This pad Thai is one of the best I've ever had honestly, it was not too sweet, more tangy which I liked, came with plenty of toppings (carrots, bean sprouts, peanuts) and the noodles were not too thin and cooked al dente. Love the fact you can change the protein (I got chicken). Also came with an extra lime slice. Hit the spot !!!!

I ordered level 10 Green Curry w Tofu and did have to assure them that I was looking for Thai heat; runny nose & watering eyes and that I’m not just some dumb white guy with too much bravado. This was one of the spiciest dishes I’ve had on Maui and yet the flavor of the curry was very present and super enjoyable! Still, I’m going to see if they’ll push to 11 or 12 level on my next order. Their Thai Iced Tea is really good too.

The food at Aloha Thai Fusion Truck is good, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. While the flavors were enjoyable, the customer service and attitude were disappointing. The owner and manager had a sassy, unwelcoming demeanor, and even small, reasonable requests felt like they were more focused on squeezing out every dollar rather than ensuring a good customer experience.

What made it worse was that despite clearly requesting no egg in one of our dishes, they still served it with egg. This level of carelessness is unacceptable, especially when dietary preferences or restrictions are communicated upfront.

If I had to rate it:
• Food: 3.5 stars
• Service: 1 star
• Attitude: 0 stars

If you’re only after food and don’t mind dealing with poor service, it might be worth a try. Otherwise, you might want to look elsewhere for a better overall experience.

We stopped by the brick and mortar but it was closed for renovations so we headed over to the food truck nearby instead. The food took about 15 minutes with only one order ahead of us, but it was worth it! The Pad Thai was saucy and spicy and delicious. The shrimp fried rice was also super flavorful and well above average. The menu is pretty extensive for a food truck! I would have loved to try the drunken noodles or pad see ew as well!

Food was delicious. The fresh grilled fish plate was about $17 & you get a good serving. Fish was cooked perfectly, the sauce was tasty & the mac salad was delicious. I only took a star off for the customer service. The gal working the register was impersonal, so much so, that we almost left. We felt like an inconvenience and she was too worried about being on her phone than to be decent to customers. Overall, the food was worth paying them a visit!

Got the pad thai and it was super oily and lacking any flavor. Disappointed.

THE FRIED RICE!!!! So so so soooo good. Got some after picking up a friend from the airport and was so happy with the food. It was delicious.

So good. I had the Pad Thai (3 stars-opened the sinuses). It was flavorful and the meat and veggies were tender. My husband had the Chicken Cashew Stir-fry (8 stars-had him reaching for the tissue box) and said it was delish. We both had Thai iced teas which were a perfect accompaniment to the spicy dishes. Highly recommend!

Ok, the staff who operate this are kinda "unfriendly". But we love this! Sorta reminds me of "The Wiener's Circle" in Lakeview, actually. But my wife and I agree: One of the Best Thai food places we've experienced. And from a food truck! We (actually just me) go there for takeout multiple days for lunch (while the other enjoys the pool) when we're fortunate enough to be in Maui. I promise you won't be disappointed. Bravo 👏.

My friend and I ordered the coconut shrimp, fried calamari, BBQ sliders, and fresh fish sliders. We were pleasantly surprised by the large serving sizes and everything was absolutely delicious!

Staff was rude. Politely ordered a dish on the menu and instead of saying something like “Sorry, we are out of that,” she said “No!” in an irritated and dismissive tone. Both dishes we got were not as described on the menu, as if they were using store-bought instead of fresh local ingredients. Failed to see where the Thai-Hawaiian fusion entered the picture. Would not recommend.

The AlohacThai Fusion food truck parked on the street outside of the Worldmark Tesort in Kihei serves a small number of very good Thai dishes. They are cooked to order while you wait. My wife and I both had Pad Thai dishes, on with chicken and one with shrimp. They were both very good, although the chicken was a little tough. We will return to sample more dishes.

The drunken noodles will leave you wanting more. The Mac salad with thai sweet chili sauce slaps honestly you can't go wrong here!

Grumpy cashier with no customer service. That itself was a put off for me.

Their pad Thai was amazing!!! Also their crab rangoons are extremely delicious- they actually taste like crab rather than just cream cheese!
The price is moderate- the food is worth every penny!

We ordered the chicken drunken noodles and the chicken green curry and they were both delicious! I’ve had my fair share of good authentic Thai food and this was definitely a legit spot. I can taste the garlic, lime leaves, shrimp paste and lots of chilies in the drunken noodles. It was not super oily or saucy which made it not over heavy to eat! Definitely recommend them!!!

This Thai restaurant was great! We had a reservation, and service was fast and friendly. The macadamia nut panang curry was incredible. Highly recommend. Other dishes we had including the thai basil salmon, drunken noodles, and stir fried eggplant were also excellent. A delicious place to enjoy a meal on the island! We would definitely come back.

Delicious, convenient, and good prices! Literally what more could you want just lounging around I Maui?! Ordered the BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders and they were delicious. The pineapple sauce added a lovely sweetness to the pork. They also use cute pink burger patties that are so soft and airy (and quite sweet as well)! Order comes with macaroni salad and coleslaw as well so it's definitely a meal.

The food was alright, ginger chicken and cashew nut chicken stir fry were okay, fish tacos tested good enough although went soggy by the time we got home (3 mins). The overall experience was okay but expected sth more since the reviews were really good (in our opinion unjustly)

I gave three stars. Here’s why. The food was excellent (5 stars) but the young lady taking the orders was extremely unpleasant and rude. She had no patience for anyone who had questions or who even took a few seconds to read the menu options. When I ordered, I asked for hot sauce. When my number was called, I asked for a bag for my order. Oh, The look she gave me!? I then asked if there was hot sauce. She said, “you want hot sauce”? I said, “yes please, three please”. No word of a lie, she took three prepared containers of hot sauce and literally through them in the bag. My two friends were shocked at that. Fortunately none of them opened and spilled. I really hope she was just having a bad day. But if not, then only patronize this business if you want bad service with your tasty food.

포장해와서 호텔와서 먹는데까지 20분정도 소요되었는데도 여전히 맛있을정도면 막 나온 음식였다면 더 맛있지 않을까싶어요.
음식은 가성비가 좋은편이에요. 왠만한 타이음식점 보다 맛있습니다.
다만 주문받으시는분이 너무 불친절해서 아쉬웠어요.
우연히 지나다 들릴수잇다면 다른메뉴도 먹어보고 싶을정도입니다.

After a walk on the beach for sunset we headed over to these foodtrucks, I ordered the Marinated BBQ Chicken. I loved the Cilantro and lime flavors, it was an amazing dish, and one of my top 5 meals I ate while on the island. Sadly I was so hungry that I ate it all before I stopped to take a photo.

Food was so good! We had the bbq chicken and pad thai level 6.

Probably one of the best thai foods we've had - and it was from a food truck! They were able to make us vegan dishes: druken noodles and pad Thai both with tofu. The portions were great and we were able to save some for the following day as well. The flavors and taste was really good! We went during dinner time and there was a bit of a wait (about 20-25 min) and the the prices were average. We ended up going to their other location as well which was near the airport, but their portions were a lot smaller for the same price. Highly recommend the Kihei location.

I had the Pad Thai from the restaurant a few weeks ago and it was AMAZING!!! This food truck is closer to the hotel where I was staying and since it had the same name I figured it would be the same food...well it really wasnt :( the Pad Thai was not bad but it was not what I had from the actual restaurant! It was very heavy on the fish sauce it seemed like and was way smaller portion

Oh my - what a mess! Very disorganized and slow. We ordered online and it took 30 minutes longer than promised. The order intake and filling orders process was terrible, and everyone waiting was really frustrated. The food actually tasted good, but it was not worth the hassle.

Pulled pork sliders were good. The meat was good but not special. The bun was delicious: warm, buttered, soft.

The macaroni salad is something special. I would order a quart of that to have at home.

3 small fish tacos costed $20.83. More expensive than the nearby restaurant. Each taco has a small thin shell, 1 pinky sized grilled fish stick tasted dry and woody, then staffed with fresh shredded cabbage. Some may have a pinch of cilantro.

When I paid, the young woman said it was $15, then immediately changed to 17.95 and charged about 15% tips for the take out order.

We could not stop raving how good this food truck was!! We got the spring rolls, coconut fish, and the pork salad. Great spot, must try!

Worst food I have ever had. We got the chicken tai pad and the green curry. Both were inedible and smelled like dog food.

Shocked that ALL of them especially the person who prepares the food were NOT wearing masks at all! This is a health and safety concern because they can easily transfer their possibly infected saliva to the food. Eeew!

Papaya salad was very disappointing. They should not even have it on their menu. Does not taste authentic, and lacks flavor. The pad Thai was good, not too different from other pad Thai around here. Their red curry is my favorite. Very flavorable, strong spices.

We had the shrimp pad Thai and the chicken pad see ew. Imbalanced flavors (too sour, not enough spice) and small portions for the price (5 whole shrimp on the pad Thai for $15). Very much catered to American taste buds.

Do not order here through UBER EATS.

They would say the food is ready for pickup but when you get there they haven’t even started making!

This happened twice, this is not a mistake, it’s just what they do.

When I got there people were ordering food, and their food came out way before mine. There’s absolutely no benefit using UBER eats and ordering in advance. You would wait more.

I had to wait for 20min, even though Uber eats said my food was ready 40min ago. Makes no sense. Food is mediocre. Ridiculous.

It was a delightful set of three fish tacos that was heavy on the coleslaw and not on the fish. The flavors were good, the service was good. The great reviews did not do it justice I would go back but maybe order something else.

This food truck has the best red and green curries I have tasted on Maui. My husband got the red with chicken and it had just the right amount of spices. There was plenty of chicken and a ton of veggies including curry leaves! Yum! I got the green shrimp and it was perfect as well and just a little less spicy.

I enjoy their red curry with chicken especially when I ask them to make it spicy. My wife enjoys the cashew chicken. We recommend them both.

We loved this food truck in Kihei, Maui! It has a great location on the main toad just a 2-3 minute walk from Kameole I Beach. Three people are friendly and there are some great food truck choices. The wings were awesome as were the tacos. If you're super lucky, Gus's Shaved Ice will be parked right next to Aloha Thai Fusion another great example of Hawaiian food truck cuisine. Parking on street is easy. Definitely should go!

Cook has terrible hygiene and was coughing on food while cooking. Wouldn’t eat here ....
