The food was fairly average. The papaya salad was good. The pad Thai was OK. I did not like the mango curry. Way too sweet and no balance or distinct flavor whatsoever.

I have been trying most pho restaurants nearby my place. And I think here is one of top 3 restaurants in my mind. I often order pho here, but today I tried different dishes. I was worried at first about the taste since I've never tried before. However, far as I was worried, food was awesome.
The most attractive part of this restaurant is that they don't use MSG(written in the menu book).
But sometimes there are so many pick-up and/or delivery orders so that we need to be patient and wait till they come. I think this depends on the day, time and workers.
Overall, awesome place in Buffalo!

Whenever my sister and I eat here, we are beyond thrilled with the food and customer service! We always order the following: Vegan vegetable tempura, vegan summer rolls, vegan crispy tofu, and vegan potato curry with tofu! Everything we always order is made top notch! We absolutely recommend this restaurant! It is one of the best (if not the best) Thai restaurant in the buffalo-Niagara area!

I ordered Panang curry ( added duck as the protein) tempura shrimp, and Tom Yum Goong soup from Saigon Bangkok - the Niagara Falls Blvd location - via UE. I was allowed to choose the spice level, I chose medium. The curry was creamy and delicious, the vegetables were crisp. The duck tasted like it had been smoked, flavor held up despite being immersed in rich creamy coconut milk curry. The soup was very flavorful. Spice level was perfect on each item.

We placed an order on door dash when we were looking for Thai food in Williamsville,NY.
We ordered 2 of the same curry dishes with different heat levels. They both arrived very spicy, which my wife cannot eat. I called the restaurant and explained the situation.
The inexperienced girl on the phone was not trained enough to know the ins and outs of how door dad works with their delivery orders. She commented often how short staffed they were and offered a credit. That did not resolve our need for dinner for my wife. She told me to call door dash and deal with it myself. I explained since it was their mistake I would simply like what we ordered and would wait for delivery. She again said they were short staffed and didn’t even know what to do or how to do it.
We spent $120 on dinner and were very disappointed. I even mentioned leaving a negative review she said if I want to leave a nasty comment, that is on me.
There are so many Thai places in Williamsville and I am happy to give them my business or try something new based on this one experience.
I miss the days of quality customer service and good leadership that puts its employees in a place to succeed. Unfortunately, Saigon Bangkok did not meet my basic expectations and I won’t be going back, even though the food is amazing.

It pains me to say this, but this was the most tasteless green curry I've ever had. The waitress brought out some bubbling, flavorless sludge in a pot. I didn't even bother to take a photo of this disaster, hoping the chef reads this review and changes the recipe.

Overall, I don't want to say that this is a bad Thai restaurant. People around me were eating very beautifully presented and seemingly delicious food.

I just don't recommend ordering the green curry here.

I will start on a positive note. The chicken satay is delicious, juicy, and tender. It is grilled not deep fried, so make sure you’re in the mood for something grilled and ‘healthy’. The potato curry was delicious! They don’t LOAD their food with sugar or MSG, so it tastes like a good balance and not too sweet. The thai tea was good, again balanced not too sweet or too milky or tea taste, it was all equally balanced.
The only thing I disliked was the chicken panang. The chicken didn’t taste real it tasted processed. And the curry part i didn’t like, something was off about it to me.

The food was excellent, but our server was not good. There were 4 of us, and only 3 entrées came out , so we had to flag down our waitress to find out where our other entrée was. The food did come out very fast. In the end, we had to ask for to go boxes and the check from someone else cause we never saw our server again.

ordered a beef dish and a seafood dish through door dash. The beef was actually very spoiled, smelled something like garbage. The seafood was also not fresh but not as bad as the beef. Never again.

I order food for pickup once a week from this location & left today so disappointed. I completely lost my appetite.
I came in & a nice waitress proceeded to cash me out. The phone kept ringing & told her to answer it, as I was not in a rush. She took the order & right afterwards attempted to Cash me out. Right before she did so, a very loud inappropriate Asian woman whom I believe is the Manager yelled across 4 tables for this server to (stop what she was doing) to clear a plate.
Several guests that were seated, along with myself were appalled at how un -professional & rude she was to an employee. She then came storming up to the counter so hostile & gave me my change by throwing the coins in my hand. I really wanted to leave after this but was waiting for my side of hot sauce. The poor waitress who previously was juggling several customers brought it right out & apologized to me.
This particular manager I have witnessed belittling employee's & acting in such a distasteful manner.

I felt so badly for the girl that was cashing me out. Every time I'm there to dine in or out she is always working so hard & goes out of her way for this restaurant & this incident was completely un called for.

I love their food but when I call (every time) to place my order I feel that I am inconveniencing the person answering the phone with the attitude I get, very rude and also in a hurry to get me off the phone. Very unprofessional!!!
Also they told me to pick up my order at 7:00 pm I had to sit and wait - I left at 7:26 pm ……. Horrible!!

We had a delicious birthday lunch at Sigon Bangkok .... one of our favorite ethnic places to dine in Buffalo.

We ordered appetizers including summer rolls, sweet & sour Vietnamese soup and the wanton soup. Each was delicious and beautifully presented! We had only begun enjoying these when our entrees arrived. This is the only negative thing l have to say about our dining experience. We should have asked our server to NOT bring out our dinners until we had finished our appetizers. We will definitely definitely do that at our next visit!

The food was very delicious. I gave a 3 star because two workers were using one of the tables to make what looked like wontons. They kept getting up to answer the phone, grab orders, go to the kitchen then kept sitting back down after constantly touching everything and continue to make the wontons without washing their hands. It seemed unsanitary

I rated this a one before because of a bad experience I had with a new girl but I'm changing it now because since then I've only had good experiences. My family had been coming here for about 20 years, mostly my mother, and the owners are very sweet and accommodating.

Ordered takeout and when we went to pick up our order the 2 girls at the front were extremely rude and asked the name for the order several times and then ignored us and walked away after I told them the name for my order several times upon them asking. The one girl came back and continued to ignore us and her coworker asked if she got our order and she rudely said “no I don’t know the name” and proceeded to ask us the name for the order again and handed it off to us rudely. My order was also wrong but I was treated so awful that I didn’t want to go back and have it fixed. The restaurant wasn’t busy so I don’t understand why we were treated with such disrespect.

Pho- great beef flavor and aroma. The broth is more on the oily side. Downside is that no basil, only bean sprout and lime. Ask for chili oil for spice. Forgot to take picture of the pho bowl before eating- Pho bowl looks appetizing.

Ordered pad Thai take out yesterday. It was a gelatinous mess. Noodles over cooked and all one big clump. Other food was good, not great.

Horrible experience. We ordered a thin rice noodle dish along with a chicken fried rice and a mix vegetable fried rice. Our waitress was in a rush even we were the only party inside of the restaurant. Took forever to prepare our food even tho the memebers of the crew were kept ignoring us and eating right infront of us. Received wrong dishes and the portion was really small. Not worth the price. At the end waitress came to us with the bill while our kid was eating and left the bill at our table saying thank you. So basically she asked us to leave without saying it. Lol. Didnt even bother to ask about dessert or didnt even apologize about the wrong dishes. Wouldnt eat here again. We didnt leave a tip because of the waitress attitude. She came to our table and said why didnt us tip her. So we explained to her our experience. She had the nerve to tell us that she has nothing to do with everything.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Saigon Bangkok was one of my favorite restaurants to eat at. I ordered and ate Saigon Bankok Pad See Ew with shrimp and scallops 2 days ago and I got food poisoning about 8 hours after consumption I’ve been sick for 2 days now and in horrific pain. I called Saigon to let them know I had food poisoning from there food and all they said was “ hope you feel better”

We ordered vegetable tempura, 2 pad Thais and two Penang curries. The Penang curry was reasonable. Not the best but ok. The Veg Tempura was way too oily for a human being to consume. But the disappointment was the Pad Thai. We had ordered Veg pad Thai with no eggs, they used way too much fish sauce that the Pad Thai smelt so much like a dead fish. We could not eat even one bite. We had to throw the Pad Thai straight to the dustbin as shown in the photo. It was completely unedible. We called the restaurant and the person on the phone said it was because we didn’t order peanut sauce. Trust me when I say that all the peanut sauce in the world could not have saved this pad thai. They were very dismissive and didn’t offer any refund or replacement. Bad pad Thai and even worse customer service!

We’ve been going here regularly for years and the service, as well as food quality, has really fallen off. There have been multiple mistakes on our order every week, long wait times, and no sense of remorse or accommodation from the staff. It’s very disappointing. We will be finding a new spot for lunch.
