Always friendly and best sushi in Port St Lucie. Last few visits our server was Sutthinant who is friendly and very attentive to our needs. Our drinks are always refilled without asking and the food is promptly served. I usually get 2 rolls and the fish is fresh, cold and tightly rolled. My wife gets the vegetable curry with brown rice and is always served hot. No need to look for another sushi Restruant as this one is excellent.

Absolutely worst experience of my entire life in the restaurant industry, I ordered a role with soy paper and was VERY specific about it, and I got it with sea weed instead. Then when I finally could tell her it was wrong (15 minutes later) she gave ME attitude. finally after another 30 minutes I got my correct role. Then after another 30-45 minutes we got our food, and my boyfriend only ordered egg fried rice NO veggies. And of course it was completely full of vegetables. We then told her it was wrong and told her to take it off our bill, and she made she we knew it wasn’t her fault. Very defensive and passive aggressive. Not to mention when I tried to order something off the kids menu she rudely and sarcastically asked me if I was 10. Worst dining experience of my life. Total of 2 hours being there waiting for our food. If you want to be completely de graded and disrespected, this is the place to go!

The menu says Prawns Pad Thai. But they're medium size shrimp. Not many of them for $24. The chairs were dirty. The food was tasty just not worth the price.

My first time at this restaurant and Fabian was quick to receive my order when the kitchen was closing so, I'm grateful for him. I asked for the beef Pad Tai and Strawberry Boba and both were overly sweet so, I don't recommend it. Some places are a hit or miss and this wasn't it for me. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, I'll definitely give them that.

Been to Naiya many times, food and service always good. Restaurant never crowded.
Went tonight, had a reservation at 530 for 6 people. Place was full, the fullest I have ever seen. We were seated at 530. Took about 30 mins for our orders to be taken. Some time went by before our salads came out.
It was 700 when we got our meals.
I ordered stir fry mixed vegetables.
Portion was lunch size. Vegs were broccoli, cabbage and snow peas. Supposed to have bean sprouts and baby corn (I requested no carrots or celery). Another person at the table ordered stir fry with shrimp and cashews. Her meal came without the shrimp. Her bill included a salad which she did not order. Waitress brought us one bowl of vegs to share and add to our dinners. Another person had teriyaki chicken which she said was dry and over cooked.
We didn't get out until 745.
A leisurely dinner is fine, but, service was extremely slow and we had someplace to be by 800. Waitress was doing the best she could with the number of tables she was waiting on.
Not sure hmwgat was going on in the kitchen.

This place is amazing the atmosphere the people are super friendly and the food is soooooooo delicious. I’ll give a 10 out of 10.

This spot was ok. The food was good by the service wasn't that good. We were literally the only people eating in the restaurant for a while and they forgot to bring my mother-in-laws food out. It took them so long that she ended up eating from us and took her order to go. Again, we were the only ones there and don't know what happened. We asked the waiter for a couple of other drinks and he never got it for us. I would come back, just hopefully the service is better next time.

Food is amazing but when you order online they always forget to put something. I paid extra for spicy mayo and it was not with my order.

Previous order they were supposed to refund me for two Bobba drinks because they were busy and didn’t make it when picked up and they never refunded my account.

The good is always fresh and so good. Their lunch specials are so affordable!

The ramen had the same taste but was very rich, delicious, and meaty. The broth was creamy and flavorful. I will come back. Good flavor.

I recently visited Sushi Naiya and had an incredibly disappointing experience. Despite the restaurant not being particularly busy, I ended up waiting a staggering 50 minutes for just three sushi rolls and one soup. The wait staff seemed indifferent to my concerns, offering no apology or explanation for the excessive delay. When the food finally arrived, it wasn’t that good– certainly not worth the long wait. The sushi lacked freshness, and the soup was lukewarm. Overall, this visit was a complete letdown, and I will not be returning to Sushi Naiya anytime soon.

Moved to PSL and found this place. All the servers we had were terrific! Food (ESPECIALLY nigiri, seaweed salad & more) are very good, fresh & well prepared and presented. Miso soup is often delicious, occasionally too salty or lacking sufficient add-ins. Everyone we brought over loves it. Dog friendly patio seating with umbrellas, just in case...

Went in to the restaurant for pick up and waiting over an hour to be served. When we asked for some water while we waited they never gave us any. Made the glass and left it on the other side of the restaurant refusing to bring it to us. When going to leave a tip we ACCIDENTALLY dropped the pen and the worker started yelling at us and got mad when we left a mediocre tip. Terrible service, terrible atmosphere and such mean people. The food was not worth the wait.

Decided to try. I had the sashimi deluxe. Over priced and easily the worst I’ve ever had. 15 pieces. 5 each of tuna, salmon and white fish. Poor quality. Not the place to go for sushi. Better is had even at Sam’s!!

Sat down orderered a roll for appetizer. 2 dinners after 35 min they came with 2 soups when should have been 1 soup 1 salad she said oh the 1 soup is free my mistake i said no prob just bring salad when its ready. Well it was never ready people who were sat after us by at least 15min ate before us we finally asked where our appetizer roll was and she said oh i thought that was ur dinner we said no it was the appetizer and she had us repeat our dinner order twice. We said nevermind we will just pay for our teas and go. Just go somewhere else as this place is not up to par. I would loved to have a review on the food but we never got any.

My girlfriend and I are big lovers of Thai. We have tried almost every Thai restaurant in town and this place is THE BEST! We have been eating here about once a week for a few months now and it is consistently delicious. The only thing better than the service is the panang curry! If you’re a full time resident or just here for the season, this is place is a must for all your Thai food needs!

Arrived Thursday night at 8pm. We were seated with no silverware. There were dirty tables everywhere and the bar was cluttered with dirty glasses I looked at the entire time. Our food was delicious and beautiful, but took a long time. We ordered our toddlers food when we were greeted ten minutes after being sat. It came out a moment or two before ours. I’ve been coming here for years and was disappointed by this experience. Server wasn’t attentive and didnt seem at all interested in making sure we had anything we needed. Left at 9:40.

Double thumbs down, don’t waste your money. Food is tasteless no flavor. If you want ramen go to Ramen Hana and wings. Don’t order the shrimp tempura it has no shrimp, it should be called vegetable tempura. I can go on about the food but I would have to write a book, other than that the people was nice

This restaurant is a joke. Went there at 6 45 pm. Finally ordered by 7 15 and had to leave the restaurant at 8 30 pm because we were still in the line for food perpetration. We were hungry after an entire day of fasting with hungry kids screaming. Nobody apologized or came to say sorry for delay. I was embarrassed with my guests from overseas who were also very hungry. Ended up a night with no dinner because of these people. Never had such a horrible experience in any restaurant in my life.

The food was amazing. Best Pad See Ew I’ve had in Port St. Lucie. The Kanisu roll was delicious. The only issue was service. And my initial thought was to complain, bust instead I will only plead that your hire more service staff. The place was busy for a Thursday, and only 2 waitresses for the entire dining room.

We loved this place, everyone’s so nice and attentive. We came here today for Valentine’s Day and they went out of their way and gave every couple or party a Valentine’s Day card with a secret gift inside;) At the end, they gave us some hersheys kisses. I’m sure all the employees had fun handing this stuff out. It was so cute

Had better sushi at Publix. The orange dragon was five pieces and a slice of orange for a head, tuna roll looked like a spliff, drunken noodles had almost no flavor and where dry. Won't be back.

Best sushi I've found in the Port Saint Lucie area. They also have a great selection of non-sushi meals. We've been eating here for over 8 years and always have a great sushi experience. I always recommend Sushi Naiya to friends and family.

This is not the typical Thai dish, but the ramen soup is the best in Port Saint Lucie so far…

I've been coming back for years and it never fails. Great place to meet my friends and bring my out of town friends to. As many times as we have placed a pick up order we have not encountered an issue.

The food tasted good and the service was fine but I was disappointed because I ordered drunken NOODLES and there basically wasn't any noodles just a bunch of largely chopped vegetables. The little bit of noodles that was there was broken up into very small pieces. I've never seen that before. It was more like a vegetable stir unfortunately with cabbage, broccoli and edamame. I usually go to another Thai spot but it was too far to drive there and I was tired. Next time, it doesn't matter how tired I am I'll make the drive. Posted up some pictures to show that I'm not exaggerating.

Don't waste your time or money. Fi d another sushi establishment to dine at. The service was HORRIBLE. From the very beginning. The server we had seemed lost the whole time, like she had no clue what she was doing. Not sure how you can take an order, repeat an order and still screw it up.
Food was just there. Was not a lot of flavor. And some of the sushi rolls where missing ingredients (listed on the menu)
No need to go back and spend my money there.

The food was so yummy the salmon bowl was amazing the salmon melts in your mouth! And the avocado bites had such amazing flavor! We had 4 people and only spent $110 which was surprising for the amount of food we got. We each had an entrée and we had two appetizers, two California rolls and a soup and drinks.

Great spot for fresh and delicious rolls and sashimi. Spider roll, yellowtail and pork spicy ramen were very good. Accommodating to my 6 yr old.
My husband, daughter and myself enjoyed our meals. Would recommend. Just watch the timing, they close in the afternoon for the kitchens break.

My family and I visited on a Thursday night and had a poor experience. Despite there being very few customers when we arrived, it was several minutes before we were seated. Beverage service was also delayed, and we waited nearly two hours before our meals were finally served. The staff never even offered an apology for the wait. Though feeling relieved at the sight of our meals, the food tasted average at best. Given this experience, I can't recommend Sushi Naiya. Hope the restaurant can address these issues in the future.

Read reviews and thought I’d try this place. I was beyond disappointed! Chicken teriyaki: frozen inedible chicken, spongy texture with a watered down sauce. Beef cashew stir fry: beef grey and rubbery, no flavor in sauce. Tofu pad Thai: fried tofu dry and gummy, clear noodles with okay sauce.

It takes too long time. We are been here 30 minutes and the didn’t even ask what we want.

My husband said the sushi was great! The spring rolls were great! The shrimp tempura was a disappointment.... Looked beautiful but the tempura batter was at least an inch longer than the shrimp, giving a mouth full of fried batter to start... Should use much larger shrimp or prawns. Would rather pay a little more for a good size shrimp. Everyone else's food looked great and they were happy with it.

Forgot to take pictures of the food. I had sushi- dragon roll with some other type and it was delicious. The family enjoyed their meals. For a weekday dinner it is less busy. I enjoyed the calm atmosphere.

Ate there last night. I order a spider roll. And some sushi

The spider roll should be a soft shell crab, fried in tempura batter placed lengthwise in the roll and served.

When it came I saw no legs sticking out. I asked the waitress. Where’s the legs. Is there a soft shelled crab or fake crab in the roll.

Never got a real answer. There accent gets worst when you ask something they don’t want to answer

My husband and I love sushi, missing our local spots since moving to PSL. After many failed attempts, we are soo excited to have found a legit Thai and Sushi restaurant! Pleasantly surprised to find out I love Thai thanks to this spot!! Sushi and fish always fresh and presentation is on point proving they truly care about customers, servers are amazing and love the atmosphere.

The salad was the freshest salad I have eaten in a sushi restaurant. The ginger dressing was great.
The sandyridge platter was great.
It came with 2 California rolls and many pieces of sashimi including tuna, salmon and white fish.
Also the side of squid was so full of flavor. I will definitely be visiting again.

Lived here for 3 years and hadnt been to this spot until about a month ago. We've been back 3 times ever since. The food is great, the portions are generous, the sushi is phenomenal with a great assortment to order from and the service is awesome. They are very kind and friendly with my kids. Love it there.
