The service was consistently like this for the time we were there. We got the steamed thai dumplings as an appetizer, and they were excellent! Definitely my favorite part of the meal. For our entrées, I got the garlic and black pepper chicken, with an included side of jasmine rice and my husband got the penang curry(also with rice), both were super flavorful and the chicken didnt have gristle or fat, which was a huge plus. Our drinks stayed full, and the staff was kind and attentive without being overbearing. I will absolutely be back!

Look at what $61 gets you! The tom kah soup is very good, pad tie is ok. Fried rice with shrimp was good. Now for the bad news, 87 was on the inspection report, bugs& natts were in the dining area. Now for the bad bad news.. who ever came up with the menu design is crazy, there is so much color you will need an eye exam and 2 Tylenol. The prices are high and the portion are quite large. Most of the vegetables were sliced onions and peppers with very little meat. The exterior design as well as the inside design is terrible, color overload, dingy, dirty and gross. I did like the Tom Kah soup. I ordered a cup and received a bowl, I ate it all. Probably won't go back, too bad I did like the soup.

I have been wanting to take out food here for a while and the Massaman curry did not disappoint! They have a fabulous lunch special for about $12 and it’s absolutely worth it! The owner was very kind as well.

Authentic food made with love. It was So Good! I had Pad Thai w peanut sauce and it did not disappoint. It was my first visit and I can’t wait to return.

Very quaint location full of interesting, eye-catching things. Their yellow chicken and shrimp curry is wonderful. I love taking pictures of adorable food presentations, but my taste buds get very excited and always get straight to devouring my order. Just ask for potatoes to be well done as they are toxic when undercooked. The flavor on mild heat is untraceable when paired with the sweet pineapple chunks. 🍍 I love this place. Closed between 3 and 5pm also on Mondays. Bummer.

Tried to give this place another chance but still very disappointing. Ordered pad see ew this time but it just tasted like salty soy sauce and was pretty dry. I also asked for a side of spicy chili and it is literally just soy sauce with red pepper sprinkled in it. Panang curry was not terrible and Tom kha soup was good but for good Thai food I would skip this place all together which is sad because the people seem very nice and it has a very authentic feel inside.

It was super good. I tried the fruit fried rice because it isn't something I would normally go for, it was superb with the tofu. Flavor profile is so much better than I normally get. Best Thai food I've had before.

Curry chicken taste good but they forgot to give me white rice to eat with it so disappointed. Make sure to check your take out before picking it up to make sure you get all that you ordered.

I have been coming to Jasmine Thai for the last four years and really enjoy it. The service is always fast and the food, very tasty.
My favorite dishes are their crab rangoons, steamed gyoza, pad Thai, and basil fried rice. Their Currys are also great.
They have vegetarian options as well as seafood and other meats. You can customize your food to your liking in terms of spiciness level aswell. Beware that the mild may still be too spicy for some as Thai food traditionally can be very spicy.
The decor is very ecceltic and the menu is very colorful and can be slightly hard to read. However I think that just speaks to the authenticity of the place.

First experience with Thai food, it was delicious! We've been returning customers ever since. I've not had anything that was unpalatable, but a word of warning if you've never eaten Thai food...I love hot spicy food, the first level of spicy made my eyes water, and the more you eat, the hotter it gets!! The service is exceptional as well as the food. The Pineapple fried rice is off the chain, one of my absolute favorites. Everything I've eaten so far has been scrumptiously good. I've learned start with "medium" first, then graduate up, if you can handle the heat. I will start posting pictures of the food as we continue to return.
The Crab Rangoon appetizer...I've NEVER had it ANYWHERE as good as it is here!!! We've started eating here at least twice a month now and our goal is to eat every dish on the menu. The last order my husband ate the Salmon Teriyaki OMG, it was wonderful (Yes we try each other's entrees). I ordered the Panang Curry, delicious!!!
As far as beverages go I recommend you try the Thai tea (cold) and if you love ginger the hot ginger tea is an absolute must!
Our very first visit I had ordered a dish I can't recall the name of and it was so hot and spicy my nose was running, my eyes watered, I wanted to cry, our "neighbor" diners told us to order the Thai tea because it helps to diminish the hot, so now you know, lol, I didn't! I ordered the pineapple fried rice with chicken as a replacement and my John took the hot dish home for his lunch the next day, he loved it!
Listen to your server!! If she advises you to go medium first, you BETTER, I didn't and it literally set me on fire!
If you are looking for a delicious meal, that's all you'll get here, highly recommend you try it!!!

I’ve come to the realization that the people of Rome, GA do not understand what good food is and Rome certainly is a culinary disappointment. Add Jasmine Thai to that list. I have no idea why this place has a 4.6. The food had a stale, clearly store bought taste and one of the dishes, their recommended spicy basil, was full of frozen vegetables. A terrible experience, we threw that and the soup away.

This is the BEST Thai food around!!! The food is always spot-on, consistently delicious every single time. We live an hour away and eat here several times a month and have for years. The owners and staff are exceptionally nice and so very hardworking. I cannot say enough wonderful things about it. Ginger Delight and Garlic Black Pepper are our go-to favorite orders…such healthy and tasty stir fry dishes!

Definitely the worst Thai I have ever had. I ordered pad Thai with beef and had about 5 tiny absolutely cooked to death chunks and about 4 pieces of gristle. The noodles were soggy and had no flavor at all. My husband ordered spicy basil with chicken and he got a plate full of vegetables. He was searching for meat also. Also, reading the menu will hurt your eyes and give you a headache. Whoever designed that did not have the consumer in mind.We love Thai food and this was super disappointing. To say we won’t be back is an understatement. 2 stars is only because the owner was nice.

The owner is very kind and provides wonderful service… this is a true hidden gem in Rome… the prices are wonderfully affordable too.

Not the same

They use to be so friendly here. Now that I’ve been back in Rome after a year customer service is not the same. No friendly greeting anymore. I even said good afternoon and was asked,”what was your order?” Also, online says they close at 9pm but yesterday I came at 8:30 and they turned off the sign before I could walk in. I don’t think I’d come here anymore. It’s disappointing because the food was good. However even the portion size has changed.

Really authentic! The owner is so nice and the food was delicious. I think some people complained about it being closed the last couple times they went by, but if they were paying attention, they know he had to go back to Thailand, to see his family, like the sign in the window states. Just like being in Thailand for me!

The menu looks great! Would love to try it.... The last three times we tried they were closed... Even though it states they are open on line. Not sure i am willing to give them another try.

Great food but they are NEVER open when they are listed to be open. I actually tried to order four times over the last couple months. I’ve placed an order on DoorDash, as the restaurant was listed as open. All four times, no one picked up at the restaurant and I never got food. I’ve only ever actually gotten food once.
That one time, it was good.

Wonderful food and service. It was delicious. The resturant itself was a bit warm, however, the food was worth it. Just FYI they will be closed July and some of August for their trip back home.

Super friendly owners who were very to happy to see us on a slow Saturday night. They interacted with our children and we walked away with three more toys than we had coming in.

They don't use the number system for the spicyness of their dishes, they just ask if you want it spicy or not. A yes produces around a 7 or 8 if the number system is what you're used to.

Oh, and the food was good, that would probably be helpful for me to include.
