Awesome as a parent , I then ordered some dumplings a little afraid because good dumplings are hard to find and they nailed it with it , they were so good. I then ordered pork with peanut sauce again out of the park, and then my kid ate his whole fried rice he loved it ! We noticed all the food was made fresh. You will just have to check it out for your self.

Everything here is always very fresh & delicious! Definitely try the thai green tea, chicken satay, green curry, panang curry, tom kha (add spice!) and the mango sticky rice. Their pad see ew, kao soi & drunken noodles are also really yummy. Thai Charm is hands down the closest you can get to authentic thai food around Covington.

We ordered the Crispy Sping Rolls, Dumplings, Thai Fried Rice, and Pad Thai. All of the food was pretty good, but the appetizers (spring rolls and dumpings) were our favorites. Also, our waitress was great and very attentive.

Lots of options and great lunch selection. Lunch came with a little soup and salad. The peanut dressing on the salad was amazing. The crispy spring rolls were awesome. Pad Thai was a little sweet and had zero spice, I should have asked for spicier. Service was great. Water tasted a little funny but that might be Covington water. Will be back.

Great food at a family restaurant located in a strip shopping center. Atmosphere is middle of the road but the food more than makes up for the decor. Service was decent but only one server present. Would definitely return for excellent food offerings.

I'm not even done eating yet and I'm giving this place 5 stars. The aesthetic is on point, the staff is very friendly, and the spring rolls are amazing. I would fist fight God for whatever recipe they're using for the peanut sauce and plum sauce.

The tom yum soup with chicken was amaaaazing. Savory and sour just like I hoped. All the ingredients were so fresh! The onion was still crisp enough to have a little bite, and the tomato was soft but still flavorful and tart.

The pad Thai was very good. Filled with savory and slightly sweet flavor, and not too wet or saucy - a more traditional and much welcomed Thai preparation. The peanut and lime complemented the flavor profile very well. All the ingredients were just as fresh as everything else. You can really tell this food was expertly made to order.

I haven't had Thai food this good since that guy in Covington went to jail and his restaurant got shut down a decade ago.

Five stars! Y'all come eat here.

Dinner at The Charm was delicious. We had Thai tea, Tom Kha soup, Green papaya salad, Red curry with chicken and Shrimp and vegetable stir fry. Everything was flavorful and fresh. Lots of good vegetables in all the dishes.

The food was so good! Husband and I got drunken noodles and pad woon sen which were very similar (because I got glass noodles instead of the flat rice noodles it comes with) but with different sauces. Also got an order of the crispy spring rolls and they were delicious. All of the food was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. Our 2 little boys were very welcome and we can't wait to go back!

We love this place! The pad Thai is delicious, and so is the param. We love their peanut sauce! The people are also very attentive and kind. We enjoy meeting here for date nights with friends because it's quiet and doesn't have annoying TVs on every wall. Highly recommend!

Could not eat here due to the fact the ventilation system is connected to the nail salon you can smell the chemicals as soon as you walk in. Toxic environment to sit and breath.

The Charm Thai Bistro is a cute little restaurant in a shopping area. The appetizers were excellent. We got the fried calamari which was perfectly cooked. We also ordered the steamed dumplings which were delicious. My son ordered the pompano and thoroughly enjoyed it. I ordered a veggie dish with shrimp. It was ok. The veggies were a bit overcooked. The sauce was very good, spicy but not hot. The service was ok. There was only one person taking orders both in the restaurant and phone orders, cashing out the phone orders and the in-restaurant orders. He was truly doing his best but we had to ask for more tea, napkins, etc. We will give it some time and try again.

Excellent authentic Thai restaurant using fresh ingredients. Had the drunken noodles and everything was very well balanced. The owner provides excellent service and is very friendly! We will be back to eat here again.

The food was only ok. The wait staff was very friendly. We had the spring rolls, shrimp fried rice, and ginger beef. The soup that comes with the meal was spicy but good. The meat in my salad left an after taste and i really could not finish what I ordered. I am not sure if they changed cooks but the food is not what i expected.

We went for dinner. 3 tables sitting when we arrived. Took about 20 mins before anyone got our drink order, and about 10 mins before we received them. 1/2 of our appetizer was forgotten. And when our food came- it came in spurts. My food was luke warm and bland (receipt said “mild” but I definitely ordered spicy), my daughter food came out with peanuts when we asked for none & he said that “they come out on the side anyway”.. but was actually on the food, and our came out several minutes before my younger children received their food. I ordered a bar beverage that took forever to get made. They only had one person serving/bartending. Although, it wasn’t busy- they should have had more help. Tables after us sat, ordered drinks & paid bc they it took so long to get drinks & to place a food order.

The HVAC is sucking air from the nail shop next door into the dining area. The food and service is excellent but I left with a terrible headache from the fumes. What are the employees being exposed to? Is this effecting the business? The owner of the strip needs to be notified and fix this issue for the health of the workers and the customers.

Nice quiet but chill atmosphere. Food was super hot and super fresh to the touch and center. Staff was friendly but professional and left you alone when needed. Definitely bringing the wife here!!

Food was bad, got the pineapple fried rice and the drunken noodles. Half the plate in the pineapple fried rice was filled with raisins. Also the drunken noodles were just bamboo sticks. Horrible and would not recommend.

I got the pad woon sen with shrimp. Absolutely delicious. My son got red curry which he enjoyed too. Service was a little slow but the food was phenomenal. Beautiful place too.

I ordered 5 items and only one was delivered. I could not reach the store, They did not answer the phone for the rest of the day. The item delivered was a soup that was bland and oily. 👎🏾👎🏾This one is a NO for me.

I don't know what happened to my order, but it was close to inedible. I ordered the thai garlic with chicken for delivery. Had I gotten what I ordered at the restaurant I would have refused to pay. It had four rubbery pieces of chicken, two pieces of broccoli, a few onion slivers, and about an entire can of slivered mushrooms. The sauce was basically non-existent. The canned mushrooms were overwhelming and nasty. Hopefully this was just a really bad mistake, but I won't be ordering from them again.

Great food for a really good price. I took my mother here, and we really enjoyed it. The Thai green tea was really good, and so was the yellow curry.

The Service was outstanding and so was the food--only 1 concern was the chicken was a little dry & chewy in the Pad Tai..otherwise all of the dishes were more than satisfactory. Don’t dine in on Friday evenings. Takes over hour to get food and service was very poor. They worry about take orders and neglect dine in customers. Could not get refills and another 30+ minutes after eating to get check. Just horrible customer service.

Dining in service is extremely slow. They’re more worried about to-go orders than the customers inside. I’ve watched about 15 to-go orders come out and we’ve been here an hour and haven’t gotten our food. If you’re looking for way better food with way better service go to Thai Spice.

Stopped in for lunch, two of us. Service was quick. Started with the Glass Noodle Soup. Wonderful broth and vegetables added shrimp. Next we had the Pad Thai and added shrimp, my companion had the the Panang Curry, both very good!!!

Decided to try Thai Charm for lunch today, it definitely did not disappoint. We have not found good Thai food since moving to the northshore. This place was excellent!! It will definitely be worth the drive from Mandeville to make this our go-to Thai restaurant. The drunken noodles and green curry were amazing. The owner was soo nice and said they could easily make one of my fav Thai dishes. Go eat here!!

Best Thai food on the Northshore and I've tried them all. You will not be disappointed. The Veggie Pad Thai, Massaman Curry, Thai Basil and Thai Fried Rice and all were outstanding. You need to give this place a try.

Was skeptical of all the other five star reviews but nah, this place was great. Food looked and tasted FRESH. We got fresh spring rolls and drunken noodles which were both great, but the Kao Soi was the stand out. It's a combination of cooked and fried noodles in a spicy yellow curry that made for a spicy wonderful dish I had never tried before.

They had a full house and service did not suffer from it, got the food fast. Would definitely recommend you try this place if you like any of the other Thai joints in Covington.

I’m excited to have an authentic Thai restaurant close by. Kai soi with shrimp was delish. We also enjoyed the cashew nut and Tom yum soup! The owner was very sweet and told us about how she plans to extend the menu soon to offer a greater variety of authentic Thai dishes. Can’t wait to go back and try more dishes.

Came across this gem on door dash. We ordered the dumplings and spring rolls as apps. The spring rolls taste like a fresh garden AND the plum sauce was fantastic.
All entrees were also spot on! Highly recommend

We love Thai food! Found this great new restaurant on the North Shore! My husband and I normally travel to Hammond to our favorite little Thai place. But tonight we didn’t want to travel far and decided to order close to home. We actually ordered 20 minutes prior to closing (expecting them to say no more pick up orders), but they happily (and were very friendly) took our order. We ordered an appetizer, soup, and 2 entrees. Both the Pad Thai and drunken noodles were very fresh- noodles were perfect (not over cooked, hard or sticky). The entire meal was excellent, reasonably priced and full of flavor. We will definitely be back!

This little Bistro is a teal Charm.
Some of the best Thai food since we where in Thailand. They don't hold back on the flavors.

Comfortable atmosphere with friendly, attentive service. My wife and I got the pad Thai, green curry and pineapple fried rice, and they were all delicious. We ordered the medium heat to be safe but wasn't enough for us, we still really enjoyed the flavors.

We will definitely be coming back and will be getting out dishes a little spicier.

I ordered the basil chicken Thai rice, slightly salted, chicken pieces were on the large pieces of chicken, not happy, normally Thai rice gives you the wow in your mouth because of the flavor, I’m super dissatisfied n disappointed to spend so much n not be satisfied, I really looked forward to a new place experience, also ordered drunken noodle dinner for 2 in my family salted,

Quick service , the servers are very attentive. Great curry! Try the roti it’s simple but done very well.

Great new place to get excellent Thai food. The owners ( husband and wife) are incredibly polite and helpful with the menu. The chef had a restaurant in Thailand for many many years and is an amazing older lady... she’s also the owner’s Mom! You definitely need to get by this place and get some good spicy Thai! It’s my new “go to” for Thai on the Northshore!

Best Thai food I've had on the Northshore. I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai and Thai Fried Rice, and they were both awesome. My family and I are pretty picky about Thai food, and I'm glad we gave this spot a try. If you like Thai food that tastes fresh and homemade, you'll like The Charm.
