I came here for lunch because I had a craving for coconut milk. The staff were so polite. Annie sat me down and Yoshi was my waitress. They were so helpful in assisting with what I wanted. Everything was so delicious. It definitely satisfied my craving. I highly recommend this place if you are wanting to explore something new. If you already come here, you already know. This restaurant is not offering authentic Thai food. I would be prepared if the waitress told me the truth. We ordered spicy basil fried rice and noodles. They tasted fine. But papaya salad was really bad. All they did was trying to argue with me that this was how they cook it. Very disappointing time. I will never go back to this restaurant again.

This is our go-to Thai place. They always do take out orders quickly, have fresh ingredients, and flavorful sauces. Our favorites include the basil fried rice and crazy noodles.

I visited This Monday, I must say the atmosphere was quite disappointing. The restaurant was uncomfortably hot, to the point where it was difficult to enjoy the meal. It was evident that they are negligible to maintain a cool environment inside, as we were sweating excessively throughout our visit.

On a positive note, the young server who attended to us was very kind and attentive. Despite her best efforts, the unbearable heat overshadowed the experience.

Used to like this place. I see new faces. Guess there is new kitchen staff too. Now EVERYTHING is just less flavorful. This opinion is based on 3 takeouts spread over 4 months

Came in for take out got egg rolls and yellow curry. Egg rolls could’ve been fried more. Curry was underwhelming as it had a few pieces of chicken in it, potatoes and carrots and a million onions. Pulled out a super long hair and quit eating.

Via DoorDash, ordered the Rama Chicken. It came with a criminally small amount of the sauce...was barely enough to cover only half of what's was in the container. Without enough sauce, the chicken definitely did not taste great. The location is convenient so I'll see if maybe they have other dishes that are better...but takeout rama chicken I DO NOT recommend. The tofu satay appetizer was pretty good, at least.

Edit: I decided to try it again. We have ordered twice since my review a year ago and both times they made the Panang Noodle dish correctly! It's the best Panang curry sauce from the handful of Thai places we have tried. I'd like to edit my review and give it 5 stars now. Their Thai Basil fried rice is also unmatched in freshness and flavor. I'm glad I didn't give up on this place.

Seriously disappointed since they have new owners. The Crispy Panang noodle was my favorite dish. We ordered it to go, as always, and they put the noodles into the dish. Making them no longer crispy, but INCREDIBLY soggy. They soaked up all of the panang curry, and they were awful. The description also says there is broccoli and carrots in it, but all I got was green pepper and peas. It used to come in a round container that you would pour over the nice crispy noodles when you got home. It honestly was so bad, I had trouble eating it. I'm giving 3 stars because the Thai fried rice was still pretty good, just lacking chicken.

Food was okay. Waitress had an unpleasant attitude the minute we walked in, she was hoping we were looking for the restaurant next door so she wouldn't have to deal with our party of 4. Made it very clear with her facial expressions and sighs that she did not want to attend us. When it was time to give us our bill that was the only time she was attentive.

I recently ordered pad Thai from Jaded Thai. It was like eating a bowl of noodles. The sauce was indiscernible. There were no peanuts/peanut flavor and no cilantro. Just noodles and onions. Blah!

Ordered take out…wonton noodle soup…no noodles…why name it noodles? Flavor of broth was good…raised price from menu by a dollar…wrong menu price…told it was old menu…pad Woonsen was good though…don’t like wrong prices and misnomer of dish…also too expensive for just soup…

The Panang chicken was very tasty and I will prder it again. The egg rolls tasted wierd and not in a good way so did not finish them and won't order those next time. All in all they did good. Last time I had garlic chicken and that was good too.

Food doesn't taste good.

We came here for lunch and everything was perfect. Spectacular service. The food was fantastic. We are definitely coming back.

The chicken and basil portion was extremely small. I think it was $12. The amount of chicken was not proportion to $12. The taste of the food was decent. We went on a Wednesday and we were the only customers. We have gone to 2 Thai restaurants in chicago. These are the places we will eat Thai food from now on.

Service is very poor here, especially after they hired a new chef who uses garbage ingredients and does not even use the ingredients that is listed on the food description. We ordered the basil Thai rice with chicken after having a good experience the first time with nice large pieces of white meat chicken. Well sadly the second time instead of using chicken, they put a bunch of mushrooms and there are not supposed to be any mushrooms in there and there was not any chicken. So I called and I spoke with Annie, who was supposed to be the manager. She said that I would have my next mail free. So I called today and ordered basil fried rice with chicken. Instead of getting basil fried rice with chicken I got a small container of brown rice plain and then a container of something that looks like ground beef with a few basil, leafs and onion. It was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever had and it was absolutely not basil fried rice. It looked like they ground up chicken organs, and it tasted even worse. I would avoid this place at all cost because clearly they don’t care about quality and service any longer and when they make a big mistake, they double down and make the mistake again and they don’t really care to make things right.

I am super picky with my Thai food as I used to live in Thailand, but Jaded Thai has some of the best Thai around! I come here often with a group of friends that all have dietary restrictions and we can all eat here fine. Vegan, gluten free, and vegetarian options! Highly recommend!

We have been ordering here for YEARS. Even with the new owners, everything has been made correct and delicious every single time. Food tastes the same as previous owners. Spicy basil fried rice, chow mein, tom yum chicken soup, crab rangoon. Staff is very friendly. Almost everything here is delicious!! Try this yummy thai restaurant & support your local businesses!

We ordered take out last night and boy oh boy was it a disaster. We ordered the shrimp salad, which should include shrimp, scallops, squid, and muscles. It was only 3 pieces of shrimp and none of the other food on the description on their menu. Then we ordered the shrimp spring rolls, on peice of small shrimp per spring roll. It was pretty much just lettuce even though we paid extra for shrimp. We also ordered the steamed flat rice noodles which we did not receive. The teriyaki salmon was absolutely disgusting. Didn’t even seem like it was actually salmon, maybe it was due to the fact that the fish was beyond over cooked. To make matters worse, we all got sick from the food. Last night was a miserable night for my entire family. Worst meal I have had in the entire Chicagoland area out of every restaurant I have been to since moving here almost 2 years ago.

The service was amazing 10/10 the food didnt take too long and the lady was refilling my cup whenever it was empty. The drinks were good and there was nice music playing!! 9.5/10 would go again.

Delivery/ carry out only experience. Delicious taste, good portions, and very competitive pricing on dishes. Food is not too oily because I hate that from most similar places, it takes away the flavor of the food. Highly recommend.

Finally! I found a Thai place! We stopped in for a really late small dinner. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was clean and tidy. We only had the Tofu Pad Thai and crispy egg rolls and they were both great! We will definitely be back for some curry!

The spring rolls were wrapped in saran wrap and completely fell apart when I tried to unwrap them. The pad thai with tofu smelled strange and was not good. Very disappointing.

Update 3/28/2023: I can find the option now to schedule a later pickup, not sure if I just missed it before or what was going on, still very good food too....
I work nearby and usually ordered online in advance to pickup on my way home. Always loved the food from here. I haven't ordered since the new ownership, but today when I went to order online there's no longer an option to schedule pickup for takeout later in the day, the only option is "asap", which doesn't work well for me.

My experience was awesome!
The Mongolian beef was so good I truly struggled to not eat all of it only so I could share with my son! My wife and I shared the Crab Rangoon of which typically I’m not a fan of but oh my gosh it was so crispy on the outside and delicious my wife said the best she’s ever had! The green tea was a nice touch! Can’t say enough about the food, I felt like I was on an episode of check please! Absolutely recommend this place. Not to mention the food came out quickly and the staff was super friendly and helpful!

Looks like there was one person running the whole show I seated myself got my own menu got my own water. lots of people waiting for long periods of time for carry out. the server could not explain the difference between red curry green curry or Penang Curry

The food is not as good as before. I used to eat the lunch fried rice at least 2-3 times a week. I tried it with the new ownership, the taste is different and the portion reduced. Won’t go back.

This is the first time I've ever wrote a review. With that being said; I had the egg rolls and it was the best I've ever had in my 58 year life span. The panang beef, soup, desert and jasmine tea was good, but the egg rolls just blew my mind and made me go online and write this.

Itsy first time eating Thai food and it is also my first time coming to this restaurant. There are few people so there are a lot of vacant tables and chairs to sit. I forgot to tell but I'm with my sister.

They have a lot of dishes on their menu. And it's hard to choose since we have no idea what to eat. We just order a dish that we think looks delicious and yummy. After a couple of minutes our order came.

Cashew chicken is so delicious. It has lots of veggies including cabbage, corn, green peppers, carrots and many more. It also has chicken.

I also like their Basil Fried Rice Shrimp. It has a lot of toppings and it cooks very delicious. I like this Fried Rice. It has a topping of shriimp and some leaves. It comes with a cucumber on the side plate.

Overall we enjoyed having here. Thanks for the good experience.

We didn't stay there was no dine in

This was my first time trying this place and it was horrible. I ordered fried rice and added cashews and pineapple with curry. They drowned the rice in curry which made it horrible! I eat a lot of curry snd also, Thai food and this experience was horrible. I also ordered Thai tea which tasted gross. I don’t know which was worse, the fried rice or tea. Never again will I waste my money on this place.

Good was really good and fresh . I have heard so many good things about this place . Would have given 5 stars but the portions are a little on the small side . A little pricey to be giving small potions.

Love this place! Great egg rolls and excellent pad thai. Super friendly staff and very good food. My only concern is the inconsistency in spicy from time to time. Sometimes you need the extra spicy sauce and sometimes you really don't.

My favorite Thai place! The pad woonsen is amazing and packed with veggies. All of their food tastes fresh and not greasy. Good portion sizes for the price too and the curbside pickup offering will keep me coming back.

I've only been to Jaded Thai twice for take-out, but both times the Thai Fried Rice and Egg Rolls have been delicious. Staff were friendly too. Will go back for sure and look forward to trying some of their other menu items.

Update (12/15/2020): Have been back to Jaded Thai several times now (for take-out). They have always met me promptly outside at my pickup time after calling to let them know I arrived. The food here is top notch and I highly recommend!

Small, strip mall restaurant with a medium sized menu of good food. Nothing on the menu is overly greasy like some thai restaurants, and the quality has been consistently very good since I've been coming here in 2018. Limited staff,, so it won't be exceptionally quick service,, but this place is never too crowded so the wait time has never been long either.. No alcoholic beverages served.

Online order only. When you pick up call them they will bring out orders.
It is in Huntington mall. Close location in our community. Price is reasonable.

One of the places I miss most in Chicago! Wonderful food — the Tom Yum soup cured some of my worst symptoms when I got sick with the flu or a cold. Not to mention the curries, which are among the best I’ve had at ANY Thai place I’ve ever been to (I try Thai in every town I stay in).

I fell in love with the Panang! But after finding hairs in my food just about every time I visit I’ve had enough. It’s not even eyelashes. it’s always long and thick. the least they can do is wear hair nets

Found hair under my rice and asked for a full refund was refused unless drive back and I live 30 mins away. Not to mention I go there all the time. Very disappointed with this experience today. I was disgusted with what I saw in my food.

Very fresh crisp vegetables are showcased in the Jaded Thai salad. We always get a large one to share between the two of us. Everything we have tried has been very good. You can pick your protein and spice level to really customize your food to your liking.

Jaded Thai is by far the best Thai restaurant in the Northwestern Suburbs. Everything there is fantastic. I suggest the Pad Thai with tofu, Lad Nar with chicken, and moonlight chicken. Also get their brown rice it is so good. Other faves are Crazy Noodle (get it hot and spicy!), garlic chicken and the basil fried rice (get the brown rice option and make it spicy). Been a big fan since their days in Mt. Prospect. Their Hoffman Estates location is much nicer. Dine in bbn or carry out.

I am Thai and tried to speak thai to place my order. They looked at me like I was from Mars. Food was ok but pricey. I won't be going back.
