Authenic Thai Food
We called in and got carry out. When I arrived, no one was at the restaurant. Prime dinner time on a Saturday night and beautiful ambiance inside the restaurant, so this was odd. I picked up our food and left. Got home and the order was incorrect. The egg rolls were basic but fine. Both pad Thai dishes were extremely dry, flavorless, and lacked enough protein to make this dish filling. Highly disappointed.
Very tasty food and very friendly server. My son and I enjoyed the food so much. Plenty to eat and take home. It was so good that I finish all mine. Definitely we will go back there with the rest of family and have some more. Fast service and clean bathrooms too. I wish I can take my kids after school around 3:30 but they open 4:30.
Wow, what a gem! We are new to Thai food so we went pretty basic with Pad Thai spice level 1, mango curry and chicken fried rice. All of them were very good but the stat was the Pad Thai. Tons of flavor, a little kick and delicious. We had takeout tonight but look forward to dining in also. Will definitely be back and highly recommend. 5 out of 5!
We got carryout but the place looked nice. We ordered using their online software and it was easy to use. We ordered a noodle dish hot and a curry extra hot as we weren't sure about their spice levels. Both were fine for us as we like spicy. I would say that their spice levels were a little higher than many Thai restaurants.
Me and my dad got teriyaki chicken and when we got home and I opened my food, my chicken was raw. Literally most of it was raw and only the outside was cooked. I was so hungry I ended up recooking the chicken, but even then it was basically inedible. For spending $40 on two meals I’m very disappointed. Would add a photo if I could. Won’t go here again.

Didn't know what to order... wanted more authentic like I would receive in Thailand.
Ordered Fresh Rolls and chicken on a stick...
Filled me up...
I will try again though week for lunch.
There was a sewer smell in the building, so we ate outside. Outside was really nice. Food was too sweetened.
This is my absolute go to place for Thai takeout. No matter what time of day I order, they are always quick about preparing and ready for me when i come to get it. I probably eat here once a week and the food is consistently good. I highly recommend this place.
Thai & Go very tasty food and friendly service.
We ordered a pick up and the lady on the phone was very difficult to understand. Only one mistake in our order so she must have understood me(after much repeating.)
The chicken in the orange chicken dish was extremely overcooked and tough. The fresh/salad rolls were almost all lettuce with no chicken. There was no discernable difference between the red Curry and panang Curry except the spice as ordered was reversed.
All in all, not the best Thai meal. They had it ready quickly and the sticky rice was good.
Great food & service. Orange chicken is the best I ever had.
This is one of the best Thai places I know. The food is amazing! And the costumers service is great.
We had Pad Kemau and Basil Fried rice.
Perfecetly seasoned and spiced, the atmosphere was nice and the service attentive.
Very good quality food and professional service.
Food was average. Recommend avoiding the beef as it isn’t tender. They charge a lot for what you get. The soup had very little beef. The best item was the spring roll.
Thai & Go has a wonderful and very friendly atmosphere. While we usually call in for takeout, we’ve dined in, and the service is so friendly and welcoming. They were also very cognizant of allergies and were able to accommodate dishes for gluten and soy allergies.
Terrible service, very mid food.
A nice option when looking for mild Thai food. (I know that’s an oxymoron!)
Location: 1, ambience: 0.5, taste: 1, variety: 1, friendliness: -1 (negative 1)
Very disappointed. The pad Thai is very dry and bland. The orange chicken was literally just pieces of chicken with the sauce on the side. Practically chicken nuggets with an orange dipping sauce. And no rice came with my order. Would not order from here again.
Delicious pad Thai! Great lunch special
AWESOME
Today my family & I went into this restaurant to have lunch as usual we have to buy my disabled child her meal as she will not eat Thai or other things as she is autistic we have gone here several times prior and bought my daughter meal in with no issues when done we clean up take all trash with us not leaving anything at the restaurant well upon setting my daughter meal up at table she was missing ketchup so my adult son and other disabled kiddos stayed at restaurant while I go get her ketchup when I return my adult son said we have to leave they are refusing to allows us to eat at the restaurant due to bringing in my daughters food from another restaurant then the lady said we can stay today but will get charged 20 percent due to my daughter not eating at there restaurant so my daughters food got thrown in the trash we had bought and we had to leave to go to another place to eat they deny service and accommodations for the disabled DON’T EAT HERE IS YOUR DISABLED
I have always loved your food-- it's so delicious. I was excited for my take out tonight until I found dead flies in my container. It was so gross. I was desperately hoping I was wrong but my husband looked and they were definitely flies. I'm not sure if your kitchen doors were open or what may have happened but that was pretty ick!
Phone doesn't work 90% of the time. Not that hard to get a call waiting system.

They serve delicious Thai food!
Excellent food, great service
Always delish! Fresh and tasty.
OMG I have driven by this restaurant 100 + times. Today I went there for the first time. Flavorful, excellent menu and service. One of my neighbors suggested I go there local small business with great food.
Thank you Jessica for suggesting Thia and go.
Fantastic food and service.
Check it out
We love Thai and go! It has become our go-to place for Thai food. I’ve lived in many different cities around the country and Thai and go is up there on my list of the best Thai food places I’ve ever been to. We order the same things I think most people order: egg rolls, Tom yum soup, pad Thai, all the different fried rices, green curry and it’s always delicious. Our entire family loves it (the in laws, brother and his family, us and our daughter) and it has been requested by family that comes in to visit from out of town. We love you Thai and go! Thank you for the delicious food!
Very delissh ..Thai food...taste is authentic.
We came here for the first time 2 weeks ago and have already been back twice! Everything tastes fresh and my husband who has never tried Thai food has discovered he LOVES chicken satay. Baby steps! We will be back many more times in the future :)
Miranda made our experience amazing. Wonderful food too!
I moved to Carmel from Fort Wayne Indiana. Which had a very good Thai restaurant called Thai diner. Coming down here I was looking for something exactly like Thai diner since it was my favorite. I tried 4 places before I had Thai and go. And I believe that this place exceeds my expectations. Love the food and the man helping me at the counter was super polite and sweet!
I have dined there in person and ordered through Grubhub! I have never been disappointed! The food and service are excellent! Great Thai food!!! I highly recommend them!!!
Outstanding! One of the best Thai places I've had. Staff was great, food was amazing. Definitely coming back.
There is no better Thai place in Indy, and i say this after having tried almost all of them. The food is always outstanding, the portions are super generous, the prices are more than fair, and the employees are phenomenal. Seriously, why are you still reading this review, go enjoy some amazing Thai food and Thai and Go!
Great food staff is on top of it very helpful
We were pleasantly surprised with how good the food was. Everything we had was very flavorful.
Not my favorite Thai place but the staff makes it a good time. I'd go back and try something else.
Good food. Great price.
Had the worst unfriendly service by the lady owner. We went in for a quick lunch1:45, only table. She seemed upset we were there to dine in. We finished our lunch and out the door in 20 min. Food was ok, will not go back . We spent $27 for 2 lunch specials.
I really like this place. I got the pineapple fried rice with extra chicken and beef. Too spicy for my taste (i got medium) but I'm kind of a weenee with spice.
Wife got pad seu and that was amazing.
Great service and food was hot!!! Fresh!!!! I like it. No problems.
Hands down the best. Such wonderful service, flavorful food. Beautiful presentation
Got a good curry but the portion is too tiny. Happend 3x & won't go back! It's the same w/ their twin resto Thai Isaan in Westffield. Disappointing. You can count the meat while it's packed w/ bell peppers & potatoes?! C'mon people, meat is too cheap esp chicken. Your price does not reflect a hearty meal, don't cheat your customers.
Really good food.
One of my all time favorite places to eat. The lunch staff is the BEST!
I am a fan of Thai food. To be honest, the ambience and food was great. Server spoke good English and served nicely. Thai hot is not really hot!! That is my only feedback. Taste is excellent. They serve soup, vegetable roll and salad all three items for lunch!!! Would like to go back for dinner some time. Portion size for lunch is decent.
Update -
Thai hot is greatly improved to bump the spice. Still the 5 star rating! Love the ambience and friendly staff and excellent food.
2nd time we have been here. We ordered take out. We waited 30 minutes for our food. There was a table of 4 that sat down after I ordered...their food was delivered to their table before we got our food. Overall the food was just ok at best.
I’ve ate Thai food my whole life. This place is mediocre. I order sometimes for lunch because it’s cheap and it works. I ordered 2 entrees Pad Kee Mao and yellow curry and I specifically ordered for “lunch.” When I went to go pick it up, she tells me my order is $24 something. I’m unhappy about this because she could have said something over the phone when I ordered it. Will not be coming back.
One of the worst experiences I had. The food was cold and the veggies were not even defrosted properly in fried rice.
It was a dine in experience.
Pineapple fried rice with chicken was delicious! Ordered with level 2 spice and it was perfect. The staff was polite and efficient, the order was $14, and fed both my boyfriend and I, with leftovers! So excited to try more from this place!
Great food, great service, highly recommend! I love spicy food and level 3 was hotter than expected! Just keep that in mind!
The food is really good. I think most entrees can easily be two meals, and if looked at that way, it is more reasonably priced per meal. For example, the pineapple friend rice with chicken will run you $16, but is two meals worth in size. Crab friend rice is also good, and they have a variety of tasty vegan options too.
I am a Thai food addict. I have been here twice. The first time I got green curry chicken and it was good. Yesterday I picked up Pad See Ew with beef. This was the dinner entre so it is like a servicing and a half. The menu lists the price at $12.49. I guess their noodle dishes do not include a choice of meat. Final bill was $16 something. I have never been to Thai restaurant that doesn't include the price of meat in their noodle dishes.
I will say the Pad See Ew was absolutely delicious but $16 for a take out entry seems a bit high. The Thai place I go for work lunches in Castleton is $8.70 for Pad See Ew (a bit smaller portion) with meat, salad, soup, spring roll.
Thai and Go would be a regular stop for me if not for the up charge.
Food is good and very convenient, they need to be more selective on who they put at front counter.I was out running errands and had tried to call an order for pick up, the phone was placed off the hook and rang busy for 35minutes until i arrived. There was absolutely nobody there. Except kitchen and guy at front desk.. he seemed unaware that it was ringing busy but then went and pressed the off button on phone lol.. he wasn’t trying to do anything SMH 🤦♂️ 😂😂
We lived in Bangkok for four years. This is the best Thai food I have found in the US! We tried the green and panang curries, chicken satay, and fried egg roll. All excellent. The green curry ranked right up there with Baan Khanitha. We will definitely be back! Aroi Mak
Great Thai food. We've eaten several things on the menu and not had as bad choice
First time visit, went in for lunch today, was able to dine in. lunch combinations come with an entree, soup, salad, and spring roll! Pretty good deal for around $10, but a ton of food. Ordered pad Thai with chicken hot. It was a huge amount of food. The pad thai was pretty good but a little dry, and needed more green onion. Hot wasn't very hot I would step it up next time I visit. The soup was pretty tasty but was lukewarm. Salad dressing was good just needed more. Spring roll is pretty standard. I will visit again. Bumping it to a four-star just because of the value
Excellent Thai cuisine! The fried rice was to die for but if you’re a fan of spicy food, go for the level 5 spice. The fresh spring rolls were pretty to look at and even better to eat. The folks here are super friendly and very polite. Next time I’m in the area I’m looking for Thai & Go!
I work in the area and I love stopping in and getting lunch here! The food never disappoints. The masaman curry is fantastic and I love the pineapple fried rice. The restaurant atmosphere is amazing. There is also a patio dining area when the weather is nice.
While the food is of acceptable quality, this place does NOT follow standard business practices by observing business hours or taking orders when they don’t feel like they want to because they’re too busy, etc. They have one primary guy there that is some kind of host or front man but he seems to arbitrarily determine which orders he fulfills and what their business hours will be on any given day. As an example of a recent experience today, they are supposed to close at 8:30 PM and this same guy feels like going home early because he’s “had a bad day” (his exact words to me when I showed up to an empty order) and he will just cancel the orders because he’s decided to stop taking orders at an arbitrary time (again, acquired from his explanation to me) AND on this day I placed an order almost half an hour before their closing time with NO notification back to me that he’s decided that my order would be cancelled until I arrived to find this out when I’m onsite to pick up my order. I asked him to be more transparent about his working hours and to reach out to cancelled customers and further asked that he update his business hours rather than arbitrarily stopping service on any given time frame or whenever it suits him as has been my experience on now, a few different occasions. I think they placed him in his position because he has a clear command of the English language and appears to be a native Hoosier, maybe. However, he is doing his boss or owner a complete disservice by operating this business in a very poor and unprofessional representation by making unilateral decisions regarding order fulfillment, operating hours and who knows what other items we don’t see, that fall more in line with what pleases his mood or what he’s in the “mood to do on any particular day” based on what kind of day he’s having. Again this comes from his own explanation on my inquiring on this odd business behavior.
My own suggestion - call beforehand and ask “him” what time that day they will stop taking orders so you know how to plan on your end because their posted hours are arbitrary. And also, don’t call within like one hour of closing time either because phone is often taken off the hook or he’ll push you off on to voicemail (that goes unreturned) when he doesn’t feel like taking any more orders or will randomly cancel orders if he feels he’s too busy. He doesn’t appear to be the owner but I wish an owner is reading this to see how this guy is handling his/her business.
Good service, great Pad Thai
I had the Pad Thai and it is AMAZING... Highly recommend.
The food is very good
Food is average, would go back if I were in the area and craving Thai food. When I went to pick up my order, I didn’t find the waitress very friendly. She seemed so disinterested and kind of annoyed. Also, she wasn’t wearing a face mask, which was worrying. I wasn’t able to see if the kitchen staff had on any protective gear.
Love the lunch special at this place! the only thing is that Thai spicy isn't even that spicy at all.
I have been here twice and will def be back often! Customer service is great.
I have to say when I opened up my drunken noodles I was surprised how wide the noodles were and the sauce was not more brown. But 2 bites in I was sold. The chicken was not sketchy, nice white pieces. The medium spice ; spot on. I’d definitely go back!! Next I’ll try pad Thai.. bc if you mess that up, you’re not right. But I’m gonna guess it will be perfect.
Not the best taste-wise but really big portion sizes
My wife and I love their crab rangoons. I always get fried rice with shrimp, beef, and chicken and it’s very tasty but a little pricey but you get what you paid for!
They have a nice setup to accommodate social distancing. Very efficient online service. We had fried rice and crab rangoon. The crab rangoon was pretty good. The fried rice distinctly favored with sesame oil. All in all a pretty decent lunch.
Ordered delivery. Very disappointing. Pad Si Ew was flavorless and had hardly any greens.
Filling portions, not over priced, friendly atmosphere, very lovely setting when you walk into the resturant
I order all of the time from here through grub hub and always have a great experience. I went in for the first time today and had an even better one! The customer service skills of the man at the register were amazing and the restaurant was very clean! Speedy to receive my food, and as always it was authentic and delicious!
Good food and service. We will definitely
Go back.
Loved this place! Thai fried rice and pad thai were just awesome
Great food at fair prices.
CAUTION: the Po Tak soup was horrible Sunday night. No spices and rubber texture to seafood nThe broth tasted like lemon grass cooked in dishwater.
I will return but this dish needs to be removed. I’m going to Jasmine to see what Po Tak is suppose to taste like.

We enjoyed our visit here for dinner again.
We ordered food from here after having recently moved to the area and had it delivered. It was so good that we looked up the restaurant and eat here regularly.
Great food and good service.
My wife and I came for lunch. She played it safe and ordered the Pad Thai. I ordered the Panang Curry at the highest spice level... wow!!! Not only was it extremely flavorful, the spice was on point! We also shared an order of egg rolls and they were delicious- the homemade sauce really brought them home!
I only had the pleasure of eating here once because I'm not from the area (was here for a work trip). But this was honestly the best Thai food I have had since I've been to Thailand. Other Thai restaurants I have gone to are either terrible or not that great. Not to mention many Thai restaurants claim to be Thai but really just sell a small handful of takes on Thai dishes plus a bunch of Americanized Chinese food and that's it. This place actually had more Thai options (including many things I regularly saw on menus in Thailand), tasted more authentic, and provided the authentic spiciness. And now I'm mad that I don't live here. 🙃
I ordered the peppered corn steak add veggie mix and an order of egg rolls. I ordered it take out and when I got home I received the mixed veggies and pepper corn sauce, but they forgot to put the steak in. I was already home when I opened up the container to find there was no meat. I called and stated that they forgot to put the meat in my peppered corn steak, the young kid said he he could give me a refund for the entree only. Thank goodness I ordered the 5 egg rolls or else I wouldn’t have had dinner that night.
Fast and friendly service.
Love the cashew chicken and Jasminene tea.
Love the quality of the food here!
Good food. Good service. Pad Thai was one of the best I've had. Prices are a little higher than most but I'd say it's worth it.
Great service, good food. Nice quiet lunch, very relaxed.
Nice place
Very good food and service. Our new favorite lunch spot since Mark Pii's closed.
Best Thai food in the area! I will be going here a lot.
Tasty Thai ginger and Thai iced tea..will be back!
The service was attentive to our needs. For the lunch special ($8.99) it includes egg roll, soup, and salad. The basil chicken fried rice was great. I like things hot and i got it hot which turned out to be the perfect heatness for me. I'll be coming back!
Excellent food for a reasonable price. Easy to order and go or to dine in. Great place to eat!
It was good but not great
Good food, Hot and Quick! And Spicy when you ask for Spicy! Only odd thing was ordering Vegitarian they said Pad Thai, no meat... but Pad Thai is traditionally made with fish sauce...
On arrival: "I'm not so sure, it looks like it's in a strip mall. Well the inside looks nice. Let's give it a shot!"
On leaving: "Holy f*&$! That was incredible! We're coming here again tomorrow!"
Without a doubt, my favorite Thai place... anywhere. Used to live in Atlanta and had food from a few blah Thai places, which left me disheartened about finding Thai food with any reasonable amount of spice. This place has legit spice, not the watered-down, Americanized "spicy" food. If spicy isn't your thing, stay away from the food with the pepper icon. You can choose your level of spice for any dish, but the pepper marked ones are innately spicy. Plenty of savory noodle options and incredible flavor.
It should be noted that they do have beer and wine options, but they're not extensive. Wine quality is much better than I expected, however. Would 1000% visit again! Possibly even tomorrow!
Food is delicious, service is very good. Place is clean and nicely decorated. We've been here before and we'll be back!!
We really enjoy the food here. Our server Ashton was also exceptionally nice and helpful. Great place!
The chicken pad Thai is amazing! We will definitely be back! :)
Great food! If you want truly spicy Thai go for the level 5 and don't look back, beware though you will need a napkin to wipe your runny nose and tears away! Overall it had a good peanut flavor, the chicken and noodles in my pad Thai were well cooked bot over done or under done. The only drawback is that if you dine in and order an appetizer or dessert prepare for $20+ a head! Not a huge complaint at all, just food (ha get it?) for thought.
If I could I would give a half star. Very disappointed with service and the food. First of all the staff needs to follow the hours posted on the door and online. We went on a Friday evening. The hours say they close at 10 pm. We were in at 9:15 pm. I was told by the server that they weren’t seating anymore when there was only one table occupied. Their excuse was that the kitchen was closing. On asking if I could do a take out order, the server reluctantly said that I can but I can’t order anything fried since the oil was already changed. While we were waiting for the order they turned away another couple. The worst has yet to come. Yes, the food was horribly inedible. We had asked for a medium spicy. They added big chunks of Thai red chili pepper and that is all we could taste. We have been here before but their quality of food and service is declining.
It's ok. Has the vibe of a new place struggling to get off the ground. Menu is simple. Offers spiciness levels, but results can be inconsistent. Very similiar to nearby Pad Thai restaurant.
I was immediately greeted upon entering the server was eager to take my order. I am not familiar with Thai food and asked for recommendations from the server. Ashton I believe was her name and she helped me pick Pad Kee Mao which I got with chicken. The soup was interesting although not bad. The entree was really good and a nice sized portion. I was very happy with this restaurant.
Fairly standard pad Thai. Uninspired (I'm sorry that's pretentious but that's the word to describe this). The fresh spring rolls were fresh and crisp; not rolled well so fell apart as soon as I picked it up. The soup was wayyyyy salty, and I like salt. It was very price for a pick up place. Had to pay a tip as I ordered before I received any service. --. I'm seeing this in a lot of places -- can we please stop this. The place was clean and I did receive good service (again, after I paid). For the price I paid I should have been seated, ordered from a waiter and been attended to while eating; and food and presentation should have been better.
We eat here at least once a week, it's our favorite Thai Restaurant!
The food was delicious and the service was prompt. This is the only Thai place in town where Thai Spicy actually means Thai Spicy, and it manages to maintain great flavor with the heat rather than being overpowered by it.
Delicious and great customer service. Good size portions beautiful atmosphere. Our favorite Thai place
Really tasty Thai food! Nice selection, good service. We have ordered take out and eaten in. Both were pleasant experiences.
Pad Thai lunch special was delicious and generous portion for the price
Crab fried rice was awesome.
Best Thai in Carmel / Westfield
Good food nice people
Best Thai around Carmel/Westfield. Consistently better tasting food..
Absolutely amazing Thai food with fresh and delicious flavors. Highly recommend.
I had the lunch special. The vegetables were were really fresh and good. The soup was amazing. Overall I felt I got a lot for the price.
