We ordered the Mussamon Curry that comes with jasmine rice (10 out of 10), Spicy Basil Fried Rice with chicken, along with summer rolls (comes with chicken inside, no pork or shrimp variety and it’s so good!), Tom Kha Gai soup, and the pork dumplings (so crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, best dumplings in BG).

A delightful place to stop. The food is amazing, with a wide variety of dishes to suit every palette. The tom yum soup is perfect for a winter night especially. I also highly recommend the Thai green tea as a delicious summer drink

Red Curry was pretty good and the spice level was just right at medium heat, just needed more sauce red curry sauce to go with the large portion of rice that comes with. Egg roll was great. I will be back. Opens at 11!

The chicken Pad Thai had some of the best flavor I’ve tasted out of variations from multiple restaurants in KY/TN/VA. The BBQ pork noodles were also great, but a light sauce or broth would take that dish over the top as it eats slightly dry. Overall, food was very fresh, a solid value and the experience makes us want to visit again much sooner than later.

I Love the chicken Pad Thai and vegetable egg rolls!! I've tried almost every Thai restaurant for this same meal in Bowling Green and this one is definitely the best! Always hot, fresh and the noodles are the perfect texture!

EXCELLENT. Best crab wontons I've ever had! Actually had crab meat in them! We had cashew chicken, it was amazing. VERY CLEAN, nice relaxing atmosphere. I live an hour away and will make the trip back solely to come ear here! Sorry. Didn't think to take a picture.

If you're looking for real authentic Thai food as a foreigner I don't recommend you coming here the food is bland is too americanized is not bad is just that I tasted better hope you guys make a little change on the seasoning BUT I do recommend the ice Thai tea and Dumplings

This was the first time back since it was closed down. The food is still excellent, but the redecoration is fabulous. Highly recommend the Pad Thai and the coconut chicken soup!

The renovated space looks very modern and is visibly kept clean. Bathrooms are clean too. The atmosphere is relaxing and family friendly. The food is always hot and fresh, and their specialty drinks are delicious. They have plenty of vegetarian/vegan options. Service is very fast, I have never waited longer than 15 mins for food whether I dine in or takeout. You get a pretty decent portion for the price, I usually have two meals out of one portion.

We love this place! Food is freshly prepared and always delicious. The owners and staff are very accommodating. Extremely clean… actually the dining room is all new due to rebuild from tornado. If you’ve never eaten here you don’t know what you are missing. Try Thai Express soon!

Great carry out experience! Ordered Pad Thai, Tom Kha Gai soup, and chicken egg rolls. All were hot and delicious. We picked up in the drive thru and I was so impressed with the organization and cleanliness of the kitchen. Definitely in the weekly rotation!

I first visit last night. I got the chicken cashew meal with carrots and peppers and onions. It was delicious. I tasted Thai basil for the first time and loved it. That was on a lettuce plate that my guest had. I’ll be back for sure.

I have always gotten take out from here but it is apparent from the dine-in customers leaving theyre happy. Also many are return customers so that says alot. I am glad they are open again after the tornado so stop in,get some really good food and help welcome them back. It was awesome before 2021 and it is awesome now. Hivhly recommend.

Tasty, beautiful new building, and the aesthetic is cute to boot. Our server and those that brought the food were all very nice and personable. My server read my mind and brought me a to-go box. Very tasty food. Lots of vegetarian options for my vegetarian friend and I can't wait to go back and try different options!

Called in ahead of time, still had to wait for 10 minutes for the orders. Panang Curry didn’t taste like the particular Panang flavor. The size of the portions are small, too small for the amount you pay - will not fill you up, especially for the noodle dish… otherwise, a clean and quiet restaurant with friendly staff.

Definitely the best Thai in Bowling Green. Possibly the best Thai in the region. The only place ive had better was in Seattle, WA. Great food. Love the drunken noodle.

I had Pad Thai with chicken and a deep fried chicken springroll. Service was fast and very courteous. My plate could have fed two people.

Everything was amazing! The vibe was so zen, I felt as if I was meditating while I was eating. The Vegetable Tom Yum soup is bright and so flavorful! So friendly for vegans, even asked if I wanted my fried rice vegan! Definitely visit Thai Express, it's worth it 🧡

Pretty quick take out order!
The drunken noodles were not bad. The pad Thai has no flavor whatsoever, though.
I also hated that the noodles were broken up on purpose!

I've been a loyal customer over the years. The food quality is still excellent. The staff is still friendly. The food is still great. HOWEVER: it is simply TOO expensive now. I do understand we're in a pandemic. Supply chains have broken down and food costs are up. They haven't posted their new menu prices here on Google, but it is on their Facebook page. WOW. As of August 1, 21, menu prices rose again. It now costs an extra $5 to switch your protein to beef or shrimp. This is ridiculous compared to $2 at Thai Thai for beef/$3 for shrimp. Even cheaper at Kennedy Restaurant. Sadly, the entire menu is no longer reasonable or competitive.

While visiting Bowling Green we decided to order take out from Thai Express after seeing it's positive reviews on Google. I am very sad to say that this has been the absolute WORST Thai meal that we have ever had (we average about one Thai meal every month for the past almost two decades--so we are well aware of what good Thai food across the US tastes like). We ordered a few fried rice dishes--and instead of using Jasmine rice, the fried rice was made using long grain rice. The rice was mushy and over cooked. The basil fried rice had just a coupe of leaves of basil. The dishes were poorly seasoned. All in all it was absolutely TERRIBLE! I would give this place '0' stars or negative ratings if that were available.
PS: I am not one to publicly review any business. But I felt compelled to write this honest review, as I feel sure that the other reviews were probably paid reviews!!

Decent budget thai. I had the drunken noodles with chicken and my son had chicken fried rice. Food was lacking the traditional thai flavorings and hear. Our server was attentive and friendly. I would try again and see if it improves.

Super friendly and super yummy. They are really flexible on their dishes so if something looks good you can ask them to substitute to make it vegetarian or vegan if needed.

I've been here twice now, and both times have been delicious! The staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere relaxing. A perfect place to grab lunch, I am definitely making this a regular stop when I'm in Bowling Green.

I ve ate here a few times now and was so excited to try their dumplings. The chive ones are not very flavorful and just greens inside. Just very unsatisfieing and hard to eat. Very over priced for the small servings. To go containers are wonderful for the environment but awful when they make your food Inedible.

I had the tom kah ghai soup just now and I feel like it just brought me back to life. Perfectly spiced, tangy from the limes, creamy from the coconut, full of fresh veg and deliciously clean tasting chicken.

By far the most delicious thai I've ever had! Dark sauce noodle is my go to. The owner is very sweet and recognizes regulars, she even noticed I got a new car after two years living out of town.

The food here. I am a big person on food, once I discovered this place... oh man have I been hooked ever since. The interior is very quaint and the smells coming from the kitchen are always fantastic. Its a very intimate dining experience as you'll never really find the place packed, but that's a good thing! There's nothing between you and the food, lol. The staff are super friendly as well.

We wanted to eat well for lunch and literally hunted down this place in our visit to Kentucky and boy we were treated to a feast.

This place will not impress you from its exterior looks. Keep in mind, Don’t judge a book by its cover. The time we got into this place, there wasn’t much of a crowd and that was good in a way as we were being checked and also served on time. There was this one girl who was going around like a whirlwind, taking orders, serving and also checking out the guests who had come for takeouts.

The menu is pretty vast and spoils you with choice. We ordered dumplings, sriracha fried rice, red curry, ice tea and sweet rice with custard for a dessert. The taste was exemplary as much as the service of the staff. The main menu portion was sizable for three of us and the dessert was outstanding.

As we were walking out of the restaurant, there was a handful of people waiting for their takeout, served by the same whirlwind girl!
