This restaurant engages in fraudulent behavior! The staff deducts tips for themselves by quickly selecting the amount on the payment terminal without giving customers the chance to choose on their own.
I am very, very disappointed—my evening was ruined.
Because of this,
I cannot give this place a good rating!
Yesterday, we dined at this establishment for the first time.
Everything was decent—good food and acceptable service.
At the end of our meal, we were given the bill.
We took it to the reception desk to pay.
The staff took the bill from us, and the waitress quickly inserted the card into the terminal. Without asking, she selected the tip amount that suited her, confirmed the payment, and walked away without saying anything.
We stood there waiting for the receipt.
There was a man behind the reception desk, but he also left quickly.
At that moment, we didn’t fully understand what had happened. Initially, we had brought cash to leave a tip, but when we got home, we realized we had been scammed—they charged us twice for the tip.
Be cautious of this place, as they likely use this trick on all their customers. It’s extremely dishonest and disappointing.
Some of the best Thai food I've had! We ordered the Thai style chow fun noodles in beef and chicken, stir fried "long rice" noodles and the fried garlic beef with spring rolls to start. Huge portions, great flavor, fast service. The noodles in both dishes were excellent. Highly recommend this place and we will be back!!
Delightful Thai street food in the heart of Waikiki, Siam Square is ready to delight your taste buds. A warning on the front of the menu proudly says, "no refund will be given for food returned for being too spicy. " they offer for spice levels: mild, medium, spicy, and Thai Hot. The spicy level was perfect for a typical American "hot". We've been back twice and will keep returning.
Amazing Thai restaurant! Went on a whim and took my wife there and couldn't be more satisfied! The food was amazing and enjoyed all the food we ordered. Their curry was superb, and their pad thai was great! Always love papaya salad, and theirs did not disappoint! Would definitely recommend this to anyone who enjoys thai food and is vacationing downtown or in the need for some delicious, authentic thai food. Would definitely recommend it and will eat here again.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and the service was impressively fast.
The food was served in no time.
The chicken satay with peanut sauce was delicious.
However, the interior could use some refurbishment. It felt a bit outdated.
In summary, Siam Square is a great spot for a quick meal with friendly service.
Wow…. WOW!!!!!!!
This is a hidden gem. The pad Thai was good sure but the evil curry is wonderful!!! The spices are so incredibly balanced and the richness is comforting. I did a happy dance while eating, and so will you. The drunken noodles must be homemade.
It’s also very reasonable, the drinks are only about 6 or 7 for a beer or champagne.
Great food. Attentive service. Nice atmosphere. Arrived early when meeting my aunt. They brought out a menu and water very quickly. Friendly and they helped guide my aunt to places to lock up her bicycle when she arrived.
Food came out hot and food potions were good. Warning (which you also see online and on the menu) the medium spice is pretty spicy! My eyes were watering and I did feel the heat. What I ordered was delicious but spicy!
I ordered the Siam Jungle Curry (Evil Curry) with tofu. Restaurant was very nice to ensure they meal didn’t have fish sauce (as we ordered vegan).
My aunt ordered the Drunkard’s Noodles (Pad Ki Mao) at a medium heat and she loved it. (This felt slightly less spicy than mine but also delicious)
Staff were good at checking in with us and restaurant felt clean and nice.
Also ordered a Tapioca with Taro for dessert which was sweet and filling (helped make the spice mute down a bit). Served warm and enjoyed it!
Lastly we had Singha beers which were a smooth lager. Aunt said it reminded her of Thailand.
Would come back.
Ughhh…. I really wanted to like this restaurant and I was excited to come here based on the recent positive reviews. But sadly the reviews don’t reflect reality. The dish we tried (chicken cashew nut) was completely lacking in flavour. It needs soy sauce, real garlic and some extra veggies like broccoli. Spring rolls were oily on outside and dry inside. Didn’t like the oily sauce provided with the spring rolls. Would have preferred sweet chilli sauce. Service was friendly and the food came out fast (like within 10min). FYI: They expect a minimum 15% tip and charge extra if you pay via credit card.
The good here is EVERYTHING! Got the papaya salad, basil fried rice, and green curry. Best we’ve ever had. Would recommend
Delicious I had Siam Jungle Curry and my husband had the pineapple fried rice. He celiac and they had lots of choices. We both enjoyed the spring rolls. They substituted the dipping sauce for my husband.
What a sweet find. Clean, quiet, and legit friendly with good food. Up on the 2nd floor.
Our Airbnb is “435 ft” from the restaurant, and we were convinced to try it by the review that said it’s their go-to restaurant in Honolulu. The two dishes we got (Thai Chow Foon & Drunkard’s Noodles) were delicious! Not heavy, a perfect portion, and nicely spicy (we East Coasters ordered medium).

Curry is amazing. 10 out of 10. Great atmosphere and easy location to get to

We took away Thai dishes for dinner. One dish was missing and I had to go back to get it. The taste was average.
Excellent service and food. Best Thai food I have had in Waikiki.
The food & service were both excellent! Papaya salad, Siam Jungle curry and Chow Fun noodles were all so good!
This place is hands down my favorite Thai restaurant. The portions are generous, the flavors are spot on, and the prices are super reasonable. Incredible staff—they’re always so nice.
The cozy atmosphere makes it feel like home, and that’s a big reason why I keep coming back. As a regular, I can confidently say it never disappoints. If you’re craving delicious Thai food served with a smile, this is the place to be!
The best. Do not miss when in Honolulu
Loved this place. Came here 3 days in a row. Excellent food, good prices, friendly staff. Totally recommend.
Wonderful food and nice quiet atmosphere for a very busy Waikiki establishment.
Outstanding, high-quality Thai food. Absolutely delicious. Excellent friendly service in a cozy and quiet second floor spot above the hustle and bustle of Waikiki's streets.

Excellent vegetarian options 😍
For grill or Ala carte, both have veggie options.
Will highly recommend garlic noodles and spinach garlic (grill).
Thank you, Jered and Sheron, for excellent & friendly service.
Delicious Thai food. We were skeptical since this place was away from the main path and upstairs, but good was superb.

Excellent little Thai restaurant, lovely friendly staff & good food, reasonably priced & great service, would recommend to everyone
Real good drunkard noodles and fried banana
Authentic Thai Food, very humble and friendly staff, and a really quaint and local Thai feeling atmosphere. For months I was eating here 3 times a week or more, simply because the food was that good and the staff quiet but tentative. I would always relax on my lunch break here, reminiscing about my time in Thailand. I can't count how many times I've steered locals and tourists alike to dine in at Siam Square. Don't miss this little gem.
Wonderful authentic Thai food .. the best in Oahu.. everything we ordered was super tasty. Right level of spice and perfect flavor. The staff was prompt and courteous. We visited twice during lunch as well as dinner and enjoyed both meals. Would highly recommend this and mark it as a must have Thai food.
Best Thai food ever!
Amazing food. Always look forward to visiting this restaurant when we are in Waikiki. Definitely a hidden gem.
不得不说真的很难吃,是我这几天夏威夷之旅唯一一次踩雷。食物似乎是预制菜,味道也很糟糕,结账的时候强制自动加了15%的小费,你不仔细看账单可能还会付两遍小费。
The fried rice was absolutely flavorless, not to mention the staff was incredibly rude. You can’t throw takeout into a grocery store produce bag and expect to charge the prices they do. Lackluster ambience with diners packed into a tiny space with mediocre food. I’d pass and go to King of Thai instead.
This is not a fancy place, but it has may be the best food so far in our trip to Hawaii. Simple and tasty. Loved it. No pictures here as we went straight to eating :)
It was fine, but not great. Our soup was delicious but our other dishes lacked flavor and perhaps it's just a preference but I don't like pork belly and the pork dish was mostly fatty pork belly, which I was not expecting. But it was a peaceful quiet spot which was a nice change of pace

I wish I had more time so I could hand gone back to try more menu items. The stuff we got was amazing. Service was good and prices seem fair given location.
Not a place for vegetarian food. Have never had such bad Thai ever
Das Essen war sehr gut und preiswert. Guter und herzlicher Service
Located on the second story that you need to use side stairs to access. The interior was cosy and well lit. I tried the drunkard noodles the dish was well made and tasted great. They do let you pick your spice level here so do take advantage of that if you are spice adverse.
Really great and authentic Thai food.
Loved the pad see ew, and great crispy spring rolls. Terrific service.
Best Thai restaurant on Oahu, and I have been to every Thai restaurant on Oahu that I have seen. Authentic Thai food, where as a lot of other Thai restaurant have Loatian food. Great atmosphere was well, with authentic Thai decorations and staff!
The best Panang curry I’ve ever had! Very sweet servers as well. They were also aware of my gluten free needs. Will definitely be coming here again next time we are in Oahu!
Outstanding food , highly recommend
Prompt and speedy service.
Delightful out of the way restaurant. It is not easy to find a healthy meal with vegetables when traveling. The Thai food was delicious and service fast and friendly. I definitely recommend.
Delicious and staff is really nice!! Thank you!

The yellow curry was great. I missed it first because the signs aren’t that clear. They are on top floor.
The pad thai and pad kee mao seemed pretty authentic and was unlike other Thai restaurants we have tried in a good way.
Amazing food, great service.
Very disappointed in Siam Square. I showed up at 1059 - they open at 1100. They asked me to wait outside until they open. At 1102, I walked back in and asked if they were open and she said "no, the cashier isn't here yet." Why do I need a cashier to be seated and to order my food? She got on the phone for a few minutes and then said can I wait longer. I walked out and went somewhere else. You just lost a customer.
Absolutely the best Thai food I have ever had! Best restaurant in Hawaii hands down. Amazing service, delicious food, and very nice environment. Highly highly recommended!
The food was really yummy and it's a cute little place. I love that it's a simple atmosphere and the food came out quick. The summer rolls were so fresh.

Good curry
The food was amazing, I had the pad prik and it was so flavorful, the pad zi ew was amazing. We ordered and in 5-20 minutes got our food. Truly was delicious, one of the best Tai food I had on the island and mainland.
Nice little Thai spot right next to where we stayed in Waikiki. The service was friendly and the food came fast. Everything we had was delicious and we would definitely come back!
First and foremost, this place served me the best tom kha soup I’ve ever had. In a word, it was medicinal. Very kind and attentive staff. They’re good about describing levels of spiciness, too. As a white American (I’m Italian American, so consider me “mayonnaise with olive oil”) I understand that “spicy” means something different to me than it does to folks from other cultures. But whether you’re a seasoned Thai food lover like myself or a Thai food neophyte, this place has something for everyone at appropriate levels of spicy and, more importantly for anyone in Waikiki, at a reasonable price. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good, affordable meal. My wife joked that I was eating like a pig because it was so good and I couldn’t stop eating. Definitely a hidden gem among the over-priced tourist traps in Waikiki
If you enjoy filling, authentic Thai cuisine, this is your best option in Waikiki. I have eaten at every Thai restaurant in the Honolulu and Waikiki area. This one is my favorite.
Fantastic service, reasonable prices and the food is amazing
Excellent, though frowny face for credit card surcharge.
This sure is a hidden gem.
Absolutely loved the food. The service was quick and it hit the spot.
Highly recommend

Otroligt god matt och superbra service
This place honestly deserves 5 stars, very delicious food and meticulous service!
Great food and service!
My favorite place for Thai food. I have been going there for years.
I was disappointed with the drunken noodle. It didn't have much flavor outside of the chili spice.
This was a wonderful meal!!
Highly recommended. Th service was amazing and the food was some of the best we've had.
I love this cozy spot upstairs in the middle of Waikiki. Good, clean and reasonably priced Thai food. I love the beef salad and the northern style, fried whole fish, laab, curries. Everything is delicious and never greasy. Good spice levels, they do real actual spicy!
Nice service and also wine and beer.
Cute small restaurant with a good food and the good portion. Must try
Food is just okay. Was served lukewarm. Had to ask for everything. Knife, salt and pepper, straw, chili paste, etc. Was charged for a take-home bag. Seems to have gone down hill. Very disappointed. Won't be back.
A beautiful and authentic Thai restaurant. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Warning!: if you specify that you want "hot" spice level that is exactly what you will get. If you ask for Thai hot you had best be prepared for a scorching! Yummy, if you can handle it.
Enjoyed this place a lot. Great food and I loved the cozy ambience.
What a hidden gem in Waikiki !!! Siam Square is on a neat side street in the 2nd floor over an ABC store, but don't let the modest setup fool you this place has phenomenal food at reasonable prices and large portions. They generally have no wait for a table and they do takeout orders as well. Their unsweetened ice tea is very good as well. I've had a variety of dishes and it's all good! If you're having thai in Waikiki, this is a go to spot!
Love everything about this restaurant! I especially love that it appears very clean. Great service with humility.
Good Thai food. I usually try something different every time I go here. I've never had anything bad, and the staff is friendly. My only complaint is that they try to fit as many tables as possible in the building. Constantly getting bumped by other guests as they get seated or get up from the table. Definitely tight quarters, so if you are a person who doesn't like feeling cramped, you might feel uncomfortable dining in, but don't let that stop you from trying the delicious food. They offer takeout, and they are really nice. I understand trying to maximize revenue and available dining space, so I'm not upset, I just thought I'd warn anyone who might not find those accommodations comfortable during dining out.
4/23/24 ~ We came in with family visiting from Alaska and Canada, a party of 9. They were very accommodating and moved tables to accommodate our party in the small dining area. I felt bad they asked a couple to move tables so they could sit us all together. I wanted to pay for the couples' dinner since they were so willing to move after they were already seated before all of us. Unfortunately, my brother in law and his father were arguing over who wanted to pay the bill. Thank you to Siam Square for accommodating us, and thank you to the couple who changed seats to help. The food was delicious.
Very good Thai food. I ordered the panang curry which was delicious. Another cool treat was the decent selection of Thai lagers which I haven’t seen around at other Thai restaurants. Highly recommend. Not a touristy spot at all. A few blocks off the main Waikiki strip.
It was a refreshing and fresh Thai food. We did enjoy our food. They even treated a demanding disrespectful family with respect and care.
Why was this place empty? It should have a waiting line!
Tourists, don’t sleep on this! It’s authentic Thai food and the food is delicious, so flavorful!
We ordered drunken noodles and basil stir fry chicken, both of the dishes were tasty.
We came back the next day because food is obviously delicious plus the food arrives quickly. It isn’t as expensive as other places on the island with not so great food.
The only downside for us was to order the rice on the side, imo it should come complimentary with the dish.
10/10 food and service. Must go during your Oahu vacation.
The restaurant was nearly empty when we visited, yet it took almost 10 minutes for the waiter to take our order. The spring rolls tasted good, but the Pad Thai noodles had burnt veggies. The pineapple fried rice tasted like vegetables fried with pineapple; the flavor was lacking. The yellow curry was okay
Every time I come to waikiki annually and stay at the v I b.v e hotel I visit here. This year I came four times for the eagle curry twice the yellow curry with chicken once and the green curry with chicken. I like to talk to the owner. And they are very friendly and very quick service and a Nice serving of food. I have recommended it to people on the beach as well.As at the hotel and the owner was very happy. His name is Sake. Lovely people Excellent food.
I don’t know what it is but the food just tastes extra special here. We have been to Oahu 3 times over the years and have to come back here every time. It’s always our first food spot. Fried calamari is just different and so good. The Garlic Baisel Beef. Ginger Chicken. Shrimp Spring Rolls. Tim Kha Chicken. Everything was so good and my family left nothing there plates. If you love Thai Good and are in Oahu, I highly recommend this place. My wife and I found it on our honeymoon 17 years ago.
Basil fried rice was very tasty and delicious.
Keep away from the panang curry, it's all coconut milk, no curry taste or flavor.
タイの味がするお店。かなり辛いのでご注意!
2024Marに行きました。辛さも丁度よくておいしかった
Great food , perfectly balance spices and great service. We ordered Tom Yum Soup , Fried Rice, Thai red curry, drunken noodles. All were amazing, only thing lacking was the chicken satay. Overall amazing place, will come again.
实在是太难吃了 为什么有那么高的评分? 特别咸还很甜。泰国当地口味好这一千倍…这个店要是开在亚洲估计老早倒闭了
Great food, Great Service, Great decoration, Didn’t try any meat dishes because I came in Ash Wednesday but honestly the vegetarian options were super good. Recommend coming here but it’s slightly pricy.
Siam Square was there for us in our time of need - we were desperately searching for food and this wound up being one of the best meals we had on our whole trip. If you find yourself in Honolulu in search of authentic Thai cuisine bursting with flavor, this is the place. The restaurant was filled with the aroma of tantalizing Thai Sauces.
Some final thoughts: This place deserves 5 out of 5 trip adviser circles. We were desperate and they delivered. When it says spicy, they mean business. Thank you for the amazing food.
The staff were so nice. The food was very fast and delicious. Most affordable food in Waikiki with 5 star taste. Would recommend
Omg this place is so yummy! Many pork-free options. Tom yum soup was EXCELLENT! Staff was great. 10/10
So good. My fav was the drunken noodles medium. Lovely host too.
The food is below average. I would not recommend this place for an authentic Thai cuisine.
Great Thai restaurant on Waikiki. We come here each time we're here for work. Panang curry and Som Tam are our favorites.
Food was very good. Loved the spring rolls
Amazing food
Siam Square has a vast menu, the loveliest staff, and giant portions for very reasonable prices. The staff was so accommodating, they easily modified meals and made dishes from scratch to ensure they were vegan for me. The Pad Thai was excellent and the Papaya salad was to die for. Incredible service and incredible food, highly recommend!
Food there is absolutely awesome. I had the Pad Thai twice this week. The medium is pretty spicy but go hot if you really love spice. The chicken Satay was very good ad well. The summer rolls are pretty standard but very delicious. Highly recommend! I ate there twice this week.
The restaurant doesn't offer authentic Thai cuisine; it appears to have chefs from Chinese or Mexican backgrounds experimenting with Thai flavors. The high ratings may come from those unfamiliar with genuine Thai taste. Despite the staff being Thai, I'm surprised they label it as Thai food. If you seek authentic Thai flavors, it's best to avoid this place. Speaking from my three years of living in Thailand.
After just one bite and a sip of soup, I decided to settle the bill and leave the inauthentic Thai food restaurant.
Best Thai food on the island! By far! Love this place and been eating there for years.
Great food. Fair prices. And good service. Pay with cash if you want to avoid surcharge of 3%
VERY Impressive.
First thing you notice is how friendly and helpful the service is here. The food is delicious, I ate from here a number of times when I was in Waikiki. They make a beautiful Thai Iced Coffee
Really great Thai food! Our group had curry, multiples stir-fry dishes, and noodles, and everything was good! I would definitely recommend this restaurant if you're craving Thai!
Good food, reasonable priced, friendly staff and prompt service.
I wasn’t sure about this place but my teenagers were craving Thai. Oh my word! We could not have had a better experience. My daughter needed very mild and ordered the pad Thai and it was perfect. Our spring rolls and crispy noodle appetizers were perfect. The yellow curry with potatoes and carrots was phenomenal. Great service and my son asked to come back before we leave Waikiki!
One of the best drunkard noodles I have had. Very friendly staff.
You will not regret going for Thai food at Siam square. Reasonable price and friendly service, the only thing you have to watch out is SPICY level
맛있는 태국 음식을 맛볼 수 있어서 좋았다!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. Definitely some of the best Thai food we’ve had and the staff was an absolute treat. “O” was a great hostess.
This Thai restaurant was absolutely incredible! The service was super friendly and made me feel so welcome. And let me tell you, the fried rice was out of this world! It was seriously the best I've ever had in my entire life. The flavors were so rich and the rice was perfectly cooked. And don't even get me started on the hot and sour soup. It had just the right amount of heat and tanginess. It was like a flavor explosion in my mouth! I can't recommend this place enough. You've got to try it
THE BEST THAI FOOD IN MY LIFE
Might just be some of the best Thai food I've ever had. Would highly recommend!
Great thia food...our first time in Hawaii...we were told to eat here.. food was delicious..I eat here twice within 3 days
Great Thai spot with reasonable prices and delicious food. Service was great, the restaurant is clean and cozy. I’ll come back here every time I visit Waikiki.
Really good food. I appreciated the freshness however my stumbling block was that the shrimp still had the tails on.
I’m confused as so how this place has good reviews. Ordered pad thai and it was devoid of sauce, the noodles were extremely over cooked, and the veggies were boiled. It tastes like they used really bad grocery store pad thai sauce and/or ketchup. No tang from tamarind, no sweetness from sugarcane, no radish, no peanuts, no anything that makes pad thai good. Really disappointing.
Great food, service and value. My colleagues and I ate here twice on my last trip to Honolulu. We will definitely be back. The staff is very friendly, and they sat us quickly. We ordered the Tom Kha soup, it is delicious. We also ordered chicken pad Thai, sweet and sour beef and cashew beef. Everything is flavorful. Highly recommend for an affordable dinner!
Great value Thai food. Excellent service, place was busy for a Monday night. Love the atmosphere. We loved the fact that they put on the menu that many traditional Thai dishes are spicy hot and if you want otherwise you must say something. I will say one critique is the wine list. I work in the wine business and you can put together a great affordable list with wines that pair well with Thai food. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Single upon this restaurant. Great food. Nothing fancy. Loved it, especially the stuffed chicken wings!
They have gone from using chicken thighs to breast meat that is over cooked, I have ate there for 5 years and am disappointed in what they have done. It’s almost like they changed chefs it’s that big a difference. I might try a dish without a protein, the staff are very friendly and I really liked the place. Please go back to back to your old ways.
Beautiful little restaurant tucked away above an ABC. Very smiley happy staff who were quick to serve amazing tasting food! Don’t be put off by the simple looking exterior, this restaurant was amazing! Cheap too compared to other places around Waikiki. Highly recommend
The vegan Pad Thai was delicious!
Very friendly professional waiting staff. Really flavoursome food. Vegetables crunchy and fresh. Spice level was good. Portion size- share a starter, mains ok to order one each. Good pricing. Would recommend.
Gluten free & nut free safe dinner. We notified them of our allergies and they were able to cater without any issues.
Pad sew ew noodles were soft and slightly chewy, just the way they should be
Very authentic place with delicious food😋
Very good find for Thai food.
One of the best pad thais I have ever had!
13 Sep 2023. Absolutely amazing. Yellow and Peanut Currys were epic. The calamari was killer. A must for any and all.
Foods is good and staff are always friendly.
Delicious Thai food at a reasonable price near Waikiki. We had he pineapple curry, shrimp pad Thai and red curry and everything was well made and fresh. 100% recommend.
The best yellow curry w/shrimp, ever!! And Drunken noodles were divine!
Best thai food I've ever had in my life (haven't visited Thailand yet), I would assume this is as close as you can get outside of Thailand.
If I ever visit Hawaii again, this place is a must visit. I visited 3 times in the short time I was there. I fell in love with their pad thai and their tom kha soup.
The service is very quick and their servers are very friendly and helpful. It's also located in a very convenient place very close to the main tourist street in A la Moana.
One of the best thai food I’ve ever had. Their Fish curry is a must try. Amazing super delicious food. Lovely service!
Food was great, and the staff was very friendly and quick. The restaurant had plenty of seating and wasn’t too crowded. I would go back again for sure!
There are better.
My husband and I decided to try this restaurant because of the reviews. We always loved Thai cuisine. We were excited but our excitement was short lived. We were disappointed with the Stuffed Chicken Wings we had. The chicken was dry. The salad that came with it was 90% cabbage which didn’t have any dressing. We were given sweet and chilli sauce which we don’t think suited neither the salad nor the chicken. We loved Thai cuisine because of the flavour of their sauces & the spices. This dish didn’t taste anything like it. Forgot to take a photo of it as it wasn’t appetising to start with. Too dry, no “Thai” taste in it, too bland. It was a disappointment. We waited 20 minutes and it wasn’t worth it.
Very good place to try, friendly service and Fast. Good portions, and delicious food. Medium spicy is very spicy, So beware if you are not used to spicy food.
I removed one star because of the bill. Written in hand on a piece of paper and totalis calculated manually, did not like that part!
Yummy.
Such bad service. Bland food
