Clearly, they had not been cleaned in more than a month due to the thick layer of dust on everything and all feces and urine on the toilets and floor were not hygienic. This restaurant could be great, but the lack of care for their restrooms makes me wonder where else they may be neglecting to clean thoroughly.

My friend and I ordered Pad Thai (our mistake for ordering this at a Chinese restaurant), but it was the worst Pad Thai I’ve ever eaten. I asked for peanut sauce on the side and they gave me a cup of chopped peanuts…

We called to inquire and the lady who answered was less than accommodating and hung up on me when we asked what could be done to resolve the issue and I ultimately asked for a full refund so we could order from somewhere else.

Customer service was bad as well the young lady who took my order was way to rude I was going to cancel my order. Turns out I should have. I will be ordering a pizza thank you. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. No stars

They added fillets of fish on the top of each roll. I specifically ordered the ones that wouldn’t have it. I’m not even home yet but am super worried we might get sick from the pieces we did try. Really need to up their game or close their doors. By far the worst meal I have had in years and I will never go back.

Ordered via GrubHub, had Massaman Curry and also Pad Thai. We really enjoyed both, flavor 5/5, portions 5/5. I’m glad that we gave them a chance, this is definitely gonna be a go to going forward.

This is our go to for take out sushi. Love there party trays!

Changing my review from a 4 star I rated years ago. Now 1 star at best. Ordered chicken sesame and general taos the chicken is now non- existent but triple breaded chicken skin. Both entries the same. Crab Rangoon like a onion Rangoon now and the chow mein is all cabbage with 2 slivers of mushrooms and a pee pod. Its clearly this establishment greed is now of more importance over customer retention. I've ordered over 10 yrs here, now never again. Will not be back. Also they refuse to give sweet n sour sauce or even a packet of soy sauce you have to beg for it now. Not one napkin either. So very disappointing.

The pork egg rolls and the egg drop soup were tasty, the crab ragoons should be called onion vs crab. What really put me off to this place is it says “soup with crispy noodle” on their menu yet I didn’t receive any. I called because we definitely wanted them and stuff happens. The lady who answered the phone said you have to order them if you want them, I asked her why the menu says it comes with them then? She immediately said “it doesn’t say that” I told her it absolutely does where ON THEIR WEBSITE. My spouse went back up to get them, not an apology or anything…this was our first time trying them and unfortunately the last.

I was desperate for a good Chinese restaurant in Oswego and finally found one right here. This place did not disappoint.

delivery driver harassed me for tip two times. each time i put tin in through grub hub. i’m not ordering again

Checked website. Indictated dine in. Walked in and were told take out only. Was looking forward to nice relaxing lunch. Found East China Inn on Montgomery Road and was happy with our choice after a disappointment at previous business.

My go to place for Chinese. Always great.

Tried chicken,beef,shrimp,noodles,rice,crab Rangoon and egg rolls .
Everyone has thrown away the food and has eaten the egg rolls .

Never disappoint

Not the place to get Chinese food in Aurora, Oswego or Montgomery. The only kinda good thing here is the chicken fried rice. I ordered 3 dinners of sesame chicken, but the chicken was dark and hard to bite on. The worst part was the disrespect and rudeness of the young Chinese woman in the front desk. I was looking at the menu as it was my first time there, she seemed rushed trying to get me to choose as if I was dumb ordering food. I won't say anything more, go ahead and experience it for your self. Don't forget to let me know how was your experience here for the first time, if you ever dare to go. *ps I know some people are used to the way their culture is, but some people are not and we only want to be treated with respect and kindness.

Food is really good, a little bit oily but it’s very flavorful and is always generously served.
Maybe the girl on the front is not that great on customer service. But let’s be honest you barely interact with her... you order, get your food and leave.

Their chicken is basically fried tendons with very little meat attached. Don't bother, it's tough and stringy.
Their sushi is pretty good though.

Casual sushi and americanized asian food. No surprises and all done well. Great specials on signature rolls a couple of days during the week. Even after moving a half hour away i make time to hit this place up once a month.

I have never had worse Thai food. Would not recommend the curry or pad Thai. The Thai basil dish was ok but really tasted more like Chinese food. Overall, it seemed like the quality of the food was good, but the recipes were way off and not traditional with ingredients at all.

Right off the bat the lady taking orders was on her phone the entire time and exceptionally rude. She didn’t give us a time estimate for our food and ignored us the entire time. While we were waiting we noticed the kitchen was ridiculously dirty and had clearly expired food being pulled out of the coolers and freezers. Not to mention the entire kitchen staff not wearing masks or gloves while preparing food. I didn’t even wait for my food because I didn’t want to take the risk. Overall, terrible, don’t go here.

This is Usually my favorite place for Chinese! However, this last time, my broccoli with beef was terrible. It was extremely spicy and had things in it that have never been in it before like green peppers, pea pods, and even mushrooms? I get it every time so Im pretty sure I know what’s in it. I decided to call because it was so hot I couldn’t eat it. I asked if they changed the recipe and the lady on the phone was no help. She insisted that they don’t just put broccoli and beef in it. I told her this is what I get every time and there was something different about it. She claims they made it no different than they usually make it. I was extremely disappointed!

I've been going to Mason wok since I was a little kid, their crab rangoons are the best in the area. The sushi is also really good and pretty affordable. Highly recommend.

For where I'm located out this way, this place doesn't seem to disappoint. I haven't done Delivery yet, but will be moving into an area very close to that and I'll see how that goes. When I come in to place an order, takes about ten, maybe fifteen minutes to make on the spot and by the time I get home, the food is still very hot and fresh! Can't complain with that. I have yet to try their Sushi, as I wish to very soon as I'm a Sushi fan. From what I've had from there thus far has been good. They treat me good when I come into order, as well. Great staff. 🤘🏼

Ordered online and estimated arrival time was 6:04. 35 minutes after my order time. At 6:35 I called because I hadn't received my order yet. Lady on the phone says delivery guy just left with your order. My order gets here a total of 45minutes late! Cold Food and missing my sweet and Sour Chicken. I call back and lady on the phone says they are too busy to bring me my missing order. So I said fine give me a credit and she says she cant do that I have to call Grub Hub Customer service because she cant do it. How is that possible when I ordered the food off their website!! I dont recommend this place at all!!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. RUDE PEOPLE AND DISGUSTING FOOD.... DEFINITELY A FRONT... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Walked in to the restaurant part to try some sushi since we tried the food on the takeout side. Was not greeted just stared at by the workers in there and was a inconvenience to even be seated, was left alone for 10 minutes with no water or any acknowledgement of our existence while the employees enjoyed their food. Then after the lady came by and finally gave us water, asked us "what do you want" we asked what she recommended to try and she did not know the menu and simply stated we should know what we "like" and the menu describes "everything". Very rude and very inconsiderate of customers. If I could give this zero stars i would!!! Never coming back again. DONT BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME OR MONEY. ITS ALL A FRONT

This is our favorite place for Chinese food. The atmosphere is great if you want to dine-in, but they do take out also. The house fried rice is really good, and all the entrees we've tried so far have also been yummy.

They need to honor the No MSG requests for entrees. Was sick for 2 days. Oswego is lacking for good consistent Chinese places.

I order a few smaller dishes so I wouldn't have to cook this weekend and they were all awful that I ended up throwing them all out. Definitely not worth your time.

Had a craving for egg rolls but when I got them they were sooooo tiny. They literally cooked the egg rolls as soon as I got there, even though I called for pickup. Pretty dingy place too. Never going there again! Oh and they only take credit card with a $10 min purchase. I had to break a 100 for a couple of flimsy no good egg rolls!

My wife and I ordered take out last night. Green Curry and Lo Mein. This was our at least 5th or 6th time ordering from Mason Wok. We had asked for our food to be spicy. Since Thai food is meant to be spicy. We got home and the food was completely bland. Almost like a bland meal you would get at a hospital. Completely flavorless. It was a complete disaster. The food being not edible as it had no flavor. We immediately called the restaurant and lady on phone said sorry we missed where you asked for spicy. Then she proceeded to say that we could come back and pick up hot sauce. We declined as it was a 10-15 min drive back there. No apology what so ever. She then said we could get a 15% discount next time. I am in the hospitality industry and anytime something like this arises we offer at the least refund and a apology. This establishment obviously doesn’t care to keep its customers. We ended up ordering pizza from Lou Malnati for dinner which has more spice than mason wok food we had ordered. Luckily we paid with our credit card and called and explanined we basically got the wrong meal and weren’t offered to remake or a refund and they were able to refund us. After this expierence we will never visit mason wok. Nor would we recommend to family and friends. If you like your Thai food to be bland then this maybe the place for you but not so much for us !

My family and I ordered a beef fried rice & egg rolls on 8/30/18. Today, 8/31/18, all 5 of us were physically SICK TO OUR STOMACHS!! Puking all day long since this morning!!

We went there and waited an hour for 3 sushi rolls before walking out. Zero services and the restaurant was empty. Do not reccomend.

Great value dollar for dollar. Tofu dishes are delicious, so I imagine their non vegan options are even better. Attentive staff but not bothersome. Won't blow your mind but will never leave you unsatisfied.
