We are a small family-run restaurant hoping to serve you delicious Thai cuisine and Thai fusion.
I am a Thai and I find this little Thai place is pretty good, I ordered a basil ground chicken with fried egg! I just happened to be in the area, the food is extremely reasonable price I was surprised considering that this place is near Park Ridge and Niles! In Chicago you wouldn’t find anywhere at this price; not to mention it’s tasty!
It was an unpleasant meal, ruined my first day in Chicago. The service is the worst I have ever had in the US, the waitress does not answer your questions and keep showing her long face during the whole meal. The food is cheap though and its flavor is in the hell, the worst Thai food I have ever had, they are either too sour or too salty. Given our poor experience so far, they charge us a fixed service fee 18%. So everyone who see my comments, please make sure you escape this restaurant.
We have been here a couple times and the food has always been amazing! The food is always fresh and there are so many different options. I love all of the soups, particularly the chicken rice soup. The Thai tea is delicious. If you are looking for fresh and delicious Thai food this is the place! I always look forward to coming back here!
Between the nightmare finding a parking spot, the mediocre food and the poor service I'd steer clear of this place. A friend got here before I did. Shortly after the other two in our group arrived and we sat down. The girl who sat my friend saw us come in but rather than come greet us she sat hiding behind the counter on her phone. The only reason I noticed that was because I had to use the bathroom. About 12 or 13 minutes go buy and I asked her if we could order. She was very short and did not respond when thanked multiple times. My pad see ew was acceptable. Noodles were average but the beef was overcooked. My shrimp thai fried rice was good. Our group did mention that they were really skimping on the proteins for their meals. I did notice smaller than normal portions but I had a decent amount of beef in my pad see ew. With all the thai restaurants around I'd skip this place for a better place that seems to want the business.
One of my favourite Thai restaurants! I order take out from here for my family and the food never disappoints. I love the green curry and pad thai dishes; the food is very fresh and flavourful. I enjoy taking my friends from out of town to dinner here as well. Thank you! 😊
Food is sooo delicious 😋 omg love this place I really like the coconut lemongrass soup and the green curry and yellow curry spicy non spicy

Love this place. Very good quality and it never disappoint. Orange chicken, Thai fried rice, and potstickers from here are 🔥
Terrible experience & very UNFAIR!!! we ordered couple entree & appetizers for dine-in & waited about 30-45 mins before telling us that they ran out what we’re ordering..what a waste of time!!!!!!!!!
my favorite thai restaurant on the nw side. authentic. solid restaurant. i used to eat in a lot more but nowadays i am just getting delivery. they have yum woon sen which is hard to find. my daughters fav. i love everything i have ever ordered my favorite is red curry. or pad kapraw the basil pork w veggies and they put a fried egg on top of it. its excellent.
The yellow curry, golden boats, and table service were excellent. Thank you!
Amazing American-Thai restaurant with memorable chicken satay and yellow curry. Definitely a fusion restaurant, I never noticed much fish taste in the plates.
Younger guy rude, wouldn’t recommend
This is my daughter and my new favorite Thai place! The food is so authentic! My daughter says it reminds her of her grandmas cooking. Everything is delicious but the chive dumplings are a must.
Pad Thai is my favorite
Good costumer service
Food is not bad - but at the same time, not great. They are not sticking to original recepies (dish I ordered was described as ground chicken yet I received sliced chicken breast). Lunch menu is on the pricey side with not much food - so it's not a good value at all (my lunch special had 4 small slices of chicken - if I had to weight it, I'm 100% positive it was not even 4oz of meat - for $11 + tax, that's a rip off).
My favorite Thai place. Others in the area are good but this is the real deal.
This place is by far one of the greatest restaurants. Call it, Asians, call Chinese, call a Thai food. I don’t know I don’t care it’s fresh. It’s delicious and it’s consistent and please get there try it it’s in a strip mall on the corner of Harlem in Touhy.
It's a smaller place but the food is fantastic. It's the only place in the area that actually offers spicy thai food. Amazing
For this tiny restaurant, their service is not professional and polite comparing with all other Thai restaurants. I did not get what I expected because the lady ignored what I am asking except for saying to check the menu. The food quality is ok.
very bad experience!
Best Thai!
Bad customer service
The food is delicious, flavorful just as other reviewers stated! It is a small place but service is excellent! Friendly staff and definitely worth the wait!
It’s a quaint little place with lots of flavour. They really put all the right spices into the dish. Very authentic and tasty!
I love this place! It's become a favorite to grab food from, especially on the way home from work. Everything I've tried from them has been delicious, food is reasonably priced and flavorful, always ready on time, and the staff is always so nice. I'll continue to be a happy customer.
Drogo i wszystko słone Strasznie słone
This place is the bomb!! The food is so good. I have gone a couple of times here and never been disappointed. Prices are also reasonable.
Ordered "Crazy Noodles" off of their menu, was perfection! Would definitely come back in the future! 06/27/2022 ✝️❤❤
First time I ordered from here it was good, everything tasted the way it should, ordered again a few days later and it still tasted good, the 3rd time I ordered the chicken pad thai... man it tasted better than the first couple times, and right now as I write this review I have my daughter picking us up 2 chicken pad thai and the beef pad see ew, this place does not disappoint!!!
My husband I went a couple of weeks ago and got the fried fish and Panang noodle special and it was so amazing we still talk about it and long for it. The curry was sooooo delicious we didn’t want to leave any of it. This is one of the best Thai places I’ve been to in a long while.
I’ve been here several times but this time was not a happy one. I’m wondering if there’s a change in ownership since I’ve been because I’ve noticed changes in decor & tables, as well as service. The restaurant was busy with tables and phone calls for takeout/delivery. Delivery driver was coming in to pick up an order. There were a total of 3 tables dining. And the phone was constantly ringing. Perhaps the server was super overwhelmed with the amount of work— they could definitely use another person. Server was very rude to us in taking an order, food came out super late. This isn’t the same Siam Treasure I remember. There was also a boat noodle (like) dish I’ve had but did not see it on the menu anymore. There is Tom Yum Noodle Soup but it was literally Tom yum sup with noodles added. That is not an authentic Thai noodle soup is. I was very disappointed. I’ll give it another try another day before completely saying no.
This has become my go to Thai takeout place; fantastic food, very reasonable pricing.
I've sent food from here to multiple friends, it's always a crowd pleaser.
Favorite Dishes: Chicken Massaman Curry, Basil Fried Rice
Best Thai Food of the area!
We have ordered from here several times never had a problem food was always pretty good the last time we ordered tried to order online price was $55 online order would not take Restaurant closed out online ordering and delivery. Had to call the restaurant directly they charge me $61 cashier did not care paid for it said thank you she did not respond, Customer service to me goes along way will try to avoid this restaurant in the future.
Great local Thai food! Good service!
This place is not good they're orange chicken tastes like mcodonalds chicken nugget with orange sauce. And the beef and brocolli is soup lol. Spring rolls were also very dry.
Their panang curry is the best I've ever had and pretty darn spicy. Delicious food, and my go-to Thai place in the Norwood Park/Edison Park/Niles area!
Food is ok
Super fast delivery and great food.
You were one of the few Thai restaurants that had that stand out orange pineapple fried rice. Recipes have changed I assumed since covid. No longer a hidden gem. RIP Siam Treasure.
Never said you put oranges in. The spices you used to use made the dish orange. You have changed your recipe. You’re original recipes were what made you stand out. What made you my favorite place and why I made sure to route your business into my travels.
Ordered Spicy Basil with chicken, noting mild spice in the notes of the order because I know how spicy Thai food can be -- very spicy. I also ordered papaya salad the same way. Both dishes were very flavorful with mild spice, and there was a container of spicy sauce I added on the side a little, which was delicious. The potions were generous, and I finished everything feeling happy and satisfied.
My wife and I are in love with this place! We tried almost everything on the menu and the food was always delicious! Absolutely delicious ♡♡♡
The food is great!
So good. I’ve been coming here for Thai food for years. Everytime I go somewhere else I always notice it’s not as good as this place.
Can't go wrong with these guys! So good 💯👌
Awesome food.
Always delicious
Have always been really happy with this place, whether we have dined in or taken out.
I think the food is delicious. From the appetizers to the entrees.
Yum!
Great food been attending for years
Excellent FRESH food
Everything is fresh, rice-meat-veggies you name it
I very much liked the excellent and attentive service; it was ALMOST as good as the wonton soup and the other 10 dishes we enjoyed. Everything was fresh, hot and flavorful. Interestingly I usually find Thai cuisine to be healthier than other Asian food but this was leaning a bit toward the sinfully delicious and not so "clean" side... but that is probably due to the fact that I had wide, delicious, fried noodles and peanut sauce that was perfectly flavored and wonderfully prepared. Not sure what it was called but it was number 53 on the menu!
Pad Thai is super fresh and flavorful. Always a hit with the family!
best thai food on the north side! somehow tastes light and never greasy or heavy. always fresh-tasting veggies and good cuts of meat. generous portions and affordable lunch specials too!
We ordered chicken Pad Thai and chicken Pad See Ew for delivery. The flavor was ok but there was about 2-3 small pieces of chicken and 2 small pieces of green onion. Both entrees were mostly noodles with the smallest amount of protein or veggies I’ve ever had in a Thai dish. We were very disappointed , we were excited to try another local Thai place and this was way overpriced for what they gave us . We won’t be ordering from there again.
Unassuming joint with a well thought out menu. Service is super efficient and food is awesome.
Good pad thai
The greatest Thai food you can get best tom Kha soup and Pad Si Ew!
Pad Tai with beef.
It never disappoints, I always leave this place feeling good, this is my favorite Thai place.
Food is ok.
We have only done take out from here, but the food is good, staff is friendly and its quick to pick up.
Fantastic wide noodle chicken with peppers
I was in the area on business, a quick look on Google Maps revealed.this little gem. No need to look any further for the 3 nights I was in town. Quiet and friendly, this place will serve you a genuinely excellent meal. Check it out. Totally recommended.
Thai food at its best. Love this place. Check the hours before you go. They close in the afternoons.
Great food, very reasonable prices. Tonight, the wait for food was exceptionally long. 4.5 stars.
Disappointed
Love their Pad Khee Mao! Food is generally good, but can be inconsistent with portion sizes. Service can also be slow, they are friendly, but a little quirky!
I got food poisoning after eating here. I would NOT recommend eating here!
Excellent Pad Woonsen!
I am a big critic when it comes to Pad Thai but this place is AMAZING! Just right not to dry and enough chicken. No complaints here I LOVE IT 😍😍😍
Great food, great lunch specials.
Very friendly, real authentic Thai food ...says my girlfriend from Thailand. She feels like home here. Highly recommended!!!
Tasty food, quick service, BYOB. Will definitely go back. Highly recommend the golden boat appetizer (essentially crab Rangoon)!
Just discovered Siam Treasure. Super yummy! Will be back.
The best Thai restaurant in town, highly recommend 👍🏻
Great place to dine, best delicious foods, very nice people servers,
Good food and exceptional service
Amazing food for good prices. I come back to Chicago from DC twice a year and make sure to stop by this place for the golden boats. Miss this place!
Nice little Thai restaurant. I took my sons (3 and 8) there with me the other night, and they happily made Pad Thai for them without spice at my request. I ordered Beef Panang and was very happy with it; the Pad Thai was very good as well. After tax we had two main dishes, an appetizer (chicken Satay) and an extra bowl of rice for under $30 which I thought was very reasonable.
Terrible pad thai, spring rolls. Was not happy with the Red Curry, fried rice was soggy. Would not recommend.
Good portions, tasty food, but tried to charge for soy sauce. Will not return
Decent thai food, friendly staff and nice place to dine in.
Great place to dine in or take out, fast service and the food is delicious
I ordered hot and sour soup on a whim after hearing another customer rave about it--never really liked it before, until I tried it here. The Tom Kha is fantastic, as is every soup I've tried so far. It is a family run restaurant, the owners are very friendly, and they serve good food. This is now my go-to for Thai food.
Really really good. Their Tom Kha soup is so good and is spicy as well. The place is staffed well and is also very clean and pleasant. I like all of their curry options and they make a mean pad Thai.
Food is amazing! They are always doing tons of carry out so the service isn't the best with one server doing all the work but it's worth the wait!
Sticky rice delicious
Yummy Thai food.
Awesome service. Always fresh and always yummy.
Great food and great service from their awesome staff. Their panang curry is delicious as is their pad thai.
Good food and great service.
It looks nice
Love this place... it's been a long time favorite for Thai food!
Fantastic food. Friendly staff fair price! Great for Thai to go! Comfy little cafe..
This is a small hidden treasure with in our community that serves some of the best Thai food that I’ve had in a long time it is comparable to some of the best. I had the Crab Ragoons which were little pillows of cream cheese heaven that as I laid my tongue upon it melted the savory sweetness. Succulent, as it combined with the waterfall of decadent dipping sauce. I also had the pad Thai with shrimp which was extra spicy and left my tongue dancing a thailand tango as I wrap my mouth around those flowing noodles made with happiness. And thirdly I bought a dish of the basil Thai chicken with the ground chicken choice .. it was balanced flavor with its Ying and yang combination of zesty chicken meets basil 🌿 to create a taste sensation sure to please ur palette! The price was fair and on point!!! Fantastic!
The Siam Treasure is truly a treasure. The menu had a wide variety of Asian food. The restaurant is small but comfortable. This is a mom & pop place and you can tell the pride they put into their business.
Food is tasty and delicious. BYOB is awesome and for those who don't drink, the water is flavored with fresh cut orange. Very good service and very good food. Coleagues and I added it to the lunch rotation list.
Great food !
My absolute favorite Thai restaurant. Their egg rolls are the best! Don't confuse them with their spring rolls, totally different.
I eat Thai food at least once a week. I tried this place and I'm in love! This quick BYOB location is delicious! Will come back!
Read the raving reviews and thought I'd give it a try. The food was - eh. Thai orange chicken had the strangest flavor I've ever tasted and the spring rolls were very dry. For me, additionally, it was when they got my name wrong after 3 times correcting and then calling me "sweetie". Sorry, won't be back.
Food is inconsistent. Some days it's really good and some days you would say "what the h&4$ happened"! It's a hit or miss.
Owner treat customers very warmly and food is great
It was excellent!
Great food! Freshness you can taste. Will come here for lunch more often.
Excellent food! Nice staff! Must visit!
Had the crab rolls, pad kee mao, and crazy noodles. Overall, the food was good. Crab rolls were a let down (more fishy taste than crab), but the noodle dishes were great. Pot stickers were decent. Great customer service on our take out order. The dining area is okay, a little dated. This place is BYOB.
Saim Treasure serves really tasty food. We went for dinner and it turns out to be our favorite THAI food destination in Chicago. :)
The massaman curry is pretty good! I'd get it again.
good pangyang curry. also soups are delicious
This place is a diamond in the rough. I drove past Siam Treasure for too long. Found them on grub hub and open on Mondays so I gave it a try.....amazing. We order here often.
Food is awesome, service is friendly and helpful, prices are reasonable and if you so choose, it's BYOB. Will definitely be going back!
Good food but pricey
I could eat their food everyday!
It was ok
This place is awesome! We went there and had the spring rolls, which had a delicious sweet sauce, then ordered the Pad Thai, and the Red Curry. It was probably the best Thai food that I have ever eaten. We even ordered 2 orders of Pad Thai to go.
Place is pretty bomb and definitely worth trying.
I love the food and the employees at this place. All of the noodle dishes are amazing and the red curry fried rice rocks. It is almost addicting. Other favorites of ours are the Thai basil fried rice, kow soy, pad ka prow and panang curry. They also have several dishes that I have not seen at very many Thai restaurants. Their chef makes the most amazing hoy tod (mussel pancake) I have ever had. For the price...this restaurant is an incredible value.
Eating in...they have a pretty humble but cozy atmosphere and the staff is very friendly and helpful with suggestions for "off the menu" dishes. Take out is ready very quickly and they deliver to a pretty wide area. One of the best Thai restaurants in Chicagoland...and I eat at a lot of them.
AWESOME!!! This place is amazing! My wife and I were craving for some good thai food and this place was recommended. I got the peanut sauce chicken and my wife got the pad thai noodles, and both were great! Delivery was a little late but the restaurant threw in a free order of spring rolls that were awesome. We also shared an order of pot stickers that were delicious. We will definitely order from here again. Great recommendation and looking forward to our next order!
Great Thai food, and relatively inexpensive. I recommend the Mango Sticky Rice. It's in a strip mall, so not great ambiance, but great food at a great price and totally worth it.
All around the best best best thai food in the city.
