The boba was the creamy frozen kind. My son enjoyed it. We had spring rolls which were fresh, crispy and delicious. No freezer burnt taste. I didn't have a menu so ordering wasn't as easy as it could have been if I had been able to give a menu item #; but it was fine and the man on the other end was more flustered than I was. Also, at pickup, the older lady was very nice. I think the people who complain about rudeness don't take into consideration differences in culture, but even without that, I found her very pleasant. Food was FANTASTIC! It was incredibly fresh and flavorful. Serving size was generous and the takeout container was stuffed. Bun salads at a lot of other places are 90% noodles, here it was about 40% noodles and the rest crisp vegetables and meat which I really appreciated. A perfect balance of texture. I wish we weren't just passing through. Definitely recommend giving this quaint place a try!

Our server was good but the service overall was bad. My girlfriend ordered a noodle dish and said it had tasted and smelled off and asked for it to be taken back and that she’d just share with me but the chef said there was nothing wrong with it and refused to take it off of our bill. We couldn’t even eat it but they expected us to take it home? The spring rolls had freezer burn and my pho was ok, the noodles were hard and the broth was oily and cloudy, not like a regular pho broth. I would skip this place if you’re looking for good food. Please avoid.

They said everything was fresh and original but the spring rolls we had were frozen and had freezer burn. I ordered drunken noodles and they had an off taste as if it were bad and I asked them to please take it back and the server did. The owner/chef said there was nothing she could do about it and boxed it for me to go. I don’t expect much but the least you could do is take the bad food off of the bill when told it tastes bad. The server was very kind and super helpful but the management/chef was very unprofessional. I would understand if I had been rude about it or caused a scene but I tried to quietly mention how it tasted off, not bad as in bad flavor but OFF as in not good for consumption. The pho was ok, it wasn’t the best I’ve had but it was very cloudy and the noodles were undercooked and stuck together. Overall would not recommend, great service from our server but poor overall. Save your money and time and go somewhere else with better management and chefs.

Always our favorite for Thai food. Everyone who works here is so kind and genuine. My wife has celiacs (gluten allergy) and she has never had an issue cross contamination.

Fresh rolls absolutely sucked. The rice paper had multiple holes and was sticky, they were huge because they were loosely packed, and there was no noodles in them? They fell apart after one bite. Idk the only reason I’m giving them two stars instead of one is because the pad thai was good although the portion was pretty small.

I am vegan and I had the Sukiyaki with Tofu, the fresh roll with tofu and we also ordered the beef noodle soup. All of the food was the authentic Thai/ Vietnamese. Everything was freshly made, all was delicious, and the servings are pretty generous.

I’m so sad to post this but I ordered the red curry and it came with a side of snot. I threw up after seeing it . Just a warning . We use to got there a lot in the past but will no be returning . This evening was my first time trying this place after I picked up a To-Go menu from them last week. I placed a pick up order for the Fresh Roll 2 w/ tofu and the Tom Kha Soup w/ tofu, requesting it not be too spicy. All of the food I received appeared to be a great value for the price and tasted delicious and was not spicy as requested. I love that they have vegetarian options available and was pleasantly surprised that they also offered a military discount when I went to pay and thanked for my service! The employee I dealt with was extremely pleasant and I will definitely be going back to this place often!

Its really hard for me to to write a review, but if I don't how are they to fix... I've been 6 or 7 times since new ownership and found the pho soup not the same each time . Price up/less ingredients...oily broth...again its hard for me to be critical on these reviews. Either try again or go elsewhere.

First time visiting with the new owners. Tasted like the old original Thai food that I first started eating when I discovered Thai food. The more I ate the more I wanted. I'm sure it would have been even better if we would have eaten it inside but my wife was feeling a little under the weather and she was craving pho soup for home.

Food is fresh, quick, & delicious. Can't ask for more. They didn't even charge me for a water just cause it was hot outside.

Friendly atmosphere. Very clean. I have celiac disease and although they didn’t have a gluten free menu they were very accommodating. They made me the most delicious gluten free pad Thai! This is definitely our new spot for Thai food.

This place was one of my fav restaurants in town (and easily the best Pho within an hour drive) until abruptly closing a month or two ago with a family emergency sign on the door. Checked it out a couple days ago to see it open again, but under new management. Decided to give it a whirl.

The food isn't bad (I still enjoyed my meal), but its not really authentic Vietnamese anymore by any means. The menu is super simplistic with common faire that appeals more to generic "Asian food" places than the amazingly authentic dishes previously served there.

The Cha Gio will be sorely missed.

Ok today. Just a few minutes ago was the worst experience i have ever had here. I am a normal weekly customer. Meaning at least 1 x a week a order lunch or dinner. Never had an issues. Today i call in my order for pick as normal since the rona. But this time i didn t have the menu. The male that took order was someone helpful and got my order for me. When picking up older female had my order ready but started rudely commenting a order has to be $10 or more. So i said ok i ll order 1 more thing and requested a diffrent dippy for my stuff. She ran in back seem very upset and came back. Slammed on counter and went on about $10. Well in reality my purchase was $11 dollors and change. I was willing to add to order to not be a inconvenience. She continued to raise her voice at me. So then i even said just add $10 extra to bill so i can leave and get out your way. She countine to go on about dont oder unless $10 or more. Try owning a business tuese days. We can t afford. I apologized multiple time explain over n over had no menu in car, would pay extra just to make things better. Nope. It s really sad because i really liked that place. And now i will not return and just drive a bit futher to tue next pho place. I understand times are hard. And some days are harder then others. But don t take it out on a repeated costumer that actually tried to work with you and was a big fan of your place. Sad but wont return for a awhile.

I called to order for pickup and the lady on the phone was very rude. When she thought she hung up the phone, I heard everything she said. I immediately called back and cancelled my order. If your menu on google is incorrect and outdated that does not mean your potential customers are ‘stupid’. I will not be patronizing this business and I will drive miles away for better service. My cousin came down to visit and chose this place for an healthy option. At first we were excited and impressed by their menu options but then an older woman at the counter decided to be rude with out reason. Constantly interrupting her while she was ordering asking her “what do you want” and “are you done ordering” in the middle of her talking. My cousin is slightly overweight and I’m certain that was the root to her rudeness. Also, after she got her, food my cousin wanted to quickly put hot sauce in her soup, she then comes out yells at us “you said take out order, you have to leave.” All of this was completely unprovoked. This place also says it’s closed when it’s open. Weird .

This place is a gem. I was almost done with my pho,,, when the owner brought over more of the delicious broth and filled up my bowl.

After a long day at work, I wanted to treat myself to a pho dinner. It was 8:30 and I thought I could make it there. I reached the restaurant at 8:40pm and I thought 20 minutes was enough time. It is my first time here, a charming small place run by an elderly couple. I was ready to order and was told they would only accept takeouts order at that hour. Fair enough, they have been working all day too. I thought maybe I could eat it in my car.

When I opened the bag, it was packed nicely into a bowl of both and a box of rice noodle and meat included some raw beef. I couldn't eat that because the the raw beef wouldn't be cooked. My plan really backfired because I need to drive 2 hours to go home.

When I reached home, the lid of the hot broth got crushed in and broken into small pieces inside the broth. It was not a good experience, but otherwise, the pho was ok.

Most restaurants would serve customer 20 minutes before closing and try to make more business. I guess the service is not great there.

I’m not picky but I’m not someone who just throws out 5 stars to everyone. This place is great. That being said I enjoyed the food. Yes the lady at the counter can be direct and stern but people need to understand she might not thing she is being rude, many reviewers take her the wrong way. She seems like she knows very little English and she was polite with me and I had no issues. The food was very good for the price, on par with other pho dishes locally but the prices are better. Wife was very happy with the take out pho soup 🥣 I brought home and she’s very picky so that tells you something.

When I walked in the guy behind the counter rushed me to order my food. He didn't even give me a chance to look over the menu. When I gave him my order which was just rice and some spring rolls he told me "that's it" like he didn't want me to order more. As I was waiting for my food some lady comes out to answer the phone and she was so rude. Other customers started laughing and talking about this lady saying she had attitude the whole time and that's why they don't get much customers. When I went to check out she gave me attitude as well which I just laughed. The only reason they get 3 stars and that's me being nice is because the food was actually good. They really need to work on their customer service skills. If you eat here get ready to be talked down to.

This will be my first EVER review and probably my last but I think it’s important that everyone knows of this place before they enter. I am honestly highly disappointed in the overall customer service/ food of this place. It’s a nice little area, no complaints about that, I feel that first impressions are always great. After waiting a while before my order was even taken the lady/owner was trying to rush me and in a very aggressive tone she told me to hurry up. I was shocked and questioned wether or not I should just walk out. The prices are great and I was excited to see that I don’t have to pay over $13 for pho but honestly you LITERALLY get what you pay for. At first I was thrown off by the smell of the soup, but thought I should just try it, maybe it taste better than it smells. Well it was honestly the worst by far, that I’ve had. I honestly don’t think I’ll have pho again any time soon. This place kind of ruined it for me. Overall I think I was just disappointed in the treatment this lady gave me. As a company owner you should try to gain clientele not scare them away. She literally gave me anxiety, I have never gotten treated like this before. Oh oh oh and let me not forget, so this young man walked in while I was waiting on my food. So she brought out an order, which I thought was mine, so I get up, and this lady yelled at me to sit down then she tells me “this is not yours, you have a big order do you really think it’s ready, why did you get up?” So I said “ sorry for the confusion, if it’s not my food, it’s okay, I’m not mad”. I’m not good with confrontation, so at this point believe me I wanted to run out of there. I was so embarrassed.

This is way below my expectations. The only reason it got 2 stars is because it is edible. If you want true Pho go to Pho772 they make authentic pho not this store bought beef and chicken broth. The sprouts delivered were almost brown and honestly the broth doesn’t even smell very good.
