Best Thai restaurant in the county, PERIOD. We go at least once a week. The staff is SO friendly. We really like their system, where they all work as a team. You don’t get one waiter or waitress during your meal experience; you get the whole Royal Thai family. They all help one another out and stay on top of everything. As for the food, everything is perfect. Their dishes aren’t overpowered with fish sauce, like I’ve noticed at other local restaurants. Lots of veggies that are never over-cooked. Their sushi rolls are unique and better than the actual Japanese/sushi restaurants in town. The tables and utensils are always clean. Just the best all-around. 🙏🏽 We will continue to be loyal regulars.

We got there and they took our order fast. After we ordered they brought our food within 6 minutes which was pretty great. The problems were they never refilled water and sounded pissed just because we didn't order a lot. Never eating here again .

This is one of our favorite restaurants. My husband tries to get us to eat it every week, and he usually prefers home cooked meals! He will drive there after work on the beach and then back to Lynn Haven!

Our first time there. We had our three adult kids and 5 grandkids. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The food was great (spring rolls, duck rolls, rice plates, and stir fry). It's definitely a return place that is now on our restaurant rotation. Parking is tight.

Third time and it is still great, friendly attentive staff, God food at reasonable prices. Parking still tight but not a reason to not go. Parking available next door to the south if lot is full.

So disappointed! I was happy to find this place with good reviews. What a let down. I waited more than 5 min. For them to hand me my food. They were not busy just preoccupied with prep for the dinner hour. Once we got the food. It was cold. The eggrolls were so greasy. We had to hold them with a napkin and found them to be inedible .
We got a chicken dish that came with vegetables. The flavor was OK. There were so few vegetables I had to make some more at home to actually balance the dish.
We also got the chicken stirfry with basil sauce. There literally was three pieces of chicken, a few vegetables and a lot of sauce. Again we had to add to it. the flavor was so so. looks like we’ll keep looking for an Asian restaurant such a disappointment.

The food is amazing and has been everything we go. Royal Thai is way off our beaten path, but well worth the trip. The Mango Sticky Rice is out of this world and the ideal way to close out a meal. The sushi is great, and the Thai Coffee is an experience all its own. I can not wait to eat there again. Just glad Royal Thai is a :30 drive from the house or I would want to go every night.

Very amazed at what looks like a small restaurant. It is far larger inside than it looks. They have the best really fresh sushi. They actually have the whole fishes and cut it as ordered. Amazing selection of delicious meals and great prices.

I went at peak lunch time and the restaurant was almost full. Service was excellent, food was great, hot and delivered quickly even being as busy as they were. A definite repeat!

The food was very mediocre. The pad Thai was way too sweet. The chicken satay was dry and peanut sauce very weird and thick. The soup was the best thing we ordered.

I have lived in area for 35 years and this was our first time eating here. Parker Florida's best restaurant The reviews don't lie on the Royal Thai. Everything was absolutely delicious and good quantities. We had the Thai Rice with Seafood and the Crab chen chui. Its not a fancy place and you could tell there were regulars there. Service was incredible. I would make a reservation just so you dont miss it. We will make this our date night special.

I ate here once at lunch time. This place is always busy. But the second time I went, the wait time was very long, which wouldn’t have been a problem for me normally. But it was long enough that I saw small roaches crawling on the booth. People were sitting on the opposite end of the booth and one was crawling towards them. I was so grossed out I left. To be clear, It wasn’t the giant Florida roaches or water bugs. These were the “you have a serious sanitary problem” infestation type of roaches that scatter when you turn the lights on. But it being out crawling on the booth while people were around tells me that this place likely has a REALLY BAD health issue. I don’t recommend going there if you are the type of person that thinks about how your food is being cooked or the environment it’s being cooked in. But the once that I did enjoy a meal there, it was good. But I won’t be returning. It’s very unfortunate.

Fantastic Thai food with wonderful service!

I had a takeout order and when i got home and started eating i got something stuck in the back of my throat and it was a STAPLE IN MY FOOD!! Also, i got the thai fried rice with chicken and they gave me the fried rice with shrimp, beef, and chicken. Just to let y’all know I am allergic to seafood! Overall, not impressed.

Royal Thai I Has the best oriental food

I always get curry, and drunken noodles 🍜 😃 I'm working toward trying more of the menu butthe first couple I've tried have been so good I haven't branched out yet.

I personally never had any Thai dish until I visited yesterday. Skeptical of the food, I ordered a simple Pad Thai; and let me tell you, if I was on my death bed aching for a meal, the Royal Thai would be one of my servers. The immense flavor filled my mouth with immeasurable joy, and I would definitely visit Royal Thai again.

Pad thai was good. I wasn't a fan of the Thai iced tea. But I think it just wasn't my cup of tea, quite literally. Very prompt and this place is always packed at lunch time.

The food was fine, but I can tell that it was microwaved from the constant beeping noise in the background.

This is my favorite restaurant in Panama City! It’s some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had, and some of the best sushi rolls in town. The staff is fast, friendly, and they create a relaxed atmosphere. They have an extensive menu and everything on it is done well. I will always come back for more!

Me and my boyfriend go here quite alot and everytime it's amazing. I always forget to take pictures but I get the chicken pad-see-ew and it's out of this world. If you are a lover of spicy don't be scared to go up on the numbers, I chose a level of 3 and add Chilli sauce to it. No runny nose in site, so if you like it spicy.. might want to go up on the spice level. Definitely recommended!!!

We were really impressed with Royal Thai Cuisine. Tom kha gai was really flavorful and nice, spring rolls were very crispy and fresh, our mains were really nice, really great flavor all around. The service was very fast and attentive, we were there at a not very busy time. From the outside it looks pretty basic but the food is top notch!

The food has a really good taste and aroma to it and is delicious. The atmosphere is great and the servers are really nice. They have a variety of dishes and the desserts are delicious too. The servers are really nice and ask your spice preference to make the food to cater to your taste. This place is great for someone who wants to try a different type of cuisine.

Wow. That's really the only word to sum up how good the food and service is here. Ate here on a Thursday night , came back Saturday night for another experience. Ordered the Crispy Duck off of the chef recommends menu the first night and chose the red curry pineapple sauce. It was phenomenal. The 2nd visit I ordered the Drunken Noodles and the Red Curry. Flavors of both were amazing . The curry was a little thin for my liking but really I'm nitpicking

For Thai Food in this part of the world its pretty good. I have tried several Thai places in the US and most of them are pretty low quality. When you see it from the street tour expectations will be low, but the food is good.

I have been here a few times and on each occasion I have left full, content and happy.
I can recommend the Drunken Noodle, Pad Thai and the Red and Yellow Curries.
Staff are polite and service is pretty quick.
Prices are very reasonable for the amount and quality of the food you get.
If you like spice in your food but don't want to feel like your mouth is on fire, I recommend a spice level of 3.

The parking lot was full and the plates were too. This was our 1st time here and we will be BACK. From the appetizers to the pad thai to the sweet tea. The serve was wonderful as well.

Friendly service and delicious food. I had the pineapple fried rice and the sashimi appetizer (both pictured) and they were phenomenal. Beautiful fresh fish and excellent spice on the rice. Also LGBTQ+ accepting so another big plus if you're looking for a safe place to eat. Amazing atmosphere. 10/10. 5/5. A++.

Great place to feed yourself. Be selective as they have really good food and some items like the pineapple friend rice is not all that great. Consistency is great here and sushi is great as well

In all the years of traveling to PSJ, I had never eaten at Royal Thai Cuisine. A down to earth little restaurant with some frankly outstanding Thai dishes. It’s definitely crowded, and a little bit loud, but it spoke to the quality of the food being served there. I loved their curry and will definitely stop in again when I’m in the area. Give them a try when you’re nearby 📸

Awesome! Loved the dishes. I would most definitely recommend the Tom You Soup before anything. We went with a group of 9 people and tried various dishes. To me, Spicy Basil Fried Rice and Spicy Drunken Noodle takes the lead. If you can eat a bit spicy I would recommend getting Thai Hot instead, has an extra kick of spice. Would recommend to everyone going to PCB and trying Thai Food!

Panama City needs more restaurants like this one. Royal Thai takes pride in their business. Pride in their service. And importantly, pride in their food. It is clear to me from my several visits here that they care. They want to provide delicious food every time, wow they deliver consistency. I won't spend time describing each item I have tried, just know that literally any item you order is phenomenal. The flavors on the curry are UNREAL. highly recommend the Massaman Curry. Excellent business. Wherever you are in the world reading this review, just know that it's 100% worth the trip here, my friend.

Found this on google while visiting PCB. The family thought I was crazy while driving there, but everyone loved it. The green curry was amazing. We also loved the siam dumplings. The kids really loved the sushi as well. Great find, and I will be back anytime I am in the area. Thanks for the great meal.

it was JUST what we needed from traveling all day and to start our stay in PC.

You don’t come here for the atmosphere; you come for the food. And it is fantastic (assuming you like Thai food). The chicken red curry is so good I could bathe in it except that I want to eat it. Always hot and fresh. Add pineapple for a little extra wow.
We love the sushi too and I haven’t had one yet that tasted bad.
This is truly a diamond in the rough. Love this place. I’ll be there in about 20 minutes.
