Today was my first day out on recovery from the flu and I still did not felt like I wanted to handle any solid food. So, I stopped over at this place and ordered Tom Yum Soup with Pork as a selected meat for $12.51 with tax included and it was perfect. It wasn't too strong nor weak. it had just enough of the sour taste. I was able to eat what was in it and drank every drop of the soup. The lady that took the order was very nice and the price was very reasonable considering with all the present inflation. As such, I do highly recommend this place.
I don’t understand the 2.8* rating of this place. We tried the fried long rice with chicken and it was really good. The nice older lady was friendly and fast in preparation of the food. The price was very reasonable. We will try other dishes the next time we visit afín Quixote.
Really good food! Very hot (warm) and spicy as we asked! We had Pad See Ew and Pad Kee Mao. In my Pad Kee Mao, I got it with tofu and I had them add an egg for which they only charged me an extra $1. I also requested for them to ensure the grill and cooking materials were cleaned and there was no contamination with pork or other meats. They were very kind and said they do that already!
Really loved our noodle dishes!
The spot is a small one along with a host of other small restaurants outside of Don Quixote. Seating is on the tables/benches outside.
We ordered via UberEats. The fish was good. The spicy topping on the side was real spicy, FYI. The other 2 dishes were OK too so not sure why there were lots of bad reviews. Could be we didn’t have to deal with their customer service directly. The only thing is they could have given more Larb and Papaya Salad.
Based on the reviews, it looks as though Thai Taste is hit or miss but it was a hit when my daughter and I visited. After a long day of walking around and a stop at Don Quixote, we needed a bite to eat. The row of restaurants that line the storefront had hours that stated a 10pm close but by 8pm, everything except for Thai Taste had shuttered up.
We ordered the Chicken Pad See Ew, Chicken Pad Thai, Thai Tea, and a Coke- less than $30 before tip - so the prices are reasonable. Freshness, texture, and seasoning were good and portion size was ok (see pic). I personally wouldn't have minded if there was about 30% more volume though. Great experience overall!
Had the spicy yellow curry with chicken and a side of sticky rice. Tasted just as good as the other Thai locations Iʻve been to. Took less than ten minutes and the food was hot, spicy, and tender. Will definitely go there again.
Very good!

Best Pad See Ew
The front desk people were friendly. Great prices and delish food.
Worst service ever. We waited more than an hour for food and they got the order wrong. They took another 30 min to serve mediocre food. It deserves 0 star
I made it my mission to try all the Thai places in my city and find the best one. THIS IS THE WORST ONE. Not only is the food bad, the service is worse after 45 minutes waiting and watching multiple big families get their orders despite ordering after me I asked about the wait time and they said the same as when I ordered, "ten minutes". It should not take an hour when they initially said ten minutes. Do yourself a favor and go to the wagyu spot next to it
I ordered the Pad kee mao. I've had it at other Thai restaurants and I really like it because of the flavor and heat. With that being said, mines was bland and no spice or heat at all. I didn't taste the basil although it looked like there was basil but may have been old. I love Thai food and have had other dishes from here that was good. I hope they fix the recipie or I might not come back.
Excellent food. Not expensive and is customizable
i don't know why the reviews are so bad. this is my go-to place for quick thai food and it always comes out fresh and perfectly seasoned. prices are also great
I ordered pat ki mal beef and the food had no flavor at all
Spent almost $90 on Thai food takeout and let me just say this is the WORST place I DONT recommend on top or that the woman taking my order had stank attitude seems to hate her job and the food was disgusting not actual Thai food this spot should be shut down if I could I would get my money back 🤮🤢
This could be the worst “Thai food” I’ve ever had. I can even make it more authentic. I ordered yellow chicken curry there were only 4or5 small pieces of chicken which was nothing like Thai and it cost 15 in total. I wonder how can they claim they’re doing Thai food. I should’ve read the reviews before
Worse place I ever ate!!!!! Omg this was so gross…. We got pad sew and pad Thai. We couldn’t eat it!
I've had Thai food all over the world and I have it on a weekly basis in my hometown, Seattle. However, I suspect this place microwaves their food. I ordered the Pad Thai and it was so hot that I couldn't hold or touch the bottom of the container. The same happened when I ordered the Panang Curry, which was extremely hot. Also, I can tell this food wasn't made fresh because of the taste and smell.
The presentation and the taste is subpar compared to the Thai restaurants I go to regularly.
Pad see ew is one of my favorite Thai food so I gave a try here. A good portion and price but it was pretty dry maybe necause not enough sauce?
This was the worst Thai I’ve ever had.. I hardly complain about food but in the case it was terrible.. I will say I was ordering early and it was the only place open so I decided to give it a try.. even after all the bad reviews.. I even called before ordered to please replace chicken with tofu… the items were lacking taste and ingredients .. the noodles I ordered were gummy and under cooked and the rice had no color to it maybe 3 pieces or 4 of pineapple and no other toppings the shrimp taste like rubber .. and beware all the pictures they use aren’t there own … never again.. ohhh any they forgot my drink
Major shift here - used to be reliably good Thai, but what we got the other night was inedible. We ordered some curries for last minute guests, the sticky rice we literally couldn’t pull apart, 3 boxes all like balls of rubber.- the beef was too tough to chew, one
of the containers was less than half full.
Money & time out the window. Very disappointing. The people who run this place are always so nice, i hope it turns around

Great food! Lots of selections and pretty quick service!
OMG! Unbelievable that they can claim to serve Thai food. If a Thai person was served the curry or fried chicken, they would undoubtedly be confused and disgusted with the quality, flavor, presentation, and quantity. If served to anyone else, they would just be angry. It’s terrible and I’m surprised that they are still in business.
Their spring roll and house fried chicken is really good. I don’t even shop at don quijote but I drive all the way to town just to eat here.
No flavour at all. I ordered from Uber eats the pad Thai with chicken, there were no peanuts on top, no lime to squeeze, bland dry chicken. Probably the worst pad Thai I’ve ever had.
If you love wrong orders, argumentative employees and being told you ordered wrong. THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!
5 pieces of shrimp and NO CHICKEN with the Chicken Pad Thai I ordered…. Charged $2 extra for the shrimp…. Pad Thai was MEH at best. Employee also wanted to argue that I ordered shrimp, when I NEVER order shrimp. Wont be coming back to this location.
Been here 3 times on my 3 week trip and the Pho was amazing every time. Literally made sure I went back to get it one more time before I left.
Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering… my Red curry had about 3 pieces of chicken in it and the rice I had to pay extra for was not filed to the container size. 0/10 don’t recommend

Apart from the taste of food, Very unkind and unfriendly.
Zero customer service mindset.
We should have checked the review before getting the food. We ordered pad thai chicken and it turned out to be very different from all pad thai chicken we had in the past... don't recommend the bad thai chicken.
Super slow. A simple order takes more than half an hour.
Ordered Tomyang soup and spring roll, Waited 45 min for my food, got into my car and got the wrong order. Went back to look for parking again I told her it’s not the right order I’m missing my spring roll. She apologized which is fine . Waited for another 20 min for my food got to my car again and so excited to eat my spring Roll, expecting to be fresh and hot. And it was not hot it seems that they had it there for a while and it’s very frustrating ! Hungry and tired and I got the most poor service and not so good food at all! Will never come back to this restaurant again! The cashier doesn’t seem to be sorry at all too!!
Food is okay, taste different everytime. Some times they have promotion saids buy one entree get one drink free. But when we purchased our food the lady never mention it. She just asked you if you want any drink. After that I never went back.
Worst Thai food I have ever had. Chicken was like boiled and added to the sauce. The vegetables in the beef curry were not cook and the beef was tough.
The green curry take out I had today for lunch was delicious with lots of chicken & vegetables.
VERY DISAPPOINTING. THEY ARE NOT HONEST IN GIVING YOU WHAT YOU ORDER. THEY OVER CHARGE ON PURPOSELY. AND THE 2 WOMEN THERE HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. VERY RUDE AND NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY GIVE THAI CULTURAL FOOD A BAD NAME. WORST IN HAWAI'I. NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. 0.25⭐
Bland pad thai. No Flavor
The Khao Piak Sen is really good! Pretty spot on compared to other Laotian noodle soups
9/10 for taste
7/10 price for what it is
Staff is sort of friendly
6/10
The place really sucks
Third time I ordered extra meat and yes they charged me and did not honor it. In fact I ordered it last week and they gave me less food than the previous week. Better thai food places , this one is convenient but they rip you off. Spend the extra dollar and go somewhere else
Curry looks and taste like a ton of water added to left over curry. Also, the chicken was uncooked inside of curry.I know it's cheap street food but yo,the food was awful.
Delicious! I had the pineapple fried rice and vegetarian panag curry with Thai ice'd tea. Yum!!!!
I had the pork fried rice was very delicious employees very helpful courteousI cannot wait to come back again I totally recommend
Average food, good prices.
