First time eating here. I was excited to try the Drunken noodle dish, since most reviewers loved it. It was very sad and disappointing tonight! The tray it was served in was HALF full of oily water. In the photo I've attached, you can see my fork in the dish. The liquid was halfway up the fork. Thus, the noodles were drenched in this oily water, and were not coated with any spices. Not flavorful, and not good tasting at all. Tasted like noodles were in dishwater, and were bland!
I did enjoy the fresh spring rolls, and the peanut sauce and rice vinegar sauce that was served with them were both very good! I'd definitely get these again.
I'd return, but never eat this drunken noodle again, but try something else.
I would never go out of my way to eat at this restaurant again. There are many good Thai restaurants, in nearly every town. This food experience was not worth traveling for. 🫤

NO ONE in the immediate Saco/Biddo vicinity offers vegetarian bao buns. I called and spoke with someone, who I assume was one of the owners, pleading for a double order of tofu bao. He chuckled and said it wouldn't really be flavorful, and that he wanted me to enjoy my experience. I gave up then shortly after, called back, saying I didn't care, I wanted tofu buns, and was aware that it wasn't meat. He kindly made some up for me (with lots of other things on order). They were delicious. He asked me to follow up, apparently he or his team fried up the tofu differently to accommodate me. I am right around the corner and will be sure to frequent Bangkok Kitchen more, not just because of their amazing food, but also because of their hospitality ❤️❤️🙏

All of it was amazing and I had enough leftover for dinner. The sauces are incredible as well. I'll be back next time I'm in town.

There once was a little boy(actually a 34 yr old man) who got a door dash gift card from his job to have during a training session. This brave little boy said aloud"Hey, I'll try this Thai place since I'm not paying for it." Then sat back down because he looked foolish saying that aloud. He has now been there 4 times and thoroughly loves the place. He heroically recommends you try it. Flavor and quantity to die for. 👍👍👍👍👍

Best thai food ive ever had in my life

The meat spring rolls were excellent. The pad se ew was good also, but way too sweet. Not sure what you’re using for sweetener but please take it down a notch. Couldn’t dine in but that’s ok. Looking forward to the pad Thai next. Hope it’s good as well.

We tried this place for the first time yesterday. Very simple and clean, takeout only at this time. Super friendly service! The food is great, and beware they are generous with the spice. We love spicy dishes and ordered level 3 for the green curry and pad see ew, and it was delicious but spicy enough to need to take breaks. 🌶️ I'll probably go with level 2 next time.
The tempura was a large portion and well cooked, accompanied by lots of sauces. Steam buns were perfectly cooked, tender chewy and delicious.

This place had good reviews but not sure why. Went in at noon hour and hardly any business. Pad Thai was expensive and very salty.

We ordered the duck pad Thai and it was phenomenal! The service was quick and very friendly. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a great meal at reasonable price. The portion size was enough for supper for 2 and left overs for the next day.

Ordered online and picked up at location. Sign on door outlines “online orders only.” Safe to assume dine in is out of the picture. Food was tasty and spicy as I requested. Portions were large enough to have lunch for the next day.

I got pork pad thai and it tasted amazing, the guy who took my order was very nice.

We have ordered 3x from the Saco location. I normally get the same order of cashew chicken. The first two times, although long wait times, the food was fantastic. Tonight what I found was that large quantity of onions were the majority of my food. This was not delightful, especially after paying the bill. Too much money for onion as the filler. I am now not as great of a fan as I have been.

I got the combo (for 2) appetizers and it was delicious! The portions were very generous and a good variety of tempura veggies. Lastly, the service was great!

The place is super nice and clean food is amazing perfectly proportioned. The kids had the orange chicken they loved it I got pad Thai with chicken level 3 could have done 4 but it was still delicious and dad got pad chapow very good as well.

My husband and I LOVE this restaurant...my favorites are the Pad See Ew (omg those pillows, chewy, heavenly noodles) , and the yummy pork bun. Everything is always perfect,
the Seafood never smells fishy and the veggies are always crisp and fresh. I order here at least once a week!

This is probably the best Thai in southern Maine.

I ordered shrimp pad Thai and added scallops to it. It was about 7:30 when we picked it up and about 8 when we got home (rough estimate) when we opened the food i found i got chicken pad Thai. Tried calling but they were closing within minutes and it kept ringing. So i messaged them on Facebook with info and pictures of the receipt and the food. Mostly because i paid for the extra for the seafood. No response, which i expected as they were closing. I wasn’t expecting to hear from anyone till today. So i didn’t eat it and waited until today prepared to bring it when they replied that way i could exchange it or something, and they read my message on Facebook and completely ignored it. I messaged again later asking if someone can contact me since it seems impossible to reach anyone by phone, I’ve tried several times today, no reply still. It’s frustrating because the other food we ordered was good and it would be a Good Friday night takeout place if not for this poor customer service experience.

Ordered two Thai Orange Chickens and a side order of crab rangoon. The clover app said it would be 60 minutes. Understandable since it was New Years Eve night. However, it was ready within 30 minutes. Everything was hot and the gentleman (I’m assuming the owner) was very kind. Everything tasted fresh and both the orange chicken and crab rangoon were delicious! We’ll definitely be going back

I rarely leave reviews. The food tasted okay but never in my life have I experienced so much grease. The grease leaked on the outside of the container, seeped through the bag and got all over my car. Anywhere this bag or the container was left a puddle of grease. At the bottom of my food was a pool of it. I will not be going back.

I tried Bangkok Kitchen for the first time last night, and I loved it! I'll definitely be going back. I love spicy food, and the four star heat is no joke! I don't think I'll be bumping it up to five! LOL I'm anxious to order again to try some different dishes. I'm glad to have such a great place so close to my home!

I was told my order would be ready in 50 mins. I showed up after 50 mins, was told it would be 10 more, and waited another 30 minutes before finally cancelling my order.

My feedback to this business is to be straightforward with customers and address the wait time. Tell customers how long the wait will actually be and let them decide if they want to place an order or if they would like to cancel and go elsewhere. I would have been willing to return on another occasion if anyone had addressed me once in that 30 minutes, even for a second.

10/10 on everything I ordered. Highly recommend

I went there last night with the hopes of ordering. My wife and I grabbed a takeout menu and looked at the menu ready to order . There were 6 different sets of customers just waiting to order. There were also 2 guys eating their food in takeout containers. I asked them if the food was good, and they said yes. I also asked a few other customers that were waiting if the food is good, one lady said yes and also added that they had a restaurant on on Pool street.

We waited and waited , it sounded like the kitchen was very busy, although no one came out to greet us. We waited another 5 minutes to give a new place the benefit of the doubt. It did smell really good in there. We were excited to try it.
After about atleast 10-12 minutes of waiting and no one came out to ask us about placing an order. We decided to visit Thai Me….. unfortunately they are under renovation.
So my favorite food wins out!!! We had pepperoni Pizza for the win and Cheese breadsticks.
We will definitely give them another try , hopefully they can get some help in the front of the store .

We order lunch from here every Monday or Tuesday. The food is great and the parking situation is very convenient. Friendly staff!

We used to get takeout here once a week. The past few months it has really gone down hill. Several times we’ve had missing or incorrect items and had to go back. I usually get Pad Sa Ewe which used to come with just carrots and broccoli. The past 2 times I’ve ordered they put a mix of a ton of straight up raw vegetables consisting mostly of the middle of onions and hardly any chicken / noodles. This last batch I got 4 whole raw onion centers. I’m really disappointed because this used to be our favorite place :(

Chicken lo mein was AMAZING. And they werent actually open but fed us anyway. Amazing people.

I've gotten takeout twice now from Bangkok Kitchen and both times were impressive. Since I work just down the road it is convenient and I usually have some leftovers to take home. Their crab rangoons are some of the best I've ever had. So far I've enjoyed the mango sticky rice, mango fried rice, steamed pork bun, pork dumplings (also steamed), pad Thai and coconut custard. Will be returning in the future as there are many dishes I look forward to trying.

My family and I love pho, and have it all the time. Bangkok Thai's pho was ridiculously spicy to the point it was inedible at a measly 2/5 spice. For the expensive price and small portion sizes, it's not worth the time or money. I really wish that I could support this local business, but unfortunately my family and I will not be coming back.

This place is SO. GOOD. My fiance ordered from here in a whim one day and we have ordered every Friday since. The Thai crispy rolls are absolutely delicious. It's Friday morning right now, 6am and we are already planning what we qill.be ordering from them later tonight. Must try.

Yesterday we got takeout here for the third or fourth time and we were so moved by how good it was that I'm here to share. The Summer Rolls are the best we've had. The Green Curry was exquisite. The Pork Buns are just wow. I like their Tom Yum but I was not a fan of their pho — I still go to Que Huong for my pho. But what can I say? This has become a takeout staple for my family. Please keep up the good work!

Our go to Thai food restaurant in Biddeford and there are a lot! Decent Paad Thai, amazing fried rice options and selection of more traditional noodles and soups. Their appetizers are the kicker, definitely try the chicken satay, you've never had any that compare, steamed buns are excellent too.

Awesome duck dish and fantastic summer rolls! Chicken was a bit dry in other dishes, and if you like spicey order higher than 2 star. Great little place!

Got a combo but didn’t receive two chicken wings which we re supposed to be included. Ordered a second time and got a beef pad thai which was not good at all. The beef was like dry pieces of sliced roast beef. Complained about not getting the chicken wings and was told “we don’t include that anymore” but it’s still on the menu. I’m done with them.

Amazing portions and prices! Would love to see recyclable or compostable packaging, as styrofoam cannot be recycled. Delicious food and friendly staff.

My bf and I absolutely love this place! It is our new spot. Every order has been perfect. Tonight they missed our side of tofu, we called as soon as we noticed and even though they were in the process of closing they still prepared it for us and luckily we live 2 minutes away and we’re able to pick it up after close. Recently moved to Biddeford and decided to try this place. Almost blew it off because I couldn't get thru on the phone but decided to order online despite my skepticism of restaurant online systems. Was pleasantly surprised at how well the online ordering system worked. The food came 5 minutes earlier than scheduled and was awesome. Got the paad thai and drunken noodle which were both excellent. Will definitely be going back.

This take out restaurant is a gem. Was recommended while I was in town, enjoyed so much went back the next night. I was late, snowing, and they still made me dinner! They love what they do and it shows.

I always get Thai on my birthday, and this year I wanted to try a new place. They did not disappoint!!! Literally the best Thai I've ever had!!! Everything is so fresh, flavorful and presented beautifully. My family and I are vegan and we really liked that the online ordering gave a vegan and vegetarian filtering option so we wouldn't have to search through non options for us. You can also leave a note, so we specified no egg for our noodles and rice.
We ordered thai crispy rolls, summer rolls, drunken noodles, thai fried rice and mango fried rice. It was ALL AMAZING! Absolutely going back and my new go to!!!
