I don't recommend this restaurant it's overpriced. Very disappointing.

Used to be an amazing restaurant. Went today and spent $75.00 for Amazing Rama ( awful) drunken spicy noodles ( bland and zero flavor) pad Thai shrimp ( shrimp died a natural death sometime in 2023)
Only good thing was the egg rolls and nothing else. I used to love this flavor town experience but something has drastically changed. Won’t be back.

My husband and I always discuss it before I leave a tip. We were finishing up and I was trying to ask him when the the lady that served us came out with another woman. They stared us down and stared at the mess our toddler made like we came in to their own home. They began speaking in a foreign language but their body language was very clear that they were talking about us. The lady that did not serve us said, “you don’t need change?” It was clear the lady that served us was expecting a tip on the card or expecting cash in hand. It got to be extremely uncomfortable. I have never in my life been treated with such contempt and disrespect. I get it. I waited tables for many years and before I had a kid myself I knew they make a mess any time I would wait one a family but it was literally my JOB. I was providing a SERVICE. I also know you should NEVER make an assumption. It is very COMMON for people to leave cash on the table. I experienced this ALL the time as my years of a server. I left $5 cash on the table and called it a day. Our bill was $37 for context. I was NOT going to leave a 20% tip after that experience. Definitely deserved NOTHING after the way they looked directly at us clearly speaking poorly about us. They looked at us with daggers in their eyes. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. It was wild. This is a restaurant I would never recommend to anyone nor would I ever return.

This mom-and-pop place is so delicious and flavorful. I had to save it on the map real quick. The owner is very nice and kind. Don’t underestimate a small restaurant because most likely your food is going to be homemade and that is the best food you can ever get. 😋😋😋

I was told 20 mins since my take out order on the phone. It was 40 mins before it was ready. I ordered spicy drunken noodles. The taste was okay but the noddles were stuck together and lumpy. There were so many noodles that it was hard to find the chicken. This dish was bad preparation.... May be they rushed it since I was waiting inside for almost 15 mins... Also kind of spicy at $18 for this place.

Great vegetables!

My friend and I had gone here almost every Wednesday for about a year. The food was always delicious! I looked forward to going. But the last few times we’ve gone the food wasn’t the same, not as good and neither was the service. I’m not sure if we’ll be going back

Stay far away, they are always so behind with orders, absolutely ridiculous my family waited over 1.5 hours to just have our order canceled. You lost my Buisness

Notorious for canceling your online order without even a call. Happened again today. Recd a text message 55 mins after placing the order that the restaurant is " unable to complete my order ".

Very expensive, for wonton soup, Spring rolls and 2 Thai drinks almost $30.00 dollars, the soup was not as expected.

Pad Thai - Good size portion, but a little bit plain. Did not have the colors I've had before. But tastes good.

Panang Curry - Extremely spicy, but so, super, very spicy! Good size portion.

Mango Sticky Rice - Most Delicious Mango Sticky Rice I ever had. BUTTT over $10! It's really overpriced for the portion. It could fairly cost half of the price.

Favorite Thai food restaurant in Wesley Chapel. The Thai Chef is one of the best around and wait staff is so friendly there. Authentic Thai desserts are a must have there along with there Thai Tea. Restaurant is very quaint, perfect for date night or just a good bite to eat of your favorite Thai food, highly recommended.

First time here, my pad see ew was so spicy I could hardly eat it. I thought I'd try it again today so I did. This time went in there to get my order I ordered online, I go to the cashier to pick up my food and I say "can I add a drink to my order" which I hadn't paid for yet and he says(very rude like) next time can you order everything together. Sorry that's not how you run a business. The food is always inconsistent. My pad see ew pretty much just tasted like spice and no "sauce". They need another cook!!
10-23...haven't eaten here in probably a year. Nothing has changed. Spice but not enough sauce as you can see by my pale noodle. 5-2-24...nothing has changed. All spice no sauce on the pad see ew..$2.00 a piece for extra sauce!! Which has no sauce on if it you don't get it

This is by far my favorite Thai place in the Tampa Bay area! Their Thai Hot spice level is AMAZING to the point my husband and I will order take out from here at LEAST once a month. Customer service is always amazing as well. Definitely come here if you're looking for the best Thai food around!!

Bad experience. Have food allergies and did not indicate or let us know of ingredients in food. Also says sushi in the name but do not serve sushi. Also spraying cleaning solution nearby while eating. Stay away.

Starting at the beginning. The lady who answers the phone is rude rude rude! I called as I was pulling in and placed an order to go. Chicken Pad Thai and spring rolls. She said 10 min. By this time I'm parked. Waited for the people next to me to get out of their car and then I went in. I knew I was really early but thought I'd pay and just sit a while however, my order was already ready. Hum! I get home to find the Pad Thai was cold, noodles were so dry they wouldn't separate and the chicken was very dry and tasted old. You'd think my order was sitting there for an hr or so. See my time frame? The worst Pad Thai I've ever had and trust me I've tried a lot of Pad Thai in my years. Absolutely the worst. No I didn't eat it, couldn't. It was just that gross. Spring rolls were hot and good though but the little mean lady will give you a hard time and charge you for another tiny cup of dipping sauce. They don't fill the little cup up but about 1/2 way. SMH. Never again!!! Wasted $26! 🤬

The crab rangoons were good but lukewarm like they were pre-made for orders ahead of time. The chicken and rice soup did not have much rice or chicken and the included veggies seemed undercooked. Thai tea was excellent. Environment and service were both great.

I went to pick up an order from Uber which they told me that it took 10 minutes, I asked them if I could use their bathroom and they told me that it was only for customers, the first time this happened to me. I don't come here to eat even if they give me the food. They should be kinder to the people who help them grow their business.

My go to place for Thai food in Tampa/Orlando area, been eating here twice a week for 3 years in a row, authentic food and friendly people here!

One has to be very specific while giving order. They tend to get it mixed up.

Don't plan to eat in. No dining area other then uncomfortable crowded wood chairs, and the service is horrible. Waited over 30 minutes for 3 rolls, (we were the only people there!) and when we asked how much longer, the lady making sushi told us to "keep it together!" We left.

Best fresh rolls I’ve found in all of tampa bay

Nice and somewhat authentic food but:
- they got no lunch menu which is quite unusual for Thai restaurants.
- their customer service isn’t great. I didn’t get that friendly Thai vibe unfortunately
- i didn’t like throwing in raw vegetables (green peppers and carrot) in my curry, at least stir fry for a bit of taste and cooking
I won’t be back for lunch but might consider having dinner/ take outs.
- the summer rolls had only 1 shrimp in it.

This is the first negative review Ive ever left. I ordered beef and noodles. Ive ordered it before and it was good. This time the beef couldn't be chewed. I picked it out. The noodles were ruined too with an overdose of basil leaf. The uber driver was early so it wasn't a freshness issue. When I called to tell them they actually told me I ordered it wrong somehow.

We had Crab Rangoon & sushi & the quality of the food was amazing & everything I ate tasted exquisite. Yes! ❤️

The chicken fried rice was great. However, they use imitation crab meat. Not a fan. The restaurant is dated but the food was good.

My family and I love this place! A beautifully put together mom & pop shop. They are quick and the food is delicious. And you just can't beat the prices. We usually get takeout, but they have such a quaint, inviting dine-in area that has been perfect for my lunch dates with friends. The service there is exceptional and you can tell they are hardworking and put their heart and soul into that place. We would never go anywhere else for Thai food.

I keep seeing high reviews of this restaurant, so I was really hopeful, but it just wasn't my experience. First of all, I was really disappointed with the interior of the restaurant. Shabby decorations and two dining room tables encumbered with their stuff. I ordered Mussaman Curry, my go-to Thai dish. The sauce was incredibly runny and I noticed there were no potatoes in it, a staple ingredient for the dish. When I asked about it, I was told they were out of potatoes. I said it would have been nice to know that when ordering, and was told she had "forgotten". No apologies, an off-handed offer to get me something else, no money off the bill. Also, during peak time, the cook got behind, causing food delivery drivers to stack up and to anxiously accumulate 5-6 deep at the front of the restaurant as the proprietor loudly called out names like a deli. I wouldn't care to go back, but my husband liked his tropical rice, so I'm guessing we'll at least have to order delivery from them again. I will NOT be going back to the restaurant.

Have been coming here for a few years now and am absolutely obsessed with their food. Incredible flavors, perfect spice, friendly service, and an expansive menu you cant really go wrong with any option you choose. I will be getting lunch here today and look forward to an incredible experience of taste, smells, and perfectly blended textures. Highly recommend the drunken noodles, Phanaeng curry, and pad-see ew.

Best dumplings I’ve ever had! Certain rolls were BOGO so I had Crunchy Roll and Rock n’ Roll and they were delicious! We also loved the wonton soup, it was so fresh! We highly recommend this restaurant.

I ordered chicken pad sew medium, and no flavor or some type of sauce or spice. They didn’t even provide utensils for me to eat. I paid 20 dollars worth of food with minimal portion and effort to make the food, is not worth it.

Food is ok no atmosphere only to go and very expensive for the amount of food they serve.

I got the fresh rolls, and they’re vegan without the shrimp! They’re worth every penny, especially because their peanut sauce is divine. If you get a chance to meet the owners, I highly recommend it: they’re very nice folks.

Really nice little Thai place! Very friendly service and the food was to die for. I ordered pad Thai, yum duck, massaman curry, egg rolls, and crab Rangoons. All the flavors were very thick and juicy and I especially enjoyed the pad Thai (it had quite a kick with the spice on medium that I like too!).

Sushi has no fish. Just fake crab meat. Every thing else is great but if you want sushi 🍣 it's not there.

Drove all the way out here only to find out they do to-go and delivery only. If you have tables available for eat in than take down the sign that says "take out and delivery only" on your door.

Every time I go, it's more and more money. And it's an eat in place, yet they don't let you eat there.

I ordered the curry twice and I thought it was good and got a good sized portion relative to what I paid for the curry and rice. The 3 stars is for the yum salad it was $16 and I wish I had taken a picture of it as to see is to believe how incredibly small the salad was in comparison to the sauce container which was huge and so was the the amount of onion. Not a lot of beef and very little salad.
I didn't understand the portion size in that if something is advertised as a salad why I got a giant container of dressing and so much onion and so little lettuce and beef. I guess beef and iceberg lettuce is expensive. It was delivered by door dash. My friend said maybe this place skimps on food that is delivered bc your not there in person to complain about what you got. I will likely try to find someplace else to get Thai food from for future.

We wanted to love this place as it is really close to home...but were very disappointed in the fact that our curries were mostly vegetables and liquid. Barely any meat at all! For the price we paid we would have expected much more. We are new to the state and were blessed with very good Thai food in our area before...maybe this is the norm around here? We will not be ordering from them again.

We have been going here a couple of times a month for over a year now. The food quality has gone downhill in a big way. The last two times we gave it a pass, but after tonight, we will have to find a new Thai place. This used to be our favorite place. Between the smaller portions, which wouldn’t be a problem if the price didn’t also go up, the noodles being glued together to the point you have to cut your bites into pieces, and the MAYBE 3-4 slivers of meat in a dish…we will have to find a new Thai place. Also, the consistency is not good. The dishes are sometimes perfect, sometimes sweet, sometimes salty, sometimes flavorless (like tonight).

Probably first and last time I visit here. They dont have lunch any more. Only dinner menu. $16 for drunken noodle with chicken lunch entree is a bit much. It did taste good though. Maybe just a sign of the new times we are living I .

My family and I discovered Arroy Thai during the big Covid outbreak and have continued to support them. However, I’ve noticed the last couple of months the quality and quantity have been lacking. We ordered the drunken noodles and yellow curry. In the past these two entrees were enough to feed my family of 4. Tonight there was barely enough for two to share. The food was prepared well and the spice was good but a definite decline in portions for two entrees at over $41.00. The previous order was smaller and not up to their previous standards. I’m disappointed as I drove in from Tampa to Wesley Chapel to pickup my order.

It’s okay, I go on occasion since it is close to home, however the flavors are just different than any other Thai place I’ve been to, and the noodle dishes tend to be dry in my experience. I prefer others around town, and will probably make the drive when I have the desire for Thai.

I ordered a house special chicken fried rice lastnight, the food had no taste, portion was very small for $16.00, the chicken had no taste, meat was white, no color and dry. Not sure it was even chicken. They don't deserve even 1 star. This is the last time I will every order from this place. Not worth it and very disappointed

The hours of operation are not correct.I went there at 3:15 pm on Thursday 7/29 only the find they didn't open until 4pm. The staff was eating, held up 4 fingers indicating not open until 4pm. I drove 20 miles round trip. Unacceptable! Lost me as a customer!

Worst takeout experience in a while. Food took 1 hour and 25 minutes to come out from time of order placement. Was told 45 minutes when I placed the order which I thought was being conservative. Nothing was offered for the inconvenience and given the lame excuse of several orders coming in at the same time!! Shows how ill prepared they are for takeout. Kitchen appears to be setup for dine in capacity but they have not opened for dine in since the pandemic began. Reflection of poor management, slow kitchen, inefficiency and just bad business. Don’t get takeout from this place if you want something reliable and fast.

Godawful service, rude management, and will not abide to dietary restrictions (and allergies). If I could give negative stars I would. Absolutely most HORRENDOUS experience I have ever had in any restaurant. It hurts to write this because I believe we should support small businesses, but I will never eat here again. Yesterday I decided to stop by and order a Spicy Basil. I asked multiple times to make sure my dish was vegan (I also emphasized the importance because I am ALLERGIC to dairy as well). They said yes, no dairy, fully vegan with veggies, no issues. And although the wait was very long (the lady out front was chit chatting on phone while a line formed) I was perfectly fine waiting. Their food was a-ok and today I decided, again, to order the exact same thing. However, when I ordered, at NO POINT was I told that my food was a “lunch special” and so today’s meal was different because it had a side salad lathered with ranch dressing (I did due diligence and checked site prior to order and there was no mention of ranch). So of course, I cannot eat my meal (I ordered 2 for myself). Fine, a little upset but understanding that this can happen sometimes, I call the place to let them know, and that I can’t eat the food because the ranch seeped around the containers (again, I would have to go ER if I ingest dairy accidentally). You would think they would apologize or try to correct order. Nope. They told me VERBATIM “our cooks don’t know what ‘vegan’ is. You should have said ‘no ranch’. Nothing we can do”. After going back and forth I get redirected to manager, who says same thing, playing the blame game, and beginning to scream in a shrilly voice at me. At this point I’m pretty mad/upset/disappointed/tired of being blamed by this “manager” so I asked for a refund (more like, pressed because she very clearly didn’t want to give me one). She said she would, and hung up on me while I was in mid sentence.

This would have gone completely different if they had said something like “sorry we overlooked/made a mistake/didn’t know what ‘vegan’ is, we will remake the order/refund you.” My biggest advice to this place is, improve your sense of decorum with customers. There is a severe lack of professionalism and accountability for something that could have affected my health.

This aside, the food is FINE. But I cannot recommend this place because of the lack of attention and minimization of very important dietary restrictions that can have serious repercussions to somebody’s health.

Good but over priced for what you get.

This is probably one of the best Thai places in the Wesley Chapel area. We order from there once a week. Their pineapple curry rice is the best thing I have tasted in my life and their curries are sooooo good. If you are not used to Thai spices, def try mild first because the medium packs a punch. My husband has tried several things on the menu and has enjoyed them everytime.

This is my favorite Thai food take out in Wesley Chapel, FL. I’ve ordered several times and haven’t been disappointed. Very flavorful and delicious. I’d recommend this restaurant.

Some of the best fried rice I’ve had anywhere.

Arroy Thai is a family favorite! We order from here 2-4 times a month. My young kids devour the house fried rice with chicken (ask for non spicy) they get excited when I tell them we are getting “the elephant rice” I love the Panang Curry. It’s so good we order it over and over. Great family local restaurant you can’t go wrong.

poor communication, put extra spice, even after multiple instructions; asked for extra rice and there was none; Duck was $21 and what I got was 4 pieces of duck that tastes like rubber;
this is not the experience I had in Indianapolis. Very disappointed and irritated and much hungrier than when I ordered. I had to cook my own food afterwards

The food has almost no flavor. Besides the quantity is very little for the excessive price.

This is my first time ordering Thai from this restaurant, it was takeout due to Co19.

I appreciate that they lined their Styrofoam container with foil to keep your food separate from the Styrofoam. It would be awesome if this restaurant could find a paper alternative to the foam.

I was really happy with the food quality and taste. I am picky with Thai as many restaurants Thai food tends to be really greasy and the flavor of the seasonings tend to be off in one way or another.

This restaurant knows what they are doing. I ordered Chicken PadThai, Penang Curry w/ Chicken, and fresh shrimp rolls. I asked for all of my food to be medium spicy, and the heat ended up being really nice. Just a subtle lift, nothing that overpowered the taste of the dishes or causing discomfort while eating.

Fantastic. We ordered pick-up from this place for the first time on New Year's Eve. Very delicious, fast, and courteous staff. Can't wait to try more items on their menu.

This place is a JOKE. I went here tonight to pick up a Delivery/curiour order. They said 10 minutes... okay. 35 minutes go by and I’m INPATIENT! I’m losing money. I ask them again, how much longer. They said they need ANOTHER 10 minutes. Um seriously? It was a 3 item order, they weren’t busy, besides the other two Uber eats orders also waiting a very long time. They have no respect for their deliveries. Like that makes them look bad too. They couldn’t pay me enough money to ever pick up another order from this place. This is my first and last time ever going there. I ended up leaving without my order.

This is Thai?? Taste like any Chinese takeout to me, much lack in flavors per Thai dishes highly boast in!! Okay, but but not to my expectations.

Just moved to the area. I ordered through uber eats and everything was hot and presented well. No leaks or anything. The food was absolutely delicious and full of flavor!!! I am very particular about thai food as it is my favorite.I ordered the Pineapple fried rice, dumplings, ginger pork, and their coconut soup. Sorry no pics, we ate everything before posting. I will definitely order again and make this my new go to Thai place. Excited to try more of the menu!

Slowly making my way through the menu and i have not been disappointed! The duck was so delicious and i love their peanut sauce for the chicken satay!

Told they'd text me when the order was ready. Waited 30 MIN, went in & told "sorry", which meant the food just sat there. Awful food. Threw it out. Horrible service. AND they forgot part of the order.

This is an AMAZING Thai restaurant! All of the food is so authentic and so fresh! Our favorite dishes at this restaurant are the Massaman Curry, Pad Thai, Crab Rangoons, and Mango Sticky Rice dessert. We highly recommend this restaurant!

I ordered directly from their website. The interface was easy and my text arrived quickly that my food was ready for pick up. I had the chicken Pad Thai and I really enjoyed it. I'll have to return and check out the garlic chicken.

Food is average at best. Tom kha was water down. Hardly four small pieces of chicken.

I ate in the restaurant. The food was fresh and hot and the vegetables were crispy. The prices were reasonable. What I did not like was I ordered a soda and a plastic bottle of coke was placed in front of me. A cup of ice would have been a nice touch, but none was offered. If a cup of ice was provided when people order soda, I would have given 5-stars.

I would have to say this is my favorite Thai restaurant in the Wesley chapel area. Where as others close by cannot come close to the quality of the food that this establishment outs out.

I ordered take out for myself and my family. The food was good and all spicy levels were accurate. Red curry spicy, pad Thai medium, and pineapple fried rice mild.

Food was ordered for take out, made fast and hot! I had the pad Thai hot, not sure if she forgot but mine was not spicy at all. However, I did enjoy how it came with a side salad and extra bean sprouts. The lunch special definitely isn't a bad deal at all

The food is usually good when open. I have went for lunch (normal business hours) and they were closed for no apparent reason. Frustrating when not much time for lunch break

Flavors are good, and the staff is friendly.

They have recent changed the menu(it is 10/10 today) and when we went last night we were given the old menu. The owed explained this after the food arrived and my yellow curry was not as described (had potatoes and zucchini, but the menu said pineapple and tomatoes). They fixed it quickly so good there but VERIFY THE DESCRIPTION OF THE FOOD BEFORE ORDERING ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES!

Update: I've now been to this place 3 times. The service is slower than any other restaurant I've even been to. One of the times we went we ordered spring rolls only to be told 40 minutes later (when our food finally came out) that they were out of them. I will not be going back here any time soon.
