Excellent service by my server Marie. She is very nice, friendly, and provided an amazing and timely service. I enjoyed the iced Thai tea and green curry with tofu. The food portion is great and took half of my curry home. If you are looking for a quick dine-in place with comfortable booths, this is the place to go. Just an advisory that the mildest degree of hotness was a bit still too hot but I like to adjust myself to hotter food so I wasn’t bothered by it.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at That Charm Restaurant and I must say, it did not disappoint. Despite being a little pricey, the portions were generously sized, and we even had enough to split. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the restaurant itself was clean and decorated with charming artwork. As for the food, I ordered the vegetable red curry with medium seasoning and was pleasantly surprised to find it had a kick of heat that even a Texan native like myself could appreciate. The dish was simply delicious, and the portion size was enormous, making it perfect for sharing. My dining partner enjoyed the Pad Egg Noodle which was very tasty. The vegetable spring rolls were decent but not as memorable as the rest of the meal. Overall, the atmosphere was lovely, and our waiter was friendly and engaging, making our dining experience at That Charm Restaurant a memorable one. I highly recommend visiting this hidden gem.

Since this place has open, me and my family have been here several times. We absolutely love this place and hope this place will stay for a while!!!!!! We have ordered multiple dishes such as: pad thai, eggplant stir fry, pineapple fried rice, orange chicken and many more. The manager is super nice and very welcoming. She always makes our experience there very nice. The food taste very fresh and complex. Each dish has different textures and flavors so nothing there is one note. They have various spice levels and do not disappoint. The place feels cozy and has lots of booths available. I would highly recommend coming to place. I cannot wait to come back!

Terrific new Thai restaurant. I had the Pad Egg Noodles and my husband had vegetable curry with spring rolls for an appetizer. The flavors were excellent, the portion sizes were tremendous and the service was great. The prices are a little high, but the portion sizes and quality of the food more than compensate. I recommend this restaurant.

First time here and it was sooooo good. We got Crab Rangoon with sweet and sour sauce for our apps. This was the best Rangoon I have ever had. They were stuffed so full and the sauce was extra yummy (like home made kind of vibe not from a bottle). Husband got chicken pad thai medium hot and he feels it's way better than any of the other Thai places around. He has a decent spice tolerance and he feels he would probably go hotter next time. He says flavor wise this was the but other local Thai places seem hotel at this level of spice. I had the Fride rice at miled-medium spice again. The flavor profile was "chefs kiss" but will probably go up in spice level as well next time. Our waitress was speedy, kind, and attentive. Food arrival was speedy but we were one of two or three groups in the dining area.

I very much enjoyed my meal. This was the first time I had ever had Thai food and was not disappointed. I recommend the Beef oyster sauce and Thai green tea. I didn’t know what to expect and found both to be delicious and generous. My mouth is watering remembering that meal.

Best Thai ever! Meat is super tender & there is a ton of it, as well as veggies. Sauce is layered & extremely flavorful. I can't say enough positive things about my new favorite Thai spot.

Food is really good but the price is too expensive. One person meal and one order of crab ranggons $31.83 dollars. (No including the tip) The owner or manager needs a little customer care training.

Loved the Chicken fried rice (mild+) dinner, I added tomatoes and crushed peanuts (xtra chrg as expected). The spice was perfect, a kick here and there but not much at all. My daughter got the kids Chicken fried rice and loved it as well. Both were plentiful to have as left overs for 2 meals. The spring rolls with their chili sauce was very flavorful with just the right amount of sweetness and spice. Service was wonderful as well, very kind and prompt! I'm thankful to find a new Thai Place that hits the spot!

Everything was fresh & tasty, spiced just right. I had the green mango salad, which was perfect for a warm summer lunch. Lots of cashews, mango, and my favorite cilantro dispersed throughout. The dressing was so delicious, and mild-medium was the perfect spice for me. Waitress attentive & atmosphere clean & tasteful.

My husband and I have gotten takeout several times and are obsessed. The Pad Thai is great, and even the medium level has a nice spice. The portions are large, so I usually get 3-4 meals out of one order. It still tastes great even a couple days later. The crab rangoons are some of the best I've ever had. I need to dine in sometime and try some of the other dishes, but I'd be perfectly satisfied getting the Pad Thai every time.

I wasn’t going to make this review if I felt like the restaurant corrected their errors properly but they didn’t. First, our waitress was super sweet, she was not the problem, in fact all of the waiters seemed to be doing their job well. However, ordered fried wontons for an appetizer and they were straight up RAW.. chicken and pork 🤮 so, they replaced our wontons with fried tofu upon request. We ordered pad thai for dinner, extra thai hot, it was delicious, super spicy as requested BUT my plate had a VERY longggg hair in it.. came up on the fork when I went to get some noodles. I pulled the hair out and moved along, not wanting to complain. 5 minutes later the table next to us sent back a plate of spring rolls for being undercooked. At the end, our tab showed that we were being charged full price for the raw wontons, but not charged for the tofu. The tofu is cheaper than the wontons, and I only requested those in replacement because I couldn’t dare to order more potentially raw poultry. She took off the wontons and we made sure to tip the waitress over 20% because this wasn’t her fault, but we will absolutely not be coming back unfortunately. Yall need to figure out how to get some order in your kitchen, and attention to detail, gnats all over the place in here and a manager that I only see walk out from the back when something goes wrong 😬

I have wanted to try this place forever and today I finally did and am so glad I did! The food was absolutely amazing. I got the chicken pad Thai (mild plus) and the crab Rangoon which were incredible! My boyfriend tried the Thai chicken teriyaki (medium) which was a little spicy but also delicious. Even a lunch portion I have so much leftover to eat on for another meal. The staff were so kind and genuine and the restaurant itself was very clean and comfortable inside. We will 100% be coming back!

They gave a large portion of the meal. The gentleman that took my order gave me a drink as I waited and was very kind. The facility looked very clean. The peanut butter sauce with the chicken satay is one of the best I've had.

Me and my husband had a wonderful first visit! He ordered the pad thai with chicken and I ordered the curry soup with tofu. Both dishes were delicious and tasted authentic. Such a large menu selection with many vegetarian/vegan options. The restrooms were also very clean. I appreciated the inclusion of a baby changing station on the wall. We will definitely be back to enjoy more!

The food was hot and very tasty. I had the Chicken Pad Thai (I can never get past it to order something else as it is my favorite dish). I had leftovers for another say and another wonderful meal to eat at home. Service was great, and the two ladies were very personable and attentive.

Portions are smaller than their other location “Thai Spice”. Food also tastes average. We’ve ordered spicy Tom Yam soup, but it was kinda sweet, filled with lot of spices. We’ve also ordered a seafood entree but that only had 4-5 shrimps on it, which makes no sense for a dish that costs you about $18. Service was great, but I would say, go to their other location (thai spice)that serves similar food, but with better tastes, and portion.

Sherry Spinner is a nutcase that leaves crazy, negative reviews of establishments. Ignore the fruit loop! Once again, the food and staff were excellent. I walked in and ordered take out and while I waited, the staff was great on recommending other dishes. I cannot seem to get away from their chicken or shrimp Pad Thai with shrimp rangoon and spring rolls. They are both soft fried and delicious. The shrimp rangoon with cream cheese is the best I’ve ever had! They have their chicken Pad Thai down and the supper proportion is fantastic! Keep up the great work.

Service not much better. Ordered orange sesame chicken. Sauce too thick and terrible taste. Also breaded too much, very little chicken. Told server and she just walked 🚶‍♂️ off and brought bill. Didn't offer a discount or anything. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND DEFINITELY TELL EVERYONE HOW BAD.

I got a lunch order of the Thai basil fried rice. Ordered extra hot. Food was delicious and very spicy as I ordered. My girlfriend ordered medium spicy and hers was prepared differently than mine, unlike another restaurant I've been to where we ordered different levels and got the same exact dish. Extremely impressed with the taste. The amount of food I got was very good as well. This is amongst the best Thai food I've had in the city. I will definitely be returning.

Hands down, best Thai in Central Indiana. We have had a lot of Thai around Indy, and this place has the most flavor out of them all. The menu is huge. It's full of appetizers, soups, noodles, dishes, rice dishes, and more. Each dish can come however spicy you'd like. The appetizer (Lobb Tod) is a chicken ball with herbs and spices with chili sauce. Giving it a pleasant taste and kick at the end. The Pad Thai was rich and flavorful. The portion was enough for lunch and an added meal. I got the Thai teriyaki, chicken with broccoli and snow peas served with white rice on the side. The service was also outstanding. Very attentive and polite. With huge portions, flavorful dishes, and amazing service, we will definitely make this place a weekly tradition.

Decent but not fantastic. Was really hoping that this would be my new favorite spot but not 100% sure. The drunken noodles were good but a little overdone. I was slightly frustrated that when I went for pick up they gave me the wrong order and I had to go back- however I should have checked!

I had ordered 5 pad thais. Pad Thai was too sweet and very plain. There's no vegetables at all. Just noodles and your choice of meat. If I've known that, I could've just made it myself at home. Our server (Pay) was super friendly and attentive. My husband and I stopped in around 8 on a Sunday evening, exhausted from a long day of helping a family member move. Our meal was exactly what we needed! My masaman curry with tofu was so delicious and comforting. Husband ordered basil chicken — big enough for 2-3 meals! Very generous serving sizes, which makes the price point a great value. Will return next time we come through Indy area hungry!

Thai Charm is a great new restaurant that opened recently. We took our family of four out for dinner here and had a great experience. I ordered medium spice pad thai, my wife ordered drunken noodles, and my kids shared spring rolls and fried rice. Everything was delicious. The name sums up this great, new local spot. Super nice, clean, modern renovation completed to make it very inviting. You can order to go from there counter, pick up orders, or have a seat in the dining area that has booths and chairs. My Thai food experience is limited to the Midwest, but I would put this place up against any other spot I have been too. Great fresh summer rolls, nice spring rolls and calamari appetizers started off our meal along with some tom yum soup. Flavorful and fresh, not greasy or over fried. I got the Thai hot level on my green curry and was not disappointed. A nice kids section of the menu with accessible Asian dishes (fried rice and pad thai) as well as more conventional fare like chicken fingers. My daughter enjoyed the mango ice cream. A great place for an adventurous eater but with dishes that would appeal to everyone. Also not too heavy a hit on the wallet when compared to other sit down restaurants.

I have been looking forward to trying this place for awhile. It did not disappoint.

I ordered Pad Thai and Tom Ka soup both with chicken and medium spiciness. I'm not an expert on Thai food not I will say this is probably the best I've ever had.

The prices were fair if a little more expensive than I wanted to pay, but considering inflation it was a fair price for what was two entrees and a diet coke. (I made some decisions when I was starving, but left very satisfied.)

The only negatives I have are due to it being a new restaurant. There is some disorganization and inefficiency and things take a little longer especially considering it was not busy. That will get better over time.

Everything was clean and pristine. The decor is good but the harsh white lights keep it from feeling cozy or intimate.

All told I really enjoyed it and I will definitely go back. The food was delicious.

So excited this is finally open, I’ve been anticipating the opening! I picked up take out for my first experience, and they were kind, efficient, and very friendly. The portion size is HUGE, so the prices are very reasonable for the amount of food you get.

My only disappointment is that the mango was brown in my sticky mango rice (ew!) and I ordered an entree at the mild spicy so I could split it with my toddler, and it made me tear up it was so spicy / my toddler couldn’t eat it. So, I would level down from whatever you usually get!

The menu has so many options you’ll definitely find something you like! We had the dinner Chicken Pad Thai and the Beef Pad See Ew, they gave us the soup and spring roll that comes with the lunch portion though!

Amazing service and AMAZING FOOD! I got chicken Pad Seuw and mango sticky rice. Both were delicious and I will definitely come back when I'm in town.

best pad thai

Tried on the way home from work. I wasn’t expecting Thai Charm to be open. I was actually going to grab some food from a surrounding restaurant. When I walked in I was greeted by a nice lady she told me they opened today. I gave a look through the menu and there were quite a few choices. I opted to go for the Tofu Pad Thai. For the dinner it ran almost $16. While I waited I was provided some water. The neat thing is that you can see them cook the food right in front of you. The kitchen is an open concept. From ordering the food the wait was less than 10 minutes. I tried a bite before I left and was pleasantly surprised. The meal was very fresh and a good portion size for the price. I took the meal home and it was really good. You will definitely have some leftovers due to the portion size. I will be back very soon.
