Japanese restaurant with a diverse selection of sushi & extensive sashimi, hibachi & Thai menus.
Yuuuuummmmm!!! I’m a sushi lover and this is definitely an affordable, high quality place to get it! We got a wide array including the fresh veggie spring rolls, lettuce wraps, curry, and Columbus roll. I was very much impressed and delighted with the array of sushi they had and everything was very good. (I didn’t like the spring rolls as they had cilantro, but my mom did. It was on the menu that they have cilantro in them so I didn’t expect to like them.)
I ordered the green curry which was excellent except for the bamboo shoots in it. They must have used canned bamboo shoots which always seem to have a distinct stink. I just ate them first so that the smell would go away sooner. The serving size was huge, too, so the price is very reasonable. My partner ordered the sushi, but he thought it was bland. The salad that came with each of our meals was excellent, too; it was basically the same as every other salad I've had at a Japanese restaurant (or restaurant with Japanese cuisine), with the ginger salad dressing, but I love that stuff.
My one true complaint is that our waitress didn't seem to know anything about the menu. She couldn't tell me which sushi rolls were vegetarian, and when I asked what the difference was between the red and the green curry, she just said, "the color" which was not helpful at all.
First time here. I love sushi, this place was not bad. We had gyoza fried which was delicious! Spring rolls, first time like this with a peanut butter dip basically which I didn't particularly care for the rolls. Had TNT roll-delicious, Yellowtail roll with avocado was great, Alaskan roll we didn't enjoy, shrimp roll, not bad but wouldn't get it again. Overall not bad, I would definitely try it again and order some different stuff and maybe some hibachi.
Saw Shrimp Tempura pass by for another table and it was huge. The menu item was Rock Shrimp Tempura and the description also mentioned vegetables, so I ordered (wife is vegi). The THREE shrimp were good, but the plate was, by far, a vegi tempura plate (7 pieces), also good, but not what I expected. I love eel and went with Green Dragon Roll but spent most of my time trying to see the eel in it as it was almost all cucumber. My wife liked her noodles with tofu and there was a lot of it, but just noodles and tofu; boring. We were spoiled living near Ru Sans in Atlanta. We'll keep looking.
We definitely recommend the Lady Gaga and Fire Dragon rolls! They also serve great Thai food. My husband loves all the curry soups. Just be warned that Thai spice level is not for the faint of heart. It is always safe to go mild. And lunch time is the best time to go. You can get the best value for your money. The only thing I've got that I didn't like was the mango salad. Adding a few slices of mango to spring salad mix is NOT mango salad. That menu item should be removed. It's not an Asian dish.
We were given the wrong order and spent a lot on the order when we called and told them they got the order wrong they proceeded to tell me you want you buy more. We were loyal customers until this incident.

Ordered filet and shrimp. Everything was overcooked. Even the wife's chicken was overcooked. Horrible experience.
Very nice place, food was amazing. A little on the pricey side but a great place, the waitress was as sweet and she could be
The server never came back, customer service was terrible. I will never come back to this establishment again.
The food was awesome as usual
I had the Chicken Pad Thi with the 1 spice. The suchi was great also
Good sashimi and a selection of sake.
The table was full of plates. We ordered ice cream mochi. The waitress brought and we had to shuffle and stack plates for her to set it down and still she did not remove a single dish. I was tempted to put them on the floor.
This is a sushi restaurant and the sushi is excellent for the price range. In addition, they have very good bar and cocktails.
Consistant and good service! Priced appropriately.
Arrived at this location and the host told me I placed my order at the wrong location. She would not service me & told me I had to get my food from the other location. I understand it was an error on my part, but she did nothing to help rectify the situation.
This was my second attempt at this establishment, and I won't be returning. First off, the service was subpar. There were plenty of empty tables, but it took a while to be seated. Plus, our server was rushing us and made a smart remark. Lucky for him, I let it go because I was hungry and just wanted to eat. I ordered a lemonade but received pink lemonade, and it was very watery. I then ordered the veggie rolls, which were about the circumference of my thumb. Mind you, I'm 5' 7" & 150lbs. The other rolls I had were the size of a half dollar coin and were thin. Half of all the rolls were poorly made because they were falling apart. The food tasted okay, just okay. The server never checked on us, not even once. This place is cutting corners, and their quality is suffering.
Taste was ok, but takeout definitely isn't worth it from here. Got 2 orders of steak hibachi to go, and order was mostly veggies. We usually go to JL Japanese Express, but they were closed. Price definitely wasn't justified for mediocre portions of food.
Food was good but the small portion of steak on my order with the chicken isn't worth the money. The food was good however.

Best red curry in town. Also best onion rings and fries but most people don't know about these.
Been great every time I've eaten there. Excellent sushi! Try the lobster roll! You won't be disappointed!
Gone down! Nasty filthy place, never again after 5 years!!
I enjoyed the food here.
Great sushi.
Good food and nice staff
ABSOLUTELY DO NOT EVER COME HERE. BUGS WERE FLYING AROUND THE TABLE. THE FOOD WAS SLOP. A TOTAL EXPENSIVE WASTE OF MONEY. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS!! I'M BEYOND PISSED FOR MY BOYFRIEND WASTING HIS MONEY. BOTH OF US ARE STILL HUNGRY. THE ONLY THING POSITIVE WAS THE ATMOSPHERE.
The food was great but our waitress was by herself and running the whole time
The sushi was good, but the Hot plates were not. We ordered General Tso chicken (bad idea).
Came at last minute with a large party . Sorry about that ... they got us seated in a reasonable time ...food and service were excellent 👌
The food was not good. I had bugs and flies nets flying over you my nephew had bugs in his food, she pick the bug out with her hand they only cancel 2 of the orders on the receipt, and I had to pay for the rest full price! Do not come to this place is nasty. It needs to be clean and they need to treat their customers better than what they are doing.
This place is a joke I hate to make anything a race thing but it just seems like me and my family were treated different. Slow service horrible service food took forever to come out and when it did come out it was less than desirable. Me and my wife ordered alcoholic drinks that tasted like gasoline! Not sure about my wife cuz she loves sushi but I probably won't ever return to this place!
I'm pretty sure this is a very good restaurant but after 2 visits, that'll be my last. The sushi is amazing! But that is where it stops. ALL meat associated with the hibachi was overcooked, and the brown ginger dressing is chunky. Also, they need an actual bar tender because the drinks are horrible. To send back a long island and Mai Tai was ridiculous.
Highly impressed with the sushi. Will be back.
Got the teriyaki and my spouse the sashimi bento box.
All I can say is don't come here for the Thai food. The Japanese is okay. The sushi here is fairly average. I ordered the tom kha gai, and it was just horrible. It's supposed to be a spicy and sour soup. It has a unique taste that I absolutely love. Well, Wasabi's tom kha was sickeningly sweet. It was awful. I think this is the first time I have ever had to send food back because it was so awful I couldn't eat it.
I ordered fresh spring rolls to have something light since tasting the soup ruined my appetite. The spring rolls came with one tiny shrimp in the middle that was sliced in half. I felt like the kitchen was punishing me for hating their soup. Also, the dipping sauce tasted like plain creamy peanut butter.
The service here is decent, but I don't intend to ever order any of the Thai food on their menu ever again. There are many other, better Thai places in town.
NEVER COME HERE IF YOU ARE BLACK STRONG DISCRIMINATION. IF YOU ARE IN THE COLUMBUS AREA AND WANT TO TRY THAI FOODS IT’S STRONGLY RECOMMENDED TO SEACH ELSEWHERE! I had the worse experience here. This is a place I come to often but mainly just for pick up and know I know why. I came to enjoy a sit down meal and was surprised by the atmosphere and service I received. As a black person I never thought that I would experience this level of discrimination from a place I loved so much and spent so much money with, but to my surprise that’s exactly what happened. Upon entry we were barely greeted and advised to follow the host to our seats. Despite there being a few tables upfront that would’ve accommodated my party to my surprise we were seated in the very back NEAR THE RESTROOMS. It wasn’t until my response to the area that we were seated did they try to rectify the situation. Once we were seated in a “better area” we received stares and side conversations and laughter from staff which made me and my party extremely uncomfortable to the point we had to leave. 0/10 would NEVER RECOMMEND.
Is this place racist??? sat down with my family and they sat us all the way in back, mind you there are other closer tables open. and employees laughing? wouldnt rec to POC
My husband and I ordered the Batman bomb and the dragon roll. I hate to say it but they were not worth the money. One of the rolls were 4 pieces and it was basically an egg roll (with real crab) deep fried and cut into 4 pieces. The only difference in flavor between these very different rolls, was the fact that one contained cream cheese. We won't be back. Basic run of the mill food at high prices.
This is my favorite sushi place in Columbus. The staff is generally pretty nice but their food is always on point.
I went around 3, and was very quiet. However, the waiter seemed to be preoccupied with other things and didn't check to see if I needed anything else. The food was great !
We visit Wasabi at least once a month. The General Tso's chicken and Hawaiian Chicken are excellent. They give good portions and the vegetables are always fresh. We often order both the clear soup and the salad with ginger dressing. Both are very good. The wait staff are attentive and friendly.
The food here is great
Went for lunch solo, ordered the teriyaki steak bento box. Teriyaki sauce was so bland and watery. Green pepper in it was bizarre. Had my drink and side salad immediately but waited 30 min for the bento and the restaurant wasn't super busy. Rice had a bit of a crunch so it was undercooked/dry. The fried dumplings were the best part of the meal so that was nice. California roll was really meh. Service was decent. I don't get the hype for Wasabi at all, was hugely disappointed.
The food is amazing. It's always hot and so yummy. The options on rolls seem never-ending, leaving you to try new ones each time you visit. The service can be hit or miss but who cares when the food is this good 😆 On the plus side, you don't have to worry about a bothersome server while you're on a nice date. Great for lunch or dinner and not too casual but not too fancy 😉
Server was right there and very attentive. Was able to get is exactly what we wanted. Highly recommend!
Loved everything. Best Dumplings!
Helloooo Hawaii Roll! Love Bradley Park Wasabi!
My family and I visit this location often. The food and service are always excellent. We have had the sushi, hibachi, Thai and other dishes and everything is always delicious.
Food and service are always stellar. If you get sushi rolls-- always try the 'Wow Me' option!
Atmosphere is small and nice. Food is overpriced. I did a Togo order. It was ready when I arrived.
Vietnamese Spring Rolls were tasteless, slam full of lettuce but but much meat, usually most places have shrimp and a slice of pork in them and are full of flavor but these don’t even compare to Big Mamma or PhoSaigon or Thai Orchid. I tipped for my to-go and I asked for some
Sauce and the guy was unaccomodating.
So I have tasteless food
The Thai egg roll tastes good but there’s only 3 small Thai egg rolls for $6.95 and they are crispy… but they are partially empty on the inside which is odd. The sauce that I did get (came with it) was watered down. For my first time walking in after placing my order
The atmosphere was intimate and lovely but the food was not matching up.
Good food and a good atmosphere, but service was slow for having only two patrons at lunchtime. Could be a little faster, the server was courteous and respectful.
Pati recommend for sure if you like spice
Excellent fresh Sushi and Hibachi
It's a wonderful place to dine
My husband and I love this place. It's our go to date night!
The food is delicious and the staff is very courteous and helpful
Red curry was amazing. Good sushi options also
Sushi is wonderful. Food prices are on par. I don't remember our waiters name but he was great. Very friendly, talkative, funny, and kept our drinks full. I accidently left my phone on the table and he came running out to the parking lot to give it to me.
Awsome experience, my favorite restaurant in Columbus
Spicy tuna rolls awesome
It was ok. Good service. I had 3 rolls, 2 out of the there were rather flavorless. To me if the sushi is good I don’t touch the soy sauce or wasabi, I just eat it. That was not the case here
The food was delicious and our server Peter made sure we had an enjoyable time!
Excellent service and food. Had great time.
The food was really good. However, the waiter hadn't come to take our order 20 minutes after we had our drinks. He came to other tables in the area, but never ours. We had to go to the counter to ask him to come take our order. Same thing when it came time for the check. Waiting 10 minutes after getting the check (and immediately slipping payment into checkbook) and had to flag him down again. Saving grace was that the food was pretty good.
My chicken pad thai was great today at lunch!
Es un lugar, cómodo, barato, variedad de comida, puedes comer lo que quieras y cuantas veces quieras, familiar.
I'm normally skeptical about combined Asian restaurants. I've always loved Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and Thai by themselves, but I never visited a combined restaurant (i.e. Japanese and Thai together), until tonight. I'm so glad that I tried this place. My daughter and wife loved the sushi and I tried their Pad Thai with Shrimp (4 chili spicy). It was delicious and generous with the shrimp. We'll definitely be visiting this place again!! I highly recommend it!
This was my first experience in Wasabi and the food was delicious. A Hibachi experience without the grill. Had the steak and shrimp..the steak was tender and seasoned to taste as well as the shrimp were tasty. Washed down with a glass of Moscato..I'll definitely be back.
Never expected quality surprised service and quality of the food the best !!!!
They have gotten new cups and napkins printed since my last visit... years ago. The food was excellent as it was before.
Always great service, nice atmosphere, and delicious food! One of our favorite restaurants in Columbus.
I ordered some sushi and sashimi and liked it. Reason the restaurant earns 3stars from me is the waitress asks if we want salad or soup as if it comes for free but it is 3 or 4 dollars each which we didnt know. Salad is only lettuce and ginger dressing. Yes, It is us who "ordered" but that was not delightful experience for us. I would try wasabi sushi and bar next time, not here.
We had chef's choice sushi appetizer, Pad Thai, and basil fried rice. I also had Tom yum shrimp soup. All were fantastic! Spice levels were a little lower than we're used to but this was the first time we were there. Easy to adjust.
Good food, excellent service
Very high-value sashimi and sushi.
Love it!!!!
The chicken katsu was chewy and inedible. Everything else was bare minimum. I’m pretty disappointed.
Great food and great customer service.
Food was good, service was excellent.
I've eaten here so many times and it's one of my favorite sushi joints. complete with ordering takeout. sushi always so fresh, I'd recommend to anyone.
Great sushi
The fried tempura chicken was huge with veggies but the red curry with chicken was thick almost gluey consistency and very little chicken. Not they should just leave the Thai off the sign
DO NOT EAT HERE!!!
I ordered teriyaki chicken and fried rice and vegetables and this is what I got ? There is no sauce on the chicken it is just plain chicken breast. The rice is white not even fried with soy sauce and stuff and where are the vegetables? I see some in the rice but that is how fried rice is made. Where is my order of vegetables? Not to mention A BUG CAME OUT OF THE FOOD WHEN I OPENED IT!!!!
Really like this place. I go here often.
We love eating here! Never had a bad meal. I love the miso soup and they have a wide variety of sushi rolls. Very affordable and fast service.
Our experience here was amazing! Our server was hilarious and gave us great suggestions on how to better enjoy our sashimi. Our sushi chef was amazing too! I'm from the islands and grew up eating fresh seafood so I can say they do well with how they keep the fish tasting great! Our whole order was basically raw fish like the sashimi and nigiri, so if you're a rolls person, reading this review won't help you.
Good food nice atmosphere. Very intimate for the daytime feel like you were in a bar at night in a good way. The Thai food was OK could have used more flavor And the spicy didn't even Taste warm to me. But the bento boxes were really good
There are plenty of food options, thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, etc.
I tried the curry and the pad thai and they were great.
Service was a little slow but I do recommend it to stoo here
Pretty impressive place to eat. Atmosphere not great but sushi excellent for fare. Service very good. Snow White roll fantastic as was basically a double roll and full of flavor. See pic for description. Spider crab roll was a bit lacking in substance as I’ve had better. This one was lacking in volume of soft shell crab which is the point. Lot of vege and no real flavor from crab. Lobster mango roll disappointing. Very fishy taste means not fresh. Not even sure any lobster in it but fresh mango slice nice and a dab of Wasabi I added perked it up. The Takoyaki was to die for. Fantastic presentation with Bonito flakes. Very creamy inside when eaten piping hot—it just melted in mouth. And must have been fried in wok because you could taste the “breath of the dragon” in it which is only possible by quick cooking in a very hot wok, over very high flame, and dipping the fire into the oil. Fantastic! Seaweed salad is a favorite of mine and this one did not disappoint—quality sesame oil. Generous serving. The hot tea was green, albeit from a tea bag but served in nice cylindrical sculpted mugs. Nice Thai menu will try next time. Not bad for a chain at this location. Will go again. Reasonably priced.
Easy in and easy out. Tasty.
My wife lives their sushi
Always live the food. The portion sizes have gotten a little smaller recently. Like the chicken is just less. And the waiters may have too many tables as they always seem too busy. I feel bad asking for refills.
I wasn't expecting pureed salmon & tuna. The taste was lost for me.
We haven't had service that good in Columbus in a bit. Our server was simply awesome! He attended to our every need, and did it with a quick and sharp sense of humor. We felt like guests in his own home. And the food was good too!
Great food. Very good portions and excellent service
Sushi was awesome here
Best sushi ever. And everyone is so nice, and so clean
Love it customer service was great. Food was great
Sushi not so great a little tough
Terrible service. Waited 15 minutes before asking a waitress if someone was assigned our table. She said she’d be back in a bit. Finally when she came back we ordered drinks and food. everyone’s meals came out at all different times. We were there for a total of 2 hours… not once did she refill any waters, ask us how our food was or if we needed anything else. I noticed many other people not getting any service as well.
CHECK YOUR CHECK!!! A 20% tip was already added on the check.. this was not advertised and we were only a party of 4 adults and two kids. Guess they don’t care about good service since they just sneak in their gratuity
Great service, awesome food, good atmosphere
Always great food.
My wife and I think this is the best Sushi in Columbus. #donttazemebro
This restaurant was a bit underwhelming. It’s a cute place with a friendly staff, but I guess we managed to order the two worst entrees on the menu. I had the ginger salad with chicken and my husband had the spicy noodle soup with chicken. It was lunch so we thought we would keep it light. My salad arrived and it was a literal pile of mixed greens with a handful of cashews thrown on top and tomatoes and dressing on the side. There were two thin skewers with chicken. Not at all what I expected. It was dry and tasteless. I was hoping for crunchy lettuce and maybe chicken throughout with maybe sesame seeds like a typical ginger salad. It was not at all filling and pretty tasteless. My husbands soup was bland and he had to ask for salt, which he said didn’t help much. Maybe things would have gone better if we had ordered sushi. Oh well.
This use to be our favorite place to get sushi. I don’t know what happened. We ordered $75 in sushi Togo and it was literally Inedible. Wasted money. Will not be back to our once favor sushi spot.
Would have given 5 stars but my husband's steak hibachi was served room temperature. Rest of his neal was hot.
Had been years since I was here. First time for my wife. We both enjoyed it!
Always delicious!!
Our favorite place for sushi. Rolls are delicious, food is very fresh and servers are attentive. Highly recommend if you're craving good sushi!
The rim of my glass was chipped and I could see glass floating in it when I would stir it with my straw. Couldn't drink my water because I was worried there was glass in the ice😳 Hair was in my food, server checked on us once and ignored us even after giving socal and physical prompts that we were done and ready to go. Food was bland. Won't be going back. Good luck if you decide to go here.
Service was HORRIBLE!!! Server checked on us once after we got our meal. I had stuff floating in my water so I couldn't enjoy my drink with my meal. Would never eat hate again.
Service was good the restraunt was clean but the food lacked flavor. We had a sushi appetizer, my wife has a shrimp bento box , and I had a steak bento box. The flavors were very weak and muddled. This is not a place I would go to again.
Awesome sashimi and sushi. The service was excellent as well. Can't wait to go back!
Great Tempura chicken and veggies
Great place to Eat..
I had high hopes to like this place, the pictures look great, but it was a no for me. Not once, but twice. The hibachi was very underwhelming and under seasoned. I will say I was pleased with the size of the shrimp, but my steak was also overcooked. The teriyaki chicken did not taste like teriyaki at all. It was also under seasoned, and accompanied with barely any sauce.
Meal was fine. Not interested in returning due to subpar customer service.
Ate lunch here on 12/1/21. We had pork dumplings for appetizer, I had pad Thai and my wife had the vegetable Hibachi. Everything was good. Service was good as well. The rating would be a 5 but the hibachi was not very warm.
Front desk Asian lady always rude and never listens
