Dining ambiance is kind of the feel of a contemporary open food court but more comfortable, so it's a different experience and a nice change for the area. If I were to compare this with Saks (of course subjective), it seems like a little more modern spin on the preparation but just as good. One thing we were hoping to see were the larger, more flaky style curry puffs but this preparation was still very tasty, just in a different style. Would recommend this to anyone!

Upscale bistro vibes... got seated promptly. Our server was prompt and professional. All of the staff were dressed in similar colors.

For apps we got the fresh chicken spring rolls and crab rangoons plus the spicy fruit salad... which was weird, but BONKERS good! 😋

The Mrs got the tofu pad Thai, but got white fish instead, which turned into a happy accident as she really enjoyed the white fish. I got the Crispy Chicken Ga Prow (medium), which was DELICIOUS! 🤤 I've never been so happy to pay $19 for a chicken cutlets entree.

With taxes and tip, we ended just shy $85 and quite happy. Definitely recommend and we will be back! 😍

Dinner on 6/7/24 was outstanding. We ordered duck fried rice, lemongrass tofu and tom kha gai soup. The portions make it worth the price paid. The spice level for items marked with just one 🌶 is pretty high. I love it, but it surprised me. The duck was nice and crispy and the Thai iced tea refreshing. Service was fast and friendly.

Food was very delicious! I had eggplant meal and it was perfect. The coconut soup was a bit sweet and could use a little tang, but overall good. The restaurant was bright and airy but could play better music.

Best Thai food I've had in a very long time, might be the best I've had outside of Thailand. We had the vegetable spring rolls which were hot, crispy and tasty, the side sauce was sweet and Tangy (maybe a little too sweet) but nice. My wife had the Green curry (hot) which was delicious and I had the Hot beef dish off the special menu. The vegetables were fresh and cooked al dente, the sauce was amazing and the heat was just right.

I came here with some colleagues for lunch. I think everyone loved their food, I definitely plan to return with my wife.

The food is ok but the service brought it down. How do you sit your customer down but then forget about them. Here’s a helpful hint. If your customer is giving you eye contact, 9 out 10 they are ready for service. I.E. a drink to start off (automatic upon sitting), ready to place order, and so on.

Ordered two pad thai and spring rolls at 5:32pm. Online ordering said my order would be ready at 5:47pm. I arrived at 5:50pm and the hostess said my food would be ready in 10 minutes. No big deal! However, food wasn’t ready until 6:19pm.

I’m usually not too annoyed by minor delays but if the food is still a half hour away from being ready don’t say it’ll be ready in 10 minutes.

We went there on Oct 22. 2024. We ordered mango sticky rice to take out after dinner. But after we left, we realized they didn’t give it to us. Then we called them right way, they told us, they will refund 12 dollars plus tax for our order. Today we received credit card statement. They didn’t refund it. Then I went to the restaurant to ask them, the receptionist told me, 12 dollars they took it as tips. I m like, what???? You tip yourself using our credit card??? We only spent about 71 dollars why I tipped you 12 dollars. I m only tip around 10% I remember that day, I wrote the tip is 8 dollars. Not 12 dollars. Then I asked him do you have copy shows I tipped 12 dollars? He said we don’t keep the copy. This is make me so sick. It is not because the money, but this kind of shady thing makes me feel so unsafe to go to this kind of restaurant which scam customer’s tips. I know there are lots of people even not check how much tip restaurants took it, but be careful they can scam your money. This is really make me sick. Never go there again!!!!!!! Never ever!! I m gonna call NY state consumer helpline to report them scan customer’s tip. They made up their own tips amount without customer knowing.

Such a liar. Before we left we asked them to bring the mongo sticky rice, they didnot bring it to us. Now they said they did. If they brought it to us, why we left there?

Worst chicken pad thai ever. Ate 3 bites - terrible.Entire dish "off tasting-ingredients did not taste fresh". Expressed dissatisfaction to waiter [at end of meal] offered to remake dish- why? Still charged for entree. Will not return.Had much better tasting Thai food at other local restaurants.

Finally had to go and request my bill so I could pay and go get dinner somewhere else. Been awhile since I'd been here, guess it will be a lot longer before I go back. I usually go to the Webster location but decided to order lunch takeout from here. I am very disappointed because they gave me a container of Tom Yum soup that was half empty. I also asked for chicken and there were just a few bits of it at the bottom.

The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the portions. The food was incredible and still hot when I got home and the order was correct. Just wish the to-go containers were stuffed to the brim for the premium prices.

Delicious green curry and tom kha gai soup. Fresh ingredients and perfect seasoning. Also, they made the food gluten free.

Staff super friendly. Today I ordered take out and went to wait in my car and the server brought it out to me. Very thoughtful.

This place is really nice and in a very good location. The food is excellent and the portions are great. The only issue I had was that the staff were distracted at times when I wanted to ask for napkins or water. Besides that, this place is amazing.

I usually don't write bad reviews because I thought my experience here was going to be good, but it turned out bad pretty quickly. Don't get me wrong the ambiance was quiet and intimate. The service was good as well. Our server kept checking in on us and made sure we were noticed. However, we got the appetizer, fresh rolls which was really good with the side dipping sauce, which was very tasty and refreshing. I ordered the Drunken Noodles and my boyfriend ordered the Pad Thai. It tasted really good at first then we took the rest home because we were full. When we got home, our stomachs began to hurt, but we thought it was because we ate too much..... the next morning, I was barfing and on the toilet. We looked at our food and there was a dead fly in there.... gross. Knowing this was our first time going here, I don't think we'd be going back anytime soon. Before deciding to go here, please read their Health Score and read what was discovered. I didn't notice until I took a deeper dive into how we got sick. Maybe it was just a bad dish, maybe they were slammed in the kitchen, idk. But I hope no one else gets food poisoning.

Tasty Thai food with fresh ingredients. Nice atmosphere inside and their takeout is also smooth and efficient. My only issue is the spice level is never consistent between medium and spicy - I think it just depends on who is cooking that day.

This place is beautiful and have a nice vibe, the bathrooms are also clean and the meals are decently priced. Their presentation is also on point, and if you're a crushed ice person you would love this place . I definitely recommend going to this place during their lunch special too!

Service, however, was shockingly bad. I'm surprised they have customers with how rude the service staff were.

Not only did they give us the wrong orders but they also shouted at us to "never come back". We ordered take out more than half an hour before the store closed so they wouldn't have to wait for our dishes and we had clarified with them that we could sit at a table and eat (they later changed the story to "we could sit and wait").

We got up to leave hurriedly when they told us the store was closing, feeling slightly bad. To our surprise, when we were leaving, they asked if we tipped (we did, paying the same amounts as we would have had for dine-in) and demanded we return to clear our trash ("are you guys not going to clean up after yourselves?" — what kind of restaurant does this??).

I'm truly impressed by their attitude — they told us "you can come back" after we went back to hear their side of the story (after asking, of course, if we've tipped). Frankly, I would never step foot in this place again. Clearly there is an issue with the store management if they have such rude and bitter staff. Don't waste your time at this place, there are plenty of comparable Thai Restaurants you can support.

All of the ingredients are extremely fresh, the shrimp are delicious, the tum yum soup had a nice flavor the grape tomatoes are a good choice- they provide random bursts of flavor as you enjoy the soup. The tom kha gai (coconut soup) was delicious- the coconut flavor was not at all overpowering and the slight sour flavor helped balanced the entire dish.

The pineapple rice was well balanced and was a generous portion. The spring rolls are very fresh.

The servers are very friendly and genuinely kind. Restaurant is clean and calm.

I will start out by saying that they have the best Pad Thai that I have ever had. The shrimp was cooked perfectly and the portions were generous. The service, however is lacking. We arrived and the server took our drink order and food order at the same time ( to be efficient, I thought) and then proceeded to bring my drink quickly while my wife had to wait for hers. She had to wait so long that I had to flag down a busboy and ask where her drink was. That did the trick but when the food arrived, my wife got her order in a timely manner but this time I had to wait. And wait. And then wait some more. How hard is it to bring two plates of food out simultaneously?
The food was exceptional on both accounts so we will be back.

Had dinner here, party of 12. Only snapped pictures of my entree along with my husband’s and daughter’s. Pad Thai with chicken/shrimp, Red Curry w/ white rice and Thai fried rice w/ chicken. We also had the fried calamari and shrimp appetizers. Everything was delicious 🤤 even for our other guests. Food came out quickly, was flavorful and generous portions. Warm, welcoming and relaxed dining environment. Best pork Pad Thai we have tasted! The Thai iced tea with milk was refreshing. Highly recommend the crab cheese puff (truly can’t get enough!) and calamari for appetizer (very flavourful breading with pepper). For soup, Tom Kha Gai complements the appetizer. Filled with chicken and mushrooms has a perfect balance of coconut and lime blend. Also recommend the pad see ew and chicken and pork lemongrass with the dipping sauce was very tasty! For dessert, the sticky rice with mango and coconut syrup was perfect to end the meal! Order time to placing the food on the table was quick! Did not wait long. Highly recommend this place! Perfect for a date or family dinner!

Finally, Rochester has a decent Thai restaurant. Both the Webster and 12 corners locations are awesome. The menus are not exactly the same for either location. But whatever you order will be delicious

Probably one of the best restaurants in Rochester. It's very simple and barebones but does it brilliantly. The food variety is excellent. Taste is amazing. Portions are big enough to fill you up or even to be shared. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is quiet and calm. Highly recommended.

Tried Seasoning Thai Bistro for lunch.

The space is nicely decorated, filled with immense amount of light coming from the windows and white decor. The energy of staff is very welcoming and friendly.

The pad see ew/ drunken noodles was good. The spring rolls were surprisingly stuffed with fresh ingredients. Typically places skimp out on filling, but they did not. The tom yum was on the lighter side for flavoring and wasn’t special.

This is one of my favourite restaurants in Rochester! The service is extremely friendly and the food is outstanding. The atmosphere is beautifully simple in a way that is peaceful and allows you to truly focus on your dinner and the people around you. It is easy to become a regular here! I try something new every time and have never had a bad meal. It becomes difficult what to choose when I go because everything is so delicious. Highly recommend the fried rice, chicken dumplings, curry triangles, Tom Yum Soup, and Thai tea!

Pleasantly surprised

I love Thai food and would say I have tried a handful of different restaurants in the US. By far this has become one of my favorites just after one visit. We got take out and usually places skimp a bit on portions but this place is very generous with their serving sizes. The workers were friendly, everything is clean and best of all the food is tasty!

Drunken noodles are spot on

Food was good however my wife specifically told the waitress to give us some time between our 3 appetizers and our 3 dinners we shared. Low and behold 5 minutes later we received 2 of our dinners before we even got our appetizers. With a table full of food we had no time to sit and enjoy ourselves. With 4 kids it's hard to have an alone date night with the wife.

The food was absolutely delicious! Fresh and well served plates. They are generous with portions and leave a party of two satisfied and feeling healthy. If you do not like spice, make sure to double check with the server regarding each dish. Remember, this is a Thai restaurant, so the thai spice is expected. The staff is friendly and attentive, food is served at a normal pace for an expected fresh dish, and the restaurant environment is calming and cool! A+!

Restaurant is very clean and welcoming. The food is simply outstanding. I ordered the Hot Jungle Beef (medium spicy) with a Thai Iced Coffee. The coffee was very good, but I can say with absolute certainty that the Hot Jungle Beef was one of the best dishes I've ever had dining out. Simply amazing. The seasoning, the flavor, the ingredients, everything about this dish perfectly enhanced one another. Do yourself a favor and try Seasoning Thai Bistro.

We ordered three dishes. Shrimp Tom yum soup, shrimp pad Thai and beef massaman curry. As an Asian who has tried Thai restaurants in many different places, I have to disappointedly say this is probably the least flavorful and the most expensive. The dishes (except for the soup) is way too sweet. It taste like they probably poured half bottle of honey into it. There was no line to create a sour balanced taste to it. We are not coming back.

I was very pleased with our visit. First off, wear your sunglasses. The place is sooooo white and bright my eyes hurt. Service was awesome, food was great too.

Excellent food and friendly service. Stopped for a late lunch and had a delicious and nicely spiced basil dish. The vegetables were gorgeous and the flavors bright.

Best Thai food in Rochester by far! Dine in and take out are both excellent, and the spice is consistent every time. I’ve had a dozen or so meals now and they’re all delicious!

I'm a bit picky when it comes to Thai dishes. I gave this place a try and was not disappointed, especially when the order was fairly fast.  I had Spicy seafood salad, Panang Curry, and Pad See Ew.  They were very flavorable and delicious!  There are options on spicy levels and I went for the Thai spicy.  It was very spicy but I preferred the smoke coming out of my ears kind of spicy (lol).  Again, I'm picky so I find that the food is a bit on the sweet side than I would have preferred, but not enough to take anything away though.  I would definitely going back there.

The best Thai food I've found since moving to Rochester. Tried a few, this place is the freshest and best by far.

Everything was delicious, and service was quick. Massaman curry had just the right amount of heat and fantastic flavor. The drunken noodles were amazing as well, and you can tailor your level of spice! New favorite Thai restaurant in Rochester!

I seriously love this place! I would describe the aesthetic of this place to be simply modern and elegant. The food comes out quick, the portions are big and everything is delicious. I would highly recommend, and I look forward to visiting again the next time I am in the area.

I’m a Thai food lover and this is among the best Thai food I have ever had in the U.S. It’s a gem with great food, wonderful service, and a cool vibe. I have now eaten here twice and it’s been outstanding both times. Above all, the food was so fresh. The portions are very generous, especially dishes with chicken and shrimp. We started with vegetable spring rolls which were heavenly, especially with the sweet peanut sauce. I had the drunken noodles which were amazing (see photo). The noodles were perfectly cooked and the flavor was incredible. My wife loved the pad Thai and my daughter loved the curry noodles. The drinks (see photo) were also a highlight, not something I usually encounter at Thai restaurants.

Food is good, service was not. We ordered take out around 2:15 with a scheduled pick up at 5:45. At 5:50 they said 5 minutes and said we would get a text re our order. 15 to 20 minutes later, nothing.... go to the counter again and they disappear to check. Magically we get a text and the order is ready. Certainly won't be giving an advanced tip next time.

Penang / red curry, pad thai, and some other noodle dish. All were a little too sweet for me, but I still enjoyed it, and wife loved it. Great spice level. Many times when you select medium I feel like it's not spicy at all. This, IMO, was perfect.

There's is another store in Webster, and I love that location. Quick service, good food. Everything is served right
.... However, this place needs a lot of refinement. Its been in business for many months, if not over a year. This is my third time.
Simple beers took good 15 minutes. Then can't after the soup was served. The restaurant was 2/3 or 1/2 full. Then the soup was tepid. Had to return it to reheat to piping hot. The tofu blocks in the soup were huge - we should not have to cut them to eat when somethings are in the soup - they were inch cubic. I requested 2 wedges of lime with one dish - we got only one. Rice was aldente and dried out outside while we were eating dishes. We told the waitress that we're sharing everything and no smaller plates, bowls, extra spoon, serving utensils were bright to our table - we had to request them each time And serving plates were too small to take any more than a few large spoonful of food.
I won't be going back, again, to this place unless I have to go there. And if I do, I'll have to tell them everything twice. The only acceptable thing was a pretty wide space. Lack of waiting people's energy just tops the cake. They were nice enough to stop by if everything was ok - well, there were just too many issues. Train the staffs and chefs.

The pineapple fried rice was amazing. Ive been back for it twice since my first visit.

Seasoning Thai Bistro is incredible on every level! The food is delicious. And, for those who love spicy food, their spice levels are up there! I had medium hot basil stir fry, and their "medium" would be considered "surprisingly spicy" in my book- which suits me perfectly! I cannot say enough good things about the friendly, courteous, patient, and helpful staff. They actually took extra care to arrange tables for a baby shower for us, and a table for gifts as well, repeatedly took photos for us, and accomodated all our needs, on top of their usual tasks! Speaking of which, the vibe here is very chic, modern, and instragram-worthy. The large windows and halo lighting are perfect for vibrant photos. The white and wood accents are simple yet tasteful. This restaurant is a gem in Rochester. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the entirely lovely experience of dining there. I highly recommend it for any and every occasion! Even my picky children enjoyed the food- particularly the cheesy crab puffs and fried ice cream! If I could give you more than 5 stars, I would!

I got the pineapple fried rice which was AMAZING. we were there for a birthday and the server even took pics of us in front of their Christmas tree. Great place, great service.
