Absolutely amazing!!! We loved this place. Our server our Cody was so sweet and professional. He really went the extra mile. Our food was the best we’ve had in a long time at a restaurant.

We had a really pleasant time here. The sushi was excellent. The miso soup was even better. It was as good as homemade miso soup, which is really rare eating out. The server was prompt and courteous. The ambiance is great. I really liked the artwork on the walls.

The entree we ordered was underwhelming. Otherwise, it was practically perfect. Being from Illinois, I found the pricing to be great as well 😂

Came in this evening to celebrate my uncle’s birthday and the entire experience was fabulous, our server Mia especially. Although tasty, it's a pretty poor value for your money. I ordered two chicken wonton soups at $7 each and they were tiny half full containers. With all the other options in town, we won't be eating here again.

We tried, we really did! The sushi roll was good, but our entrees were disappointing. There was no fresh component to our meals. After picking out the dry, rubbery chicken, my rice was inedible. My husband's curry was far from fresh as it was congealed and slimy. This was a recommendation fro. friends as part of our anniversary celebration. I should have spoke with the manager and got my money back. We left nauseous and disappointed!

This fine establishment brings a smile to your face when your trying to figure out what's to eat but every other restaurant sounds blah like yeah same ol' same ol'.. so this place is definitely a refreshing break from all the other usuals.

Be patient with the staff as every place is short staffed!

Updated 2-15-25. We are regulars. They still don't disappoint! The sunset roll, KY Roll, and Crab Dragon roll are the 3 best they have.

Food is always excellent. Had the orange chicken and the wife had drunken noodles. Fantastic taste and quality.

The hostess is always on her phone and getting take orders to the people are never a priority.

But it is worth the inconvenience of waiting a few minutes to get that good of food

My aunt and I went for her birthday. We got the fried calamari and seaweed salad as the appetizer then my entrée was the teriyaki salmon with white rice and asparagus. Hers was the drunken noodles with tofu. I recommend everything we had haha it was so delicious. We thought we was going to try to save something to bring home but we ate everything lol. Definitely coming back.

This is a really nice restaurant for the area… I wouldn’t call it a Thai place, more of an Asian Cuisine because they make a lot more than just Thai Food here, and it’s usually on point.

I say usually because normally everything here is absolutely amazing, but some times? You might get them on an off day, which we all have. I understand consistency matters in this industry, but perfection is a completely different word, and standard. It’s not like the restaurant has a Michelin Star or anything like that! It does have a health inspection rating of “A” which is kinda rare in this area.

Having said that? My favorite dish here is their Sesame Chicken because it’s more of a Chinese Style, but served with Thai style fried rice, and it’s delicious! We also tried different sushi rolls and some of them came out amazing, and a few weren’t what we expected.

But overall it’s a great place to eat with good portions of food for the money you’re spending. If you eat there, the staff that serves you are very nice and professional. We have had problems with the front desk kids at times when we ordered for pickup.. I guess because of our appearance, they like to stereotype here & either get scared of us or feel people that look like us (tattoos & piercings) shouldn’t be able to afford to eat here. Like one time, the young girl asked me to wait for my order, & then immediately picked up all the money from the tip box because I guess she was afraid I might try to steal it? Hahaha, And then before she handed me my order asked me if I was a grubhub worker, when I said no? She then asked if I paid for my order. When anything over $40 has to be paid up front which was a little offensive. Same with my wife, who is also tattooed everywhere. They refused to give her our order one day after we already paid for it until the manager came over & had to approve it. So there’s that.

But all in all? Thanks for all the times you guys/gals provided us with a great dinner for our family! We really enjoyed it once you felt comfortable enough to give us our food.

This place was packed on a Monday night. Good food. Great service. A couple vegan options.

Pricy, but good. Usually always packed, so they have a wait.

Music is so loud you have to speak loudly to have a conversation. Food is not what it used to be. Server took forever just to get our drinks.

Door dash order was "misplaced" and I received no food. The manager was unresponsive and unhelpful. Perhaps dining in would be better, but I'm not giving them a chance on that.

Never got our food we have been here for over an hour and it has never came and we have to listen to this kids bop music playing on the loudest speakers known to man

Update: finally got our food after an hour and a half my Japanese Teppanyaki that was ordered medium rare came well done the eastern peak roll and the shrimp were good but the only thing really good was the Crab Dragon Roll but everything else besides the shrimp and eastern peak roll was ok at best still a 1 star out of 5 cuz we had to wait so long and when we finally got it, it was the most upsetting thing I have ever experienced

I pick up orders for DoorDash here, and I have always had a good experience. Friendly staff, and little to no wait time for orders.

Excellent restaurant, have had a few "mishaps" in the past but the food is usually consistently good- atmosphere is great, it's relaxed and inviting and the service is ALWAYS good even if the food might not be lol (but the food usually is good!)

Dined alone. Place was about half full. Service friendly and efficient. Started with salt and pepper calamari. Delicious. Ordered spicy tuna and spider rolls. Both were excellent. I will return.

Marked down service because you cannot tell me management does not know how bad their hostess is. She barely speaks, walks you to a table without asking a preference, then walks away. We saw a couple have to call out to her and say they did not want to sit at a table, she told them, it was a "rotation" issues. The customer is there to be served, not worry about "rotations" - also, what was on what will be my last trip for a while, it is 30 minutes before closing and all of the chairs around me are flipped up on top of the tables. We did not feel welcome at all. The Servers are great, so there is no issues there. The hostess, not sure why you keep her.

Always good food, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Love the drunken noodles, any of the curry, crab dragon roll is a favorite for sure. All around solid place.

Never disappoints!

Overall the food was good, merely had the pad Thai, so cannot comment on any of the other main dishes. The lunch prices were fair I thought and the service overall was pretty good. Not exactly not your socks off five-star levels here, but solid choice if you're looking for some Thai cuisine.

Waited 55 minutes for takeout. Gave our name when we came in—checked back three separate times. They finally admitted they didn’t have our order, we checked the bank statement and saw we were charged for it so we came back in to get them to cancel the charge. They brought the manager over and then the girl “found” our food (that had been sitting there since we walked in to pick it up initially) and the manager walked away. No apology, just cold food…. First trip. Won't be my last. Not a huge sushi fan, but what I had was delicious!

My wife and I were returning from Florida and we stopped at this restaurant on the way home to Illinois. We have had Thai food at numerous locations in various states and have never had a bad experience...until this one. Even though it's in Paducah, KY we figured we couldn't go wrong with Thai because it is typically so flavorfully delicious, but this place really sucked. Truly our first and only bad experience with Thai, and we have had it at least 100 times at different restaurants. Perhaps they had a new cook that night but the food was lacking flavor. The orders were correct and we received the meat, but the noodle dishes (Pad Kee Mao equivalent) and the (Tom Kha) soup did not have flavor. It was as if the key ingredients were missing. We stopped in and placed a take out order to eat on the drive the rest of the way home, otherwise I would have given it back to have them remake it (if we were dining in). Totally unacceptable. It wasn't busy that night but we waited an exceptionally long time to receive the food, so something must have been up that night. If we were living in the area I would expect it to be credited to us the next time we came in. If you are looking for Thai food WITH FLAVOR, I would NOT recommend this place.

My order was 26 dollars they forgot my salad I went back and got the salad and they gave me slimy salad that looks like it’s been sitting out for a few days and I ordered the lunch sesame chicken that literally 5 pieces in it.. I’m so confused on how I spent that much money on basically something children sized

Best sushi in Paducah.

My husband and I go to Jasmine all the time for sushi and occasional Thai dishes. The food is very tasty! The servers and bartenders have all been truly excellent. I do have a couple of suggestions for improvement. PLEASE train your hosts. Most of our experiences here, the hosts do not greet us. They don’t say thank you when leaving. They look bothered to have to seat us. It really does put a damper on the experience. (Odd because we had this same issue at the sister restaurant,Eastern Peak Bellevue, when we lived there.) A host’s main job should be welcoming and communicating with customers walking in the door.

Also, please fix extremely wobbly tables and broken spring benches, or don’t sit customers there.

Overall - an excellent place to eat.

Fantastic service, cool ambiance and delicious food. The Thai fried rice is out of this world. Thai tea is on point and the crab rangoons are amazing. Excellent management, wonderful server and a surprisingly great spot we found along our road trip.

Amazing experience!! Asked for a booth when entering but they said they didn't have any. Directed us to a table which on the way there was a booth that had just emptied so I asked the server if we could have that booth and she was so sweet and hurried up and emptied that booth and cleaned it for us. Food was AMAZING!! I got sushi and my fiance got the chicken teriyaki. Next time I'm trying the salmon teriyaki. It's rare that I like a restaurant so much that I'm already planning what I'm getting next time!! Tens across the board !! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Also, our server was AWESOME!!! Best food

Unfortunately, we found the food to be too salty. My husband and I eat Thai food often, and this was extremely, extremely salty (even for Asian food.) I had the lo mein, and he had the basil fried rice. On the up-side, my toddler and 11 month old loved the Thai fried rice. Also, the waiter was very good and the place very inviting, friendly, and accommodating for families. Nothing personal but I would not go back due to how the food made me feel and the fact that it was so incredibly salty.

P.S. It was really nice that the management followed up after I left the above review. Again, nothing personal and thank you for commenting and hearing my feedback! I’m adding a star for that!

By far one of my favorite restaurants! Food is great, service as well. Never had a bad experience here.

We spent three hours in the restaurant after our reservation was lost and our food was slow to arrive. My son loves Thai and was turning 10 that day, but unlike other restaurants, nothing special is done for birthdays. Those two things are the reason for the three star rating. However, our waiter was funny, kind, and provided excellent service. The food was very good too, once it arrived.

I have been to Jasmine's what seems like a thousand times. This time was the SLOWEST I had ever experienced as to getting your food. Arrived at 1:06 and left at 3:15....granted it WAS the day after Christmas, so I understand they could've been understaffed because they weren't sitting half the dining area.

The food is consistent here. I have never had a bad dish. Lately, the service is below average. But times are hard for restaurants and restaurant workers. Update: service is never good. The staff seems not to care and generally aloud or burned out-not all staff, but overall and prevalent. Dining in an online ordering are always incorrect. Dining in is less problematic as a server may catch it, and it's is easy to remedy-for the most part. Online ordering is not recommended. Last two orders had major flaws or omissions in the order with no way to rectify the situation or be compensated. The food is delicious. The service is spotty. Accuracy is an issue. The atmosphere and value used to be high, but the mood has soured, and the decor is getting a bit long in the tooth. It's not the end of the world, but the dust on the fixtures is making it obvious and reflecting the overall decline.

I had low expectations for a Thai AND sushi place in Paducah, but I was pleasantly surprised. This place is a home run.

This isn’t something you can say if someone has celiac, either it’s gluten free or it isn’t.

We had a table of 3½ ( 3 adults and a toddler). Everything except the waitress was perfect. And she still got a good tip from us. She was the type to joke around with her tables instead of keeping the drinks full type. And we did go empty for a bit. And they were not busy. But as always, food was excellent, and the atmosphere was awesome. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean. I would definitely recommend if you want Thai food or sushi.

Sat for over an hour waiting on food. Wasn't busy. Wasn't warm. Waitress was barely personable. Music was too loud. Waitress made us hand her plates and clean off the table before she gave us the check. She got real nice all of a sudden when it came time to leave a tip. Never again.

Never ceases to disappointment!

Called to place a Togo order and it rang for literally 5 minutes, no one ever picked up. Came to order and was told 20-25 minutes, and it’s been over 30. Most likely will never order from here again or come here again for food. Absolutely ridiculous.

Jasmine is always a great choice, especially if you like sushi & noodle dishes. Their crab rangoon is always pretty tasty and I usually get Pad Thai chicken. The Pad Thai chicken could probably use a few more ingredients, but still it's a delicious dish and hard to find elsewhere in Paducah.

We got there just 15 minutes before closing. There were four of us and they greeted us so cheerfully even being so close to closing time. Our waitress was fantastic. She was so sweet and cheerful. Engaged us in delightful conversation and very quick to answer any and all questions regarding their menu. My son is somewhat of an aficionado when it comes to sushi and Japanese food. I also enjoy a variety of sushi. My son helped us all order and the waitress was able to answer all of our questions. The atmosphere was so upbeat and relaxing. They didn't rush us even though they were now closed and the waitress was going to have a quick break but said that anyone would be happy to help us. Her break was quick and she immediately let us know she was back to serve us. If we ever have the chance to get back there again and she still works we will definitely point her out to the hostess and request her as our waitress. It's been awhile since we were there before I got a chance to write this but we will never forget her face and smile. I am so sorry I forgot her name, my old age creeping in😞😂.

At least 10 empty tables. 45-50 minute wait, and the hostess was beyond rude. In the past, we have brought numerous clients to Jasmine, but I will guarantee that will never happen again. Sadly, it has taken a big nosedive.

Everything about my experience was great. We had signature cocktails, crab Rangoon, lettuce wraps, sushi rolls and other dishes. Everything was delicious and the service was great!

Passed through Paducah and was so lucky to have found this place. The food was delicious. The deep-fried cheesecake will forever be in my dreams! Absolutely fantastic!
