Food -
A1 Cha Gio (shrimp and pork spring roll)
The spring roll was fresh tasting.
Medium pho (rare eye round steak + fatty brisket) plus extra rare eye.
I would say that this is my favorite pho on this side of Atlanta. They have me plenty of cilantro and basil leaves, which is one of my complaints for other Vietnamese restaurants. I couldn't finish this, but it was so good.
Milk Tea with brown sugar tapioca.
The tea seemed to be watered down and didn't taste that great. Tapioca, though, was good.
My wife ordered Bún Thịt Nướng, but the noodles were cold and hard, which was really disappointing. I had Hủ Tiếu, and it wasn’t good at all—definitely not what I expected. The service was poor too; everyone seemed so busy that we were completely ignored. Overall, it was a frustrating experience. Super disappointed, and we won’t be coming back
Well, I'm not sure where to start. I'm Vietnamese so I tried my best to leave a non-biased review here. But the food wasn't good, just subpar.
My wife ordered a small pho soup with rare eye round steak P2. We asked to mince the meat a bit but what we got was a bunch of tiny pieces of meat. You can see the attached photo and understand.
For me, I used to work for a pho place so I knew this place would have good reviews from local non-Asian folks. I ordered Chicken and Grilled Shrimp Noodles B2. The meat was ok but the noodles were cold like it was taken out from the fridge. At least warming up the noodles could save it but overall, we felt this was one of the worst experiences we ever had with Pho noodles for awhile. Definitely won't go back.
I used to frequent Saigon Cafe in Duluth, but it seems the business has closed down. Today, I visited Saigon Cafe in Buford for the first time. Since it's Friday during Lent, I opted for the Veggie Lover dish while my daughter ordered Pho. Unfortunately, the Veggie Lover was a bit salty, possibly due to an excess of oyster sauce. The Pho was average, nothing particularly noteworthy. Overall, I wasn't impressed with the atmosphere, food taste, or service.
Price and food are excellent! I had XL Pho, and their price is still bargained compared to other Vietnamese restaurants. Highly recommend this place to everyone. Very spacious and cozy. Nearby traffic may be the only concern. Pho broth had not had a strong seasoning smell, which I kinda miss from Vietnamese food. This place will be my usual soul food place now on.
Excellent Thai food. It was busy during a Sunday afternoon but the service was swift. Thai Ice Tea could’ve been better. Fried dumplings and Chicken Satay were delicious and perfectly made. Chicken Pineapple Fried rice was spicy, chicken was fresh and cooked to perfection. Massaman Curry with Shrimp 🍤 was the best. Our kid loved Singapore Noodles with chicken. A must visit place. Friendly and courteous staff.
We had a good experience here and will definitely come back. We got the Mongolian Beef and Shrimp Pad Thai and both were excellent. We came during a slow time so the service was rather quick and friendly. The atmosphere is nice too. Overall they exceeded my expectations, especially the Mongolian Beef! You'll be pleasantly surprised too if you come here.
This used to be or safe pho spot, in the last couple of months food took a big dive.
Broth is not flavorful like it used to be and is a bit salty, and oh man the portions.... the amount of protein in each bowl is a lot less these days and the prices didn't go down..
Service is good thats why the two stars
Best pho soup I tasted so far. Way better than pho 24, pho bac, and I luv pho.
The soup is so good I don't need to put any hoisin or sriracha in it. The bun cha is really tasty as well if you're not in the mood for hot pho. They have a good selection of multiple dishes.
As my daughter would say yummy in my tummy.
Service is quick, decor is nice.
I highly recommend
Excellent food and consistent too. The food really has its own identity and is better than other Asian restaurants. Recommended!
The Pho here is always on point, shrimp friend rice is my favorite in the area. Food always comes out hot and quick. I don’t think I’ve waited more than 5-7 mins for food to start coming out.
Saigon Café is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, the ambiance sets the tone for an amazing dining experience, blending a cozy atmosphere with authentic Vietnamese charm.
The food? Incredible. Every dish is packed with vibrant flavors, fresh ingredients, and attention to detail. The pho was some of the best I’ve ever had, was a perfect balance and savory.
But what truly made the evening unforgettable was our waiter, Robert. He was beyond attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made fantastic recommendations. Robert’s genuine enthusiasm for ensuring we had a great time was infectious. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and made us feel like VIPs.
If you’re looking for great food and even better service, Saigon Café—and Robert—are a must.

높은가격.. 음식은 페스트 푸드 느낌...
I placed an Uber eats order and asked to have them send me extra hoisin sauce. I’m not sure who picked up but this is at around 12:30 PM today 122424 but either the owner manager or whoever it was was extremely rude and straight up told me that he would not send me any extra hoisin sauce when it cost them nothing it’s literally on the table when you go there to eat and you can pour in as much as you want but God for bid for a takeout order if you ask for extra he threatened to charge me extra and then hung up the phone
Update: decided to give them another shot and the person was kind enough to send us a bunch Sauce this time I do wish that it came with more tofu but it is enough to split between two people will be back
I come here almost every week the food is amazing, there is this young waiter whos always polite and makes sure me and my family have everything we need. I would highly recommend coming eat here with your friends and family
Had a great experience with the food and atmosphere until I paid. The waitress held up the card reader and I pressed no tip because I was going to do a cash tip. But the waitress really loudly said No tip? I was a little shocked that she said that because it was rude and tasteless. That is not how waiters should act at all. I probably won’t be coming back.

the attitude of the waitress is very bad, she brought the food out and asked again what we ordered even though she took the note. i didnt get the welcome for customers when we got in, and the tom yum wasnt really like the picture in menu. the food was not bad much, but the customer service made me upset.

My bf and I’s go-to place, the environment is very cozy. And no matter what time of day it is, service is fast, servers are super friendly and food is always amazing 😋
Haven’t been here in over a year. Still the best pho in town! Staff was so sweet on a random Tuesday night. Service is quick and food is delicious!!
This pace hits the spot when I need to satisfy my pho or rice plate cravings. On the top of that the staff/servers are always on top of it.
Went on a business trip with my coworker. Neither one of us had ever eaten Vietnamese cuisine before, and the staff were so helpful. The food was delicious and the service was the best
Gone downhill for sure.
It's alright
Worst experience I've ever had dining out waiter completely forgot that me and my family ordered food and then 30 minutes later brought out only half of what we ordered , then never heard from our waiter again. I requested to speak to a manager at which they declined for a manager to speak to me. I've been a loyal customer for over 4 years even after you guys failed your health inspection. Save your self some time there are plenty of other good pho places and this one isn't it.

Food was okay, my bf and I came in here for a hearty meal and were watched the whole time. It’s not very nice and welcoming to have 2 seperate people watching us while we ate. Also we got charged for something we didn’t order. A very unwelcoming experience
The Green Curry Thai hot is amazing! It's like heaven on earth!!! 👍👍
쌀국수 괜찮아요
Very good food
I went after church with my wife, we ended up leaving before I even sat down. Wait at the front door for a good 20 minutes all the employees just looked at us from a distance when he won't come up to sit down so we left. Then get rid of can you take our names down no one came up to us.
Great food.
Absolutely delicious!
Been a frequent patron here, for over a decade.
Great service, good vibes.
Geat food, with fresh ingredients, always full of flavor.
Delicious varieties of curry, pho, noodle dishes, soups, and entrees.
Many good meals, shared with friends and family here.
They just started serving real Japanese style Ramen... will be trying that soon, looked amazing!
We used to come here a lot but there are so many new vietnamese restaurants around that have opened and we want to try them all. This one actually remains still one of our favorites. But lately i have just been getting my goi cuon as a snack. Staff here have changed a lot too but we would still come back. And of course, I just realized I forgot to take a photo of my goi cuon😩
We visited on a late Wednesday afternoon and there was no wait for a table. Location is great. Being next to Starbucks is nice.
It is located in a busy plaza and parking is free. Inside the restaurant is kept clean and the lit up tree inside is cute. Service was efficient. There was 3 of us and each of us were able to order a different size of pho. I feel the medium was the best amount of noodle and broth for any average hungry pho-eater. The small if you might've had a meal an hour or 2 ago and not that hungry but still hungry. However, if you are starving or sick with a cold and need broth, go with the XL. That bowl is huge. They do not play around with the portions here. My husband could not finish it and he normally could eat 2 bowls of the pho. Regardless, the pho dac biets were all good. Broth was good, though the thin cut steak had a strange aroma to it. None of us got sick afterwards. The meatballs were good. None of us had a headache after so they aren't using way too much MSG like other pho places. The condiments were decent, the fresh basil could've been fresher. They were all browned out. We also ordered the Goi Cuon spring rolls (A1) those were ok. Not much flavor. Would we return? Yes. But for the pho.
Very good food and nice service.
Best Phở in town. This is our go to place if we want some Phở or other Vietnamese dishes.
It's really an ambiguous house to evaluate. I had Pho XL, but it's not a small amount, but the soup is full, but the noodles are small, and I paid 19 dollars including tip. I never think that I'm paying that price. The meat has a slightly unpleasant smell, and I feel like I'm being... Taste is a one-way street, so I can't define it, but my opinion is that I won't go here next time.
Every time I come, they seems to rush to get me in and out for less than 15 minutes for my meals.
I ordered takeout and I was greeted with a smile from the owner and the waitress who were very helpful because I wasn’t sure what to order. I ordered the Pad Thai noodles with veggies and a bubble tea. The food was fresh and hot and there was plenty of it. It was delicious and I was very pleased.
The pho & curry here is amazing🫶🏽
The Pad Thai here is amazing! Definitely my favorite place to go when craving it!
I love this pho place! The food taste amazing and the service is not too bad.
I used to frequent Saigon Cafe in Duluth, but it seems the business has closed down. Today, I visited Saigon Cafe in Buford for the first time. Food is okay. There was only one bathroom for each gender and there was a line. I paid my order by there little card device. I put no tip on the card charge because I was going to tip cash. As I’m leaving they said “hey! Tip not included!?” My husband said that the tip is on the table. They have to understand that tips are optional. Nobody is ever obligated to leave it.
I'm a frequent customer of two of their locations. I will no longer be returning. I feel as if I was discriminated against because I'm black. I asked for more chili paste sauce and the worker told me we already have some in your bag. I said that's fine but I would like extra. She then looked at me and giggled and went to her coworker and started to speak in their language. She then came back to me and said well normally we would have to charge this. I said charge me because the money isn't a issue. Then she stated of her boss saw her she could get in trouble. A few moments later another woman walked up to the register as she was checking me out. So I asked if she was the manager and she said yes. I explained the issue and all she could say is you must let us know when you place the order that you want extra sauce in your bag. That is totally ridiculous. My family of six frequents the location and eat inside where we eat pho and the sauce is unlimited. So why are you limited sauces when someone gets a to go order. Again I think it's because Im black, they won't get a dime from me ever again. And I still left a tip on a to go order because it's the courtesous thing to do. And the manager didn't say thank you. Beware of this location
I've been going here for YEARS and the food and service has always been incredible. Highly recommend the Vermicelli dishes, Fresh Spring Rolls, and Num Tok. All of the Saigon Cafe locations are great but the Buford Saigon Cafe is 10/10 - the best.
Very kind staff and great pho!
Great little spot! The service was great, very friendly staff. I love that they have such a size range on the bowls of soups so my husband can eat his trough of pho and I can have my bowl of Tom Kha soup. My son had one of the noodle dishes which he really did enjoy but after having his dad's soup, decided next time he's getting the soup lol
Good service, authentIc tasty food. The pho broth always works wonders when you're feeling sick. Also love their Mongolian beef.
We've been coming to this place for about 10 years. Today, after a few months, we visited again for lunch. It seemed like there might have been a change in ownership. They made us wait exactly 12 minutes. We called several times while waiting, but they didn't even look at us. Even when the owner saw us and asked us to come, he just took the front desk bill and went to the front desk. It wasn't even crowded with customers. In the end, we just left. I don't want to go there again. I think they are not qualified to run a restaurant.
Great Vietnamese food, super friendly host, tasty pho
Delicious and good for kids!
I eat Coconut Soup all over Georgia, this is by far the BEST!!!
First time here. Food and Service were top notch!! Lots of options
Always good. Been going for years.
The Spicy Basil Seafood Stir fry didn’t even look appetizing or appealing. It definitely was too ugly to photograph. It’s like they didn’t care about presentation at all. Didn’t have much spice/flavor. Bland tasting food. Shrimp not split and deveined - gross! Waste of time and money.
Great prices!! Good is pretty good. Kids eat it up all the time.
One of the best places in the Atlanta metro area for a nice dish of Panang Chicken. Highly recommended.
5/5 food.
We’ve eaten here twice in 2 weeks.
One of the top places.
Mongolian beef, pad thai, tom kai soup, cantonese crunchy/fried noodle, massaman curry, fried rice, bourbon chicken etc.
- will try pho next.
Fantastic food and we will continue to come back.
Saw the good reviews on this place, ordered pickup, and was very disappointed when my wife found a hair in her veggie pho when I got home. Can’t recommend
Food was fantastic!! Service was very attentive.
Best option for pho in the area. Good food, fast service.
My go to "Vietnamese" Restaurant hands down. I've been to a bunch but none have matched this place.
Good prices
맛있습니다.
Both my mom and I got sick from the food here. Now we’re throwing up at 2 am in the morning due to being so sick.
Came to get the Pho, wasn’t even greeted, but seated, had to wait 30 min to get served, left
Broth was amazing and service was great
Food is always fresh and delicious!
A great Vietnamese spot. One of my favorites! Have enjoyed dining in and take out. The Thai tea is a must have! Really good food.
Great food and even better service
Very good selection. Fresh and flavorful. The staff are always kind and attentive. Toys is hands down my favorite Pho place in the area.
Fantastic Pho. If you’re in the mood for Pho, this is it pho sure!
The food is always good, but half order came when we had already finished the rest, so we asked to pack this to go, when coming back home we found this is not what we ordered:/
Always the best service and food!
We do not like the flavor of the soup , the noodles tasted like it was being reused .
Love this place!! Food is always hot, fresh, delicious and fast! I love the chicken pad Thai and my husband loves the Mongolian beef! The servers are quick and friendly! A staple in our dining-out rotation! We go at least once a month!
Love their pho!
Great food and staff. Would definitely return as the menu is full of amazing options.
Music was a bit loud, like I was in the club, at lunch…
Great food and service, just so many items on the menu, it took me a while to order.
Excellent Pho and quick
Great food. This is one of our go to places for Vietnamese food.
Great friendly service, excellent food. Just took me a long time to order because there are so many menu items. They may need to condense that down some.
Food came fast and it always tast great its also pretty healthy, very polite staff too
Always good!
Consistent good service and food. Pho, dumplings and Thai fried rice. Boba/Thai iced Tea on point as well.
Had take out. It was good food.
Not authentic Thai. Spicy basil fish are kiddie fish nuggets. Fish looks like frozen prepackaged fish sticks with coated batter and hardly any fish. Not the fresh real fish fillets I was expecting. Also the shrimp was not devined and it had the scaled tails in a sautéed veggie sauce. Disappointed!
First time there and my meal was so delicious! I’ll definitely be back to try more!!
I know what to expect. I know the food is going to be good. I stop by anytime I am in the area and hungry.
Super delicious, and everyone is very friendly.
I always go there for the avocado smoothie and it’s absolutely fire every single time. I got their pho once and it was aight but I’ll def recommend the avocado smoothie
(May 30th, 2023)
First time at this PHO restaurant. The service is good, the waitress was super nice and friendly. I ordered shrimp PHO Soup, the shrimp was really BAD, it tasted plain, MOLDY & OLD, the soup should be ok but since the shrimp was in it, it made the whole thing bad. I ended up with food poisoning for 48 hours after consumption, caused me fever, vomiting and diarrhea non stop. I don't wish anybody to feel what I had to go thru.
**Please be aware what you eat**.
Just don't go. My friend told me not to go but I did. Heavily regret.
Not Thai food. Noodles over cooked, no spice level
I love this place. I love the food. I love my people I love everything about this place.!!!! Thank you 1,00000 stars !!! This is home !!! I order the whole menu !!!
Best pad thai
We came at 830pm for dinner, and the restaurant was still busy. We had a party of 5 and were seated quickly. Service was also quick. Food were delicious. I would say minimize the menu. There were too many options to pick from. And add Asian dessert options too. Would came back if I'm in the area again.
Food was awesome. Chicken Pho was great. The service was impeccable and wait time was short. Definefly will be coming back!
Tasty and quick. Never had a delay in take away. My go to restaurant.
Good service says my little man!
I think it's one of the best Vietnamese restaurants around without having to doraville.
Food is good. Service is good.
One of the best places to eat in Buford. It has Pho with such great food. It was a great place to eat and the food is fresh. Great place to go.
Our first visit. Our server was great, she spent time explaining the menu items.
Very pleasant experience, friendly staff, tasteful food, prompt and accurate service.
Authentic flavors were on point. Check this place out!
그저그런 비슷한 베트남 쌀국수 집.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Saigon Cafe and was absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment I stepped through the door, I was welcomed with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in helping me decide what to order. The food was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The portions were generous and the prices were very reasonable. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant and the quality of the ingredients. Overall, I had an amazing experience at Saigon Cafe and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and affordable meal.
Great Valentines
One of the best lunch spots in the area.
Dinner portions can be skimpy and service during lunch is hit or miss.
I can't say enough good things about this place. Service is amazing and food is ALWAY so good. Staff is super friendly and fast! We don't go out much anymore but this place is always on the list. I don't think me or my wife have ever had a bad meal or experience here.
Just coming out of this place and unfortunately have to say this is the worst food we ever ate. I ordered a pineapple fried rice and they brought it with too much salt. I sent it back and they just added some more rice and brought it back and it was too salty again. So sent that back as well and the new plate brought in had no flavor, no salt and literally no taste. It was just rice, oil and tofu. Barely any salt too. I wouldnt suggest eating here.
Good food, good service and nice clean environment.
It’s ok.. pho 24 is right down the road and their pho is definitely the best in my opinion.
My go to place for pho cravings in the area. Always on point!
Don't miss out on the Thai Red Curries. Ask for thai spicy if you're into that. But don't say I didn't warn you. My mouth is salivating and my head is getting hot just by thinking about it.
We've been here a handful of times and have yet to be disappointed. The pho, pad thai, curry... everything we've tried has been great. The staff is extremely friendly and the food comes out quick and the portions are big enough to fill you up, even the lunch specials. You can definitely tell they take pride in their product.
Love this chain. Excellent pho. This location was as great as expected. Will be back next time I'm in the area.
De-li-cious!!! The Thia bubble tea is AMAZING 😍. The chicken soup with all the fresh, aromatic herbs and spices is tantalizing to the senses. Service was speedy and kind. We had great recommendations from our servers. Not one thing was disappointing 😃. You know, one of those meals that makes you thank God your alive and give thanks to all those involved. Providing this ethnic treat right to your table is no easy task and Siagon Cafe DELIVERED to perfection. I can't want for the left overs. We will be back!
One of my favorite places In Buford for Pho!!!
Great experience, good food and excellent service!
I love Saigon. I've been taking my family there for years. Nothing beats pho on cold rainy days.
One of the best Vietnamese restaurants around. Food is always prepared fresh and service is exceptional. The friendly, homely atmosphere makes one feel like you're eating in a relative's kitchen.
I have tested better pho in other places. I ordered the best pho here but the taste very mediocre
Good service and good food. 👍
The restaurant is unkind and dirty.
Taste just like Chinese food was good it wasn't all u can eat it was expensive
Big disappointment!!
The presentation ,taste …. I didn’t like that place at all.
I love pho so I’ve been a lot of pho restaurant. This place is worst I’ve ever been. They make pho salty and no taste for grilled shrimp I order.
I only found one good thing for this place was They don’t use too much MSG.
That’s why I gave 2stars instead 1.
