CAME BACK OUT OF THIER WAY TO GIVE IT TO ME!!!!!! IT WAS A 2 DOLLAR DRINK >.>. THE FOOD IS BOMB DIGGITY
Very good Thai food. Very nice service. Good for eating in or taking out.
Excellent. Highly recommend.
Best restaurant ever, great food, service, and decor
Great Thai food here and very good service.
Authentic Thai food and very friendly staff. I've dined in and gotten takeout several times. Never disappoints.
Possibly the best Thai in Gaithersburg. Definitely worth a visit if your in the area
We had a group of more than 20, and our waitress served us all efficiently and without errors. The food was hot and delicious!
The food was phenomenal. I could eat here multiple times a week and still want more. Great!
Food is delicious and the ambience is calm. My husband and I love to come here every other night.
After 5 years I can affirm that this place has the best veggie fried rice of all! We moved to Florida 3 years ago and every time we come to visit family during the holidays we have to order from Thai House. Even when we go to fancy Thai restaurants, it’s never as good as this place. I can’t explain, it’s just the best. Also, it’s a leftover-friendly since they give you a massive amount of food, so you don’t need to cook the next day either 😅 simply love it
Extensive and authentic menu. Cozy (small) dining room. Excellent food for a reasonable price.
Thai House is the absolute best. The drunken noodles are amazing. Be careful about selecting a spice level because they are not messing around. Level 2 is good for me as I enjoy *some* heat.
Haven't been to this place in years, but remember liking it and so decided to give it a try again. On the positive - the rice is great and the portions are ample. We got green and penang curry. Proteins were added at a good proportion. Spice level was as requested.
The trouble is, both curries tasted of little other than sugar. If there were any other flavors there, they got drown out by sickly sweetness. Didn't even finish my food and won't try again.
This is probably my favorite Thai restaurant. I love the basil fried squid and their basil fried rice.
Delicious food and the service was outstanding
Awesome place with great food and prices
Food portions gotten smaller and they added 20% service charge for 5 dishes and 5 people. Then they wanted tip!
Went there recently with 6 other family members. They automaticlly added 20% service charge and then wanted gratuity on top of that just for 5 dishes! And their portions gotten smaller. Needlessly to say we won't be returning. There are better Thai places.
We had a fantastic meal! Every dish was delicious, and we were especially impressed with how the spice levels were spot on. They offer a range from 1-8, and everything we ordered had the perfect balance of heat for each level.
The Pan Fried Wontons were crispy and flavorful, and the Satay was a great start to the meal. The Kee Mao had a nice kick at level 3, while the Panang Curry at level 2 had just the right amount of heat to enhance the flavors without overpowering them. The Crispy Duck with the chili garlic mushroom sauce was tender and well-seasoned. Both the Pad Thai and Fried Rice were delicious for those preferring less spice. On top of that, everything was reasonably priced for the portion sizes.
Overall, we were really pleased with the quality and variety. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We love ordering take out from here. The place is small and quaint. Ordered Pad See Euw and spring rolls again and they did not disapoint! So yummy!
Unfortunalty, the music from next door (Humitos) was so loud, you could hear it through the wall. I feel bad for the staff and guests who have to listen to it.

Fantastic and tasty Thai food
Our favorite place to eat with my family! Always good food and friendly waiters!

Thai House is our favorite restaurant. The food is always good. The waitstaff and owners are very friendly. The crab rangoon is the best ever! There are always dishes for every occasion and mood! I kid you not, I tried almost every dish on the menu.
Shared one shrimp pad thai. Good value and yummy
BEST. THAI. FOOD. IN. MOCO. Spice level is 10/10, flavor is 10/10 and pricing is 10/10!!!! We come here about 2-4x a month because the food is just that good and it never disappoints!
Great price, great food. The Pad Thai and the crispy basil shrimp are my favorites!
The lady was so nice who helped us, I ordered a takeout order and I was a little late to pick it up. She was so grateful and nice, the food was amazing too. We ordered drunken noodles, definitely recommend this place and will be visiting again!!!
Seems like food is hit or miss for me. Maybe they have different cook each time. The taste of food is not the same anymore for last 2 times I ordered from here. Pad thai was overly sweet, and basil fried rice also didn't taste good like before. Will stop ordering from here for sometime. The parking is very small with all the stores in the same strip. During busy days you won't find parking.
Reasonably priced and good sized portions with extremely friendly and helpful staff.
Best Pad Thai & Mango sticky rice spot
Absolutely delicious 😋
There are maybe ten tables in this gem. The service and food are excellent. The only issue we have ever had is with takeout. Just double-check your order before leaving the restaurant.
We always look forward to what we will eat there next!
The food was a solid 4. Ordered the spring rolls and drunken noodles. Both were very good. The spring rolls were nice and crispy. I also like that the restaurant vented the container for the spring rolls, so they remained crispy during transportation. The drunken noodles were perfectly spicy. Wow, what a great little spot! Service was warm and efficient, but unrushed, even though every seat was taken at lunchtime on a weekday--it never felt anything but relaxing! Food was the best and most authentic Thai I've had in a LONG time, and the prices are incredibly reasonable--I don't know how they do it. We shared the shrimp spring rolls--which were whole shrimp, straightened out and wrapped in a thin, wrapper and fried to perfection--and at $6 for 5, I was amazed! I had the Pattaya Noodles with seafood--perfectly medium spice, noodles were firm but tender (not overcooked and mushy like I often experience at other places), evenly covered in seasoning, and super fragrant. He had the Kee Mao, which was equally delicious with basil flavor that really came through beautifully. Notably, their menu has plenty of pictures, which were helpful in making decisions. Can't recommend highly enough! We will be back soon!
Small place but great foods. You must try!
This food is excellent!! Genuine Thai. I wish I lived closer I'd be coming back often. Prices were very good for the portions you get. Highly recommend this place for delicious Thai!
A wonderful Thai restaurant that will make things as hot (or not) as you want. Great portions and attentive staff!
A friend told me that this was the best Thai restaurant in Moco, I was skeptical because KIIN IMM is right up there, and it's undeniable.

solid. good portions good food
Since recently moving, I've been searching for a Thai place to replace my old go-to spots. Found it here. Food - delicious, and left me feeling nourished. Staff - on point and friendly. Guests - all looking really happy with their meals. Went back a day or two later to see if it was a fluke. Not a fluke. If you're within range of Thai House, consider yourself lucky.
Poor Service and Overcharging**
I've been a regular customer at (Thai House) for 6+ years & the management changed but unfortunately, my recent experiences have been consistently disappointing.
One of the most frustrating issues I've encountered is the recurring problem of receiving the wrong takeaway orders. Despite providing clear instructions & I come all the way from Frederick to pick up & my orders are consistently incorrect, which is not only inconvenient but also reflects poorly on the restaurant's attention to detail.
Additionally, I've noticed that I am often overcharged for my meals. They want to charge additional for a sauce I request with my appetiser & no place else ever does that. Whether it's discrepancies in menu prices or unexpected additional charges on my bill, the lack of pricing transparency is unacceptable and leaves me feeling taken advantage of as a customer.
Overall, these experiences have greatly diminished my satisfaction with [Thai House]. I hope that management takes these concerns seriously and implements measures to improve order accuracy and pricing transparency in the future.
I have gotten take out from here a couple of times and the food was always ready really quickly. I've ordered delivery once and it took over an hour despite my living 4 minutes away, definitely not worth doing again. Just go pick it up, it's ready in 10 minutes.
The food is always really delicious. Tonight we dined in and ordered the cashew shrimp, and were served an overwhelming amount of onions. I got more onion than cashew. I had more onion than I knew what to do with. It looked like they chopped two whole onions and put on the plate with 6 shrimp. I couldn't believe it. The basil rice and the drunken noodles were amazing.
The place is small but the food is excellent. We eat here every time we are in town. We have tried multiple dishes. All of which have been excellent. It makes it hard to decide what to order because everything is fantastic. The staff is friendly and hard working. We have done take out and eat in the restaurant. The place fills up every night so get there early or do take out.
Probably the best Thai food in the 270 corridor of MoCo. Everything I have tried has been extremely tasty. Spice levels are spot on. They even adhere to any dietary restrictions one may have.
Food is always fresh and ready on time. And it’s good!
Awesome food.
Flavor is great. Some of the best in the DMV but the spice level is inconsistent. We put 2 spice for a dish and it's a bit mild, 3 is incredibly spicy. But the insult was putting a 1 spicy stating "please make it mild, kiddo can't handle the spicy" and it being the spiciest out of all the dishes.
Great Thai food!
I love this place for their Thai ice tea!!!
Spring rolls were greasy and not flavorful, tofu and fried shrimp were both extremely soggy, and pad se ew was sweet and watery. This is not even sub par next to the thai restaurants in Frederick like thai meric and thai table.
Just perfect taste 🫶🏻
One of the best Thai restaurants in the area. We had Pla tod (chili & garlic sauce), chicken pad thai, deep sea, chicken panang curry, and pineapple fried rice today. They all were very authentic. The prices were reasonable.
One of the best Thai food I got in the east coast.
Deep sea is a definitely GET dish.
Crab fried rice is good, rich and multi layer of flavor.
Rice noodle dishes are extraordinary.
Pad Thai is average, just similar to everywhere else.
Love the Thai tea and Thai coffee they serve, rich and creamy flavor but absolutely too sweet with a excellent balance
Food was bland and not spicy like I would expect from the dishes I ordered (drunken noodles and boat noodle soup). Service was kind of slow, but it was lunch rush with limited staff.
The food is fine, The service not so much, feel like they were rushing us.
Waited 30 min for pad thai take out... cant comprehend this..
One of my fave thai places to visit. My go to are panang curry, pad thai and drunken noodles.
My favourite Thai restaurant by far. I have gone many time introducing this restaurant to my clients and friends and no one has been disappointed. Small place but great food and service. Papaya salad, kee mao, penang curry, pad Thai and chicken and shrimp with tamarind sauce are some of my favourites
This was the best Thai food I think I've ever had. I shared a few dishes with my party and we could not decide which was best. The pad Thai is to die for. The green curry was heavenly. I will definitely be coming here again any time I'm in the mood for Thai.
Delicious! One of the best bubble teas I have ever had. Boba was soft
Love this small place…great fresh food every time! Just a little too much sugar, but I found out I could ask to not have added sugar- better solution for me!
Through random selection I found this place today. I ordered the chicken and shrimp drunken noodles for pickup. My order was ready on time. The hostess was kind and handed it to me. When I got home to eat my food I was blown away! BEST Thai food I've had in a long time. The flavor was there. The chicken and shrimp was the correct portion. Noodles weren't overcooked or sticking together. It was absolute perfection. I wish I knew about this gem of a restaurant long ago because I wouldn't have been ordering Thai food from some of the other mediocre restaurants near me. I wish I could meet the chef. Thanks so much for giving me a great dinner tonight!
Pad Thai is a solid choice here, some of the best in the greater D.C. area. I recommend the summer rolls and chicken or seafood pad thai for entrees and the mango sticky rice for desert!
Craving a quick and delectable lunch? Look no further than my favorite Thai restaurant just around the corner! Today, I indulged in their mouthwatering Pad Thai, perfectly complemented by a refreshing glass of Thai Iced Coffee. The flavors danced on my taste buds, leaving me craving for more. What's even better? This delightful feast didn't dent my wallet. Lunch was fast, satisfying, and affordable. Whether you're a fan of Thai cuisine or simply looking for a delightful bite, this place has got you covered. Treat yourself to a scrumptious meal without breaking the bank.
Delicious! We've been looking for really good Gua Gai since we moved here, and now we found some! The yellow curry in the puff appetizers was soooo good!
Every dish has been delicious. I recommend the tofu appetizer and the drunken noodle dish. The Limeade Thai Tea is outstanding!
Their Tofu Panang Curry is so good. How do they get that perfect? Wish I could work in their kitchen.
Decent thai restaurant.
Excellent food! Crispy Duck (28), Peking Duck Rolls, Won Ton Soup, Sticky Rice with Coconut ice cream are favourites!
This place has the most delicious Thai food and the staff are just amazing! I live in Atlanta, but every time I fly in to see my in-laws we order food from here to be the first meal we share together. We look so forward to being in the area, and wish with all our heart that they delivered to Atlanta. We also regularly call in a delivery order to surprise my partner’s parents when we are not there for special occasions. Great food, great people!
The best Thai food in Gaithersburg. They will add spice to the dish your order, and trust me, they can bring the heat.
The items were generously portioned and tasty. The chicken was especially tender. Did not enjoy the green curry as much as it was very thin and weak flavored. Prik king was very pleasant.
Food was delicious, staff is very polite, there was pleasant music.
The best Thai food locally.
Beautiful wood interior and tables are spaced apart. I ordered Pad Thai and the fresh crushed peanuts were very good.
Tiny space, delicious food.
Make reservations or order take out.
That being said, we had no reservations and ot waited about 15 minutes.
True heat on the food. I will go with a 1 next time!
Best Thai around. As a Thai lover I’ve tried several Thai restaurants in the area and this one is by far my favorite. Full of flavor and good quantities. Our favorites are the panang seafood curry and gai sub. We like spicy so I go with level 3 or 4 for that perfect kick. So good! I’ve only ordered delivery and it never disappoints.
Loved the taste of food
Best Thai food i’ve ever eaten. Come here every weekend and I recommend it to anyone that wants Asian cuisine
So good I tried the pad si ew it was the best thing I ever ate in my life rated this one 5 star!
The food is usually good but not consistent. Not sure why it's hit or miss.
Best Thai I've had...so tasty and delicious 😋. I get the drunken noodle 🍜 weekly. The staff is so friendly and polite. Love this place.
always satisfied. good quantity and quality.
Thai House is the go-to place for delicious Thai food. We've been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is friendly. The standout dish for us is the drunken noodle - it's spicy and flavorful with perfectly cooked noodles and fresh vegetables. The menu has a wide variety of options and everything we've tried has been fantastic. We highly recommend Thai House for anyone looking for authentic and delicious Thai cuisine.
I’ve eaten a lot of Thai in my life and this is by far some of the best I’ve had. The noodle dishes are fantastic, and the curry is bursting with flavor. The staff is friendly and the service is fast. The portions are big so come hungry!
I am a big fan of their vegan options like the pad pik king jae. I’ll usually order delivery. It’s very nutritious and fresh I try and order it as frequently as I can.
Best Thai in the area hands down. Every dish I try is authentic and flavorful. They make absolutely amazing pad thai! I would also recommend their summer rolls, satay, and basil fried rice, but I have loved every dish I try. Don't waste your money at any other Thai place in the area. Go here.
Not recommended.
A cute little Thai restaurant with a surprisingly large selection of wonderful dishes and friendly service.
We got five appetizers and five entrees and overall it was a very middle of the road experience with some items doing better than others. The order was taken effectively and all ten items showed up as ordered including the heat level of all the entrees. The papaya salad was bright and acidic with two large shrimps and the tod mun (fish cake) had the bouncy texture I like and was full of spices and herbs. The chicken satays were pretty good and wasn't dry. We weren't sure what to expect with the shrimp roll but turns out it's a shrimp bandaged with spring roll wraps and tasted decent despite appearances. The curry puff had a standard crust but the stuffing was a bit mushy and sweet for my preference. We got both a Penang and a green curry and found the proteins to be a bit overcooked. They weren't bad but didn't scream flavors at you either. The curry came in pint size containers only but their prices were relatively low and given the crazy inflation, I thought it was understandable but wanted to mention it. The basil fried rice was very "wet" and while there were basil in it, you really couldn't taste basil overall. The drunken noodle was OK as well. The last entree was the eggplant and shrimp and I only tried the eggplant with the sauce and thought it was well cooked and flavored. The entire order was $131 which seems quite cheap given how much everything costs today.
I ordered $40 worth of food for delivery, not including fees and tip. The food was already meant to be here, but over one hour later they are a no call no show. The phone line is ringing endlessly with no answer when I attempt to reach them, and the restaurant closes in 30 minutes. Honestly disappointing
A very nicely and uniquely decorated restaurant, the most tidy and clean as well! The service is amazing and very fast; we got our Thai teas within 30 seconds and our food within 5 minutes; and it was still delicious. You are also able to choose the spice level for most of the food on the menu, from no spice to high spice. Overall, a very relaxing and delicious experience!
Best food and service
One of the best places for Thai food in the area. Love their drunken noodles, pad Thai, red and green curry. The spice level is good and can be adjusted according to requirement. Be ready for real spice if you go for level 4 or 5. Don't miss the fried banana with coconut ice cream!!
Awesome food. 1st time truing this place because our usual place was closed tonight. When in the area we will definitely be back. Love the fact that there are 4 levels of spice to choose from.
The duck rolls, crispy basil squid, and crispy duck are delicious!
Basil fried rice… 👍👍
This was our favorite restaurant for a very long time until the past few months they have started adding so much sugar. Their dishes are like desserts now. They even added sugar to my normal Thai fried rice.
Please go back to your old recipe which has a balance of sweetness and spice.
Still has the best wonton soup I've ever had.
Best thai ive ever had
Solid Thai take out.
Food we ordered was gang jae, kee mau and cashew chicken. It seemed we were eating dessert. Too sweet. It was horrible.
I’ve tried thai at a few places including tara thai but that place is beyond what i could imagine. The atmosphere is great, not big but perfect. Food is so amazing I’ll be becoming a regular!
My wife and I ordered take out twice and ONLY twice. The second time we ordered, we had the Tom Kha Gai soup. My wife, being the avid food inspector she is noticed something strange in the soup. She scooped it out, carefully ran it under clear water and we both discovered that it was the half body of a cockroach. We packed up all the food, drove it back to the restaurant and instead of immediately giving us our money back, they asked if we wanted them to make us something else, as if we just didn't like the soup. IT HAD A COCKROACH IN IT! Whatever dish they would cook for us would still come out of the same kitchen. Then finally gave us our money back plus a voucher for a future meal. We threw the voucher away and then went home and ate a frozen pizza. We will never eat there ever again. And they didn't even seem surprised by our discovery.
Not so great for vegetarians.
I love this place. Really good Thai food & service. Try the crispy basil chicken & Panang curry chicken.
The only reason I’m giving this four stars is because my honeydew Boba was only half filled. Besides that, this is easily some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had outside of Thailand.
Still as of April 2022, this restaurant is only doing to go orders which you can pick up right inside their main restaurant door.
Their food is excellent. The pad Thai is super flavorful and the noodles are very fresh and bouncy. They don’t hold back in the vegetables and tofu that they add into the dish either.
The Panang curry is filled with tons of good vegetables, and the sauce itself is extremely aromatic and spicy.
For those who like spice, I definitely recommend going with level three because it has a perfect balance of heat and flavor.
I ordered a 3 for spiciness level and it was more like a 6 and I've ordered 3's before and it's been good. I also ordered a soup that was extremely sour in comparison to what it was last time and they weren't willing to let me reorder something more expensive and pay the difference or fix anything with my current order....this place was good other times
Great authentic food. It is spicy though. The custard and sticky rice is amazing.
We got take out from Thai House! It was absolutely delicious. I love that you can change your spice levels to your taste.
I got the pad see ew with chicken and it was perfect. It wasn't spicy at all, everything was cooked well, and it was totally delicious. I love it when the vegetables stay a little crunchy in the meal. I also got to try Pad Thai and the drunken noodles, the spice level was great on the drunken noodles and the flavors were just top notch.
The staff was also able to accommodate a gluten free request for us. I can't wait to go back and try more of the options! I have heard the sticky rice with coconut ice cream is amazing and I am excited to try it.
Not my favorite some places make there curry too watery this is one
SO DELICIOUS!! This is now my favorite and go-to Thai place. The service is fast and food is absolutely delicious. There are so many great items on the menu I can't wait to try next time I go! We came for a semi-early dinner on a Sunday night. There was one other party there when we arrived. People were coming in a steady stream to pick up take out the entire time, and the little place filled up as we ate to the point where there were people waiting by the time we left. On a SUNDAY. You know a place is good when it's so busy on a random Sunday evening. I am SO happy I found this little gem!
Food use to be good but last year or so it has gone down , crab fried rice looked like it had egg salad on top and also found a Grey hair in it
I've gotten taken out atleast three times and every dish has been delicious. Drunken noodles, spring rolls, and chicken skewers were all good. The bubble tea was ok. They are very quick to make our take out order.
Just found out that a couple years ago my mom found a piece of GLASS in her food
Soup was luke warm and the broccoli pieces were too big. Entrees were luke warm and the broccoli in the dishes were partly cold so not cooked well at all.
Thai house is always great for dinner. Jack and his wife are wonderful people. The staff is courteous.
The food was absolutely amazing. I got the drunken noodles and a bubble tea. The bubble tea was one of the best I've had. I don't like that it has ice in it. But the taste was amazing.
Excellent food. My favorite Thai restaurant.
I was trying to dine in but declined rudely by the waitress ☹️ I came at 8:15pm, but the business hour showed me it is until 9 pm.
Great place for some Thai food. They're pineapple fried rice is the best around.
Food is very tasty but a little pricy. One thing not so good is you can't choose the spicy range.
Food Quality way down. Service and interest in "making it right" a zero!
Very disappointed. The picture below (Kee Mao) is all the oil that the food was sitting in, making it taste like it's been sitting around, and someone took the last of the leftovers.
The shrimp in the Basil fried rice with Shrimp was completely mushy, so mushy the texture was nauseating.
I've been ordering from here for several years and I've never had a problem or complained but it was so bad I called to tell them.
I spoke to Anita who said she was the owner, and she wouldn't offer a credit or credit for the future unless they had the food back. I explained I had a physical disability and couldn't walk down the steps to get the food out but no food back, no credit.
I've never had any restaurant require the food be returned before they brought the new order out and never imagined they would need it for a future credit or refund.
I have a physical disability and explained I couldn't get a new order, nor could I get one to the door and leave it for the driver.
To even send the driver back to pick up the food seems a waste, especially considering what are they going to do, eat the food themselves or are they going to add it back to the pot to reserve? Were they just making sure I wasn't trying to get more food and not pay for it?
Instead they should be embarassed their food was such a poor quality and offered to replace it or offer a credit for the future, and been thankful for the feedback.
Ordered take out last night, food was not tasty, less meat, less portions and not spicy. We have been going here for 5+ years.Ordered spicy 3 and food was not even a spicy 1. Take out took 1 hour 20 minutes. Lat time I ordered restaurant told me to call back that they weren’t taking anymore orders. Will not be going back.
One of the best Thai food places in the area hands down. Service is always great so far. Just wish it wasn’t so out of the way, but all their dishes I’ve had are very good.
Love this place.
Quality and quantity great.
Service awesome. If u lover of Thai food this definitely u should try.
This. The food was delicious, the combinations of tastes, textures and smells were wonderful and not overdone. There was a good selection of vegetarian entrees and appetizers, and there were many desserts to choose from.
The kitchen can adjust the amount of pepper from "Oh no, please don't!" all the way to "Don't hold back." The dining room is a bit small, so if you're bringing a larger party, call ahead.
The location is easy to find, just on the west side of Montgomery Airpark in Gaithersburg. If you think it's a bit too far, I encourage you to try it at least once, there's a good reason so many people have reviewed Thai House.
Very authentic food. Service is always good. Love their pineapple fried rice....extra spicy.
Customer service is super bad.. The older lady was extremely rude.. Hire waitress that is willing to work..
First time came here to eat all the way from New York.. My God service is so bad.. I don’t under why the server are so cranky.. Food is not that great.. think before you come here..
