My family and I went to eat here after a long day of moving nearby. The husband and wife inside were so incredibly nice and served a table of 10 with very courteous service! They even gave us some smoothies to try and the food was great! We all had the lunch special and it was an amazing deal! We’ll definitely be back and recommend for anyone to get some GOOD Chinese food!

I’ve been coming here for a while and the food is always good! They have really good Lunch specials. The owners go above and beyond and provide great customer service! We had a missing item and they delivered it free and gave us some really good Iced Tea :)

Just had some of the most delicious lo mein I've ever had. The lady who served me was very kind and personable. On top of that, the food was hot, the dining room clean, and service was quick. The walls aren't much to look at but the food and service more than makes up for it. Give this place a shot and you'll be back, no doubt.

Also pretty delicious for the price range. In this economy? This be heaven for college students. Not to mention the couple that owns the shop is really kind and accommodating. I highly recommend those who like American Chinese food to come and eat here. Cheap, huge portions, and doesn’t sacrifice flavour.

Walked in and placed a take out order. It was fast, easy, and delicious. We got the beef chow fun, orange chicken, egg rolls and dumplings. It was all so flavorful! The new owners treated us to one of their mango smoothies. We live in the neighborhood and will definitely be frequent visitors. Show them some love and stop in. You won’t regret it!

Hana Dragon will be my go to Chinese in the neighborhood. I love their egg rolls! Pot stickers are huge and delicious. They are so kind and make delicious food. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks for the delicious complimentary mango smoothie!

Okay. I don’t recommend the meat, but the vegetables are amazing. It’s cheap for a lot of food. If you want a Michelin Chinese cuisine, you might need to go to Chinatown. Here, it is good for college students not tourists or fine dining.

literally so good. This place is a like a hidden gem. the portions are hugeee for such an affordable price which was only around 10 dollars. It’s literally enough to feed 4 people imo. please ignore the other poor reviews over a year ago. Since 3-4 months ago the place is under new management and the new owners are so kind and giving. They literally give you free drinks with your order too. Literally the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. The kimchi beef fried rice is soo good(oh yeah did I mention that they have some Korean food options too as well?) just give them a try and I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. The fact that they are such a small family restaurant makes me want to support them even more

This is the best Chinese restaurant I have ever eaten at. The people are so nice and their Mongolian beef is better than the ones in Chinatown.

The new owners are very nice and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. I’m pretty sure you also get free smoothies when you order a lot of food. The bad reviews were from previous owners. Excellent customer service and excellent food!

Lunch deal is incredible. Just 12$ for a massive platter of food that comes w chicken fried rice, egg drop soup, and chicken eggroll.

Went in and ordered a Large General Tso chicken. The chicken was crispy, tender and not too sweet. There were enough left overs to feed me another 2 times after my dinner. The staff seemed genuinely excited to serve me and they gave me a free smoothie on my way out!

Great experience! Brought a big party and ate like kings. I loved that I could get a fun drink with an amazing meal. 7 people with appetizers and drinks came to $180. Maybe the last reasonably priced place in the city!

Sushi tasted like it had been sitting in the refrigerator not sure if they premake their sushi rolls ahead of time but that’s what it seems like rice was chewy , avocado was brown and tempura shrimp was cold inside the crunchy shrimp roll ..we did have it delivered however I watched the delivery driver leave the restaurant and we were only 3 blocks away maybe 5 min from when they picked up until we received our food

It's a nice place with some seating. The owner is really friendly and the food was so good. The wonton soup was made the way it should be with no weird tastes or extra fat like some places. The sushi roll we got was all raw fish and very fresh. The sesame chicken was breaded great and not too greasy. I will definitely come again!

The food tasted rotten. They were hesitant to serve us for dine in. The server was short with us. There are a lot of better places on Taylor. Please avoid this place.

Our attempt to dine at Hana Sushi and Thai Restaurant was met with a frustrating encounter. Despite calling ahead to confirm their dine-in availability, upon arrival, we were met with indifference at the register. The individual present seemed dismissive and responded with sarcasm when we inquired about their open status. The comment, 'Well, I don't have a waitress,' delivered with a dismissive tone, left us feeling unwelcome and unattended to.

As customers, we value respectful and welcoming service, especially when taking the time to ensure availability beforehand. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of the standard hospitality expected when visiting a restaurant.

We hope Hana Sushi Chinese and Thai restaurant takes into account the importance of courteous customer service for a pleasant dining experience.

This is a nice looking place, and they have a groupon deal I can't stay away from, the man in the front is really nice but food wise it's probably not the best choice, I like the fried rice but all of the proteins just taste weird(old) so I probably won't go back after my last visit.

i got the pad si-ewe with beef and crunch roll sushi. the beef tasted more like mystery meat. i spit it out. seemed like very low quality beef. the noodles had a mute flavor. the sushi had no crunch but wasn’t terrible. overall a disappointing experience especially bc i came here based off a recommendation

The front of house person seemed surprised when I said I wanted to dine in; I guess it’s mostly a takeout spot. I was craving orange chicken so that’s what I got. The flavor was just ok and the chicken was dry. I suspect it was frozen and reheated, not fried fresh.

I kept hoping that one of the dishes would have something redeeming, but they all fell short... the green curry was more of a sweet, onion-filled gravy. There was nothing pan-fried about the gyoza - they were wrapped in a crispy, cracker-like shell. Pad see ew noodles were mushy and stuck together in 4 layers, too think to get any flavor from the sauce.

My partner and I ordered this because we wanted to fulfill some late night cravings before hitting the hay. To our surprise, the food was amazing. I ordered the most tender and sweet and savory orange chicken while they enjoyed crab mango rolls. Will be ordering again!!

I got Carry out. The kid checking me out dropped the box on the counter. I thought nothing of it, no big deal. The box felt very light. I got home and opened the box. The pieces were very thin and the the tobiko sashimi had broken and was all over the place. I called and I spoke to the owner who started making excuses about this that and the other thing. I didn’t wanna argue. I ate my food but of the pieces smelled fishy, not fresh. Not happy. Kimura down the street is a bit more but 10x better. Never again Hana. Sorry

I've been in Detroit for the last 2 years and seriously missed Chicago, IL Thai food. the Thai scene in Michigan is so awful I actually started making it myself at home!
after being back in Chicago, IL one day, I came here. best decision ever. get the ka prao with the egg. you're welcome.

Ordered a spicy salmon roll and a spicy tuna roll, both came with tiny bits of fish with bright red food coloring on them, half the roll was sliced cucumber. I hate cucumber, nobody puts that on a spicy salmon or tuna roll. I called the restaurant to complain and got attitude. Go anywhere, the grocery store has better sushi for less. Place is a trap.

Owner would not honor a voucher purchased online, stating that the voucher could only be used for dine in. This restriction wasn’t on the voucher and the owner argued with me and I had to explain the voucher to him multiple times. He eventually caved but was visibly upset that he had to honor a coupon that I had bought specifically for his business. He was very rude and I would not come back here for food due to his confrontational attitude. Additionally, food was not as good compared to other nearby restaurants.

Bubble teas are great, good quality. Service is good. Food is delicious.
