The food is not fresh,it is nothing like the similar restaurant at Jefferson mall. They give you a small portion of meat and my egg roll was unchewable. I work in the mall so I gave them a try, never again. I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I gave them my hard earned money! You live and you learn
Let me start by saying the service was great the staff was friendly but the food was terrible, the chicken was soggy tasted like it had been there for a while. The crab rangoons barely any filling and they give me a little Thimble full of sauce (Which had been WATERED DOWN SAUCE) which you can clearly see,to match the barely existent crab rangoon filling.Plus the spring rolls were beyond greasy and disgusting, Terrible π
The food was absolutely delicious, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Every dish had that perfect balance of spices that makes Thai cuisine so enjoyable. The customer service was decent. The overall atmosphere was pretty good as well, with a clean and inviting space that made the meal all the more enjoyable. If you're in the mood for tasty Thai food, this place is definitely worth a visit.
I don't know why it's called Thai Kitchen, it should be called Chinese Kitchen because it has more Chinese food than Thai food and the little Thai Food they have is atrocious. The pad Thai was not good. I don't know what sauce they used to cook this, but taste more like orange chicken sauce then pad Thai. Also, it looks like they just took all the leftover vegetables from their Chinese food and threw in the pan with some rice noodles. Not worth the 15 min wait or the 14 dollar price tag.
I ordered Chicken Pad thai. The dish cost $14.ΓΓ. Totally not worth it. It looked nothing like the picture.
This is not Thai food. Donβt waste your time and money. I am Thai I could not stand it

The chicken is amazing!
Had a great security system and play People were friendly ,clean place.
Got food poisoning from the food (bankok chicken) donβt waste your money then to top it off the boba wasnβt even cooked all the way
The absolute best Chinese food and the bubble tea was the best I'd ever had as well. 10/10 would recommend.
I Took basil fried riceβ¦ unfortunately there is no basil leaves in it π
I ate here and paid for it with severe 4 day food poisoning.
Best Thai Food in area
Totally loved itπππππ
Ordered the shrimp pad thai just for it to have maybe 4 pieces of shrimp and the rest tasted like they poured a whole bottle of vinegar in my food. Never again.
Great place for a quick bite.
Staff are friendly and respectful. Everything I had tasted great. I forgot what the chicken was called but boy was it spicy. The lo main was some of the best as well
When did mall food get so pricey? Donβt recommend for the price.
While basically everyone was eating ChicFilA, we ate here. Steamed cabbage and vegetables, rice noodles and garlic green beans. SO GOOD. Seasoned so well. Definitely a better choice.
The vegetable soup is amazing, as was the lo Main noodles and the sweet plantains. Also, the people running it were the nicest people on earth. Iβm sad I was only in town for one week and canβt come back for more
Pretty good food and love the serving size
Not Thai food at all. Not even good.
Good food and super friendly
This is not thai food. Its just like any other americanized chinese mall food youll find anywhere else. The wonton soup was dreadful. Absolutely terrible
Food was small portions for price! Was okay taste but wouldn't give refill on $3 drink bad service!
Really great food friend staff and clean
Good taste 'π and server

BOURBON CHICKEN! Very good. Always friendly.
Excellent restaurant, much better than the chinese place across the food court. The manager, Mrs. Loni, is a very nice women. Planning on eating here again.
Food sits for hours. Terrible! Avoid at all costs!
Poor service and bad dining experience. We spent a lot of money on grill along with 3 appetizer and I was treated poorly. I would never go bask.
A tasty stop for lunch by two sweet ladies.
Great service. Food was really good! !
Excellent service by 2 lovely ladies. I took my 2 kids to the movies and grabbed a quick bite to eat. They took great care of us in a rush and pilled on the food. Best food in the St. Matthews food court.
Over charged me...I purchased one item but I was charged for 2 items not 1.. When confronted the woman she said it was because of the egg roll but yet I paid for the egg roll as well. Chicken was hard.. WILL NOT RETURN..
